I visited this salon for the first time five days ago. The salon is well put together and clean with a chill vibe. The people that work there are really nice and the lady that did my nails (I forget her name) was extremely personable. However, my gel manicure turned out poorly. One finger chipped the next day and more started to chip in the following days. Today the gel came completely off two fingers! It lifted and came up as 1) I scratched my leg 2) brushed my hand across a blanket. I had a pleasant experience there, but in the end wasted my money. Im glad I did not return for a pedicure 😑 The attached pic shows my left hand after 5 days. The right hand is in better shape with one chipped nail and one cracked nail 😔

Kristina is my nail tech at this location and she does amazing work! Shes always professional, can do an array of designs/nail art, and is awesome all the way around! The establishment is clean and nice and they take good care of their clients. If youre looking to get your nails done with an overall pleasant experience, this is the place for you!

Nail Spa Orlando is a very friendly, clean & welcoming place. Mikeya did my pedicure & did an OUTSTANDING job! This place is rare in a really good way. All the employees worked as a team to help me. This is a wonderful shop and I would love to come back. While visiting Orlando I was able to get my nails, feet and eyebrows taking care of all at a good price. Its so hard to find a all around shop. I must give a great thank you to Anna who was nervous about doing my nails,(ballerina shape) but she did a great job! Also, they are going the extra mile to provide safe service during this pandemic not just make money. Keep up the great work ladies!

I walked in at 2:45 for my appointment and started at 2:45. The place is clean and pretty. They spread everyone out and there were not more than 5 people at a time. I got a full set with a medium complex design. I had Maria and let me just say, she is incredible! She has an incredible attention to detail and will make sure that you love your nails. She is very precise and keeps checking that you like them and they are even. I highly recommend coming here! The time wasn’t bad, but because Maria is so precise, it does take time. However, it is worth it! I love my nails so much! It costed 65.

The staff was friendly, both the girls I spoke with have been doing nails for 10 years each. I had booked for a pedicure and full set, but the service was very slow. I showed up at 1:20 thinking I would be done by 3pm for both services, it was about 3:20 before my full set was done, so I didn’t have time for a pedicure. I had mentioned many times I had somewhere to be at 3:30. My nail tech had her phone propped up so she could read every incoming text which I thought slowed down the process. I wanted short nails, I kept saying shorter, shorter, I need to be able to still get work done with them, they ended up being pretty long. When it was time to cash out she asked the owner what length she would consider my nails, she said medium to long, when I wanted short. Apparently they charge by length, so it made since why she didn’t cut them as short as I wanted, it was a money thing. A full set ended up costing me $55 which I would have had no issues with if they were as short as I wanted, and it didn’t take hours to get them. It was my first time going there, and I probably wouldn’t go back based on the time it took, and not getting the length I wanted. The salon was clean, and the staff was nice, you just would need to clear your schedule.

The owner Moni/Monica is doing an amazing job! Very welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. Monica did my acrylics and they came out so clean, neat and beautiful. Will definitely recommend this nail salon to others. Amanda did my pedicure and did such outstanding work. Haven’t had a place do my toes as well as she did. Overall all ladies here make you feel like family and it shows that they love what they do. There’s was also another tech that works there named Sarah, she was really sweet and down to earth. The nails i get are basic, but over $50 every time. i don’t even mind that bc the shape is nice but i sat in a chair for 2 & 1/2 hrs for her to do my nails. two customers came & left before me, one even got her nails & toes done. i’ve never in my life had someone take that long unless they were doing a crazy design. good place but makes sure you have 3+ hrs of time to get 10 fingers done. i would come back for nail quality but i can’t bc no one has time to be at a nail salon all day on their only day off.

I adore the family and women that work here. When I walk in the door I feel like a family member more than a client. The mood is fun and relaxing. Every person here is talented, professional and unique. My services are always preformed perfectly to my needs and wants. The staff is really sweet, however, my dip manicure did not last more than a few days. My nails broke more than they ever have before. I even had to go back the same day to get one nail fixed. I give it two stars because the girl who did my nails was nice but it was overall not a great takeaway experience.

This location has been a nail salon with multiple owners for many years. Very convenient and the new owners have really improved & opened up the space. You can actually enjoy look out all their big, clean windows & see Lake Fairview, too. It feels totally new, bright, clean & all the chairs, etc are all new. And yes, the new owners are friendly, give great service and my pedicure is lovely.You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice salon. Great job on my fingernails!!! Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is my pedicure was rushed. The person sitting next to me paid for the same exact service. Hers was started 10 minutes before mine, and she was still getting her calves massaged when my pedicure was complete - and the technician actually forgot to do callous removal - I had to ask her to go back and do it. Note: there was another walk-in client waiting, but that isnt a good reason to rush a client who paid for an upgraded service.

In town and stumbled upon this gem. Julie and Monica are so sweet and talented. Attentive and thorough. Will be back next time in town!

I was looking for a nail salon close to my work to get them done on my lunch break. I read the previous reviews and figured I would give them a try. The selling point was walk ins welcome. I got there right at 10am when they opened. I was informed they only have 1 person on staff that does acrylic nails and she had an appointment but they would be happy to give me a pedicure. Not a great first impression.

Petit dark haired lady looks latin younger looking in age forget her name but she was SO awesome...fair priced grear conversationalist plus master nail tech...down to earth yet so proficient and extremely professional!!! Ingrowns cut right? Shes like the Gordan Ramsey of nails!! Not rude tho and takes passion n pride in her personal works!!! Ps. Classy they have beverages as well. The staff is super nice thats why I gave two stars. But I visited twice in the past two weeks for dipping gel. My first encounter was when I picked out a color on the nail display and it came out way lighter then it had looked on the sample, after having nails done for two days I experienced my tips breaking off and gel coat peeling off. I disliked it so much that I thought Id give a second chance but again, I picked a color on the sample display and after it was applied it was not the color as shown. Vert disappointed being that I got my nails done twice in two weeks from them and I was still very unsatisfied. Unfortunately I wont be back

The woman who answered the phone was super nice and they had space for me to get in a pedicure on my lunch hour for the same day I called to ask! Its a Friday so I know it could be busy.... When I got there they had two other customers and three of them working total. A very nice and friendly man named Vincent helped me and we had great conversation. He took his time not realizing it was my lunch hour, but honestly I didnt mind it was worth the rush back to the office! Reasonably priced for a basic pedicure at $25, I highly recommend this place and will DEFINITELY be coming back!!! Thanks again!

So disappointed. Reviews were very Deceiving. Quality of manicure and pedicure were subpar at best. Nails last for 2 days. My cuticles were so over clipped my feet still hurt days later. One of us left with raw overly scrubbed feet the other left feeling like nothing had been done at all. I will definitely not go back and wanted to warn anyone reading these obviously faked good reviews.

I dont think Ive ever written a review for a nail spa, but I am so, so pleased with my experience here that I have to. The place in itself is nothing super special--just your basic nail hole-in-the-wall nail place, and its in kind of an obscure plaza off of Fairbanks and Edgewater, but dont let that fool you about the quality of the services here. Its family run, which is great, and every single family member here is so incredibly personable, its such a nice change from the typical nail salons.I got a gel manicure and a basic pedicure, and both are literally perfect; the nail tech (the dad, whose name I did not get) was such a perfectionist, and got every single nook and cranny of each of my nails. This is coming from someone whose mother was a professional nail tech at very high-end spas in South Florida for over 20 years, so it says a lot. And on top of that, the prices here are VERY competitive (I paid $50 for both before tax).Ive gone to Baldwin Nails in Baldwin Park for years, and I legitimately will never go back after this. I was told that Nail Spa had terrible reviews prior to the current family who owns and operates it, but rest assured that any negative reviews are totally off-base.These guys rule.
