Love my Halloween toenails! I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they made it look even better than the picture I showed them! Love it!

I have a wedding to go to tomorrow, and this was literally the closest place to the hotel. But it got decent reviews, so I figured I’d make an appointment. The 30 minute basic pedi turned into an hour long. Then I had my mani. I requested the color only on the tip and showed her a google image. I also requested to keep my shape (square) and length. She rounded them out and shortened them. I really don’t think she understood me, but didn’t request someone to help with communication. When she went to paint my nail, she painted the whole nail. I asked for just the tip again, and then she understood. She didn’t cover all the whites of my nails, and I tried to tell her so she could add more color. This time, she did ask someone to help communicate what I wanted, but she still didn’t understand. So I have these very thin blue tips that don’t even cover the whites of my nails. Plus she couldn’t finish my mani (massage/lotion), because we were at over the 2 hour mark and I had to go! When I lamented some of my concerns, I got $7 off.

Stay away from here! My sister and I came here to get our nails done. On August 14 we both got a full set with nail art it came out decent. On September 3 we got a refill . Last week after removing the nails, both my sister and I have our nails contaminated with nail fungus. I came here thinking that it was a good place because of the reviews but I’m never coming back again.

Tammy did my nails for me and she was amazing! Such a sweet woman and a talented nail tech! She gave me exactly what I asked for and if I asked her to change something she would do it for me perfectly. I was really impressed. The Atmosphere was really welcoming and it was a beautiful and clean shop. I can’t wait to go again!

Definitely a great experience! Decided to wait until we got to Orlando to try out a nail salon in another state...so glad I did. Tom is the man he took his time and my nails came out so nice!! The price was way better than Pittsburgh too! I will make sure my nails always need done when I visit Orlando 😍

This is the best nail salon Ive been to in years. While on vacation from South Carolina my sisters and I treated ourselves to the best manicure and pedicures ever. This place does an excellent job and are really professional. They really care about the customers and making sure service is top rated.

I’ve been here a few times since I moved to Orlando and Tom does amazing every time! This time in particular though, he did a natural ombré that many other nail techs don’t do well, but he did. I was very impressed!

I loved the nail salon and the massage chair very much. The aromatherapy massage was wonderful. I love the manicure and the pedicure.

Went there on a thursday without an appointment and they quickly provided the service for me. Very friendly staff, Kenny and Ken were incredible. I got gel mani and pedi and it was great, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Definitely coming back and would recommend it!

Kenny did my nails and he did such a good job! Made sure everything was perfect and checked in with my through every step to make sure I was liking how it looked. Super kind and professional, would definitely recommend !

Nailinis was AMAZING while taking care of me and my sister today. We both got full set of acrylic nails with gel polish as well as a pedicure with gel polish as well. I had Kenny and my sister had ken who were both amazing. Very friendly, helpful & definitely understanding when we were both ticklish during the pedicures. Ken helped me find the perfect polish & made sure I was comfortable every step of the way from when I walked in the building until i walked out. best experience I’ve ever had!

***UPDATE:There’s nothing I appreciate/respect more than good customer service and I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. The team at Naillinis went above and beyond to remedy a sour experience. Tom gave me quite possibly the best manicure I’ve ever gotten, and just 2 days before Christmas at that. Not only did he take the time to make my nails perfect, but also took the time to have a conversation about all feedback providing an opportunity to learn and improve in order to offer customers the best experience possible. He really floored me in the best way with that. I will happily continue to give my business to Naillinis and Tom!PS - my dip redo lasted an astonishingly (Toms great work) yet embarrassing (for me and my amount of outgrown haha) amount of time!_____ORIGINAL:I had my nails done after work on a Tuesday. I was thrilled to get in quickly after a long day. He (won’t mention my techs name out of respect) got me in and out and my nails looked great! However, they started lifting in a matter of days. The gel top coat peeled off both thumbs and pointer fingers within 4 days. The same nails had cracked in the top corners within the same timeframe.I’ve had my dip done at Nailinis multiple times and this is now the 2nd time (back to back) I’ve had issue. The first time I just shook off, but these are my hands not even 2 weeks post mani. I just find this unacceptable with the amount of money paid.I’ve been getting dip manicures for years now and I have never had the topcoat lift nor have I ever had them last less than two weeks. And no, I haven’t done it used anything different with/on my hands.I really enjoy the atmosphere at Nailinis, from the great selection of colors to the top of the line pedicure chairs and mimosas. It’s very clean and the staff have always been friendly. Reasonably priced especially considering proximity to Disney. I unfortunately think will be looking for a new salon :/

I brought my girlfriend and her sister in to get their nails done, both of which were walk ins. Neither of them knew what they wanted when we got here. Ken took the time to explain their choices and helped them decide what to get. The nails came out excellent, just what they asked for. Ken and Kenny brought their best efforts to the table to accommodate walk in guests. The girls loved the experience, so Im happy.

Second time going, first time amazing nails with Tom but rough on my cuticles. It is a bit pricey and expect that any extra charges wont be communicated unless you ask however if you are knowledgable about prices you might figure out it increases from base price. Well this time, they are good but could be better. I had another tech.

We came out to Orlando for a family vacation and decided we wanted to get pedicures. We searched online for the best places to go and we stumbled upon Nailinis Spa. After going on their website and seeing their services, we decided to book a pedicure appointment. Requesting an appointment was easy as ever. The day of the appointment, we arrived and were welcomed by every worker in the location. Tom and Steven/Stephen were our technicians and they were great. They were friendly, welcoming and made great conversations. They ever recommended places around Orlando for us to visit. The services were amazing. We got the aromatherapy pedicure and highly recommend. The chairs also come with a massager which definitely are soothing while receiving the pedicures. Also, they gave us a complimentary drink, which I have never seen at any other nail establishment. If we ever come back to Orlando, we for sure will be coming here again and we hope to see our technicians again. Thank you for your work.

This place is amazing. I just got a deluxe pedicure and it was so relaxing. A 10 minute massage and parrifin wax on my feet! WOW!! I am so coming back this place is totally worth it! Did I mention I also had a complimentary mimosa! Next time Im going for their signature pedicure!!

Second time here, 1st time we were serviced right away as no one else was here. Today is Christmas eve which its expected to be busy. However, when you walk in they are all occupied and there is no one to attend to you, nor is any of the employees serving customers acknowledging your presence so you know that they know youre here and they will be with you soon. The service is worth the wait, but that part needs to be worked on. I just watch a client walked out cause she was sitting for a while and no one acknowledged her presence.

Oh my GOSH! BEST PAMPER DAY EVER! Upon walking in, I was offered a drink so of course I chose Cabernet. I bought the $58 pedicure package which comes with a 22 minute massage. I feel like she gave me a few extra minutes. She was very nice and gave me a great foot and leg massage. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!!! If I could give them ten stars I would.

We are from out of town and wanted a mani/pedi. It was close to Disney so we made appointments and so glad we did! I got gel manicure, my daughter got acrylic and my other daughter got a regular manicure. We all got pedicures as well. Clean and good price but the results were fabulous! Tracy, Steven and Tom were all super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We are very Dissappointed with our manicures. First of all we made 4 appointments and they only had 3 people working. The pedicures were great but then they got in a hurry and rushed through our manicures. Both my sisters and my nails were pealing within 24 hours. It was gel... it should last for weeks. We are now redoing them ourselves because we don’t have time to go back and have them redone.

This was not a good experience, made my toes look square and left toe nail polish all around on my skin...everyone i was with hates their nails bc they did such a bad job from what they asked for .. one nail tech even slammed her fist on counter when my friend asked for her nails to be rounder... was overall a bad experience with rude customer service

Was visiting Orlando from Miami and wanted to get a pedicure. Soon as I walked I was approached with a happy and friendly greeting. The Nail technician Moon and Melissa took awesome care of my and my partner. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Would come here every time I visit Orlando.

My husband and I were in the area and when we arrived, the salon was extremely clean. Tom did my pedicure and nails, he was very meticulous and did an extremely good job. My husband had Melisa who was very gentle and professional. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I went on a Sunday I didn’t wait long. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I requested a regular manicure with aroma therapy scent lavender, I thought it was just going to be the lotion but it was amazing! So towards the end I was worried I was gonna pay a lot of money, because honestly the way I was spoiled. I loved every minute of it. It was so relaxing. I also got a mimosa and it was perfect! Loved this place!

We were down for the week celebrating our 20 year anniversary. Wife talked me into getting a pedicure. We also opted for massage. Chairs you sit in ate massage chairs, very nice. Pedicure was very thorough. I did not know there were so many steps involved. Happy we came. Highly recommend!!!

Dip, Gel, acrylic, ombre, design, gold foil, crystals, artistic nail technicians.I was vacationing in Orlando and looked up a close nail spa where I would be able to get a Disney mani and pedi, since I pulled 55 hours work that week and flight came in and was in desperate need for a Mani and pedicure. I always check reviews and I am very picky about nail salons as I like to ensure they are very clean, use fresh nail files and sanitize their tools. A reviewer wrote that this was a very clean salon.I was very impressed by the cleanliness of this salon, they used plastic liners on the pedi throne spa baths and all the tools were freshly sanitized and new files and buffers were used on my nails. I received the royal treatment with a relaxing pedicure with bath salts, Mandarin sugar scrub, paraffin, strong relaxing massage, hot towels, warm lotion massage.Ann is great she did my pedicure and it was wonderful. Most relaxing pedicure ever. If I wasnt on a budget I would have added aromatherapy and hot stones but I will add that in on my next visit.The owner did my design on my toes and fingernails and it couldnt be more perfect. The gel manicure and natural pedicure lasted my entire 2 week stay and is still flawless and Im sure will last a couple weeks longer.The price was perfect and less than half the price at the resort I was staying at. If I lived in Orlando I would definitely stop going to my salon in San Diego and only go to Naillinis.Thank you Ann and Naillinis staff for making my vacation perfect. 💓♥️💅

So, in from out of town and decided to try this nail place because they got a 4.7 rating. The chairs were amazing!!! Very relaxing. However, to pick out a nail color you had to look at plastic colored nails, You couldn’t put a little on your finger or touch the bottle. I wanted a hot pink and what I thought was a hot pink turned out to be a bright orange. My girl was very unfriendly and I asked several times to have my nails cut down shorter and she didn’t do it. I was very disappointed in my experience as far as the nail color and how unfriendly the staff was. The only reason I gave it a three star instead of a 1, was because of the chairs.

I had such a great first impression of this place. I felt very comfortable being here unlike other nail salons where the nail tech doesnt even talk or at least try. Everything was up to date and paying was a breeze. The work my manicurist had done for me lasted a long time. Should give them a try for sure!

Read the reviews on this salon before deciding and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Katie did a wonderful job with my nails! She was patient and did not rush even though they were busy. She has a fun loving attitude which made for a pleasant experience and the complimentary drink was a definite plus!

This was our first time here and it was Amazing! Started with a pedicure. The chair massage was so relaxing I dozed off until the lady came with my complimentary Mimosa. And my dip ombré nails were just fabulous! We had a wonderful relaxing day at the salon, no pressure sales, no rush job, just chilling out. Definitely coming back!

BRIDE to be... we found this place after searching for a nail bar. We are from the uk & are getting married today. Yesterday myself & a few others had a pamper & I ended up with the perfect wedding nails & toes. If I would of known I would of saved my money & had them done here instead of changing them. Lovely place with comfy chairs.

The owner worked on my nails after I broke TWO of them on my way to Disney. I looked up places based on reviews and liked hers. When I got there I wasnt expecting it to be soo pretty! And the service was attentive! It did take over an hour but I cant complain because her service was really HANDS on (no pun intended) and it shows! The glass of mimosa was okay but the hand massage after was fantastic! I did the dip powder and she added a tip for my bad finger. I was charged 40$ and tipped 10$

What a pleasant experience! I don’t usually write reviews, too lazy! We went as a walk in after shopping nearby. We were greeted by the courteous staff soon after walking in. The Salon was cute and very clean. I had an aromatherapy pedicure and my friend had dip nails. We were served complementary mimosas and they were sooo delicious. Oh, and those pedicure chairs are so comfortable! I’m definitely coming back on my next trip.

We picked this salon based on the closeness to Disney springs. We were so happy we did. Everyone was very professional, it smelled wonderful, not like chemicals like a lot of other nail places do. It’s was very clean. The massage chairs were fantastic. And our pedis came out great.The prices were also very affordable.

The best place to get a pedicure! I love the chairs with the arm massager and optional heat setting. The staff is incredibly accommodating. I always feel welcome here. The friendly greeting as soon as I walk through the door is not something you always get from a nail salon. I had Ann for my last pedicure and I have never been more relaxed in my life!

I just started going to this salon and I love this place. My nail tech is soo sweet and always open to doing new designs on me! I love to get long acrylics and she always takes her time and makes sure every nail is even and the shape is just right. Also, the salon itself is always very clean!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for a few months now and they always do a beautiful job. This previous time Liz helped me and my nails look amazing ! It’s only been a day and I’ve been getting loads of compliments ! She had very cute and helpful suggestions on the design/color of my nails, and is incredibly friendly and attentive. My nails have never looked better!

Unfortunately, I can’t leave a great review because my girlfriend and I had a specific appointment time we had set up. Once we got there we proceeded to wait about a half hour without being greeted or told it would be past our reservation time before getting service. I work in the service industry so I completely understand things happen, but a little professionalism and communication would have gone a long way for us!

Very inappropriate, feels totally sketch

Visiting from the U.K. and Id strongly advise not to bother with any dipping or ombré nail treatment here. Pretty awful results even after a few attempts to resolve. On my nails you can still see white flecks of powder under the part of the nail which is MEANT TO BE PINK. All well and good the establishment responding to previous negative comments, suggesting theyd fix any issues, but if youre working to a timeframe, that offer is useless. I believe theyre pretty poor at this technique to start with!! Strongly advise against wasting time here if a perfected ombré style is what you want!! Their pedicures are ok though.

Had a very relaxing pedicure, went with the Delight Pedicure I was very excited about the neck massage included. Has a nice young man who hat was very good. Definitely plan to come back!
