I love this nail salon! I’ve been going to this salon for almost a year now since I’ve moved here, and the owners are so kind and talented. The prices are very reasonable, and the salon is very clean- must check it out! :-)

I really enjoy coming here. Its owned and operated by a very sweet and hardworking family. They have excellent customer service and I enjoy getting to know them and support local business. I personally recommend getting the SNS dipping powder for your manicure. It lasts a long time, its gentle on your nails and they can be removed at home (although its important to note Charming Nails does not charge to remove them). They have many colors to choose from (pictured). It is always done with care. Weekdays are always less crowded, Im in and out in 30-40 minutes.

One of my favorite places to get my nails done. The staff is nice and welcoming. I got the dipping powder set with these colors and I absolutely love it! Highly recommended!!The purple was done 2 weeks ago. The green and gold were done tonight. Love!!

The best nail salon in Orlando!! Super clean. I always see them disinfecting everything after each use. The variety of nail service is great. So many different nail polish colours to choose from. Just got another amazing SNS dip powder manicure! So many times Ive had it put on super thick at other salons but Sam and Lee are awesome! Looks so natural and I love how long it lasts. Cant wait for my next appointment! Their shop is super cleanly- plastic shields up for COVID, and also wearing face shields, gloves, and masks.

Lee and Sam are nothing but amazing!!I wouldn’t get a Pedicure done by anyone else but Lee. They take their time with you. They are very professional. My nails always last and always come out amazing. Sam dose my eyebrows perfect. Just how I want them. I wouldn’t go anywhere but here.They are very clean and take amazing steps to protect from virus.

Instead of coming here, I’d strongly encourage you to go to Lovely Spa Nails which is less than a mile down the street.———————————————————It’s located in a pretty convenient spot and it is a very cute shop. Right when I entered, I was greeted by an older woman at the front desk and established that I wanted a full set with a design similar to the picture I showed her.She chose to go with dip powder, something I didn’t have experience with but she seemed very sure of what she was doing (considering she is the professional in the situation) so I trusted it.Boy was I wrong.After putting on the nails, we got to length/shaping. At first, she kept going a bit too short for my liking and I encouraged her to go a little longer. She said it’ll be an extra 5 which i agreed to. She then went too long and when I told her that, she seemed to have picked up an attitude.We continued on. When we got to shaping, I said I wanted the coffin shape. What I got instead was more of a slim rectangle.We finally got to the dipping powder portion. I was very concerned with the color she chose because the picture I showed her was more of a nude/clear color. She chose a bright pink with bunches of sparkles. I looked back at the rack and chose the mutest/subtle color that I thought was similar to the picture.She started the process. At first, I thought she was going to do one or two dips and that was it but I started to get alarmed when she kept dipping. The color was an opaque pink, nothing similar to the picture.I told her after the second or third coat that I was coming out really pink and she brushed me off and just nodded as she continued to dip the nails.After the third coat, I spoke again and said that it wasn’t what I was asking for and if we could stop.She was very upset and started to sound hostile with me. She said that this was the color I chose, which is true. I mini-panicked with the color she chose because it’s very obvious that the picture didn’t have sparkles nor was it hot pink, so why would I let her put that in my nail when that wasn’t what I was asking for?I showed her the picture vs what I had on my nails (pictured). The color was OPAQUE, not clear/nude. She then got the shimmery hot pink powder and said that this was what I should have gotten.Now, ladies, I KNOW I’m not crazy nor is my vision deceiving me. The nails in the picture look natural and GLOSSY. NOT OPAQUE AND GLITTERY, which was what she was trying to give me.I asked for a second opinion for a girl that was sitting and scrolling on her phone in the background. I showed her the picture and the woman that was doing my nails didn’t even let her speak. She quickly aborted the situation and left.At that point, all I wanted was what I had stated since the very beginning, but instead, I got a woman yelling at me and saying I ‘flip flop too much’.A man chimed in when she said “You flip flop too much” and then said that they were from Philadelphia and that they’ve ‘seen a lot of people like that’.I told her I wanted her to just cut off the tips so I can leave, which she reluctantly did while she continued to talk her business.She said no other salon would be able to give me that and she couldn’t have been more wrong.It was almost 7pm and I was sure I’d have to stick with the ugly nubs for another day, but I found Lovely Spa Nails down the street. I called for a quote for a regular full set and they said $20. I took the gamble and sped my way over there.I was met with a gorgeous salon, a welcoming owner and a very friendly staff. I showed the picture to my new go-to nail tech and she knew exactly what to do.She sat me down, offered me refreshments and got to work.She LISTENED to me and did exactly what I wanted in the first place, with them gaining a new loyal and happy customer. My end result is pictured.All I have to say is beware of this place.

I really loved my first experience at charming nails! I got a full set and she had me done and out of there in less than 30 minutes and my nails look gorgeous. I have had my set for two weeks now and theyre still in really good shape! Not to mention everything is fairly priced. This is definitely my go-to nail salon now!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now! I love getting designs on my nails. They always do an AMAZING job! They’re so creative and talented.absolute favorite place in the UCF area and affordable. Their prices and talent keep me coming regularly every two weeks!The only bad experiences I’ve had was with dip but that was with a woman who no longer works there.

I got my nails done with SNS at a different shop yesterday and I hated them so I came here today in search for a new nail tech. I have never felt so warm and welcomed at a nail salon. Everyone was so friendly and conversational! Mary did my nails and took her time to make sure they were nice and even made style suggestions for me. Also, they are very reasonably priced! I will definitely be returning here in the future!

They took such great care of my nails after another nail salon did a sloppy job on them. They offer acrylic, gel and the new SNS nails. Call ahead to schedule because they are getting popular and they can even call you back when theyre free for you. Prices are great, very comparable but theyre quality is much more professional. Will definitely come again and bring friends.

I relocated to Florida back in January and needed to find a new nail place. I happened to drive by this location and decided to try them out. I have been back now 5+ times. The owner is so nice and he always remembers my name and details about my life. He even recently squeezed me and my aunt in before my wedding to do my wedding nails last minute and made the experience very special too. The nail techs always take their time, never rush and do a really excellent job on pedicures specifically. The customer service aspect is what keeps me coming back.

Sam and Lee are amazing and nothing but attentive. They do an amazing job with their work and I have never been to a place that cares more for their clients. Sam did so amazing on my nails I just have to come back. I just recently moved and I know now that I have a nail salon I can trust to do my nails. Full set acrylic done with encapsulated design and it looks amazing!!!

I got my nails done there at least twice. The third time I got my nail infected because the girl clipped my skin. They use MMA monomer, which is bad for anyone’s nails. Please be cautious as they use the same materials without cleaning them.

AMAZING NAIL TECH ! Very cheap i recommend.

On two different occasions they left sores on two toes after a pedicure. My dip manicure chipped after two days. I spent over $100 each visit. I love supporting local business every chance I get. I will not go back.

They do good nails at a great price. I go here whenever I need a color change or quick fill. Have not used them much for designs after a few failed attempts but overall good service and clean nails

I am visiting from out of town and needed a place to do my dip nails and a pedicure. Brenda gave me an amazing massage for my feet and she made sure everything was alright from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as we walked in. I am extremely picky about my nails and have a hard time finding a salon that I love. I was so impressed by how they did my pedicure and full set. I also got my eyebrows done and they look better than they have in years. I live about 45 minutes away from the salon but will definitely be making the drive there to get my nails done from now on. Definitely recommend this salon to everyone!

I had just come in from my family trip to Mexico... it was after hours but the door was open. I asked if they were open and I was so grateful they said they would still take care of me even though they were technically closed. Marie and Tony the owners welcomed me in and took care of me right away. We talked about the community, family, business, children, everything. Customer service at its best. Making me feel like we knew one another for years. Oh an my gel manicure an pedicure?? Perfect. More than satisfied with their work. Amazing work! I made an appointment for late afternoon yet when I arrived they told me to wait until they finished lunch. But they didnt take too long and the nails were done quickly and great quality. A little pricey but worth it overall for the quality.

Charming Nails did an awesome job! It was my 1st time and they went above and beyond! Got a gel polish pedicure and gel full set, I went on Saturday and my nails still look freshly done! You have to go there they take care of you!

Probably one of the best pedicures ever. I had about 10 hours before my flight left back to MD and wanted to pamper myself. My son also got a pedicure here and he loved it. I cant speak for anything else but I would definitely come back for a pedicure again.

I really love going to charming nails. They are very affordable and do a good job. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because their gel manicures tend to chip pretty fast (within the 1st week). But their gel pedicures are amazing and last so long (2+ weeks) without chipping at all. Great staff too, very friendly.

I just came from Charming Nails and my nails look incredible. Im a nail biter and Mary did an awesome job at making my nails look natural and beautiful. The place is under management so the place looks incredible. The people there a very professional and know what theyre doing. I had a pedicure done by the other person there (wish I had their name), and it was soooo relaxing...she did a wonderful job. Both people were very professional and I would recommend all my friends and family to this place. Trust me, you wont be disappointed.

My mother and father actually both went and ended up getting pedicures too. The staff was so friendly and warm, the chairs were ridiculously comfortable, the massage was great, and the place was immaculately clean. We really had a wonderful experience. My mother gets her nails done here all the time, she had asked me to come with her today and I did. The owner Tony and his wife have always gone above and beyond to make sure my mom was completely satisfied. I finally was able to afford to get my eyelashes done and Tony’s wife did them and they turned out AMAZING!! But however a young colored person was getting her nails done and SHE messed them up herself the first time, so the woman fixed them and then this young lady decides she wants a different color so the nail tech took the polish off and recolored them and set the young women at the bar that drys the nail polish, and the young women didn’t even stay there and she left, about 10 minutes later she comes back and starts yelling at the nail tech demanding for her money back for the nails that SHE messed up herself. Guys, don’t be rude to nail tech for something you did. If they mess something up they fix it with out a problem!

Just visited for the first time today. I had a fill and polish change. It is very close to my house so I figured I give it a try. So glad I did. No need to travel any further than necessary. The service was great. Mary paid much attention to detail and actually made my nails look much better than compared to when I went to another salon for the previous set. They can do so much as far as designs too. Very professional, friendly, and clean.

Very clean and professional. Never have I been asked You want me to fix your eyebrows? What about your mustache? You need pedicure? They just leave you alone with the upselling. No hassle about gel polish either. I love this place. I can only ever get there close to closing, but I make an appointment and they fit me in without rushing me.

This place is unorganized we went in for a fill and the receptionist told us it would be a half hour wait which was fine but the came back and said it would take and hour instead because she didn’t realize they’re were two people in front of us! I usually don’t mind but when we asked if we could make an appointment she said they don’t take appointments because if someone were to walk in right before the appointment we would loose our appointment slot! That’s not really something a costumer wants to hear!
