The Guy Doing My Nails Went For A Smoke Break & Didn’t Even Bother To Wash Or Sanitize His Hands Until I Asked Him 2, Not Being Rude Or Anything But Still... Other Than That This Just Might Be My New Nail Place♥️

Went there for my nails twice. 1st experience was a very mediocre job done. I get pink only acrylic as an overlay on my nails. Acrylic was very bulky. 2 months later I just did the same and tried to give them another shot. Same experience. Not really worth the price for the job. Bulky job, not edge to edge on each finger. I probably wont be back a third try.

I went here for a full set. I asked the older guy to do my nails. He rushed and put nails that were too big for my nail beds. Then the full set only lasted two weeks. I felt like the guy was throwing my hands around. The worse full set and customer service ever. I will stick to TD Nails where they measure correctly, do a wonderful job and theres never an issue with attitude. Go TD NAILS. STAR NAILS YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER.

Service was HORRIBLE! They are extremely slow. Understaffed.. They constantly stop to service other people in the mist of accommodating you. They dont know how to polish, my toes look like a three year old did them.

I am surprised at the negative reviews, I have known Tom for almost 20 years at 2 shops. He is very professional and respectful. Yes sometimes they talk on their phones while working. But most places Ive been they do. You need to just sit back, relax and enjoy the time. The negative reviews are ridiculous and not true.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. The boss man whose name I shouldve gotten was so rude and disrespectful to me. While doing my nails he started navigating his iPhone making me wait while he pulled up some stats of who knows what. Right after he finished polishing my nails he told me to get the color I want for my toe nails. I asked if he could do it for me being that my nails were still wet and he told me no go, YOU go, you get your own nail polish, now, go, in such a rude and bossy way. The color I chose was a Nail Lacquer from a brand of polish that the lady used on me two weeks before. The man told me I couldnt use the nail polish because it was gel. I told him it wasnt gel and says on the bottle that its a Nail Lacquer. He told me hes the boss he makes the rules I cant use that color. So I told him I wasnt going to tip him being that I cant even choose the color that I want. This man told me to get out of his chair and let someone else polish my toes. So I told him I dont want anyone else to do my nails, I dont want anyone so rude to have my money so I walked out and told them my nails is on the house. The man chased me outside and literally pushed me back and said you have to pay or I will call police. I told him not to touch me and to call the police so I can tell them how he put his hands on me. Another worker ran out asking whats the issue and I explained to her that he was extremely rude and that I wasnt paying anyone whos service to me is rude and disrespectful. The man continued to harass me by taking pictures of me and threatening to call the police until I told him I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau. Instead of charging me extra for the color he refused to let me use it and I felt completely discriminated against. Two weeks prior they also gave me a hard time when I chose that brand of polish!

Horrible set, had to have them removed! I tried to tell another tech I was unhappy with my set when the man was still shaping my nails, was told I was holding my fingers crooked? Ok so hes not going to help and I wait to see if once their painted that maybe theyll look better, they get worse! The worst paint job I have ever received! So I tell another tech Im not happy, Im told to wait. Finally the man who said Im holding nail crooked asked what I wanted him to do, take them off or what? I say take them off, then 2 other techs come look and start talking about me in Asian. Very uncomfortable sitting there with 3 people talking about you, smh! So I asked him if they would like to tell me what their talking about me, totally ignore me. They act like their doing me a favor their doing my nails, completely forgetting they have a job because people like me pay them! Denies I told him I was unhappy, when 5 other people in store heard me, and yes they told me they did hear me! They have my nail tech working on me and another girl at the same time, so unprofessional having us keep trading seats! Unreal what I went through in this place

Horrible place!!!!! I first of all I felt extremely uncomfortable because I felt like they was talking about me second the lady that did my eyelashes did a horrible job!!! Like I literally just got them done yesterday and they are already coming apart!!! Ugh Im returning to them today and she better fix them with no charge or I will demand for a refund!

Got my toes done here and the experience was ok. The foot bath water was not hot at all. I kept asking for them to make it hotter but they never fixed it.
