My wife tried to use a gift certificate from Yelp and the spa did not honor it. The first reason they gave me was they did not have any deals with Yelp. I explained that they may not have any deals with Yelp currently but they did at one time as evident by the gift certificate, I also explained that the certificate was about to expire. I logged onto Yelp with the spa on the phone and and located their advertisement on Yelps site. After that I was told the spa did not have the means to redeem the gift certificate and I should contact Yelp. I wouldnt recommend the spa or Yelp to anyone. As I get ready to post this review it appears I am not the only dissatisfied person if the other reviews are accurate.
I have been going to Angela Nails & Spa for almost 2 years. I get great service, a good price, friendly staff. The place is as clean as or cleaner than any one of about 100 nail spas I have been to in my 60 years of life. AND I am fussy and vain about my appearance and the way I am treated. I guess no one ever bothers to give a compliment, they are only too happy to complain. The fact that there are only 2 or 3 complaints, therefore, speaks highly of Angela Nails. As a matter of fact, I just decided I am going there on my way home tonite for a fill, a pedicure and to get my brows shaped.
