I have been going to CeCe nail lounge for a few years,everyone is so happy and friendly. Everyone pulls together as a team to create the color and design I am always looking for. I highly recommend this salon.Although my nail tech Jason, is leaving us and will be missed by so many of us! I will still be returning to CeCe lounge regularly! Had an amazing experience. Very beautiful salon with hundreds and hundreds of different colors/designs to choose from. I brought my own idea and they made it come to life. Definitely coming back. They also have a rewards program for those that live here. Strongly recommend. Would give 6 starts if I could.

Very disappointed in this place, at first everything was great I went for a full set I did powder and the shape and design was amazing (price: 75 with v shaped design, long-ish nails and coffin shape). When I came back the second time I got acrylic to continue coming back and getting fill ins, they charged me the same amount they had charged before for a simple set of acrylic nails no designs only Matte top coat. They always changed the price on me when I got to the register, even after paying already they charged me an extra 10 because they “had the price wrong”. Today I called asking how much an acrylic fill in was before booking my appointment and they told me it would be 40 or around there, I come in, get my fill in same set only different color and they charged me 65. I was shook and the lady told me fill ins only cost 40 if it’s the same color or ombré which I never heard before and I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time. I feel like they need to get their prices right because it’s confusing and I feel taken advantage of. Billy is great doing nails I wish they were a little more organized with their pricing.

I came in as a walk in this morning and showed a picture of a full acrylic set with a pretty complicated design. The woman at front desk went out of her way to go over every detail and color I wanted as well as helping me find color shades I was interested in. Billy was my nail artist and his attention to detail and professionalism was very impressive. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon anytime you want to get exactly what you ask for!! Patient and kind people work here and you won’t be disappointed.

Very clean, relaxing environment. They require masks and check your temperature as you enter. They have plastic dividers between each customer and the nail techs, but you don’t feel closed in. Nail techs were very pleasant and didn’t make us feel rushed. Manager chatted with us while our nails were in the “dryer” . I’d happily go back and have another mother/ daughter date.

This is my new favorite go to place. I had randomly decided to get a gel pedicure and the next weekend I broke my toe. I had to wear flip flops for 6 weeks. Aside from my nails growing out and some little touch ups, my nails STILL look great! The polish never chipped! I was so happy that the polish held up for as long as it did and will definitely be a returning customer.

I took my 7 year old for a treat. Haven’t been since COVID outbreak. Pedicure chairs had stalls for maximum space between each other. Cleaning everywhere . Super friendly staff and amazing decor !I highly recommend Lily who made my feet feel 10 years younger 🧚

I was on the hunt for a new salon and I was referred here by a friend. I am so glad I came! Zoey did a great job and my nails look beautiful! So pleased with her work and this will definitely be my new salon! Salon is very clean, welcoming and the color selection is HUGE!

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. I have never once been disappointed with my nails. Nini and Brianna are amazing. I saw a few other people at the beginning who also were very good. The woman at the front desk is so nice and helpful with picking out colors. Ive gotten manicures and an aroma pedicure that comes with hot towels and arm/hand/leg/foot massages. I usually do a solid color pedicure with a bit of shimmer or a French with a little glitter. I also get manicures, I usually prefer something more natural looking with sparkle (I prefer a shorter length). They don’t over book and take incredible care of you.

I had really hard time to find a nice manicure salon, and first time of 5 yrs living in Florida I found it. Prices are reasonable, I trued 4 different nail technicians there and satisfied with all of them. They really careful during cutting skin around the nail, never cut too dip and always leaving smooth skin around the nail. Putting powder and gel polish really close to cuticule, what helping manicure less longer. Pretty clean, I didn’t had a chance to see how they sterilize their tools, but it’s all look clean. Very friendly staff, they will offer you a loyalty card, after few visits you can get some free services.

We stopped by here to get our nails and toes done before we headed out to the airport. This place and these people are AMAZING! We are so pleased with the service and the quality. Our nails our gorgeous. The salon is very clean and everyone was so professional. Top of the line. Extremely happy with everything. This place is AMAZING! Came in with a previous acrylic job done terribly wrong at another nail salon. Sue worked her magic, took her time and made sure I left the salon with transformed nails her co worker was also very nice and very informative about how my nails should look like. The service was outstanding! Great manicures, pedicures, etc. I am a regular customer so many different colors to try and to choose from. They also give you wine or if like water or soda or coffee they also have comfortable chairs so while you get a pedicure you can lay back and get a nice pedicures, slip your drink and relax and have a great time with friends or family. They also have Dip & powder and I get the dip & powder every time I go its last for a whole month it also makes your real nails stronger and it helps your nails grow as well. Every time I go Anna takes care of my nails she has been doing my nails for over 2 years now she takes pride in her work, she also takes her time. Every time I leave Ceci Lounge im always satisfied I never leave unhappy. I would Highly Recommend Ceci Lounge what a great atmosphere. I stopped into the salon to get a full set of dip nails. They have so many colors to choose from! I am extremely particular on the type of color that I like and I could have easily found 5 colors here! Nini Did my nails and she was so thorough to make sure what I wanted is what I got! She took her time and they ended up coming out perfect. I will definitely be back to the salon.

Terrible customer service. Just not worth it. I’ve been here 10+ times. I used to swear by them but it’s gotten worse and worse. The customer service is consistently terrible. Every time I would make an excuse for them but I just can’t go back. They do a great job at actually doing nails but it’s not worth being treated so poorly. I’ve made an appointment every time and last time had to wait over an hour. I just walked out today because I made an appointment at 3:30 (and left work early to make my appointment) and after 20 mins and I just left. They didn’t care about me and they didn’t care when I told them they would lose my business. Such a disappointment because I want to go there.

I am 9 months pregnant and needed to relax. This place had the best reviews in the area and was across the street from my doctor’s office, so I had to check it out. It was so, so worth it! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the woman who did my pedicure was so sweet and did a fantastic job. I am definitely relaxed and will be going back! This place is my favorite nail salon . They take their time making sure your nails are perfect, and their salon is super clean and nice. The girls are so sweet and go above and beyond to accommodate you. Make an appointment because you might have to wait... but it’s worth it ! I drive about 20 mins out of my way for this place and I have so many salons less than a mile away from my house .

I travel all the way from clermont to get my nails done here with Bee. I’m new to this salon, but am in love! Bee takes his time to perfect his work and you can tell he really cares about doing a good job. It’s a beautiful place, and very clean.

I went two days ago to get my nails done, Emily was my technician. The service in general was ok but the job was not what I expected, my nails are breaking and coming off from the edges. I left a picture so you all can see. They charge me $33 for a job that is like $5 value. I will not go back to this place.

They did a pretty good job. They have massage chairs while you get ur pedi. Pretty relaxing.

I scheduled an appt online for a pedicure 4 days prior for Oct 4 at 11am. I arrived at 10:33a. I let the person up front know I knew I was there early, and would sit and wait. At 11:07a, a woman with NO appt walked in wanting her toes and nails done. The person upfront asked if she had an an appt, and the woman told her she did not.She advised that lady that she would get her in, even without an appt. She then turned to me and told me to sit at the pedicure spa (last on the left). I sat there waiting until 11:21a. My appt was scheduled for 11-1130a, and I had to go.Imagine my surprise when I see the white woman with NO appt getting her nails done, while the black woman who actually made an appt was left to wait with zero service. When I walked up to her to tell her that I wanted to cancel my appt, she tried to tell me I was next, but I responded to her that I didnt understand how a woman with no appt was able to get service before me.I am appalled that I would be treated this way as I am also a paying customer. I work in the same building as this nail place for 7 years now,and I have visited every business in the Phoenicia Center, and have been treated equal and with respect until Cecis. I will definitely be sharing this experience.

The best nail spa in Orlando according to my wife. I know less about it but I’m not above getting an man mani/pedi and they do a good job. It’s an actual nail spa with massage chairs and people who work hard to do a good job as opposed to trying to get you out the door.

I have nothing but praise for this nail salon, I cant wait to back already! The salon is modern and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the massage chairs made me not want to leave!

Asked if they could get the gel builder and gel off my nails to which they said yes and I had told them my nails were thin. They said all the gel builder had to come off in order to use the dip powder on my nails, the girl used about 5 different tools to get it off which is how I know she didn’t know what she was doing. Noticed she didn’t take all the gel builder off my nail to which she said my nails were too thin and they had to keep some of it on which contradicted what they first explained to me. All the nail dust particles ended up flying in my face the whole time, they have poor ventilation. Yea I won’t be going back after the asthma attack I had after it from inhaling all the dust. Not worth it.

I loved my visit. It was my first time and I didn’t feel rushed and the nail tech took her time and was friendly as well as the other employees. The store itself was beautiful and clean and their tools and machines seem to be very clean and sanatized. I will be returning.

This is a hit or miss with the service. Typically, service is just fine however lately I would disagree. They are flexible with accepting walkins or calling just a few hours ahead of time which is convenient! Whenever I have found a detailed nail tech they seem to leave fairly quick... makes you wonder why. They offer different styles of pedicures and based upon your choice is the service you get. Either you pay for 55$-65$ pedi and get the full experience or you ask for the regular pedi and it’s accomplished in 20mins. Today, I had one of the 20min characters. Last couple of times I have gone, not all of their techs do acryclic or specific style of nails - bummer but not the worst. Other times, I have been turned away over the phone because they don’t have acrylic techs on staff... that doesn’t seem right. Today, the gentlemen that serviced me was a nice man but definitely needs some attention to detail. Trying to get a tech to do a “thick coffin shape” even with reference photos has been a quest in itself. I asked for this and I end up with crooked and inconsistent lengths throughout. My right hand is definitely an improvement from the left :( I asked the gentlemen to reshape a few of the nails and he did, just not the best work. He also continued to slice the sides of my finger and I had to tell him multiple times “sir that hurts”. I then realized I was sitting with a tech that was just that.... a nail tech. All of this and then the bill is 75$. I told the gal at the desk how I felt and all she said was “sorry”. I paid the tab and went on my way. I did enjoy my first couple of visits here and if they could host a staff that is consistent that would make this place better. Try your luck of the draw and hopefully you’ll land with one of the more skilled techs. As for me, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I am a regular now, I live in the Dr. Phillips area. My service both pedicure and manicure is done by B. He is very detail oriented and makes sure everything is perfect. I can tell that he cares about his clients. He treats you like royalty.The facilities are very clean. Love the pedicure chair. Its quiet and customizable to whatever you want. It is even heated, which came in handy during these 30 degree days in Orlando.They offer beverages. And I believe they have free wifi, Ive never used it. I usually read or just close my eyes and enjoy.And sometimes I just dont want to talk to anyone. And thats fine with B, when I feel like talking we talk. When I dont, hes very comfortable with silence.The massage, OMG! Just the best.BTW... the entire staff is welcoming. And, its a no pressure salon. I get it, they have to ask you about other services, however you only have to say no once. Which is great. They want what the customer wants.Whether youre visiting or you live here, go, you wont regret it.I go so often, I make appointments to make sure I dont have to wait. And I dont. I was visiting the area from Texas and I needed a mani /pedi, I found this place on yelp earlier today. The reviews made it sound too good to be true, I made an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Ceci’s was welcoming and such a nice environment. They had so many colors and designs to choose from. Once I sat in the chair I knew I was in for a treat. The massage chair was unlike any I’ve ever sat it, it massages everything from my neck, forearms and my thighs. It was so so nice! I did the paraffin pedicure and everything about it was amazing. Nhi (Nini) was my technician and she was so sweet and did a phenomenal job. Once my pedicure was done, Nini did my gel manicure and she was a perfectionist. I choose an ombré color and she really took her time and made sure it was perfect. Everything about the salon was amazing and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I would highly highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to come back for my next visit. Thanks again Nini!

I really enjoyed my time at Ceci Nails Lounge, both the service and the staff. Wide range of colors to choose from, and a definite plus is the design samples.

My Daughter and I had pedicures and facial waxes. We have had services at many salons in the past and were very impressed with Ceci Nail Lounge! The facility was clean and welcoming. The care we received was excellent. The spa professional I had, Hanna, had a particularily therapeutic touch. Her foot and calf massage actually alleviated a pain I have had in one toe and had thought was a permanent pain from an old injury. My Daughter had a different professional, but also had what she considered a much more relaxing and thorough massage than she has ever had before. Neither of the spa professionals caring for us were aware that my Daughter is a liscenced cosmotologist. My Daughter is usually pretty critical of the spa professionals, but she was very impressed with the talent and caringness of the Ceci professionals and made sure to let me know that these two deserved very good tips. I had already come to that conclusion myself, but it was good to know that someone who knows the protocols and standards also thought so. (The women who took care of us are only finding out through this review that my Daughter was a cosmotologist.) I would recommend Ceci Nail Lounge to my own family and friends. I only regret that we are only visiting the area and cannot take this business home with us.
