I read all the reviews and still went in. Sandy as very nice and listened to what services I wanted. The place is very clean and everyone was very friendly. They get busy fast, so go early or later in the day. I WILL be going back!!

Lisa did my nails and my daughter nails on Friday 4/02/2021 at 12pm. No waiting! You go straight to the chair for service! My friend recommended Lisa to me! I must say Lisa was on time, patient, & friendly! For my nails and my daughter nails I paid $100. It was worth it! My nails was $55 and my daughter nails was $45! This is the first salon that actually practice COVID-19 protocol! You walk in you’re asked to sanitize! Then you sign your first name last name phone number and they take your temperature and then write your temp down! I was cool with the process and safety measures that they take when entering! Gave a 3 because of the lady sanitizing after each use,but never again lady cut my nail and it started bleeding told her to stop she said no put it in water you will be okay. No lady I’m good excuse me let me leave

Very rude!!!!! I didn’t have a mask and instead of talking to me in a professional way they yelled no mask no service so we started arguing. They do not know how to talk to people. Do not recommend to NOBODY

Todays service was poor. The owner did my pedi in 15 minutes. I sat in the chair for about 30 minutes before she came to do anything. Then she kept going other places like my service was not important. Not to say I wont go back there, but not have her wait on me. I expected an apology or even maybe a reduced rate. Nothing.. customer service sucked today and I let them know that I was not happy. Pedi usually takes an hour, this one 15 minutes. Waste of my money and she did not do a good job. $25.00 for what?

I went and got a gel polish on Tuesday. When I left I realized There were air bubbles under the polish of few of my nails. On Friday the polish was already peeling off and 3 of my nails broke because she failed to apply polish to the corner of the nails. Horrible work. These people do not know how to do nails.

I love this place! I cant say enough good things about the staff. The front is always welcoming and friendly. Liz is phenomenal when working with my curly natural hair. Shes done everything from my hair for my wedding, cuts, colors, to rescuing my hair after I dried it out and lost my curls.

TERRIBLE ! Got what I paid for!!First of all I call to ask if they are busy they tell me 5 minutes wait which was a lie I waited 40-45 minutes to get to a chair, I really had to do my nails that was the only reason why I accepted to wait that long.This place is so raggetti, they are so rude and have no knowledge regarding customer service.Once I got to a chair, this lady hurt the s**** outta of me, made my cuticule bleeding.Not even 2 weeks after the glue was starting to fall off my index finger, I come back to ask them if they could fix it they telling me there is an HOUR WAIT !!!!!!!!!I had to go to another to glue the capsule that was starting to coming off and here again today I had to completely take off as it was so uncomfortable.You can look by yourself the picture of their dirty work.A SHAME

If there was a half of star I would give it. My sister and I sat for about an hour waiting on service. As Monday is there walk in days to service people. NO ONE was allowed to schedule an appointment but several were previously placed. I can tell this by the speed in service and people going before my sister and I. When I question a worker, she explained that I didnt ask her about the length in time and that I should I have asked before I waited. REGARDLESS, an hour to wait for service is not appropriate. They will never get my business again.

I have been going to Hot Nails for over 15 years. My nail tech, Mai is AMAZING! She’s professional, humble and funny. Her mom, Sandy is a trip as well. I moved away from the area but still make the drive because of the service I receive.

Im not sure if the employees understand that people who walk into their shop actually work hard and earn their money and its our choice to spend our money in their location which I will no longer spend my money in this location who cant respect me nor be Professional I made a mistake and grabbed the wrong debit card out of my car I asked can I run to switch my card and they treated me as if I was trying to run out on a bill or something I would never walk into a place that I cant afford to pay for the services not to mention every time I come I tip you guys never again I advise you all to take some customer service skill classes or courses to help you guys grow within a business

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Went to have a relaxing morning and left without even being serviced. I was never acknowledged when walking through the door or even while I waited for close to an hour. They looked right at me and kept working. Ghetto, rude and unprofessional..

So I paid for a dip that one of the workers suggest me to get done and they ask for me to pay before they are completely done and my card wasn’t going thur so I had to leave my items meaning my keys and purse in the store while I had to go to a atm to get cash and then afterwards I guest the dip dried so he said he’s going to put gel on it and then he said they will chip because those are two different things on my nails and come in to get a fix them and the manager wanted to put gel back on them and I refuse to redo something that made me come back to do a touch up I asked for a owner number and said she couldn’t give it to me I think they need to be more professional and when I get my nail redone I will never be back here after this service are done.

Dont come to this place if you wanna wait for 2 hours before you even get into the chair, then have to wait another 1 almost 2 for you nails to actually be done. The staff here is rude && they taken freaking FOREVER to do anything. Also when they do a refill, they do it the wrong way so your nails brake easier, cause they do not put enough acrylic close to your cuticles. Never again will I come back here. So Unsatisfied ! 😡

If you wanna get BULLIED about your feet, body size, and any other insecurity, feel free to come to this nail salon.They literally called me out for not having my feet looking A1 even though I was in their establishment for that very reason. They made jokes about me being too big for the chair even though Im not THAT big and one lady even said dont fall on me, Im tiny!!The disrespect is at another level. At the end of the day, it doesnt matter if they did a good job or not, I left feeling hurt emotionally. My nails look alright, not like the other salons couldnt do the exact same thing while being nice.

Its cheap. People always compliment my nails. Ive been going there for 5 years. This is not a luxury spa. Its in the corner of John Young and Americana so that should give you an idea. This place is almost always packed. They dont NEED more customers; they have plenty. Thats one of the reasons the staff is laid back and dont have to kiss your behind. Ive never had and have never heard of anyone getting infections unlike some upscale places. I suggest visiting any place more than once before posting negative review; it screams being an uneducated person that doesnt bother to do research and is most likely a spoiled brat expecting a glass of champagne with their $12 nails.

Bad customer servies and the pretty much cut my skin on my toe nail. Never will come back here again...

Do not come to this place. Manager Sandy very rude and mean. Wanted to get my toe nails filled. She told me she wasnt going to do them any more not to come back.

My very first time visiting this place and by far the worse experience I’ve ever had. The rating does not deserve a star at all. I walked in with my sister who was serviced first while i soaked my nails. I had a few broken nails so only a few of my fingers needed to be soaked, i sat for over an hour soaking my hands before they became prune and hard. NO ONE checked to make sure i was fine or if my nails soaked off. Meanwhile my sister has nails on and hasn’t been filed or cut (mind you I’m soaking for over an hour). I finally asked if someone could just remove the nails and get me out of the chair, they were very rude and had no customer service no urgency for new clients. I assumed since i have to wait for my sister someone could simply do a polish change the young ladies sat there while i waited due to them having an appointment. It’s now 30 minutes later and 3 nail techs are waiting on their appointments while i wait for them. 1 is doing her nails, 1 is eating chips and the other is having her lunch. My sister is stillllll doing her nails and I’m stilllllll waiting on a polish change 🤦🏽‍♀️

Doesnt even deserve a one. They are extremely rude and if you complain about anything, they will gang up on you and tell you not to come back there no matter how calm you are about it. I left the store unsatisfied and in tears just because of how mean they were to me.I will never be visiting they are inhuman

Omg! I literally just walked out of here and let me tell you, Ill NEVER walk back in. GHETTO!!! The lady who WAS going to do my brows was rude, disrespectful and very hostile.
