Great experience! Booked appointments for 5 Mani-pedis (2 kids 3 adults) without any issues. Professional and knew how to work with all ages of our group (7-61). 3 generations were able to get services together and had a great time. No smudges for the kids! Quiet relaxing time for the adults. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to Emily for at least 15 years. They are always friendly and do a great job! They take precautions with COVID by wearing masks and cleaning each area after someone is done with their service.

Called on Tuesday for a mani / pedi appointment on Friday evening because I know that can be a busy time and I wanted to make sure I had an appointment because I had an event on Saturday. Appointment was at 6:15 on Friday so showed up at 6:15 but no appointment in the books and no one available to do my nails. I thought maybe I had called the wrong place so looked in my phone log and nope, I called them at 5:15p on Tuesday to make the appointment. The man I talked to took my name and said “see you on Friday”. When no one was available to o do a mani / pedi, they offered that I could wait 45 minutes but I wasn’t going to do that so I went to a different salon and had a wonderful experience.Just like that one company lost a long time customer (I had been going there for several years) and another gained a customer. I have to be able to depend on my nail place so that I know when they say I have an appointments that I have one.Their services are good but nothing extraordinary that other nail salons don’t provide so it was easy to switch somewhere else.

Best mani/pedi in Orlando! Gel nails done flawlessly. I’ll be back regularly.

Im not a local and for that Im upset cause for my first pedicure I felt like I was in heaven my technician was wonderful and caring and so detailed with my little piggies, I dont know the routine anywhere else but hot towel on my feet massage chair going ham on my back and the soothing feeling of my feet getting scrubbed was the best I thought I died and I was unhappy when they woke me up and told me i didnt past away yet by then everything was done and I was upset I had to leave I wanted to go another round. But one thing I have to say is thank you. Youve made this customers vacation one to remember.

Finally, I’ve found a place that I can rely on. I only get pedicures [the basic pedicure in fact] and I’m more than satisfied. The pedi special is only $25. I will be back!!

I just like regular polish. my hands are just starting to chip now after a week. I think they would have lasted longer if I️t wasn’t for me cleaning so much. looked nice all week, they did a great job. And my toes look like I just got them done. The place was really clean and talented technicians. Would definitely recommend.

I get Mani and pedis here. Emily is the best. Ive never had an issue. Great service and always pleased with the results. Easy to call and schedule. If I dont have an appointment sometimes I have to wait but thats expected. I live close which is a huge plus also.

This place is always refusing to take me in when there’s clearly enough time, 2 whole hours to get my service done. This has happened 3 times already. I would not Recommend even attempting to give these miserable people your money when they obviously are not interested.😂

1st time I went was over a month ago, wont be my last. I have acrylics with pink n white ombre. Havent had a fill in over a month, no lifting or breaks. Def worth the price, friendly and clean.

Zero stars. Rude and dismissive technicians on both attempts to get a fill. The first time, I was asked to wait 5-10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and gave up. As I got up to leave, they suddenly asked me to pick a color, but I just said, Im sorry, I just have to go. The second time, I asked for a fill and was curtly told no, we dont have time today. Not can you come back later, or call for an appointment.. There were 2 other customers and 3 technicians there, on a Sat. afternoon, and nobody was waiting. Worst attitude and service Ive ever seen in a nail shop, period.This is a husband and wife business and it is horrible, they are greedy and selfish...it is really unbecoming of business owners!!!THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR THE AREA....I WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER NAIL SHOP TO GO TO IN THE AREA!

Waxing service HORRIBLE, did NOT feel like a princess. Definitely overpriced for the quality. Usually pay $7 for brows and they are done fantastically. Paid $9 here and my brow was waxed almost completely off. Totally embarrassed by how I look. Save your time and money.

Had a amazing experience as soon as I walked in. Vy was my tech. Went in for just a pedicure and saw the great special they had for the deluxe and hot stones. I was ready to relax. The leg and foot massage was amazing. She didnt hurt me ..asked me if I was ok. The massage chair is definitely a newer chair which was nice. Place is clean and others where getting the nails done and it didnt have that toxic salon smell. I def recommend this place. I am the type the shops new places to find the best service. This salon is the best in the area..way better then Venus and Crystal salon down the road. Thank you Vy and the other gentleman that was there were amazing

Worst manicure of my life. Acrylic is WAY to thick when I asked for thin twice, uneven filing, and bumps in already uneven polish job.
