I love it. They’re all really good but Tinna has my heart she’s the best.

While doing the pedicure I noticed the lady was moving so fast like she was in a race. She hurt my toe on one foot, I didnt say anything but when she got to the other foot I told her to please be careful. She then was removing the old nail polish and the tool she was using slipped. She stopped and immediately looked at the male manicurist seated next to us. Since he didnt react she went to continue. I asked her if everything is okay. She asked if she hurt me which she didnt. Then she asked should she get someone else. I said I guess its okay for you to continue. Then I said to her, you are moving really fast....didnt get to finish my sentence, she became angry and started shouting at me. I decided I had enough and said I was leaving. She then told she could get someone else to continue, I said fine. Another person finished my manicure did okay but the pedicure was a mess And over charged me. I will never be back, I will go back to my usual nail place. I only came here because it was closer. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

They do great nails but as Im getting a pedicure I told Holly that the product is burning my toes and she kept on going I told her can we let it cool down and proceed to the other foot and she literally caught a fit. Maam my toes is burning not once did I have her attitude. She mustve been having a bad morning and releasing her anger out on me

Very nice place clean and the workers are very friendly and they do a good job they make you feel pretty look pretty I had my feet and my nails done for Fathers Day my granddaughter Erica said Grandma go get your feet in your nails done. And gave me $100 bill and I feel good and they look good so if you get a chance go to Annas nail and beauty salon they will surely make you look good and feel good.

I went to do my pedicure and the guy used poor quality material a brush not clean I don’t even think they sanitize the material at all and was doing my feet so quick like he was rushing me I swear it was 3 min in total that he used the scrub between putting my feet in water I’ve been to so many places but this is the first time in here never coming back I don’t recommend at all I didn’t let him finish because I’m not satisfied don’t fool people and take their money this is pure robbery!!!

I’ve been at this salon three times so far, but on the last visit they rushed out the clients. They wanted to go home and the end results of my pedi and gel nails was crapy. I have no words to describe my pedi. My nails look terrible. It is pretty much an in and out service with no quality at all. The lady gave me an attitude when I asked what I wanted done as if she just wanted to leave. You do not give your clients attitude. Your clients are paying you to do a job that you are advertising and as long as you are getting the amount you are asking for just be friendly and professional at all times.

Ohhh I love this salon. I refuse to go any else . I have been coming to see Lee for 6 years or more and now I bring my daughters we always leave happy and satisfied. I never have to tell him what to do he already know what I like and does the best pedicures. I freaking love them!!! Price are the best in central Florida

Went for the first time after work on a Friday. Thats important because anyone knows going to a nail salon on a Friday afternoon can be an ordeal, much less being a first time customer. You never know what to expect. The staff was friendly with all the new Covid precautions in place. Great selection of colors and MOST importantly no pushy nail tech trying to up charge my services. I ended up with a great gel manicure. I think I have found my new nail spot 💅🏾

Please do not waste your hard earned money at this nail place. My mother bought me this gift certificate from Anna’s nail salon as a Valentine’s Day present. I’m an officer so I work a lot. As well as having children in extracurricular activities life gets away from you. I was so excited to be able to go get my nails done finally When I had some time for myself. I walk into the location, one of the ladies said hi how are you. But after that it took them 10 minutes to come over and acknowledge my existence. I told The gentleman I had received a gift card and I was ready to use it. They told me that the gift card was now expired and I wouldn’t be able to use it. When they gave my mom the gift card they never said there was an expiration. So when I received it I didn’t think anything of it. I thought I had at least a year to use it. But the fact that they won’t even honor it because of a misunderstanding shame on them. They are just out for Your money they don’t care about the clients. If you’re wondering why I didn’t notice it had an Expiration was because they sealed it in an envelope and gave it to my mother for me to open I never opened it until the day I got to the location. I just don’t understand how a gift card can have an expiration date they have my mom’s money and we cannot use it because they put One month and two week expiration? Who does that? I beg you please do not go to this location they are not worth it!

Love going to Tina for my nails. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. She’s the only one I trust with designs. Definitely a returning customer. She is the one to go to for eyebrows and lashes too!

The old guy were very disrespect, rude and had an attitude. He was so rough that he hurt couple of my fingers and didnt even apologize. I went in between classes, thats why it was my only option closest to my school. Going to a nail salon should be a relaxing time. But I only felt frustration. Im only giving a star because the other people seemed nicer and I saw a good job they were doing. Just dont do with the old man!

Been coming her for about 6 years and like the atmosphere.Workers greet you at entrance and are good at what they do, offer other services as well, nice place.

I usually do my eyebrows at this place and their staff is always very friendly and they do it amazing. So i don’t know if they have new inexperienced staff due to covid but i went to do my eyebrows and the lady didn’t do them correctly at all. Little to no hair was removed... i didn’t want to ask her to do them thinner in case she actually didn’t know how to do them and she messed up my brows...

Ive been going here for the past 10 yrs or so and I will continue. Customer service and the service is always great!! Awesome sauce 👌🏾

My second time getting my nails done by that old guy, his attitude is extremely unprofessional, it’s like I couldn’t say anything about how i want my nails done. Trust me the nail shop is clean, quiet and the rest of the employees are pretty much ok, except that one guy.....been there 3 times and am going back but he will not do my nails. One ⭐️ Because of him.

Staff was friendly. This is a great place for a quick mani/pedi. If youre looking for a cute spot for a girls day experience, I probably wouldnt recommend here.

This has been one of my nail homes the last 2years . They are patient and usually I can walk in and be seen within minutes. No absurd lines/holds. They have ample regulars,so they know to make appointments. Though! dont sit in chair 4, the chair decides when it wants to do the command you press. If that doesnt matter to you then go for it. Lee is great and so funny.

Their friendly and nice. They always greet you with a smile.

I was just at Annas salon literally Wednesday night. 08-29-17. Around 7:25 ish. I only stopped by because my lashes that were previously applied one was falling off because it was time for it to come off. I asked them if they did lashes they said yes I also wanted my eyebrows done as well. No when its time for me to get my lashes done, she tells me to lay down I did...but not before I asked her to put a fresh towel down so I can lay my head. I lay down waiting to feel a warm wet towelette over my eyes or SOMETHING so my previous lashes can fall off. The lady that was there plucked the lashes off my eyes fast as ever and i SCREAMED and jumped up because it hurt and I was In shock. So I look in the mirror to see that my natural lashes were no long even present. My kids were burning and I was ready to leave. The guy that works there kept trying to reassure me I was okay. And I asked him how the process was suppose to go to see what he said and HE stated that they apply a remover. So I said okay because she meaning the lady who took off my lashes she never applied anything she just yanked them off. And he says oh yeah we cant apply anything if your going to get lashes again so Im just like what?!?! This was only my second time getting my lashes down. And I only went to that establishment because it was late and the place I WOULD go to. Who have done my lashes. And do a BEYOND great job at applying lashes AND safely removing. They were closed. OH ALSO ITS VERY IMPORTANT for me to say I do NOT run my eyes or touch my face unless its with the back of my hands.

If I could give this place O stars I would. I came in and the lady was nice but unfortunately she wasn’t the one doing my full set. This older guy was doing it, first I asked him to help me find a specific color which he gave me and attitude and made me look on my own. The whole time he was rough with my hands and was rushing. My thumb is crooked and the stones aren’t even in a straight line he made me pay 36$ for a rude horrible full set. I had to get to class so I had no time to argue. Find somewhere else this place is horrible!

Ive been going to this nail shop for about 3 years now..Everyone is really nice and inviting..Tina, the young lady at the first work station does an exceptional job on my nails everytime I step foot through the door! She is amazing & the prices are very affordable!

I was greeted as I entered, only one other patron was in the shop, I don’t have any complaints about the customer service wasn’t impressed but wasn’t turned off. I sat in chair 4 and was highly disappointed in my nails. I was looking for gel extensions, they didn’t have that service so I asked for a gel overlay and the receptionist or girl at the front didn’t know what I was talking about she just kept saying we can do gel nails. So I ended up with the basic gel polish which, nail tech chair #4 an older guy, did a horrible job at. My nails were lumpy in spots and not completely painted. I will not be going back.

Went there got my nails done dude did the exact opposite he cut me. Didn’t shape right. And 4 days later two of my nails came off.

I brought my mother and aunt here for a mani & pedi, we were more than pleased with the service. Lee was exceptionally kind and understanding when I mentioned our next appointment elsewhere.First time going there, and I will definitely return! :)

Absolutely horrible..... I went here to get a pedicure and a full set. I sat in my chair first and I was on my cell phone so I think he thought I wasn’t paying attention. I noticed He didn’t really file my toe nails down to make them even (you know the whole entire point of getting a pedicure) but I figured he wasn’t done. After he started painting my nails I said excuse me my toe nails are not even... he ignored me and continued to paint my toes. When he was done I was infuriated. I told him my toe nails are not even. Some are longer than others and it literally looked like I took the polish off and just painted them myself opposed to paying to professionally have polished looking toes. He agreed it was uneven but He then argued with me that I need acrylic if I wanted it even ?? First off only one toe was tiny slanted from being chipped there was no need for acrylic. Secondly if that was the case and you are the “expert” why didn’t you recommend that to me. The fact that you knew that my toes were uneven and were gunna send me out shoes how lazy and how much of a rip off you are. Never go here. I didn’t get my full set needless to say and my pedicure I had redone two days later. Which ended up being 60 damn dollars.

Rude rude rude! Took my 16 year old daughter for a refill and toe polish and they were beyond rude! The man who’s name is supposed to be Michael kept making rude comments that she didn’t have money and treating her very rough! When she paid and left two of her nails were cracked and uneven and the polish all lumpy!! This man had the nerve to say she was on her phone and didn’t listen!!! They were very rude to me when I paid and had them correct there mistakes, I will never bring them business and do NOT recommend them. They are very lucky I even gave them a star!!

When I first met Lee. We were fighting. This mand just could not listen to me but once he was done with my nails, gave him a big tip( totally deserves it) and walked away. Now he is my bestie, meet at least every 2 weeks😂😂😘😘

Literally the worst nail salon experience i’ve ever had. my nail tech was an older guy who had the nastiest attitude ever. i didn’t understand what he was saying, so i was like sorry? and he starts raising his voice and like moving my hand around as he yelled at me. i was low key scared lol. but seriously, i’ll never be going back here and this situation really put a dent in my day and will make me never go back. learn some manners buddies

Good basic service and a pleasant nail technician, but the massage chair didnt work well. And, for me, the massage chair matters. Notified the tech, for future reference.

You will not be wasting your money or time when it comes to her skills. You want instagram nails?? She is your girl! She can pretty much do anything. This nail shop is the first nail shop iv been too that I’m actually excited about my nails when I leave out. iv never had a problem with my nails. They last a very long time and Im hair stylist so I need things that last. everybody always loves my nails as much as I do. Thank you Tina 💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋

This place is absolutely horrible. I came here once before and received horrible service but since it was close and only wanted a polish I figured it shouldnt be that bad. First Phoung acted like he had an attitude. He did apply apply adequate coats to cover my complete nail bed and my end results are lumpy. I have never had polish applied to my toes without using a toe separator and same thing Phoung did not apply adequate polish to my toes. I will NOT return here ever again. Do yourself a favor and find another nail salon

Horrible! Went to get a full set and was cut twice the polish quality is horrible!!! When I got home I realized the nails were bumpy and the polish was peeling off, went to get it fixed and pretty much came out the same, definitely NEVER going back.

I went there with my 14year old niece and I had a horrible experience. She got an acrylic and he seemed as though he was in a rush, a week later they began to pop off. She was drying her nails and made a mistake and messed up her nail and he got very upset and told her she needed to be more careful. When he fixed it he kept pushing her other nails out of the way and shook her hand while saying relax your hand. I totally forgot his name but he is an older Chinese man who was very disgruntled. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else, not work the headache!!!!!!

Literally the worst gel dip manicure I have ever gotten...color is lumpy and uneven...the nail tech didn’t sand or buff the color down at all...it basically looks like a 5 year old gloped some color on my nails. The nail tech also cut my finger with the sander. They may do other types of manicures well, but do NOT go for a gel dip manicure and expect high quality. He had no clue how to manage a proper gel dip manicure. It’s so bad, I’m going to a different place to get them fixed tomorrow.

Every time u go is a diferent price plus they do everything so fast like chapchap they rude always talking in they language for no body to understand why they laughing so hard .. Its a unfortunately bcz i live cross street from it and i rather drive somewere else 😝👎

This place was not even a 1-star. The older man that did my mani-pedi was HORRIBLE! My Pedi lasted about 20 minutes, and when I asked for a third coat of polish, because it was super thin.. He asks me am I sure.. Seriously!! He does, but with a frown.. Now the mani...same guy..burns my nailbed with the drill several times, hes filling my nails like theyre acrylic..Im natural..oh, did I forget he squares my nails when I went in with round..now Im DONE!! NEVER-EVER-EVER going back... BTW $45 for a mani-pedi and no polish on my nails..wish I could post pics.

Went to go get a pedi/mani.. WORSE EVER!!! The nail tech dug into my big toe with a vengeance! When I told her she was hurting me she blamed it on thick cuticles.. She proceeded to do the same thing to the other foot.. The whole pedicure took no more than 10 mins and I went to a totally different nail shop to get my manicure. Whenwhile it is a whole week later MY TOE STILL HURTS!! I cant even wear my normal work shoes!! BAD BAD BAD!!

I have had bad experience with this place twice 3 years ago and this month a decided to try them again and it was the same, I got my toe nails acrylic and polished, they never polish your nail properly it’s like they are saving the polish so they apply a little at the top and my acrylic broke in 3 days, this place is a joke . They won’t ever get my money again .

My sister and I went in due to then having a free manicure with a spa pedicure. We walked in and wanted to check more services out and the employees were very rude and impatient. They then started speaking their native language and stared at us. Needless to say, we decided to go somewhere else.
