I took my bridal party here, and we got excellent service. My gel mani is still holding strong, three weeks out! They couldn’t do more than four people at a time, so some of us had to wait on others, but it was very worth it. It was also super sanitary. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I have been coming here to get my nails done many times before and always had a good experience. However this last time was awful. I went in to have my nails done for my bridal shower. I showed her what I wanted and she said ok. The nail art on my toes looked so bad I just told her to paint them a solid color. My nails looked ok when I left but a couple nails were a little lumpy and the design wasnt exactly what I wanted but I figured close enough. I proceed to go to my shower weekend and not one day later a nail has chipped and I can see it pulling away from the nail on another finger. So I had chipped nails for my bachelorette and boudoir photos. I had been extra careful and everything-no lotion no hot water and no strenuous activity. The chipping got continually worse and they looked awful for my shower. I then came in and asked to have them taken off and told them what happened. They didnt seem overly concerned about it and just took it off. They were even shocked to hear I had them done there. The lady didnt charge me to remove them but I left her a tip anyway because it wasnt her that had done a poor job. I then said I wanted to cancel my bridal appointments for me and my fiance and they didnt even try to stop me. They didnt try to offer and redo them or offer a refund. It seemed like they didnt care about my business at all. I will now be looking for somewhere else to go for my bridal nails. I doubt Ill ever be back here. This might be ok for just everyday nails but dont trust them for big events.

After 13 months waiting for things to get better after Covid and having my vaccination the day before, I decided to treat myself into a pedicure and manicure. I chose The Nail Salon as its only 5 minutes from where I live and the website seems impressive, made my appointment for a new set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. I was greeted nicely by the manager, Jessyka. While getting my pedicure by Bianca, Lia started working with my new set. I had to asked her for a towel to clean my clothes as all the nail filing was getting into them. Then I was taken to the nail bar and she continued on my nails. I had to ask for my own Mimosa drink as none was offered. The new set of nails only lasted for 12 days as the nails started to come off. I had acrylic nails done for a long time on different places but I never had that experience on a new set so I called back and canceled my next appointment. Definitely looking for a new place to get my nails done.

Edit***Jessyca, the salon owner, had me come on Tuesday and did my nails again herself. They came out amazing! She even had me try a different style I never had before. You can tell she cares about her clients and her employees. Her salon is cute and has such a good vibe. I will definitely be going back.Got a gel manicure on Sunday and by Monday morning they were already peeling off. The place itself was great, clean and cute decor and they were very hospitable but I’m just not happy with that outcome. The girl who did my nails was very nice but she was under the weather and I don’t want to throw her to the wolves here but I never get my nails done and want them to last more than a day before they start coming off.

This nail salon is decorative nicely but their nail polish was poor quality. Didn’t even last a full day, I went out on a date that same night and the nail polish came off!. I chose the classic pedicure for $35. It was not worth the price at all. They come off pretentious, I won’t be going back.

Cutest little salon ever! I’ve been several times now & had a few different services, yet to be disappointed. The vibe is so different than any other salon I’ve been to, in the absolute best way possible! Everyone is so friendly & you get to drink mimosas while you get your nails done.

Was super scared to come in because of some of the reviews but decided to take a chance since it was the only place open late at night. I am so glad I took that chance. I walked in and was greeted by the owner who took my walk-in no problem. The conversation was awesome. I was quickly offered water to drink. I usually get cuts from those who do my nails but she did not cut me once. Jessy was phenomenal! I showed her a picture of what I had in mind and she did exactly that. My nails are shaped perfect and I did the colored powder acrylic for the first time and loved it. She was quick and efficient as well as attentive to detail. I will never go anywhere else! If you need your nails done go there and ask for Jessy she was amazing! Will be going back from now on!

When I moved to Orlando from Daytona Beach, I was very hesitant to try to find a new nail salon but this company had given me better treatment and service than any other nail salon Ive been to in the past 6 years. They offer a friendly, very calm and relaxing, but also fun atmosphere, they make amazing drinks, and make it a very enjoyable time. The quality of their service is amazing, And Ive even had a set of nails last me on a 4 1/2 weeks before I had to take them off because of the rona virus. Their prices are very fair and affordable, especially given the quality.

I very rarely do reviews! But this place has to be stopped! I had a pedicure done 2/22 and it didn’t even last 4 days. They nail tech had her nails as long as my big toe! She could barely hold the supplies to do my nails. The back of my foot look the same as the day I walked it! All my polished chipped and she cut my nails in even. For the price being charged it’s a rip off! Rip off! No I don’t want no champagne or mimosa or soda! I want service I’m paying for

I absolutely love Shirley! I go to her for my acrylics. She knows exactly how I like my nails and I always get compliments on them. She pays attention to detail which is a big deal to me. She is friendly and I always get a service with a smile :) I highly recommend her she is definitely one of the best in winter park!

Greatly disappointed with my gel service here. Half way through the gel I told her that I did not like how they were turning out and another lady came over and said that the top coat should make it look better. Well it didnt and didnt want to come to the front counter and talk to me about the service I was paying for. A guy rang me up and full price. I get my nails done a lot and I could already tell this was not a quality job and I dont think they were even worried I was not happy. I do not recommend this place at all. On top of this the ladies were very unfriendly.It has been a week now. One nail on the left hand is chipped and two on the right. Not to mention that the top coat looks like brown streak. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. EVER!First two pictures after I left Sunday and the last two are a week later on a Monday morning. One Week :(

Ladies working there were very nice and its great that theyre open so late..but my gel manicure looked so bad in the daylight and only lasted a couple days. Nail polish on my pedicure simply isnt neat enough, I couldve done a better job at home.

Ive been to SO many different nail salons over the past few years, and this isBY FAR the best. Their attention to detail is amazing, the staff is very friendly and professional, and they offer a wide variety of salon services. Theyre a tad pricier ($10 or so more than average) but my nails and brows were STUNNING, so no complaints here!

Wow.... If you dont mind paying a little bit more, and you want to feel like a queen... Then definitely go here! Not only do they take excellent care of you and go above and beyond your average nail salon, they also offer you wine and champagne for free! They have a wide array of special scented salts and products to make your skin feel like Silk.

My husband and I were desperate to find an open salon during the Thanksgiving holidays that was not horribly overpriced but was also clean and able to take us as a walk in clients. Disney’s Animal Kingdom the day before had done us in. We wanted to relax and rejuvenate our overworked feet. Nancy and Lia worked on our hands and feet. The Deluxe pedicure was the BEST pedicure we ever received. Plenty of massage time and high end products that delivered spectacular results. Manicures were phenomenal as well. I wish I could transplant this salon back home to SugarLand, TX. We plan on coming back whenever we visit again. Texas size love for this place. Y’all were awesome!

I spent way to long last night at your nail salon. The first girl Nikki didn’t explain the whole nail thing to me the first time I came to your salon so it made stuff so bad. Now the second girl Rochelle had to try and clean up her mess. I’m so disappointed. I paid a lot for this and it’s not even close to what I wanted. I was so exhausted last night and I didn’t even pay attention to it. I really just thought my nails could look like this. I don’t even like my nails this skinny. I don’t want to write a bad review about you guys but I do want to bring this to the managers attention. I heard so many good things and it just sucks I can’t get what I want. There is even polish missing. With this bad experience I don’t think I’ll ever come back. I’ve see so many people leave out of your place happier than anything. You tell me if you think this is right? Mine is on the right. Really not even close and the glitter keeps getting caught on stuff. The ombré looks messy.

The Nail Salon has a very chill and elegant atmosphere. I walked in and everyone was really nice and I got attended well. However, I spent about $60 (I got my nails and eyebrows done and I tipped) there and my gel polish literally only lasted me a day. It was upsetting because $60 is a lot of money to spend at a nail place (at least for me) and not have your nails last even a week. They literally just peeled off the very next day. However, the girl that did my eyebrows was the TRUTH! She did a phenomenal job and made sure I was happy with the outcome, which I was. I would definitely go again to get my eyebrows done there, but not to get my nails done there. It sucks because the service is amazing and theyre really friendly and accommodating, but I guess the quality of gel polish on natural nails just isnt that great because all the acrylic nails I saw on their IG looked great.

Rude and and didnt have enough workers to take me. No where posted does it say appointment only but their hotel- like receptionist desk guy was looked at me and said do you have appointment. Ohhh u should have booked one it was 630 and was told nobody was available till 830. And they werent that busy. I felt judge upon appearance but little did they know i was in need of about$100 with of services and had cash to pay on top of that!

The best salon in Orlando hands down. You can barely smell the acrylic liquid, because they have a state of the art ventilation system. Friendly Nail Techs that speak English, a few who speak Spanish too! The best manicures and pedicures in town!

Ive been to The Nail Salon several times, and have always been so taken care of there! You can tell the women who work here love what they do and take pride in their art. I took my mother and friend to get a pedicure this past weekend and even days afterwards my mother is still gushing about her toenails.

I had never been here before today and I do not plan on returning due to the poor customer service and false advertising of business hours. I looked up their location and called a head of time to confirm they stayed open until 10... got there at 9:30 and was told that they are not taking anyone... I went back to my car and was about to leave but decided to see if they could at least fix my 2 broken nails since my birthday is tomorrow and everyone else was closed by that time... there were about 5 women sitting around talking, not servicing anyone else, and just looked at me like I was wrong for coming so late... I understand that they wanted to close but that is why I asked for only the nail fix instead... I don’t see how between 5 people no one could acquire the ability to fix 2 broken nails, with no paint, within 30 min of time... I drove off at 9:40 and if they close earlier than 10pm I think they need to update their hours of operation to avoid wasting people’s time...

Im a Licensed Esthetician so cleanliness and sterilization are very important to me as well as quality. The Nail Salon one of the best studios Ive been to in years. After my pedicure, I went to the nail bar for my manicure and saw them fallow proper sanitation protocol on the pedicure tub. If I had to criticize anything about my service it would be to use more hot towels; for example, one hot towel per hand and foot instead of trying to fit both hands or feet in one small towel. I will defiantly come back and have already recommended this place to my friends and customers.

The place is nice and upscale looking and the staff was nice but I wasnt happy with my nails. I mean they looked nice but they didnt last. I Paid 45 dollars for a full set of a simple gel color, my nails started lifting just days later and a week later 2 of my nails popped off. Also when u go to tip and u use the IPad u cant leave the amount u want, it only allows u to tip a percentage of how ever much your service was for example, I had to leave a 7 dollar tip because I couldnt choose anything less and I didnt want to not leave a tip and I didnt have cash on me so In total i spent $52 dollars for nails that didnt even last 2 weeks. Ill never cheat on my nails salon again.

When I first went my experience was wonderful. The second time I went it did not go as well.(pedicure was so so) the 3rd time I went I got the deluxe pedi which at $65 is pricey but was well worth it. My tech Lillian was FANTASTIC amazing attention to detail and very nice. The location is very clean, beautifully decorated, and very sanitary.

I got a GEL manicure here about 3 weeks ago. I cannot express enough how dessapointed i was when i walked out. I went in on a Saturday morning, the vibe was really blah. By the time she started putting my polish on i had to ask her to please clean out my cuticles a little more, thats really my #1 priority when i get my nails done. She didnt seem happy I asked again but either way she did a terrible job at it. When i walked out i was sooooo sad at the money i had spent and my cuticles looked like the hadnt been done in months, she didnt file my nails evenly and to top it off, my GEL polish started peeling 3 days after!!!. I checked out the reviews before i tried them and im glad other ppl have had better experiences. I will never go back again and i will never recomend anyone to go here.

Love this place, despite moving twenty minutes away I still come here. All of the girls are super friendly and welcoming and the prices are comparable to every boutique salon I’ve been to. The inside is seriously like walking into a Tiffany’s box. So cute and comfortable, it really is relaxing here. Plus they’re open late. I’d recommend them to everyone especially because they stand by their work. I’ve only ever had one issue here with my nails, I called to find out how much it would cost to fix and they offered to fix it free of charge immediately. I’ve been to so many salons that definitely wouldn’t have done so. Shirley hooked me up when I went to get the full set replaced and she did such an awesome job. It’s also perfect for groups because of the nail bar allowing everyone to be close to each other and talk. I decided to have my best friend’s bridal party come here for our pre wedding mani pedi’s done because of that. They always have plenty of people on staff and I really can’t rave about this place enough. It honestly is in my top 3 of all the salons I’ve been to and my number one favorite in Orlando.

Very disappointed. I made appointments for my Mom & I to get mani/pedi’s a week in advance. When we arrived we were greeted with confusion and told they lost our appointments. The two girls at the front desk said the salon’s new receptionist is pregnant and that must be why our appointments were lost (not acceptable and rather offensive). My mom flew in to spend a mother daughter weekend together and we were very disappointed that we had to leave. We booked that time specifically because we would have enough time to get our nails done before her flight & could not simply come back later. Frankly, we didn’t even want to come back due to the extreme lack of hospitality by the two ladies at the front desk. We didn’t even hear “I’m sorry” when they lost our appointments. My advice: spend your money elsewhere, in a nail place that will appreciate your business and treat you with respect.UPDATE: The very kind owner called to apologize which is appreciated. I’m sure things will improve, however I have moved on & found a new nail place. Thank you for apologizing though, that was thoughtful.

Its unfortunate that I have to give this one star. I went about in the salon about 3 weeks to get a fill and was charged $40 (kind of pricy but I was extremely happy with my nails so I happily paid and tipped). I went in today for the same exact fill and got charged $70!!!!!!!! And when I questioned the nail tech and receptionist the were very nonchalant about the price and looked annoyed that I even asked. My friend got a brand new full set and paid $50. I was extremely upset especially the way the ladies handled the situation. I left extremely upset and the let me as a customer. I will not go there again and will not refer this salon to anyone.

Horrible. I was charged 50 dollars for my nails to fall off in 3 days. Within 3 days my nails had water with green bacteria under them because they were careless applying the nail. Waste of money and they over charge for their awful work. I was planning on making it my regular nail place since it’s close by, but never again will I go there.
