This place was amazing! I got feet and nails done in an hr! The other place around the corner was expensive and did not do as good work.

I got my nails done on Monday, July 5th and this is my nails today on July 7th. My nails started to chip the day I got my nails done. I’ve gotten a manicure before and have never had my nails chip so quickly. My toes were done and still look perfect and they were just normal nail polish as well. I enjoyed the service and my nail tech, everything was clean and everyone was extremely nice, I’m just pretty upset about how my nails look as now I have to go get them redone.

While in Orlando the munchkin 💕 and I needed fills and pedicures. Since IKEA was in the same plaza we decided to check this spot out. Its cute with a very diversified atmosphere. MiMi who cared for my 💅 did them simple and quickly. My munchkin had a gentleman that gave her the cutest butterfly design. The pedicure was a detoxification treatment that was done with TLC and patience. Nice low lit ambience was peaceful and well worth the time.

So apparently they hide reviews. I wrote a review and it was hidden not acceptable. Here it is again ;I stopped coming here a while back because of how over prices they are for the quality of work they provide. When my nail tech left their establishment so did I. I now go to Venus nails in winter park. Pricing amazing, so is their service and quality of work. I came today here because my birthday coming up and I actually received a message from Venus nails to get 10% off. But I was on 3 hours of sleep, worked a 9 hour shift and I was exhausted. So I recalled that Millenia use to offer the same for your birthday at least when I went. It was 8 mins up the road so I reluctantly still came here. I asked for a pedicure and full art. Long story short I showed a picture of what I wanted prior to getting it done. I was quoted one price prior to getting any service done. I literally ask for natural length full set and standard pedi prices at $36 the pedi and $40 the nails. My design was simple that even the tech kept telling me so nice, simple and natural. Some how when I went to pay my service was $96. Mind you that I get more elaborate, longer nails at Venus and I pay no more than $70. The pedicure here was horrible at that. The lady hurt me several times and put chemicals in a cut I advised her about several times which putting her hands over the same wound and pressing firmly on it. Im in the cosmo field and I get up selling and paying for add insult but come on $20 for a simple style with no length. So $60 for what normally cost 30-40 at other locations that provide better service !! I didn’t even get a water lol. I mean yea never again !Update: reading their response again shows their quality of service and their true intentions to their guest. The first thing I said that I was overcharged for a service that was not rendered to me. Because it wasn’t the charge was on a technicality to be greedy and take advantage of their customers. It’s genuinely the reason many people have left this establishment for others with again better quality of service for real reasonable pricing. Pricing is based of quality and service performed not how you can technically take from people for services not really provided. Anyways never again like I said.

First time here but I won’t never come back. The staff were polite but my tech had a rude attitude and he was in a rush. The nails finished were all messy and uneven. I tried to explain the design I wanted, he literally said I’m not doing this. He Had no patience. very upsetting. Go somewhere else.

Really bad place and I would not recommend anyone to come here. I see the managers writing comments back saying to call the salon and they will make it better. Please don’t fall for it, I warned you. Take your money elsewhere. I would recommend to search on Instagram nails in Orlando and you will get better results than these places which you communicate little to nothing at all with them because they are all Vietnamese and do not care if you are happy with your nails or not. People on ig are focused on building relationships and clientele, they post pictures and are consistent. Do yourself a favor. I’m glad I found out sooner than later so I can take my business somewhere else

This place is aesthetically beautiful, amazing customer service and with the reopening after COVID19, in complete compliance. They were always very clean but now-wow! Make sure that you make an appointment and wear a mask. The owner did my toes today and explained how much work they put in making it compliant.

Worst manicure (and pedicure) I’ve ever received. From the moment we got there we were rushed in with zero communication - just being told to sit here and go there. They moved me and my friend from place to place rushing us with my nails still wet.. I had to walk barefoot on their floors freshly after my pedicure (which had no massage part), then had some girl care more about her cell phone calls and texts than my nails.. she cut them down and painted them a total mess, missed the tips and left me with paint all over my cuticles and when I asked her to fix it she told me “it’ll come off when you wash your hands.” This place is constantly packed and cares far more about rushing as many people in and out with subpar jobs than giving you a simple spa moment. I never leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous, here’s a warning to not spend your money and time here when there’s tons of other places nearby that will treat you better.

I’ve been to this place a few times for pedicures and manicures. They are not the greatest but they are usually pretty good. Today, however, I went for a pedicure (can’t remember the exact type but it was $36) and I was in and out within 13 minutes. Didn’t even let my nail polish dry... cuticles were barely touched, small toe completely ignored... I took a picture of the sloppy work but too bad I can’t upload it. One of the few times I decide to pay for a pedicure and I’m so disappointed to have wasted $36 on it

They did a good job, not the best I’ve ever been to. The nail technician was friendly but did rush through the gel manicure. I felt like the polish could’ve been applied closer to the nail bed. I didn’t have a chance to even see the work before being asked to wash my hands and have a nice day. Other than feeling rushed, the end result was good.

They are a rip off. Do not go here. I asked for a simple gel color change, he tells me he will charge $30! I looked at their service menu to see they only charge $20. He proceeds to show me their menu frantically trying to come up with something. Showing me their prices that are clearly less then what he is telling me it will be. I turned around and left. Do not go here, they will cheat you out of money. I have never ever heard of a simple gel color change being $30.

I just got my nails done yesterday and my acrylic is honestly very bumpy and not smooth and my gel has bubbles in it and to top it off unfortunately it is also chipping and it’s literally been a day. I used to go here often and this time it was and felt very rushed and there work shows it. Truthfully looks like i did my own nails lol.

Reasonable prices, I broke a nail at 7:43 pm called them up and they took me right in.

We recently moved into the area and needed to do our mani/pedi. We googled the area and came across Millenia Nails. We walked right in with no appointment and was seated immediately. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We were not offered to pick a color. Instead, they gave us nails sample and choose the color from that. Which felt limited.We were never offered complimentary drinks, nor did we see them offer to any other customers.The atmosphere is calm and mellow. They keep up with sanitation after each pedicure. So thumbs up for that!The one thing I saw was that in the area of the pedicure there were no plexiglass. They did have it over the nail sitting area. Their pedicures average from $25 to $50. They use a foot grater and pumice to get your callous. Which is an A+! They do a good job with pedicures.However, the nail tech that did my mani/pedi seemed rushed. I did gel and my friend did acrylic refill. Her nail tech was in a hurry and her refill was sloppy and some of her nails were not filled correctly.For gel manicure; they sand way to much. Which I felt can weaken your nail. They do not have you wash your hands at all after the nail file. They simply brush off the dust with a small brush and start applying gel polish right away. Which I have never experienced before. They did not even put bonder/dehydration on my nails. So thumbs down for that!The nail tech seemed rushed; she had nail polish all over herself and kept dropping nail polish liquid on the table. I dont know if they are timed doing mani/pedi with each customer or if thats her nature of habit. They do not touch your shoes, you have to pick them up yourself and bring them with you to the nail area.Also, if you come in with gel on your toes and you want to change to normal nail polish, there is a fee of $5.00. They charge a fee to remove your gel from your feet upon switching to regular nail polish. Manicure Gel Polish is $30.00. For acrylic; refill is $15.00, if you want gel nail polish, thats $15.00 MORE, and $5.00 to cut down/shape.I feel the area is well maintained and cleaned. The pedicures are good. However, because they charge everything separate, it can get pricey!Would I come back? Maybe not. Given the nature that they do not care for the actually nail (Bonder) of the customer and feeling rushed was what drew the line for me.

The wait was short. My daughter and myself both got pedicures and nail service. The pedicure was nice and relaxing I didn’t feel rushed the nail service was also nice the reason I’m giving a one star rating is because after we left I’m mean with less than a hour of being gone and I can see my nails in the daylight owe nothing are disappointed! I have bubbles and dark spots in the paint, ( I got gel polish) my cuticles are chopped up from the manicure, my daughter she got the SNS dip - and it’s already cracking and chipping it hasn’t been a week! Our total with a nice tip for each technician was $200 combined and I’m just upset. I will not be returning to this spa.

Got my nails done today dip powder I like the color but kami worked so fast on my nails some of my nails shape is square round all different and it’s only been 3 hours and a nail broke she didn’t even put me under the uv light.

Great place to do your nails but the worst to do your eyebrows. They don’t do it well and it’s expensive. It’s not worth it for waxing.

I went with the dipping powder for my nails and since my real nails were short they had to put tips on. The nail techs was so gentle with my nails since they are very thin and kept asking if I was ok. So cute! My nails are the perfect length. Beautiful shop, very comfortable seats and great nail art! Everyone here is awesome, they are very friendly, clean, newly remodeled shop, and they provide great service!!All of my family and friends come here and I definitely recommend this shop to everyone!!!!

Ive been returning Millenia Nails and Day Spa Orlando since they opened and I love here!!I will never go anywhere! They are very friendly and make everyone feel welcome. The nail staff was so great! She was able to keep the length of my natural nails. I told her she didnt have to worry about keeping the length because I accidentally ripped off the nail on my index finger the day before. She told me she would fix it, which was totally nice of her!I have never had a more pleasant experience getting my nails done from nail salons else !..

This place is way overpriced for the service, they wanted to charge me $100 for acrylic nails and regular pedicure and since was my first time doing it I accept because I thought that was the price. They did me very poorly! The nails were definitely not worth it. When I came back to take them off they charged me again. I’m not coming back and I wouldn’t tell a friend to come here never,

They are really good but I guess since its in Millennium they charge extra for literally every thing. First time Ive been charged $5 extra for shaping short nails. But did enjoy the outcome. Just pricey.

Went in today as a walk-in, the receptionist was so nice. I was looking at her nails and asked who did her nails because I they looked amazing. She told me the nail tech Holly did them and asked if I wanted her to do mine. Of course I said yes, I told holly to free style whatever as long as it was blue. I absolutely love my nails and will definitely be back to see her again! The staff was friendly and place was very clean!

Ive been coming here for 1+ years for my regular pedicure, gel manicure and eyebrow wax. I stopped in today after work and not even 5 minutes into my pedicure she cut me with the drill. It bled the whole time (over an hour) in which she still went about the pedicure. She kept putting alcohol on it, which I told her it was hurting and burning. Also the exfoliating scrub got in it, which I also spoke up about. She then put on my sandals, which now have blood stained on them, and began to paint all of my toes. She kept dipping the nail polish brush back in the container and just painting over my bloody toe. So not only is my toe dripping blood, but my blood is now in the nail polish that I used. I declined any other services and told the manager that I would go to another salon for my manicure. So I left with 9 painted toes, and 1 blood covered bandaid and sandal. I didnt pay for my pedicure, but this still doesnt excuse this. This will look awesome for my event that I have to attend on Friday. I will not return to this salon.

I came here for 2 pedicures & facials for me and my friend. We both got the lavender pedicure for $45 and it wasn’t what I was expecting. They only used a small powered packet and added it to the water. It was a pretty basic pedicure. I recommend getting the basic pedicure. You’ll same money as well. The facial we got was the deep pore facial for $50 and it was a good facial in my opinion. Only downfall is that me and my friend both broke out really bad the next day. I wouldn’t recommend if you have sensitive skin. The staff were friendly & professional.

I went to get a full set acrylic on my toes I come every month to do and was getting them removed And I always tip too, it took 3 employees to actually want to start removing them. And than the lady removed my acrylic on my toes and ripped my whole toe nail off and than still charged me $10!!!!

Horrible experience. As soon as I walked in I was rushed to decide the service I wanted and pushed to get gel and a ton of other upgrades I was not there for. The salon was empty so I was confused as to why I was being rushed when I told them I was confused they immediately had an attitude with me and almost yelled at me to sit down and they would bring my colors over (again confused because I did not want gel and wanted to pick out my regular polish for my acrylic set) he then proceeded to try and up sell me the entire time and was angry when I would turn it down. He gave me the shortest set of acrylics I had ever had and did an absolutely horrible job i was not allowed to choose the length or shape. I have bubbles and uneven polish coats on my nails they look at if I’ve had them done one month and have only had them 2 days.

Last Saturday I went to Millenia day spa cause I used to go a few years ago when I lived in the area and they were always great. Unfortunately I had the worse experience that I’ve ever had there this last Saturday. I paid $100 dollars between my pedicure and manicure all gel. The lady started with my pedicure and she ended up cutting me so badly it wouldn’t stop bleeding and when I just washed up the dried blood in just a normal shower that day it started bleeding all over again this also happened to me again when I took another shower the next day. But my bad experience doesn’t stop there my manicure was so horrible (nails un even, she didn’t even do enough coats, I had gel nail polish stuck to my skin in many fingers, and the list goes on) I saw that in the sunlight and went back in BUT of course they keep that place so dark now so u can barely see what their doing to you until AFTER you pay. So they fixed my hands I had to spend another 40 min with this lady fixing my hands. When I called about my toe still bleeding they told me they would give me a free pedicure but honestly I won’t go back. I used to recommend this place to all my friends and family and now I feel so disappointed on what it’s become. Please do not go here it’s a lot of money to throw away in a bad experience.

My husband and I went to get our first pedicure post-Covid today. We both sat down and a young man started taking off my nail polish. I noticed he was wearing his mask below his nose, so I kindly asked why he didn’t wear it properly. He lashed back with, “Because I wear it all day! These masks don’t do anything anyways!” Sadly, we felt we had to leave after that experience. We would have stayed had he simply just covered his nose when I mentioned it. 😔

New to the area, and was recommended to the salon by a co worker. I got a pedicure and a full set. Tried the dipped nails and it looks so nice. My pedicure came out perfect and I cant wait to try their other services Jen was my tech and now Im her new regular client! Thanks so much. I also got my eyebrows done and they came out perfect.

It’s only been one week with my nails and I have had three rip off right in the middle. Ripped my real nail off and everything. The Guy JUSTIN. Is RUDE, he argues with customers and tells them “Let me do my job.” while he’s being critiqued. The Manager KEVIN is also VERY rude as well. I just called to complain about my poor service about them RIPPING ME OFF and all he could do was ignore me and talk over me. I spent $70 there for no damn reason.

A great, relaxing experience! They have a large pedicure area with several massage chairs. The different pedicures that they offer are thorough and relaxing. The same is true of the nail bar area & manicure options. Lots of choices in nail color and the staff is friendly & experienced. Definitely recommend!

The Atmosphere is Awesome, Love how the pedicure stations are separate from the manicure stations. Unfortunately the owners will tell you that you are booked with who you requested and when you show up your girl/guy already is booked and at times they will take your appointment when they know your person has off that day. They try to put you with someone else. If this happened once or even twice Id understand but saw it happen to other customers while i was waiting. Heres to wishing for new management...

I went today with the boyfriend for his bday and we had a great experience. The facility is really nice and the atmosphere felt luxurious. The prices werent bad, we did the signature pedicure (about 45-50 minutes) and a normal manicure for $60 for each of us. Our techs were awesome and we had a good time talking with them through the whole treatment. They were really nice and were really good with us, making sure we were always comfortable. Ill definitely be back :)

I wanted to get a facial and they were able to get me in last minute. I checked out the reviews and have to say I was a little nervous going in to the salon. I was greeted by a young lady named Vicky 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. This was my second facial so I wasnt sure what to expect. Vicky explained everything. Once she finished with the facial I felt she did a very nice job. I had some more time to relax so I asked if she did pedicures. She was able to instantly do a pedicure. I opted for the $50 option with paraffin waxing. Vicky said she had recently started there, that didnt compromise her attention to detail one bit. It was one of the best pedicures Ive ever experienced. If Vicky is available I would definitely request her to eliminate the chance of a negative experience. Thanks Vicky

I and my friends made appointment 3 times to request specific specialist for services, the front desk manager accepted the phone appointment with guarantee, however he reject us 3 times when we arrived there in last minute. there was no body can explain the reason and we had been told the appointment has all booked. I have to mention that happened THREE times. The manager was not respect to us and respond us with a rude answer if you are not happy, you can leave and dont come here!! As a customer, I and my friend were shocked!! Be honestly, as a customer, we never try to make hard time for any one, we only want to have a beautiful nails, thats all our intention. We also tried to make future appointment easier and correct. Unfortauntly, the manager didnt treat us well. Very sad and want to cry.To all my sisters and friends, hope my review helps you. This place is great! I went there to get acrylic nails and they turned out absolutely AMAZING!! The people there were really nice and good to talk to. They definately did not have attitudes at all! They did exactly what I requested and it turned out very well! There prices are very cheap for how good my nails look! I only paid 30$ for acrylic nails with no gel. I will say, the girl did give me gel but I don’t know if she charged me for it. My appointment was at 11:00am and I got there at 10:50am and they still took me right away! They were done by 11:35am. The staff is great there and they are very well at what they do! I will definitely be coming back!

They had awesome service and a very friendly staff! They keep the salon very clean for their customers too! They helped me choose what I wanted to order and I absolutely love it!

I love coming to this place, except for my last experience. My husband, son, and myself came in for manicures and pedicures (only the boys got them)The nail work was just fine, but maybe try better placement for staff with couples. My husbands nail tech has very large breasts that were not remotely covered up. I’m sure this is done to get better tips from male clients, but I find it extremely disrespectful especially when the wife is there. As a female, you know when your top is too low and If her top were any lower we would have nipple showing. Not my cup of tea.

I love coming here for good laughs & great nails. Erin is such a creative & great nail tech. Im always coming up w/crazy & difficult ideas and yet she always manages to make my nails amazing & everyone always compliments them. Its a beautiful and clean salon w/a great staff! ❤
