I decided to visit this salon while in town they provided 5 star service.

Great service! I made an appointment online 30 minutes before I got there and I didnt have to wait at all. Made my appointment with BB and my nails turned out so cute

I liked the service but I don’t think I should have been charged 105$ for work that’s 75$.

Went with my daughter early Thursday morning. I had a pedicure she had gel manicure. Pedicure was just ok. Lady was not pleasant, didn’t say a word beside what color I’d like. My daughters manicure was ok, but today is Monday and they are peeling already. Not to mention the cost on their website doesn’t reflect what we were charged. There should be a price list posted. Disappointed. Won’t return. Way too many in the area to settle for convenience.

When a woman, man, or anyone on the gender fluid scale comes into your shop, you treat them with courtesy and respect. Your place of business has a lot of dang nerve acting the way you did towards someone today. Its apparent that there is a discrimination issue at play when everyone else gets fast and courteous assistance, but my friend isnt spoken to...and when he politely inquires about being seen, the desk CLERK is so put out, is pains her to state it will take an hour. So let me explain that there is zero chance in hell that this place should continue to operate, especially in Orlando, if you think that business practice is ethical and okay. Get educated. Your CLERKS ignorance was classless and tasteless...and definitely deserving of reprimand. Change your employees attitudes or change your employees...or you will continue to lose business as a result. Being a shop owner is already volatile stuff...being a place that allows discrimination, you should go out of business.

I asked when I called how much it was for the services I wanted and was charged 10$ more at checkout. When I called I was told because my nails were a different shape and long. My nails were medium length and already shaped, he did not have to shape them but I was still charged as if he did. This was my first time here and I personally will not be back. I have never been charged more for ALREADY having my nails shaped..

Just got my nails done Saturday and today is Sunday! First time going in to this place and all I needed was a fill in, the lady cut my finger, the gel polish was done messy, she shaped the nail by the cuticle so bad that These will not last past a week, she had to have a 5 minute conversation with the receptionist just to figure out how much to charge me which they settled on $55🤦🏾‍♀️ Very upset and will never waste my money here again

I went to get a manicure bc I work with my hands. I walk in and the lady is asking the basic questions ( color, shape, service....) she looks at me and says nothing. So I walk up to the front desk and asked if I needed to sign in........ she said “ for men, it’s a one hour wait “ ..... not hello, not how can I help you, nothing.Discrimination at its finest.Trash business

Ive been here twice and had a good experience both times. Good range of colors and they always have them in stock. Complimentary drinks and the staff is super friendly! The tech did a great job on my nails. One of the best manicures Ive had in Orlando. Location is also super convenient being right in the Sodo center next to target.

Love it here, very clean and it doesn’t reek of nail polish the air is fresh. Also Kim is amazing and does great work with so much kindness and patience.

0/10 Would not recommend. Apparently it is customary for you to very clearly discriminate against a customer. Being told it would be over an hour for my nephew to be seen when you had 7 techs working and only two customers being served...how is that possible? Obviously you dont care about being courteous to your customers at all. Not a way to run a business AT ALL. But hey, you cant buy class...#henny4life

They do a good job. They usually play rated R movies so dont bring your kids. I brought my girls once and the movie was super inappropriate. They did change it.

I recently moved about 2 hours away and have tried to find a good technician who can do dip nails and I’ve walked around embarrassed for about 2 months. I had to go back to Orlando to see Lyly. Lyly does my dip nails and gel pedicure and she is an artist! I feel and my nails look fantastic, thank you Lyly!

I never review places, but the salon staff were not following any covid protocols. Most of the staff were not wearing masks and some were coughing/not covering their mouth while seated next to me. I had to leave before my nails were done because I was so uncomfortable. I would never come here again.

I have gone to this establishment twice so far and each time I have been highly disappointed and my experience today was no different. I definitely will not return after this one. The nail salon visually is appealing but their worker are trash. Each person I’ve had sucked at applying nail polish and spoke no English for me to complain where they could fix the mistake. I have also gotten the same services each time and each time my price was different. I don’t not recommend this place at all

Every single time we try to call ahead a day before and reserve a spot, get a text that weve been booked, and show up and there are no technicians available, end up waiting 30-45 minutes. And let me tell you - this is not because theyre full. Its because they dont know how to manage.If you call ahead to sit next to your friend, they will not accommodate you. They claim they provide wine, but they dont. After giving them a shot four times, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Consider taking better care of customers!

This place is amazing, the person who did my nails amazing job!! She took very care of me. She was very careful, caring and went beyond my expectations. The place is very clean and feels very welcoming. This is my second visit and the recently remodeled counter looks phenomenal! I will definitely come back!

Was here on Tuesday and the pedicure it was pretty good and very relaxing but the manicure.... let’s just say my 9 year old could do a better Paint job lol but all in all would come back for the super relaxing pedicure

The customer service is always lacking. From the people who greet you at the door to the nail tech. I honestly only go there when Im desperate and dont have time to go elsewhere. Also, definitely treat new customers differently.

Lily is AMAZINGGGGGGGG. I’ve come here a few times and seen multiple people and ended up seeing Lily in November and NO ONE can do my nails like she does! They’re literally flawless and stay on forever. I have multiple nail places close to where I live but will continue driving out here to see her. Last time They recommended me to use SNS Dipping powder. This product has vitamin E with no chemical smell, really good for nail bed. So love this one, much better than Acrylic. This place also had a huge collection of polish and gel color to choose from. And the best part was that their manicure lasted longer than any other places in Orlando. Great job.

They don’t have ANYTHING no colored powder,no diamonds, NO ONE knows how to do designs veryyy poor service every nail tech in there does not know what they are doing please be aware and they are overcharging and saying it’s due to covid-19 which is not the case !I visited this business again to see if they have gotten better at there service but it is still BAD SERVICE they are over charging for POOR POOR work my nails where soooo THIN they where breaking the next day I don’t recommend this place to a animal let alone a person !.

First time trying Nail Spaz today for a Hot Stone Spa Pedicure and it was so awesome and relaxing. The technician worked on my nails was attentive and patient in every details on my nails. So loved it! Their price lists were reasonable i believed. Also I was very impressed with how clean and neat the place was. I will definitely come back when Im in the area again.

Oh my gosh youll never believe how clean and neat the salon as they have disposable liners and their pedicure chairs and they also give new filers and buffer for each of their customers. I also love the customer service because its very friendly everybody so nice and I had a blast here. And plus the prices are very affordable and you get a big deal out of everything

I was a walk-in to this salon at 7:30 when the salon closed at 8.I asked for a standard manicure. 15 minutes top.The Tech brought up no fewer than 5 times how they closed at 8 (even though there were still 3 people receiving pedicures). I was rushed and made to feel bad.I will never return to this salon.

While vacationing in Orlando, my husband and I went to this salon because it had the highest reviews for the area. When we visited the salon, we were greeted at the door, only having to was a few minutes. I loved the fact that this salon used inserts for the basin. The tech I had was very friendly and took time to make sure that my nails looked great. I was extremely happy with the service that we received today and will be back!!!

I will not be returning to this place. The lady who did my gel nails didn’t know what she was doing. She left the side of my nails unpainted. I advised her of the issue she tried to trim my nails with the nail filer. I told her no to fix my nails with the gel it looked so horrible. I told her to get me someone else to fix this. She was so disrespectful I told her I am a customer paying my money and that my nails she be done right. I told the guy at the front who greet you when you walk in, but he did nothing but say I’m sorry. Poor service and poor job!!! I will not return and I advise other to do the same..

Skip the massage parlor. Go here, unwind. Nails, face, feet. They do it all Dahlin! Only thing that would make it better is a glass of red or white:-)

This is the most filthy place I have ever been. First, I’m a physician. This place have no disinfection, sterilization techniques at all. The technicians use the same bur on the hand piece on every single client. No changing instruments ( getting a new set) or wiping after each client. I watched how one technician saw at least five clients using the same instruments, hand piece, burs without changing or sterilizing in between clients. Omg !!!! That’s like using the same needle on every single patient all day long !!!! People you are putting your health at risk. The towels are soooo old that they are yellow, dirty and hard to the touch. I’m surprised that that place have not been shut down. OSHA should go or the health department and close them down.

The woman who did my nails cut the side of my big toe when removing my calluses. Also she didn’t do anything to roughen the top layer of my nail before applying the gel polish for my manicure, so 9 days later and it’s peeling off very badly. When my gel manicures are done correctly, they never peel or chip, I get them removed after 2-3 weeks when there’s too much growth. I definitely won’t be going back here

Hands down best manicure Ive gotten done. Tech copied the nail art so perfectly and did everything without rushing. It was absolutely perfect.

This place need to train their techs on proper technique. The staff seem to have very little knowledge. I had a pedicure done by Tommy that seemed to be very uncomfortable touching feet. He soaked my feet in only water, no cleanser what so ever, he did not clean around the cuticle nor did he buff the nails after trimming them. When scrubbing my heals he missed spots and only scrubbed one foot until I mentioned it to him and not to mention the polish work was sloppy. Then I had my eyebrows waxed and the lady waxed top and bottom of brow and that was it. No clean up between the brow or anything. I was in and out in 20 minutes if that tells you anything. Not worth the price they charge and will not return!!!!

These ladies are artists. Seriously, they take their time and do excellent work. I am always extremely pleased with the way my nails turn out and with the product they introduced to me today SNS dipping powder. My first time and Ive been to many salons, but my very first time trying and I can say that this feels much more better than Acrylic.They really care about doing a good job,  and you can tell they are experts. Theyre efficient, but they do take their time, so dont be in a huge rush.Great selections of colors. An the decor over all is nice. The store overall is very hygienic, changing the disposal liner for every customer. AND they also change out the file and buffer for pedicure and the SCRUBS. VERY GOOD SANTIZATION. So you know you are not walking out with any infections or bacteria! Very worth every penny! There isnt any terrible fake-nails smell when you walk in the salonThe atmosphere is quiet and calming and the staff is very friendly.  This is a chance for you to relax and enjoy the process.

I decided to get a full set with gel polish. After looking over their brochure it stated it was $35. Tommy was nice, but then price gouged me and told me my service was $55. I felt I was getting ripped off and decided to call the next day and the front desk confirm my suspicions. My services were not worth $55 and my nails are too thick. Glad I kept my receipt. Would not recommend to anyone.

Carolina gave me a great pedicure! If you go, be sure you ask for her. Very nice and knows what she is doing! The 4 stars is because the place is juat cramped and too full of stuff in the walk areas.

When I walked in the greeting I got from the nail tech was “what do you need” with an unwelcoming tone ( I asked for a gel pedicure) she was short with me, very rude, hurt me the entire time, I didn’t relax for a second. After getting through the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten it was time to pay. I handed her my credit card and she charged me $45 for a gel pedicure which I was a little thrown off by, seemed a little high (didn’t get an upgrade). As she was charging me she was talking to another technician and after I was charged she hands me the receipt and tells me to go hunt down a pen at the front of the salon to sign the receipt. I found a pen and looked at her and asked how do I tip her there was just a signature line.. she very loudly/ rudely goes “I asked you over there if you wanted tip” to the point everyone around heard and looked at me even after my bad expierence I was still going to tip her. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and I will NEVER return.

Horror story! This is what they did to my face when I went for waxing on 7/7/2016 at 9:45 am. Today I called to tell them about this, and the guy (Kenny) talked to me in a rude way, refused to express any signs of sympathy, and told me I need to go over there so he can SEE what I am talking about and then hung up on me. I called back and by this time he tells me he cant understand my accent (which is a first, since during the 10 years Ive been here, nobody has ever told me that). By this time I was furious and started yelling at him demanding for him to at least say hes sorry and he hung up again. Ten minutes later he called me and told me to go over there to talk about it. I am a working at OMRC and today I am off, and I dont want to go all the way there for at this point I dont know what! my $40? Or a Im sorry that he might say while cursing me in his heart? You either love or hate this place, My love quickly turned to hate fast. They do good work but they price gauge all the time. I always get the same thing done and Ive paid $20, $30 and $35. They never charge me the same fee. Just like others have mentioned, they are VERY NASTY/RUDE. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have a broken arm/shoulder, and can’t move my shoulder to put my hands on the table. My nail tech was so patient and kind, sitting me in a pedi chair and allowing me to get in the most comfortable position to do my nails. I know it wasn’t the easiest for her to do that way. She did a beautiful job on my nails with SNS. Thank you!

Nope, they tried to rip me off last weekend. I was told a regular pedicure is $25 and in the middle of i was asked to upgrade for $10 more and then was told its $45 for the upgrade and a regular pedi is $35... it wasnt even gel polish or anything... she tried it. Be careful when they try to upsell. Get the pricing before you do anything, some of the employees will charge you more in a dishonest way.

I didnt get what I paid for. I wanted a completely blinged out nail and the tech put a few diamonds on my finger and rushed me out the door. The diamonds all fell off quickly I was charged close to a $100 for a fill in and gel toes and walked out unsatisfied I will never return and warn people to not come to this overpriced ghetto place look elsewhere

I am not one to post reviews or complain. With that being said, this was THE WORST gel Mani and pedi Ive EVER had! The pedicure massage wasnt even 5 minutes for the two legs combined! She cut my toe while trimming my cuticles. After telling her I dont like short nails, she trimmed my toenails down to the nub, so much so that as she filed my toenails it hurt. My heels are rougher now than when I arrived! My gel manicure was laughable. The hand massage again was extremely short. My nails were not even and they were rough. I had my friend who was there with me, file my nails a bit to smooth them out as they were snagging my shirt. She disappeared numerous times during the experience, as well as answered her phone at one point. The facility itself is nice, but the service was TERRIBLE! I still tipped 20%, but will NEVER be back and would NOT recommend that location to anyone who wants a decent job done. Im heading home to smooth my heel and wooosah after that horrid experience!

My pedicure was pretty pathetic overall. Although the girl was very nice she gave a Poor massage mediocre pedicure and when I went to pay I was charged $20 for gel. Went in for gel polish and the nail tech (dont know her name) did a sloppy job and coated my nails unevenly. When I brought it to her attention she said that theres nothing wrong with them. Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.
