Dont waste your time there. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went there to get my nails refill and while one lady was doing it there was another customer that came in they send me to this other lady saying she cant do what the new customer wanted. The new lady just put the nail polish on my nail without filling. I told her I didnt like it. She took the nail polish off, went to another customer and just leave me in the chair. After 25 mins she came back and told me to got to Walmart to get my nails done. The picture is how she put the nail polish.

This is my alternate place for when my normal spot is acting up. Truth be told they need more nail techs. I hate waiting but I understand when Im a walk in...however once I stopped randomly dropping in; Richard is always on point.

Dont go there!! I went on February 07 2021 and they dont clean after each customer and do a poor job, i told the lady i want a different color on my toes and she have an attitude. I wanted design on my nails and she forgot then she rush and put something that i didnt want. The sides are extra puffy and just horrible would never go back.

Richard is phenomenal Nail tech!! He really listened to what I was requesting and delivered a better version than what I asked.

Been here 4 times. Went to chair #5 because Katie in chair 2 was sick. When I say think twice its because she is not only rude, she intentionally cut my nails were they were bleeding and could no longer get my nails done. When sitting down she gave me attitude and didnt care that she was hurting my nails. Look at my pictures if you think Im lying. Mind you I waited for 2 hours just to leave without getting anything done. Katie gets 5 stars. The owner nina was in and only said Im so sorry. Sorry does nothing to fix my nails or the time I wasted. Im beyond pist. Avoid chair #5, worst tech there.

My shape was horrible I wanted them in a narrow coffin and she basically gave me square and told her I wanted it like the picture and she said it is. My daughter got a refill and she had 2 broken nails that ended up not being the same shape or length as all of the other nails. We both got charged 30 each . Unprofessional.

My daughter’s nails came out lumpy and horrible. For acrylic and gel on top I expected better quality. Went back inside to clean it up after we walked out and the tech said “it’s fine, it’s clean.” Whattttt??? It’s so lumpy!!

Oh gosh, white acrylic powder coat $60 I am a soon to be nail tech and yes I know the expensives and there’s no way this should cost this much, a lot of rushing, poor attitude, prices are astronomical. I do not recommend this place, for cut many times, I don’t recommend it at all I promise it’s not worth it with all due respect.

Went earlier today to get my nails done. Nobody greeted me. The owner did my nails. She wasn’t nice at all. Had an horrible attitude. Everytime I asked her an question she would talk over me before I finished asking it. I got a full set with gel polish. She did my acrylic very thin. I paid $45 which I felt was over priced. She rushed through. Won’t be returning. Do not go here.

I went in and asked for gel polish and gel powder. i noticed the gel powder looked exactly like full set powder. when i asked her to double check and make sure it was gel, she said it was the right one. i gave her the benefit of the doubt. she proceeded to do my nails and i notice she is doing them Huge and bulky and they looked very unpleasant, i figured she would smooth them down with the machine when she was done...WRONG... when i mentioned they were too thick she said she would fix it, but they were still too thick. it looked like i had 50 layers on nail polish on each finger. not only was i unhappy with my nails, but i was unhappy with the nail polish on my toes, they were all chipped and peeled in less than two days. when i went back for my refill i made sure to go with a different lady this time, instead of the one that did my nails last time. when i asked her what kind of powder i had on, she said it was full set NOT gel powder.... that means i payed twice the price for regular full set when i was told i was paying for better quality gel powder acrylics....when it came time to pick a color, i was looking through the gel polish colors and the lady was rude and gave me attitude because i took 60 seconds to pick...she also gave me attitude when i asked her to repeat the price (so i could count the money)... when i mentioned i am a paying customer and she needs to calm down and not yell at me she started talking to her coworkers in their language, making it obvious they were talking bad of me... i have never felt so disrespected, i felt satisfied writing a big ZERO on her tip amount when i payed up front.

My mom and I have been clients of Ninas (owner) for many years. Through Nina we met Erin, a very friendly and talented nail tech. Both ladies are friendly, attentive, and quick. Br clear with expectations in the beginning and these ladies will meet and exceed them. I have never experienced issues with either, scheduling or otherwise. Tip Tops prices are among the best in town, and in my experience, so is the quality.

So, I needed my nails done for my engagement photos. I work near here & thought I’d give them a try .... I should have looked at reviews 1st. I wasn’t greeted, just shoved into a chair, then my “tech” couldn’t seem to do any of the requests I asked for - we settled on white tips. Okay - with gold ? Sounds cute. 45 min go by & I thought okay not bad. While on my errands I started to notice ALL the flaws - so earlier today I walked in, a woman came to me & after showing her my nails - she shrugs & tells me either I come back tomorrow and the SAME tech can redo them or I pay again to have them redone -Do not go here !!!!! After better research - there are far better places to go

I decided to go to them again after years to see if they have gotten any better. They don’t have everything powder wise and then the lady cut my finger and my nails came out bumpy even asking her 2 times to fix it. I didn’t want to be there so I just let her finish and left. Service was average seeing as the tech watched tv on her phone that whole time sign on the wall says $15 fill but charge $40 for a fill and repair but they are open later than other salons around

Number 7 is extremely RUDE. I showed her a flower design I wanted then she yelled at me and said I only do lines design. So even though I couldnt get what I wanted i decided to pick a color and let her do the design but when I came back 2 her chair she wasnt there she was doing a pedicure on another customer. Really. So I went with another nail tech and she did a wonderful job. Go to this shop just dont go to number 7

They charged me for sns dip removal, and instead of PROPERLY removing them with acetone, they basically dug the fake nail off my real nail. This resulted in them TEARING away my real nail. When I told her to stop she firmly held on to my hand and said it easy, it doesnt hurt. I had to firmly tell her to stop, then she got upset.Then after tearing off my nail she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted a tip to be added to my nail! I wish she told me her name. My hand is just starting to recover from her damage!!

Not a pleasant place to go. I have been a loyal customer and always paid well. But how soon they forget when they decide they want to go home then they pick and choose who they want to do business with. They really do not deserve good customers.

The way the owner treats loyal customers is unprofessional, each visit I never know what attitude I would receive...if you cant treat loyal & paying customers with respect and provide decent customer service YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS WHERE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE DIRECTLY !!! I have so many stories I overlooked and continued to give them my business ONLY because I didnt have the time to find a new nail salon but after her nasty attitude the owner gave me on my birthday and then my recent experience really was the final straw for me...recently I while I was getting my nails done I noticed there was a WELL KNOWN CITY COMMISSONER also in the salon getting her nails done shortly I heard the conversation between nail tech and City Commissioner becoming escalated due to the nail tech raising her voice (the owner commented to me do you know who that is and I said of course) while the Commissioner was calmly speaking her request for the way she preferred her nails, the Commissioner stopped the tech from working and went to the front to pay for the incomplete service and left but you could clearly see the disgust and unsatisfied look on her face. By this time everyone in the salon is watching and so I politely told the owner You dont wanna step in to help deescalate the situation? she said no for what? and she had an attitude with me after... at that point I realized she didnt care about the feelings of her customers. NOT TO MENTION THE OWNERS STATION IN UNSANITZED WITH CAKED UP NAIL DUST ALL OVER HER NAIL DRILL BASE, I WOULD CONTACT THE STATE WITH THIS COMPLAINT BUT I DONT HAVE TIME TO BE THAT PETTY, I BELIEVE KARMA WILL BE HER REWARD.....#MyHonestReview

This is the worse nail shop Ive ever been to. Please dont waste your time and money. I got a pedicure done on Saturday afternoon and by Saturday night the GEL was chipping. I called and they hung up on me twice. I finally spoke to someone and was told to come in on Monday to have them done over. I drove about 35 minutes to get there just for them to tell me (with an attitude) that if I wanted them done over I would have to pay for them. Terrible terrible service.

A week ago my best friend and I went in for a gel French Manicure. I was leaving the next day for vacation and wanted my nails to look nice. I didnt make it 24 hours before 1 nail peeled halfway off...over the past six days almost all the white tips have peeled off and look terrible. The manicurist ignored my attemps at conversation in English and carried on conversations with her fellow employees in a different language. Very rude. I paid $25 dollars for the service and included a $5 tip, as I am in the service industry and understand how it is to be dependent on tips as part of your income. However, the poor quality of what I received made me forever regret giving this salon my business. Dont waste your time or your money!!!!!!

Used to be a regular customer here until recently. Looks like all the staff changed and now theyre just horrible. Horrible customer service. I came there the other day to get my toes done and they told me to pick a color. Then I sat down and waited for them to send me to the back but instead other people came in after me and they sent them to the back right away. I had to ask them should I go back there. And thats when one one the nail tech was like yeah yeah go go. So I went. Then I sat on one of the pedicure chairs for about 10 minutes, waiting for service. Then people who came after me was served before me and they were walk-ins, just like me. I didnt say anything I was actually getting ready to leave and thats when they said they were ready for me. When the nail tech finally did my toes she rushed the entire process. She didnt bother to take her time to do it right at all. Nail polish was everywhere around my cuticles and it looked a mess ! I addressed it to her and she didnt even have anything to say. And when I kept complaining by the time for me to pay she tried to fix it at the register. She actually got on her knees and tried to fix it. By then it was obviously too late ! I never got treated like that at this place before ! Never going back and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Immediately when I walked into the store, the atmosphere was dry asf. I came for a pedicure and a manicure and immediately notice there was nowhere to sit and get my feet down. So I settled anyways. I asked about what services do they provide, the whole time they continued to catch attitudes and get slick out the mouth. They have at least ONLY 35 gel colors, no unique designs, I asked if they had color changing gels he replied no not here, but they do somewhere else, so go find somewhere else and I was shook asf and just walked out. Im not letting disrespectful people touch my hands foh.

Don’t ever go here! Came to do my eyebrows and the lady kept blowing the wax to cool it down right on my face, but the wax was so HOT that it literally left me bleeding and in pain! She kept trying to clean the blood with a cotton ball so rough making it worse then to top it off she put alcohol on it and when I told her to stop she put it again and that’s when I got up and left. I should’ve walked out and not even paid! Now I’m left with two burn marks on both eyebrows.i didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was a little heavy and with glasses sits on the right side. My boyfriend went inside to speak to the manager and as soon as she walked in she started yelling in her language. Never again! Worst $7 spent of my life. And she didn’t even make my eyebrows even or even pluck the rest of the hairs.

I am very sad about coming here, Ive had my full set of acrylic nails for only a week and all the nails have lifted and 3 actual nails have fallen off I paid 40$ for a full set. Please do not waiste your money here, quality is very bad for how much they charge.

I came to do my fill and the gel peeled right off my nail by the next day... when I went in to fix it the ladies were rude speaking in their language ... it still came out wrong so she had to start all over again TWICE!! When I had my hands in the UV light she kept me there for 5 mins, when my hands started feeling hot and burned I took them out and she yelled at me as if I was a child and told me its MY fault why they mess up because I took my hands out.... then I left anda couple of hours later AGAIN the Polish peeled off. I had to go back for a 3rd time and only because I paid way too much for me to go pay someone else to correct it. However I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU GUYS DONT GO EITHER HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!!

This place was awful! The lady was rude. The massage lasted less than a minute and they usually do it for a couple. Plus instead of letting me sit there and dry she said you can go. Its over priced and ugly.

I went in to get a color change. It was a nail tech at the front who finished with a client and then started on my nails. Another lady came in wanting gel mani and pedi and eyebrow and lip wax. So she stopped working on my nails and left to go help her. She didnt even paint any of my nails. Just removed the color. Then asked me to pay. Sweetheart how are you ready to charge me and you completely left me to go and start working on someone else. Two weeks ago before I went to Las Vegas, I came to this same establishment to get my feet done. The lady who usually does them wasnt in. So another lady did and she messed up on my feet. she was on the phone the entire time. I had to ask her to recut my big toe twice because she jacked it up pretty much. I wouldnt recommend coming here to get anything done unless its by the woman with long blonde hair. Shes always sweet and she does a really good job. Or the woman who I believe is the manager or owner. They both do really good work and I would only trust them two to do anything. Worst experience ever since Ive been coming to this nail salon, and Ive been coming here for almost a year now.

This is the worst and themost expensive nail salon i have ever been into... They charged for my own nails, for acrylic overlay gel, and added a coat of matte not even matte gel, it is so bumpy and think not even smooth or round, inside nails is not cleaned out or filed out to remove the excess acrylic powder, an everytime i make mention of it, the nail tech keeps on huffin and puffin like i am giving her extra job to do, and at the end she charges me $50.00... where as i can do it elsewhere and do SNS for my own nails no tip nail added, clean job for only $35.00..... Very poor staffed, unprofessional and dirty work result.

Went for a Pedi and Mani. Pedi was OK. Mani she just ruined my nails by filing them to take off gel instead of soaking. All my nails are breaking off and weak and is only been a week. So disappointed.
