Really good they did my nails twice

Bad quality and service, incorrect pricing.My sister got a full set of acrylic nails which included terrible service, a bloody nail, and a rude worker.When the worker was removing her old acrylics, she ripped off half of my sisters natural nail causing it to bleed a lot. The worker just stared at it not knowing what to do, and my sister had to tell her to get some cotton balls and clean it up.When asking for shorter nails, the salon worker was rude and unwilling to trim them to her desired length. The acrylics were left sharp and jagged. My sister had to file them again when she got home.There was glue/polish left on her fingers after. She asked the worker to clean it up, to which she replied thats just your skin. It is not her skin, and you can see in the photo there is obviously glitter from the polish left on her fingers.I paid for her manicure, not knowing all of this occurred. After seeing the results for myself, I went back to ask for a refund. The workers were all unwilling to help resolve the problem, telling me to come back the next day to speak with their manager. Even AFTER telling them I was leaving the next morning (Im not from the area), they kept saying multiple times to come back the next day. I eventually got a $10 partial refund, but the acrylics were still more expensive than advertised on the website.

Gone here twice; both times my nails were misshapen and in pain from being nicked by the drilly thingy so much. There’s a better one on the other side of the mall. Cheap tho

If you do for some desperate reason, decide to come here, expect only overpriced and terrible nails. A friend and I came here to do our nails for a very important event, and ended up getting the tackiest nails ever. Seriously, a kindergartener could do better. There are patches, bubbles, and dents all over the nails. We ended up paying $90 for this. My friend’s nail tech refused to listen to her requests for a light pink color and sparkles, and he reassured her that she would get what she wanted. Instead, he went ahead and did his own thing and gave her a neon red with no sparkles. Not to mention he was rude about it. Do not waste your money here. It will ruin your day. Terrible.

Had a great experience! Needed some pampering, feet needed some real tlc. The massage chairs are great. I also have a broken nail and Tina was super delicate going around it. Didnt wait at all. I got the basic pedicure. I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable for this area. I looked at a bunch of different places with much higher prices. I was a little afraid of how much I was going to be charged because I was told I could decide later which package I wanted. But I wasnt overcharged.

Would not recommend going here. My girlfriend and I went here to get her nails done for her birthday and they started all falling off within a week. Within 2 weeks all her nails had fallen off. We paid 50 and tipped overall not worth it at all

When do you ever walk out of a Salon and not have to re-do your hair? Always here! Jackie and Ramona are amazing!! My daughter and I went in for just haircuts and deep conditioning treatments. From the hair washing with a great massage to the blow dry they both did wonderful! It was extra for the blow dry something we weren’t sure about but they take so much time and put so much care into everything they were well worth it. We will be back again and again!! (Jackie did a color before us and that turned out amazing too)

Took over 2 hours to get a pedicure and manicure. Wanted a design on my nails, they didnt understand at first. After showing them a picture they had to have someone else finish the job which left me sitting there for half an hour waiting. They were spotty at best. Not worth the time or money.

They get a 5 star from me. They do your pedicures really good. They offer you water, they take there time, and they do a very good job. With a deluxe pedicure you get a complementary glass of wine. Very relaxing. They turn the massage chair on while you get your pedicure too.

I came here to get dipping powder with tips and was blown away by the interior. The salon is absolutely beautiful and you truly feel like youre being pampered. The staff is very friendly. My nails came out beautiful and while I may not become a regular because Im not from Orlando I will come here whenever I am visiting.

I was rushed through. The young man doing my nails was confused about everything. And transfered my to an older gentleman who seemed to know what he was doing.I asked for sunflowers on my big toes. And Im not sure what it is he tried painting on there. I wish he wouldnt have even tried.They painted my fingers the wrong color. I asked for a green and gold accent finger. And the young man was confused about that. And he grabbed this bluish black color. Which isnt terrible but not the color I asked for.Over all not a great experience. Everyone was really friendly which is why it had 3 stars and not less.

They do good precise work.I usually have Calvin, however, had Hanna today.Very professional and polite.Tina is good too. She has been doing nails for years.Prompt service.Good sterilization of equipment.

In this salon before few days I was washing and drying my hair. The price was 50$.When I went to pay, I wanted to leave 5$, in total 55$.I was paid with credit Card, and a person who working like hairstylist told me that I must type in the pos device 55$. When she give me a bill, I see that she charge me 105$!!It is very ugly and unprofessional! Does not deserve a star! In a nice way she still me 50$.So be careful that this does not happen to you!

The price changes from the start of the conversation to the end. I wasnt comfortable with the hair dresser I had. She kept pulling on my hair really hard, and I have a headache now from it. I noticed she didnt use a heat protecting spray or serum on my hair. During the blow dry and straightening I smelled my hair was burning. It wasnt worth the price for me. I had a better experience at GreatClips or even a Walmart Salon.

Great place! They do a great job on manicures and pedicures, prices are reasonable, I have been coming here for years now and I am a loyal customer. They have lots of great color options, pedicures are very relaxing, all staff is very friendly. They also have a hair salon, and the customers are always very happy with their results, prices reasonable as well.

This salon actually located in Florida Mall. Best and quickest way come into the mall through the Sears entrance and salon locating on left side and across from Finish Line. We love this place. Clean, relax environment and staffs are excellent. I definitely will come back.

I was early for my appointment and they still took me. She did such great artwork on my fingers I was impressed. Ive been going to this same nail salon for 3+ years, so you know its good and the quality of work is on point!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The person who did my nails did a terrible job! Made tha nail way too thick to the point it looked fake. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they didnt deliver.

Upon entering I was greeted, offered a drink, and get to relax in a massage chair. She was nice I made sure she wrote her name down for me. And I felt that she took her time and paid attention to detail for my hands/feet. They did will make me a lifelong client.

Just awful. Staff were nice enough, but clearly cannot cut hair. I was told I would have an inch off my hair, which was halfway to my waist. I looked down to see around 6 inches of hair dropping to the floor. My hair was cut so short it just about reached my shoulders. The back is shorter than the front and there are areas of different lengths. Ponytails are going to have to be my friend for months to come. I was in absolute shock and utterly devastated. No customer service what so ever. My nails are uneven. He still didnt fix them after I said something and showed him the difference. The prices are not what is displayed on their menu sheet!!!

Amazing! I went in getting a full set of nail done by Calvin. My nails look amazing and Calvin was so nice. I will definitely be back. It has been almost full month and my nails still looking excellent. Highly recommended.

Asked for pricing when I walked in and was charged a totally different price when they were done. Have never paid $15 ($30 total) for polish on feet and nails. On top of the basic pedicure and fill in charge.

The pedicure was great!! I wanted to just relax and enjoy my pedicure but I couldnt because the salon lady who was doing hair was talking loudly and about relationships and men. I did not want to hear that. It immediately made my mood go down. She spoke so loudly not realized customers just want to enjoy their services. She was rude. My pedicure was excellent but I will not be coming back because I couldnt relax.

If youre getting a full set, it takes forever to get your nails done. If you have an appointment, youll be late. When I changed my nails from a design, the guy was really rude and was like leave. Go, go. This is really not the best place especially for the price you pay.

I decided to give this place a go because my mom wanted to do her nails. Staff did my acrylics nails very beautiful and I couldnt be happier. I love the fact that they follow State board safety and sanitation. I will be going here regularly

I came with friends today and we left so upset! Theres still paint on my skin and they over charged me dramatically. I said I wanted the 22 dollar one and they charged me 25. Asked how much was the gel completly got ignored, she used gel anyway and charged me $15 dollars for gel!!!! 20 for a kids paint. And on top of it only one of three were social.. it was a terrible expierence and we will deff not be returning

Very poor service and quite rude. Quality of work done to my nails is very poor for what paid to have done, and I also believe that they overcharged me because I’m not from the states. Will not be going back and will not recommend.

We have been there since they opened and they couldnt be nicer. My husband and I go for a mani/pedi once a month with Tina and Tom. They do excellent work in a clean, beautiful environment. Would highly recommend.

Went in needing a gel manicure quick service. Although it was quick it was messy uneven & my nail shapes are all different waste of money/time. Plan on going back tomorrow to complain.

The spa is good as far as nails and other services. The hair salon is terrible. I went this past weekend and the lady that did my hair ruined it. I asked for a subtle ombre and she professed she had 15 years experience and new how to do it. She was also the salon manager and I trusted in her opinion. I was wrong. She bleached the inside of my hair from the top to bottom. Darkened my hair in the top and proceeded to do a haircut that was terribly done. I saw my hair in shock and she said thats what an ombre is and what I asked for. So not it! I paid and left. I did not want anyone else to touch my hair. I had to get it fixed in PR as I was leaving for vacation. It will take time to repair and I will certainly not recommend anyone going there for hair services. There is one stylist that fixed my hair before and she just wasnt available that day. She was not bad, I definetly should have waited. But for anyone needing to get their hair done. Do your research first.

First time at this place and it was not good, first the colors I picked the lady could not find which is fine, I went with another color no big deal. My problem was that I paid $36 for a Gel Manicure. And not even two days have passed and my nails chip. So disappointed, $36 went to trash..
