I repeat do not go to this place. They are very rude. They are unprofessional. They ignored my daughter and I, all the way up until we decided to leave. They took people who didnt even have an appointment over us. They just had us sitting there with our nail polish in our hand to the point we decided to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst nail salons we experienced. I would not go here ever again so dont waste your time.

Its clean un very comfortable and upbeat professional. They do great work from whatbI saw. Tom was my technician and he performed a great job on my gel nails🥰 I will definitely return for my services 😊. Thank you for having me at Classy Nails

I gave this place 3 opportunities and they have always failed me. Rude staff, they treat you very poorly when you asked for something very simple and cheap like a manicure. They rush you out of the table to do someone else’s.

My profile pic looks crazy but,Classy Nails and Spa is the best! It’s so relaxing! And there so nice and they have free peppermints so if you kid comes,they could get one!They also have a restaurant next to them so,you can get food while you are there,and it’s so good! I recommend you come here😁👍🏻✨💅🏻

I loved the people here. The service was excellent and I especially loved the fact that you could get a 15 minute foot massage for $15 just as an added perk. I did find the odor quite oppressive when I first came into the salon So a bit better exhaust system would be beneficial. All in all it was an excellent experience and quite an affordable price. I definitely would recommend this nail salon.

Went for the 1st time and got a male nail tech for acrylic fill in. I told him I wanted them square-rounded, and he did them rounded. Went for a 2nd time and requested a female nail tech. I got VAN. She was rough and it seemed she was in a hurry or was mad at me for complaining about the guy or both. I had to ask her if she was in a hurry, because she way too fast to do nails right. Had to go back to have one nail fixed. I use gel color over my acrylic nails, and one nail was scratched. Will never go back, and its a shame because I live 10 minutes away.

Wish I would have read the reviews before relying on them for my holiday nails. I should have known I wasn’t going to end up with anything near what I was asking for when the nail tech barely understood anything I said. Every single nail is a different length in some way. I have ONE black nail when I wanted black and gold in the design. Showed a few pictures for reference and still couldn’t get it right. When I addressed my lack of excitement with what she had done she offered to put a diamond? Which I told her I can’t have. Not worth any part of the 50$ I spent there and although I live within 1 minute of this place I will go out of my way to go to a nail salon that actually cares and takes PRIDE in their work. So much for beautiful nails for my holiday party.

Absolutely amazing salon. It is so well kept and the owners take great pride in keeping it that way. My lady is Van...shes the best all around and I refuse to go anywhere or to anyone else if shes not available. Everyone there is so pleasant and theyve become like family. Its such a relaxing and enjoyable environment every time I go in there.

Friendly, offer beverages. Dont rush your service.

I wouldnt go back even if it was free. One hand has longer nails than the other. She seemed annoyed about doing my nails. The credit machine wouldnt take my card even tho I had money in my card. But it worked next store to withdraw money. Customer service is your job and if your having a bad day stay home. I rather drive a hour away for better service.

These people will try to play you. They are nice when you come in but when it comes time to pay they add on charges you didnt know about. The nail work they do is awful besides the pregnant woman V she was pretty good. My moms nails came out all lumpy and crooked and it looks like she already needs fill after one night. Sucks to start off our vacation this way!

Best place ever! Moved to Orlando 2 years ago and visited several other salons. Found this place a little over a year ago. Van is the best! My go to place.

So disappointed in the service. I went in for a pedicure and did not even get asked which one i wanted. My pedicure was very quick so i assumed they did the regular one to find out at check out they charged me for a way more expensive pedicure which i would not have minded paying if i had gotten the whole service(which i did not). If i could give negative stars i would. Worst service.

Clean and friendly. I have been seeing Vy. She is always so sweet and ALWAYS has done such a flawless job on my nails. She pays close attention to detail and really takes pride in her work. Love this place!

A friend of mine called me crying after being up charged for the worst set of ombré nails I have seen in my life and the nail tech did not want to give her a refund! The job was sloppy, uneven, and unprofessional.

They do good nails but the man was absolutely disrespectful. I told him I would pay after my nails have dried. I did this so I stay until theyre dry because if not Ill leave too early and then my nose will become smudged are wrinkled. The man who did my nails yelled at me and demanded that I pay him now before he paints them. Extremely rude and poor customer service

Nice people but terrible job! Me, my best friend and her parents came in they got padicures and I got a fill. Both my friend and her moms toes were bad the polish wasnt laid properly and it looked clumpy. My nails had a beautiful shape before going in and came out awful needless to say I was sad. Would only recommend this place if your desperate.

I moved to this side of town a year ago and visited at least seven nail salons before finding Phyllis at Classy Nails & Spa. She does my nails perfectly EVERY time. The salon is clean and I really like that they use the disposable liners for the pedicure tubs. The tools are also sanitized after each use.I highly recommend this place! You might not see it if you drive by, but its in the plaza behind CVS on Conway & Hoffner.

I am from out of town and gave this salon a try for a pedicure. They did an awesome job! Friendly service and took their time with the massage and special spa treatment! If I could take them home with me I would!

The four stars displayed totally wrong. Nice people however, the job was horroble..i paid over 200 which did jot include the tips....I Would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL...not from this area..Sooooo had no choice very disappointed

Very disappointed in a place I have been going to for over 20 years. Customer service has gone down. More of a cattle call and you get charged the same for half services as you would full service. Time to look elsewhere.

Worst place to get your nails...Give them a star because its require. when to get my nails done they call 2 persons at the same time and it was the owner of the salon he did both of us at the same time he was in a hurry and absolutely did the worst work in my nails they are just there to take your money they donot care about good service . So sad to have a place like this open in a great neighborhood.

Went there because I needed my nails cut down and reshaped called and got a price of 5 for the cut and shape and 15 for no chip polish. They didn’t understand me when I asked for no chip when I got to the place the tech lectured me that in Florida it’s called gel. And that it’s 10 to cut down and 20 to get as gel. She was rough and the shape I asked for was round and she made them too pointy and smudged a couple of nails. Not worth it for the price.

Newly renovated from ground up nail salon with brand new pedicure spa chair. Definitely love love the polish wall. So many colors to choose from, a must see.

Vee and Phillis are the best. i moved to the east side of town and still make that trip(30mins) down to them every 2 weeks.

First time to Classy Nails and Spa. It was a very pleasant visit, I doubt it’ll be my last time visiting. Van was very attentive and listened to my concerns.

Got a pedicure with a clear coat for $25. Good service with not a long wait time and a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Quiet atmosphere.

Overrated...had a pedi by Cyndi, it lasted 10 Mnts. Im guessing she wanted to hurry due to store being very busy. She cleaned under my nails, clipped some dead skin, buff heel for 2 Mnts; rinsed my feet, polished my toes & off I go! Never had a pedi done like this. I came home with rough feet & a sloppy job!My first & last!!!
