Just had the best pedicure in my life! See I’m always in a rush but I know when I have great customer service. This place is not super big but fancy enough for my liking. Hannah was amazing. I hate pedicures and surprisingly enough I enjoyed her service. I don’t have on any socks right now and my feet feels so great in my new balance sneakers. I went next door to have food she told me 20 mins she’ll be ready and she was actually ready in 14 mins. Really great place. I usually go to another place that’s downstairs from my building me but this place customer service is way

I LOVED coming to Paris Nails!! They were absolutely wonderful (every person I met) and I will go back anytime I’m back in Orlando. They did an amazing job putting on acrylic nails when I have basically no nails of my own (because I chew them). Great movie on play too :)

Whenever Im here, I enjoy my time and my results. Every single time! The environment is clean. The atmosphere is generally quiet, and the people are amazing. No one is rushing through your appointment (whether you have one or not). My nails tend to grow very long, and I am very specific about my nail shape. Yet none of the technicians seem bothered by it. They will listen and offer great suggestions. Ive been to other salons where I try to be specific about what I want, and they either dismiss it or dont take it too well. Everyone is aware of their specialties and skill set, and dont mind referring you to someone else who may do a better job for your particular need. But everyone is pretty much great! With that said, when I do go elsewhere (because of time constraint or distance), I end up regretting it. It can be a bit pricey, but I rather pay the extra money to be satisfied. Love them!

Today was my third time here. Ambiance is just incredible. I feel relaxed and comfortable every time I walk in here. Its elegant and modern, but not stuffy or uninviting. Today, The manager did my nails and they were immaculate. I have had 2 pedicures now, Both were beyond. The presentation is beautiful and the luxuriousness of it is undeniable. I will be coming back again.

I went in Friday July 2nd to get a GEL manicure done. They were accommodating, clean, and friendly and I left happy. But what I am disappointed in, is the quality of the nails. I noticed July 4th (just two days later!) that the two nails started chipping on the edges. I called them the day after to schedule an appointment to fix the nails and but they were closed. When you look at the photos and when I started inspecting it looks like the edges were never sealed but then today I woke up and noticed and my thumb was chipped so maybe it’s the quality of polish?? I am leaving on a trip for my bachelorette today and didn’t have time to see them before I left since they were closed on the 5th and now I need to figure out a different solution to getting these fixed that probably involves paying more money to get fixed what I already paid for. This is the most heartbreaking nail experience that has ever happened to me.

Great quality and service! Staff is extremely friendly and all feels and looks very hygienic. Slightly priced than average nail salon, but for downtown, youre paying for convenience, hygiene and quality- love this spot! Plus, they have a loyalty customer stamp card. In addition, they offer validated parking off of 1st street- hidden, valet style kind of. They are very accommodating and do a great job! Extremely clean and filled with hard workers. Flower is one of my favorite people there, shes sweet and does a great job!

That did a wonderful job on my nails. I was offered water which was nice but most places I go to offer wine. I got dip nails and wanted a very natural look. The lady who did them was young and did a wonderful job. Will go back again.

I called for a walk in appointment she messaged me super quick and were very friendly. When walking into the salon it is beautifully decorated. They recommended i do dipping nails and I am in love. My granddaughter was in Orlando with her national volleyball team. At the end of the tournament on June 21, 2021, while waiting on a flight home and celebrating the end of her season three of the girls were taken by a dad from the team to go get their nails done. Something they cant do during the season. Isabel Kays asked for tips on her nails but being 14 years of age and a athlete she wanted them short. The tech put long nails on, and Isabel asked for them to be cut shorter. Still the girl did not cut them short enough and she asked for them to be shorter yet again. After a 3rd request the tech said this is all Im taking off. The girls were told not to speak to each while in the salon and one tech actually slapped the hand of one of the girls that was trying to pick out a color for her nails. At the end of the service Isabel paid with a credit card and was told she had to pick a tip. She didnt want to tip but as most 14 year olds she did what she was told and tipped the tech 20%

I’ve been going for years. Even after moving from the neighborhood I still go back. Friendly staff and love the movies they play when I come. It’s the place to be when you want to pamper yourself!

I really like how great there customer service is. Theyll try there best to get your nails and feet done at the same time if they have ppl available so that you can get out of there. They offer you water and offered to charge my phone which was almost dead. This place is really pricey I guess for the average person. But to me its worth your money. Your nails will look beautiful and last as long as they should if not longer and not break or mess up as quick as some of the other places I have tried.

I have been coming here since 2016 for a reason!!! If you want to love your nails this is the place to go! !!! The customer service level here is off the charts incredible! Every person who does nails at this salon is talented, I can say from experience that I have gone to different people at nails and more salon almost every time since Ive been coming here, and I have not once hated my nails!

Had to work in town and wanted my nails done after... Remembered being here a few years ago and the service was great. Went there and asked the manager if she could do my nails in a design that I saw online. They did and I loved it

The lady at #1 was very rude when i expressed to her that my little sisters nails were not $40 work they were short as her regular finger nail, she requested diamonds and the diamonds were not aligned and when i told her she had attitude with my little sister she was snatching the card out of my hand and she kept slapping her hand ….. the service was poor she had no hospitality and when i asked to speak to a manager everyone said they didnt know I would not come back !!!!!!!

Very convenient and directly across the street from my office. I hate going into nail places especially during weekend. In terms of cleanliness, they have they open up sterile packets for each customer. Its no secret that this place does fantastic work, so its very busy. I always call ahead for an appointment, they are busy.

When you walk in Paris Nails you know they know their stuff! If you want the best then this is your place l. I have had my nails done by a lot of the girls and they are all great and do things the right way not taking any short cuts that compromise the quality. They love doing the creative stuff and pushing the limits. Also the online booking app makes it so easy.

Amazing service!!! Everyone who works there is so nice, amazing, and very talented. Lady did my pedicure and did amazing job. I only waited for about 5 minutes which was very nice, and the environment is very relaxing. Additionally, the staff offers refreshments, making the nail spa very lovely.

First time in my life getting a pedicure. I would recommend it for anyone needing foot care. The young lady that took care of me was very nice, professional, patient, and thorough, but also very strong while massaging my feet and legs. She removed my calluses and did a great job. The only thing that wasnt cool was Larry ( an employee) who was staring at me and the lady doing my feet because she removed a lot of skin from my feet. I thought that was rude. However, I highly recommend this place.

I took my friends daughter here, shes 7. They were very sweet to her. She messed up her toe and they were quick to fix the toe but also were very kind to her. I highly recommend. Many of the professionals were talking with my little girl and making her laugh. Any place that treats kids well deserves 5 stars. Her nails look amazing.

I went here for the first time last weekend after finding it on Google. Its close to my house, they were quick to ask me if I wanted a soda or water after walking in. The lady was careful to prep my pedicure correctly because you all know how important that is to how long the pedicure lasts! Im really happy with how they turned out and I will be back. :)

We made an appointment for 4 of us, expecting a good experience. I had Rose. Pedicure was okay, chairs are super uncomfortable. The scrubbies they use are super harsh almost like a Brillo pad, leaving my feet rough, had to go home and smooth out. No lotion after rinsing my feet off. Barley massaged. The paint was super uneven and bubbly. Looked good far away til I looked closer. My manicure was very short and fast... she used I guess a cuticle lotion to soak on my fingers which was fine but after didn’t use any other lotion. Hands were then dry. I’m not sure if she couldn’t see but my paint on my hands were so bubbly and uneven and kept getting brush pieces in it... I showed her and she could barley see it. Took it out and just dabbed paint where she got the hair out leaving it with another bubble. Paint looks like I let my 5 year old niece do it. Hands down worst mani pedi I have ever had. I was so annoyed and sitting there for almost 2 hours I didn’t wanna even deal with asking to re paint. I have muscle issues and could not sit there any longer! As we are all sitting there getting our nails done, they give another customer wine and we were never offered that. They let to many people in at once AND let someone come in and keep their mask off. I have auto immune issues and definitely didn’t see them enforcing guidelines. Not happy at all with our experience and will not be back!

Came to get a full set and pedicure. I was immediately greeted as I walked thru the door. I was a walk-In but they were ready for me as soon as I signed in. The pedicure was fantastic. They have massage chairs so the relaxation was an added bonus. I believe Lisa is who did both my pedicure and full set, correct me if I’m wrong on the name !!! She was professional & very caring with everything. I just recently moved to the area and was overly satisfied with Paris nails. Thank-you so much for being so welcoming, that’s what really matters

I was blown away by the cleanliness of this nail salon. It is truly spotless! When you are inside it feels like youre at a spa! I tried the deluxe pedicure which was a unique and relaxing experience. I would recommend it!

Ive been getting pink and white acrylics done for years, but have never seen it done more perfectly than here. I wish I took down the name of the man who did my manicure, because he is truly amazing. My nails look beyond natural--like they were painted on, as opposed to being acrylics. I cant explain how much I love them.

Omg love my nails and I probably just had the best pedicure I ever had in my life!! Im 7 months pregnant so my ankles have been so swollen and this jelly pedicure really did the trick! Swelling went down and no pain. Highly recommend!!

The salon was friendly, atmosphere was great. However, I simply got all white nails and one “candy cane” striped nail with dip powder and it took her FOREVER. Everywhere else I have went it doesn’t take nearly as long. I almost sat through two entire movies in the nail place. People that came in half way during my session LEFT before me!!! I told her over and over again what I wanted and she didn’t seem to understand, took the polish off the one nail and then painted it back on. She probably overfiled my nails about 100 times. It was just excessive for the simple manicure I wanted done. The results are good, but I just don’t think it should have taken almost 2 hours for it.

I always have such a great experience at Paris Nails. The staff is so professional and kind every time I go. The salon is clean and relaxing. I actually fell asleep in the pedicure chair last time I went, haha. The only time I have had an issue with my gel peeling, I went back and they fixed it for me free of charge! The great customer service keeps me coming back!

Super cute set up, very friendly staff, and complimentary drinks. I got a full set done and was in and out in about an hour. They wouldve gotten 5 stars but my nails were a bit boxy :( i dont like when my nails are too thick. I will be back from now on

They are always warm & welcoming, offering a drink upon arrival. Lisa is phenomenal. Checks in at each stage to ensure customer is satisfied. Usually get pink and white (they offer different pink shades). She’s a perfectionist AND fast.

Very clean and each technician is attentive to you and unlike other salons, they dont talk to each other. They offered beverages when I sat down and again during. My pedicure is AMAZING- thank! The place is very large and spacious. It wasnt a loud environment, and the staff were very friendly. They were very clean: using one time plastic coverings for the basin for pedicures and one time use/sterilized tools.

I live in Tampa yet I am in Orlando each weekend which is how I found this salon. I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a dip manicure from Tina and now I am hooked. Her technique is meticulous and precise, yielding a manicure with perfectly shaped nails that stay strong and beautiful for a full month.Her attitude is pleasant and accommodating, willing to show me various colors whilst patiently awaiting my decision.
