I love how my nails turned out! I got the gel polish both hands and toes. The pedicure was neat and so relaxing. I loved the elegant flower design he did on my nails. Theyre really friendly and take care of you. Would 10/10 recommend, would come back.

Angle was amazing she did the nest job. I got the deluxe and she did such a great massage I almost fell asleep. I will definitely be back. The place was super clean which is what you want I a nail salon. Also my friend got there feet done as well.

If I could give zero I would, worst salon I’ve ever been to. I was there at 8 and left at 10 bc the lady kept leaving, asked for a design and got something else not even close and the acrylics were poorly made, hade take to take them off the next. The set was 40 and she charged me 50! Don’t waste your time here

To start off if you are staying in one of the surrounding hotels by Vineland Rd. and Major Blvd. youre in luck! I visited Orlando for a friends wedding and planned on getting a manicure in the morning on the day of the wedding. What a chance it was that a nail salon was just across the road from my hotel. I made my appointment the day before. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and seated very soon after another customer had just finished. All said and done what a fantastic manicure. Of course in discussion the wedding came up and heres what I really loved about the visit and this was something that I hadnt given a thought to but I have had this done before. The woman I was with (Im sorry I forgot her name) suggested I get an eyebrow wax. Admittedly, I know my eyebrows tend to get a bit untamed and, Im so glad she suggested it because I gladly jumped at the opportunity! Yes! Please!When I am in Orlando again - and I will be - Ill be making an appointment.

Highly recommend Orlando Nails and Spa! My boyfriend and I walked in and both got manicures within the hour. They did a great job with my gel manicure and were professional and kind.

Clean place and did a good job. My husband and I got pedicures, (I chose gel) and they did a very nice job. Their feet/leg massages were so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I went here and they kept leaving me to go do other customers in the middle. I asked if they could do the nails I wanted and they said yes then they turned out completely wrong. I had to go to a different nail salon the next day and get them removed. I tried to be understanding as there was only one person working while the others sat around on their phones for the three hours I was there getting my nails done and having my skin ripped to the point I was bleeding. I asked for a refund as it was very unprofessional and not what I asked for at all but they refused. 120 dollars later for mine and my friends nails that turned out horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they want awful nails.

Really cute job on my hands and feet. My gel manicure lasted a super long time. I got the Orlando Spa Pedicure and let me just say this is the most refreshed I’ve been in the longest time. Their massage chairs are really nice too. I was impressed. I’m very happy with the job they did. 100/10!

Very friendly staff. Cost was reasonable and the service was great. Absolutely recommend the deluxe pedicure - the included massage was rejuvenating after a long day walking the parks. They get very busy depending on special events in the area, so appointments are suggested.

Walked in off the street after a long week at work and after reading some other reviews, decided to visit. There was only one other person in the salon at the time so it was very safe. The massage was amazing and the polish selection was great. The people were lovely and respectful ❤ Would definitely recommend and visit again.

They place & staff were nice. After I left there was a part of my heel that did NOT look like I had gotten a pedicure. My manicure with the gel polish was uneven. A waste of $80 but, I was on vacation & wanted my feet & nails to look good.

I always have the hardest time finding a nail salon that values quality over quantity. My nail tech paid attention to detail and took her time - did not rush us out the door for the next customer. 10/10 quality service... I highly recommend giving this hidden gem a chance!

I got a gel full set and a pedicure a couple of weeks ago. They did a really great job doing my nails. None of my acrylics have lifted or chipped; they have a good coffin shape too! I needed them done for a party I was going to, and I’m really happy with how they turned out. The pedicure was perfect and they were extremely attentive. Also the place is extremely clean and orderly. I came out of there super relaxed and happy ☺️☺️

I got my toes and my nails done. My toes came out so cute I love them but my nails didn’t come out cute. It was late a night the lady was already tired she could’ve of told me to come back tomorrow I wouldn’t have mind. My nails are not evening I’m so sad. I love the color but it’s lumpy and everyone at my job could tell. I can’t believe I paid $40 for my nails but they didn’t come out the way I want them 😭

I went to get a mani and pedi, gel. The guy doing my toes didn’t speak any English so it was very hard to communicate what I wanted done. He didn’t even out my toe nails and left them pretty long. The lady doing my mani left a lot of space between the gel color and my cuticle and the worsttt part of it all.. it’s only been a week since I went and my gel manicure is lifting up and coming off all on itself. Such a waste of money!

I had to wait for a very long time, but they did a really nice job. I was out of town visiting, but if I’m ever back around I’d return, though would ask ahead of time how long the wait is before I settle into the pedicure chair :)

The pedicure was not good because my heel is not done correctly and looks exactly how i walked in, rough. I did a full acrylic set and they were not done correctly either. The prep of cutting my cuticles and pushing the skin back was not done, made me bleed on almost all my nails and all the nails are uneven in regards to the fillers. I would post a pic if possible. $80 down the drain and I am so frustrated. All my clothes keep getting caught on my nails because they weren’t filed properly after adding the powder

It was really nice and pedicure was really good!

I sat for two hours while the nail tech was doing my nails.I explained nicely my nails were not even and the ombré was messed up. She didnt listen and just started adding glitter to hide the none mixed colors. She repeatedly was texting the whole time and I didnt say anything the first two times but she answered phone calls and she went to the back to talk to a different tech for a while I was the only person in the salon and I sat for two hours and my nails werent done correctly I left the place within 10min the designs started falling off . Im sorry but I wouldnt recommend this salon ever. I’m very unhappy. Unprofessional and completely disappointed ❌❌❌

Not good with acrylic. Seemed nervous and she cut my index finger, nails were lumpy looking and looked even worse after applying gel polish. Manicure was good but the polish job was not. Nail broke after only four days, didnt bother to go back. I miss Lisa that used to work there, she was great!

This was my first visit to this Nail Salon. I was attentively waited on and enjoyed my complete pedicure services. Professional quality, very thorough, yet I felt very relaxed during the entire process and wasn’t rushed. I also received a gel manicure. My nails look lovely! Posting an honest review about a location can help someone else in the future!Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at this location because of the positive reviews I saw posted.On SEPT 19th, 2019I first called ahead to find out what the latest time they take someone for a fill and pedicure to make sure I could get there on time. I was told 7-7:30pm would be a good window for me to come in. When I first got to this location, I was on time arriving a little before 7:30pm and there were two ladies inside. One was attending to another client, while the other one was on their phone and didnt acknowledge I had walked in. The nail tech taking care of the other client asked me if I was the one that called and I said yes. So, she told me I would need to wait a few minutes and pick out my color in the meantime, just like normal places. I voiced that I already knew what color, gel polish, shape, design, etc. She then told the other tech that was on her phone something in their language. She then directed me to the chairs to sit down and begin my pedicure. I simply wanted a pedicure, cut down, and regular polish change. when rubbing my legs, she applied too much pressure, which hurt, she almost cut my big toe while cutting my nails because she went to deep, and when polishing my toes she had to have the other nail tech stop working on her client and correctly polish my big toes. During that time I felt uncomfortable because the other women was watching my feet with impatience as the two nail techs attended to me .Then, it was time to do my finger nails which made me feel a little better because the tech who fixed my toe nail polish was working on my finger nails and I figured they would be taken care of better. This nail tech was the manager and she was nice, and we had good conversation however, she took extremely long. I didnt leave their nail salon until 10:45pm, which was a huge inconvenience for my family and my two year old. The average amount of time I normally spent to get my finger and toe nails done doubled at this location. Overall, I am not happy with how my nails came out. I will never go to this location again or recommend them to anyone.I ONLY CAME HERE BECAUSE OF THE PROXIMITY AND LATE CLOSING!!

Worst place Ive ever been to in my entire life of getting nails done. I had to get my nails done last minute being from out of state and traveling, so I called and confirmed if they had any availability. The woman informed me to come in an hour. I took an uber and got there and the lady who was supposed to do my nails wasnt there so I had to wait another hour. I finally got back there only to find out (after prepping my nails) that the woman who I was waiting for didnt know how to do the simple gel design shown on their review photos page on Google. She had me sit there for 15 minutes to try and figure out another design just so it would be convenient for them. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I had to uber to a completely different place and wait another hour before being seen. Not even a dog who needs their nails groomed.

I just recently moved up from Miami and I was looking for an affordable but yet a salon with great service who have technicians that know what they’re doing. I stumbled upon this one and wasn’t disappointed. Katie did a great job on my full set and gave me what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back.

STAY AWAY! This place is dirty, unsanitary and just disappointing ! Their tools came out of a sandwich ziplock bag and we didnt see them get cleaned. They didnt push back our cuticles but instead they used a drill, which now 2 days later my cuticles are all chewed up. Two of my nails from the no chip didnt even get cured and I now have huge bubbles under them. Dont even bother making appointments, I made 2 for my sister and myself to have together because we were in from out of town visiting universal and one of us got taken and the other sat for 20 mins just soaking. We just hope we dont get infections!!!

I come to this salon every two weeks. The techs are always nice! They’re patient when doing my 3 year old daughters nails. The environment is clean and friendly. The place is ok. There was not anyone waiting, and yet they do your nails in such a rush. I told the technician I wanted my nails longer and anyway she just started putting acrylic on my nails and I ended up with very short nails, and they couldn’t even do a single line in your nails, like no design or anything. My overall experience, I wasn’t satisfied with my nails.

I am visiting from out of town and had Misty do a mani/pedi. She is so good at what she does and very detail-oriented. It is the best nails I have ever gotten done. If I lived here, I would be a regular!

Two were on the phone, one Vietnamese the other Chinese while pedicure and waxing. Cut the big toenail so badly, they had to glue it back and was bloody. Wax above lip was so hot it burned and when pulled, it pulled the skin.To add insult to injury, they over charged. Very unprofessional today.My advice if you go there - ask for their undivided attention to their work.

Giving one star for several reasons. I just moved to area and I’m a frequent customer at nail salons because my job requires me to have beautiful nails. So I always have really long beautiful Stiletto nails, I had grown out my real nails a lot, about an inch in length, and had acrylic on top. I went in and asked for a fill, she started filing the top without even clipping the acrylic first then slid the electric file up towards my finger cutting me, and didn’t even apologize. The she said do I want to go a little shorter, I said yeah I’ll go a little shorter, she cut my pinky and asked if it was good and I said yes. Then cut all my other fingers extremely short in a hurry. When I say extremely short I mean my 1 inch nails are less than half their original size. So I told her that it is too short now and I won’t be able to achieve the stiletto look without it looking weird and claw like now. So she said she will cut it off and give me a fake tip. Only my pinky and ring fingers were the right length so she starts using a tip to take off my acrylic, very painfully. After 2 nails I told her she needed to soak them because it was too painful. Then she could not follow instructions and did not give me anything close to what I asked for. I wanted to leave but like I said I have to have my nails nice for work tomorrow and it was already too late to go to a different salon. Then she tells me it’s going to be 90$ and says it’s because I got “full set” “long tips” etc.. when I didn’t ask for that I only asked for a fill it’s not my fault she chopped my REAL nails off! Now I’m stuck with these ugly nails and my real nails are gone and my underneath is damaged from her ripping the acrylic off. I paid the 90$ but will never be back here. I encourage you to go somewhere else. And in the other reviews they said something about foil fingers and that they would stop but I saw them going that to another woman! Horrible technicians they need to go back to school!

I get my nails done MINIMUM once a month. Absolute worst service ever.Went with my GF & daughter. Waited an hour soaking in a chair before they even began on us. I ended up declining service and let both of them get worked on. They messed up their nails multiple times. My GF actually had to teach one of them how to quickly remove gel from the nails because it took almost 35 minutes to remove the gel from her feet. And we still had a long drive to make back to Tampa. They did not disclose that there would be an extra charge for gel removal at the beginning of our service. Which we told them at least five times that we had gel. There seemed to be a huge language barrier, and only one person could translate for everyone.

Place is clean. Very very slow. 1 hour and 40 minutes for a simple manicure (no lotions, no polish) and a shellac pedicure. AND tried to overcharge me! Will not return

I visited this salon just to remove old gel and cover once again. 1st of all they have very poor color assortment. But it’s not the main problem, I’ve found more or less suitable color. Lady who did my manicure took off gel with a cutter first. And after that she wrapped my nails in a foil with acetone. I must say that naturally my nails are very strong, not thin and have good shape, it’s not a hard work to do a manicure to me. After a foil with acetone she started to took it off with a cutter once again. I asked why she does it and she said that it had thick base. But she took off not only base, she took off my nails. After her work my nails became thin like a paper and bend if i touch them. Also it is very sensitive now. By the way, manicure looks very sloppy. It’s not professional. Very disappointed. Will never visit it again.
