Honestly one of the best nail experiences I’ve had! My nail tech’s name was Krystal and she was incredibly sweet. She did everything I asked for and was so helpful with choosing a design and color. She really takes pride in her work and I can full say I left with no complaints. They have a lot of talent here and everything is very clean as well. I can’t wait to come back and am most definitely booking with Krystal again!

PLEASE READ!!! I dont write reviews but I felt obligated to do it for this salon. Flexi Nails was recommended by a couple of friends from the area and let me just say, I do not understand whats the hype about. The only nice person in the salon was the receptionist who greeted me as I walked in. I always know exactly what I want done before I arrive to my go to salon. Unfortunately, I forgot to make an appointment and my nail tech was booked, so I had no other option to try a new place since it was my birthday weekend. From the moment I sat down I explained the nail tech what I wanted. She removed my dip powder very aggressively, sat me down to do my pedi, and when she started on my nails she continued pulling my hand towards her aggressively. In multiple occasions my watch hit the prexi glass being used for social distancing. It doesn’t end there.. before starting the design I showed her when I first sat down, she told me the price. As seen in the picture below, all I requested where FOUR spread out dots on each hand with a simple soft color as the base. She mentioned it would cost $78 JUST for my nails. (My nails are natural) I was very confused with what exactly she was charging me for. They have a sign outside of the salon and inside that clearly states that Dip Powders is $30, so that means that they were charging me $48.. almost $50 for a total of 8 dots. At this point, I had to decide on a solid base color and forget about the design. I explained to her that I picked the blue on my feet to match my design and obviously now I have to change it. She said it would be an additional charge and so I agree to pay $10 to change the color I did not liked instead of $48 for some dots design. I suggested for her to mention the price before doing a matching color to avoid this exact situation. I was frustrated and disappointed as she continued her aggressive service and even accused me of not wanting to pay. This salon is the perfect example of a salon you CANNOT say a word about how you feel about your service without them pulling your hand aggressively, burning you and cutting you with their machine (as you can see on my pic) and/or speaking horribly about you with each other. I studied international languages and understood every humiliating comment and joke they made among each other. No one else in the salon stood up to address my concerns. They laughed and continued talking about me. I was so embarrassed.. I asked for a round almond shape and got a pointed shape. I asked for a natural look and she gave me multiple layers of dip power even when I reminded her of the natural look I was seeking while she was doing it. I dont like to complain or not give tips at places but this place was the worst. Please do not waste your time or money going here. Drive the extra mile and go somewhere else that will treat you like a customer and make you feel good paying for your nails. This place doesn’t even deserve half a star!!

Okay so first time having nails done here. Haven’t had nails done in about 2 years due to school, so GelX was a new one for me as well. I went to Lily and OMG, my nails are incredible. The service was very quick compared to getting acrylics or dip. Lily is so funny and sweet and I about screamed when I saw the outcome of my nails. They are RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING!!! Found my new nail artist!💖💖

The wait time was the only good thing about this salon. I went from one rude tech for my pedi to a rude and upset one for my mani. She upset and asking me to do dip. When I refused she fusing at the other tech who did my pedi. I was with my daughter who was having the opposite experience. Walked out and waited on the bench outside since she moved me out of her chair without even checking if my nails were dry.

I’ve come to Flex-I Nails Spa & Wellness twice looking forward to a new trendy look for my nails, and I have to say, they have great nail artists here; whatever you ask for, they will not disappoint. The atmosphere is inviting, relaxing and classy; it adds a luxurious feeling to pampering hour. I noticed they have a good clientele, so I always show up around 10:30AM with no appointment needed, and they take care of me and leave me feeling pretty.Ive always had long natural nails, so it’s pretty common for me to do either manicure with gel, dipping or acrylic on top of my nail. At Flex-I Nails Spa & Wellness I’ve only done the acrylic. Unfortunately, their product is not good quality. I noticed both times I’ve done my nails here, their product feels like it burns my nails and fingertips at the moment the of being applied to my nail, and the feeling lasts until an hour after my nails are finished. I also noticed the set only lasts a week before they start getting detached from my nails, so i don’t think I’ll be visiting any time soon unless my set is being made for a special event. It’s no business for me to spend $175 (tip included) on a set that’s only gonna last 1 week.

Im new in town and just tried this place. The 1st time I went, I asked for a powder dip manicure but they did half of it in gel. It peeled off in 2 days and left my nails dull and ugly. But, the technician was very nice and apologized for not understanding what I wanted. So, I tried it a 2nd time but that technician wasnt working so I was put with a different technician. I explained to her what I wanted but she kept insisting that her way was better. After 1.5 hours, she finished but they looked terrible and she had made several mistakes (wrong color on ring finger, filed down too short, too many coats, drilled down so far it hurt). They refused to do it over. They had another technician try to fix it but that only made it worse. I said they should either start over or I wasnt going to pay for it. The girl wouldnt start over so I walked out. The manager said she was going to call the police because I didnt pay. I said I wasnt go to pay for such poor service when they ignored what I requested and wouldnt start over. She finally said I had to come in and they would take it off but not do it over. After 2.5 hours I left and drove straight to another salon to have it done correctly.

Where to start with this horrible experience. I sent a message through Instagram and made an appointment with Tina about a week ago. I was never told that I could not bring someone that was not getting a service done to come and wait on the waiting area for me. I walked in with my son and the lady was absolutely rude and told me that unless my son wasnt getting a service he could not stay. Mind you I explained to her that I drove 40 min to make it to this appointment and still she was rude and not understanding whatsoever. Then Tina arrives and this gets better, she tells me in order for her to do my nails I had to do a $15 manicure to my 8 year old son 🤪 and I said no, I did not want to have a manicure done to my son. Then she said that I was the only customer giving her a hard time about this when nobody else had a problem with it. She ended up refunding my $25 deposit because she was not going to do my nails. Talk about poor customer service, the most horrible experience Ive encountered at a nail place. At the end it turned out to be a blessing went a little further down to a place that was the absolute best, got the same service and pedicure and ended paying less that she was charging me with a much better experience. We as customer should stop supporting business with poor service, bad attitude and disrespect. As for me anyone who asks me about this place, I will tell my horrible story.

My absolute favorite nail salon. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. My nails always come out as expected, or even 10 times better. Lily is an amazing nail tech. She gets the job done quickly, and I always enjoy her company when I’m there. 10/10 recommend going to Flexi...they do NOT disappoint!!

I have been going here for almost a year, very consistently. Lily is AMAZING! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. They require masks still and do not allow any guests which I love for keeping me and my family safe! She does an amazing job every time and when I haven’t been able to get her, the other techs are phenomenal as well.

This is one of my favorite shops. I showed them the style I wanted & she matched it beautifully. The ladies were friendly. They tell you prices beforehand. As soon as the 1st nail is finished, they check with you to make sure its what you asked for. I really enjoyed this place.

I love this place! This is my go to nail spot! Very friendly staff and very clean environment. They follow Covid protocols and the nails techs have incredible talents. I always go with Vinny and he always makes me feel fabulous after every visit. I recommend to anyone and everyone

This was my first time going to Flex. I was very skeptical because I am very picky about my nails but I was actually very pleased with the service and the atmosphere. The salon itself is beautiful and everybody was friendly. Dennis did my nails and he was exceptional. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. I love how he is a perfectionist! My experience was really nice and I will most definitely be going back there.

First time at this place and I will definitely be back! I looooove my nails so much! Everyone was nice and masked thankfully . Jeff did an amazing job on my Gel-x full set and made them look even better than the picture I showed him. I love my nails and he was very friendly and we had great conversation . I can’t wait to go back. So grateful to have found a place that can do my nails how I like.

The place and artists look like they are experienced indeed, however, I got gel x last friday and not even a week later 2 fell off and i went to get it fixed with no charge. Then the next day, another one fell off… and now two are loose. i just don’t understand why this is happening and this is my first time getting gel x. with acrylics, this never happened! also, the tech was so rough on my nail that he buffed my thumb :)

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I went in on a Monday to get my nails done for vacation. I got dip powder with tips. Not even 48 hours later, the nails started falling off. I was doing nothing out of the ordinary that would cause the nails to fall off. I reached out to the salon and they left me on open without responding. Then, more nails started falling off (all within one week of getting them done) and under three of the nails was green fungus...I sent a picture and then finally the salon answered saying they would refund me (but not for the full amount even though over half of the nails fell off within not even a week of getting them done). Here we are another week later after being told I would be refunded, no refund. Awful quality and even worse customer service. Do not waste your time or your money here.

I am kind of conflicted whether or not i want to come back here and ill tell you why. i got gel x french tip done by lily and she was amazing! super friendly and has amazing people skills. i also love the nails she did for me. the only problem i would say i have is with the prices of the salon. at first, i did ask for an abstract design that i have gotten multiple times before from other salons and it usually comes out to a total of around $80, but when she told me it was going to be $115, my jaw literally dropped. i did, although, appreciate her quoting me before the service. i did have to change my design to a french tip which was $80 and even though thats still a little bit expensive, i found it way more reasonable compared to $115. in my opinion, i just feel like that might be a little bit too expensive, especially because theres a lot of other nail salons in the area quoting for way less, but to each their own. if you have the money and dont care splurging on nails, i recommend this salon. either way, i had a good experience and lily is an amazing artist.

Lilly is the absolute best!!! She is such a sweetheart and does amazing work! I am so picky about my nails being perfect and she never fails to make them amazing! I always leave so happy and satisfied with her work. I get gel x on my nails and it is amazing. Lilly is fabulous!❤️

Take this from someone who is picky and a germaphobe- this place satisfied me to the full extent. I moved here from South Florida and had a nail tech I would only go to. If she wasnt available, Id wait for her and would follow her anywhere. When I moved to Orlando for school, I thought Id have a hard time replacing her since she was the only person who ever did my nails the way I liked and she was always very clean. After researching for a couple of days for the best salon, I came across Flexi when I was gonna give up. The reviews were either amazing or terrible so I was hesitant since some reviewers were very passionate with their comments, but I tried it out because they had a different system in their pedicure chairs that kept it clean that was unique compared to other places. When I went I was completely satisfied. Here are things Ive noticed:1. The Environment- it was very different from other salons. The vibe was so upbeat, the nail techs were smiling and laughing with one another and with their clients. They are young and fun and make you feel very welcomed.2. The nail techs- I booked with a different nail tech my first few times to get a feel for who I vibed well with and whose work I loved the best and I can say with confidence that you can choose any nail tech and they will do a wonderful job. I really couldnt believe it since that has never been true before, but with Flexi, you can trust that the owner chose her employees wisely. They are also very in-the-know with all the trends and new nail designs and techniques. They are all so friendly. I love going to Amy! That girl is PRECISE. She takes her time in an efficient way and makes sure everything is perfect. I can tell she takes pride in what she does. Whenever I bring her intricate designs she always nails them. Lilly is the owner and is really funny and is the best at nails. If you like to talk and have fun go to her! Gracey gives amazing pedicures, I love her! They also all have cute babies.3. Consistency- Ive been going here for two years now and can honestly say that they have to be the best nail salon. I have never walked out of there unsatisfied.

Came in for a eyebrow wax 30-35 mins before they close which it’s at 7pm. I came in about to put my name of the list as the lady screams we’re closed. I asked what time do they close mind you I know they close at 7, she completely ignored me to the point a customer responded me instead of them. So I asked again what time do they close and the one worker next to her yells our last walk in is at 5:45 thank you with attitude while nodding her head, to the point I walked away upset and kept my cool. Number one is if you are open until 7pm and your last person is at 5:45 either put up a sign or close early simple as that. Eyebrows take max 10 mins, you have 30 mins left but you want to dismiss people in a nasty tone. Don’t expect to talk to people with attitude and expect to make a living at your job.

Went here for my first ever acrylic set thought it was okay but over priced, went to a different nail salon to get my acrylics off after 2 weeks- turns out they use dental sealant/ cement as the acrylic. Took 3 hours to safely remove off my nails. Not to mention they didn’t even clean my cuticles just pushed them back. Do not recommend going here .

This place is AMAZING! I have been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel so special. They take their time and pay attention to every little detail to make sure your nails are perfect. They are the best in Orlando!

I did not have an issue with this salon and their services until I just tried to book my next appointment and was denied service. This is completely unacceptable and they refused to do my nails. Tech said she had anxiety doing my nails and didn’t want to do them again. They also told me I can’t see any other tech, and I’m very confused to why. This salon discriminates to clients who have disabilities and I will be reporting this “business”.

So, I made an appointment for three pedicures for myself, husband, and bestfriend. The moment we walk in they barley greeted us. I had my 8 year old son with me being that school is out and summer camp does not start until next week. The lady on the second chair said they do not have a waiting area ( which they do because we sat there) and that my son could only remain there if we paid for him to have services. I’m not sure how many people pay 30plus dollars to have their 8 year old son get a pedicure but I don’t. She was extremely rude. I think to be in this industry customer service is soooo important.Note: when we made the reservation online 48 hours ago it did not say anything about no one in the waiting area or no children or anything of that nature.Customer service negative 100 stars from me.

Took my girlfriend here and she absolutely LOVED it here. Her nail stylist, Francine, was very attentive and patient and the work she did for my girlfriend was absolutely remarkable. It left such a big and happy smile on my girlfriend’s face. We’ll be sure to come back and request Francine again!

I made an appointment with a specific person but they set me up with whoever was available. In the middle of them doing my nails for my wedding day, they switched with someone else. I paid a high price for these nails and did not get the outcome shown in the inspo pic I gave them. The nails didn’t turn out horrible but they weren’t what I was going for. Very unprofessional of them.

No professionalism what’s so ever. I didn’t even get greeted when I walked in. I went for my 12pm apt and was told there isn’t a waiting area and only people being serviced could be there. There is clearly a waiting area with chairs and I had an appointment. Their website says nothing about no waiting area either. I’m very disappointed because I love Minh but the lady in the second chair did it for me. Also if you are continuing to follow Covid protocols and enforce wearing masks you should also enforce social distancing. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING what so ever. Customer service in the beauty industry is a MUST. I ended up walking out. You shouldn’t be working in such industry if you lack customer service.

It was a very nice salon, clean and neat. The staff was very nice, too. However, the problem is that they overcharged for a simple gel nail and it wasn’t a neat job done. It still came out very nice, but they could have done better for a 5 star salon. Not worth the price or drive, but they were nice to try once.

Hands down the best nail salon in the Orlando area in terms of talent, personality and cleanliness. I drive an entire hour just to get here because I will never let anyone else do my nails. I am absolutely never disappointed whether it’s dip nails, pedicure, eyebrows or waxing! They do it all extremely well. I love how they make sure your nails stay healthy. Ask for Jenn or Lily if it’s your first time and you don’t know who to go with. Make an appointment because they do get booked since they are so good!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost a year and exclusively with Lily since August. I have never walked out disappointed! The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel like family, and my nails always look amazing. I’m a server so I’m pretty rough on my hands an my nails still last forever. I always get compliments on my nails and recommend them to everyone I know.

I really wanted to love this place and the nails were pretty, but both times my cuticles we cut and I left the place bleeding. Please be more careful with the drill !

My experience here was great. The staff was nice and my nails came out looking pretty. However I did have a problem with my dip lifting, Lilly offered me $10 off my next manicure to makeup for it. Not much but it sufficed. Just be sure that if you experience any dip lifting to give them a call immediately. One of my nails broke off completely which was not fun.Update: I had gotten my nails done here a second time and experienced the same lifting about 1 week and 1 day after application. I have decided to take my business elsewhere as a result. Would not recommend if you are looking for a dip manicure. This is the second time I have broken a nail and this time it was within a week. I wait a long time for my nails to grow out so it really sucks that due to the quality of dip here, I keep losing nails.

The only nail place of its kind! They are so careful and talented! They take such good care of their clients! I moved from Orlando months ago, and I still travel there just to get my nails done.

It was my first time here, all my girlfriends recommended me this place. There was nothing wrong with this place but my nail technician was a little weird and a little unprofessional. I left the place in tears because I did not feel comfortable enough to tell the technician that I did not like my nails. She was in her phone arguing with someone for at least 15 minutes, and she put so much acrylic that my nails look like a t-Rex dinasour. I wish I could’ve said something, but I could not hold my tears any longer. I’m pretty sure she is a good person, but she did not take the time to do my nails to perfection. I love Flexi-I Nail Spa. I always get my nails done by Lilly who is absolutely amazing. My gel X nails last over 3 weeks and I have never been able to keep them that long before. I bring her nail inspo and she replicates the picture perfectly! Her art is one of a kind. She always makes me feel welcome and like a VIP, I won’t go anywhere else. Also, their CBD pedi is the best! A must when you book!

What a great place! Everyone is warm and welcoming, and works hard to make you feel comfortable. They’re almost like family. You can clearly see how close they are to one another. And the nails! Everyone always says it, but it truly is hard to find a nail salon that you LOVE. And let me tell you, I LOVE Flex-I! I have to shout out my girl Jennifer, but honestly everyone there is kind, welcoming, professional, and talented. I can honestly say that I have never had a negative experience as far as customer service, and quality of work goes. I also need to add that with the current pandemic taking place, they have taken every precaution to make sure sanitation is a number one priority. If you’re in Orlando be sure to check out Flex-I, you won’t regret it.

This place is overcharging for poor quality nails. In January I was not given a quote for my set because instead I gave Lilly (the owner) a budget of $140 for my gelx then asked her for something glam and icy but left with bubbles in my nails which led the nails to start lifting horribly that same week. Things were getting stuck underneath and one of the nails started forming a spot underneath!! I provided examples of my nail style and left with a set that multiple nail techs expressed should have been no more than $80! It was abstract lines and 2 fingers with gems that weren’t Swarovski I was sure that couldn’t had been worth $140 so when I asked concerned “oh wow we already hit my 140 budget?” she responded hesitantly it would be for $135 so not only was I given poor quality application but also lack of creativity for luxury prices. Prior to starting I made it 100% clear how important the set was and that I post them on my platforms to review. I also stated if I needed to up my budget amount and to achieve the glam look I would. After much frustration and people asking who did them I decided to post to my platform and tag flexi in which Lilly sent me a message expressing how she wished I would have talked to her first and I was trying to ruin her business/day + she hopes I feel better as a person for it. Then BLOCKED me before I could respond. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. My first set with her she stated she doesn’t like when clients complain or “nit pick” at her work or she wouldn’t do their nails again so I never did and left with uneven nails the first time and now this? She is ripping people off and it’s not right especially during a pandemic. You can’t be so willing to take my money but not provide quality service and think I’m going to continue to stay quiet to be “cool”. I’m posting this here now because I usually don’t do this but I feel bad for anyone like me who works hard to pay for quality nails that might be looking at reviews to make there decision on where to spend their hard earned money. We shouldn’t be taken advantage of. For quality nails that are priced reasonably there are places like crystal nails or even someone like @moonchild.nails on Instagram! Literally so many other techs in Orlando that actually care about the work they put out or even press ons are better than what I received here.

This was my very first appointment. I was excited as it was recommended to me and their Facebook/Instagram showed that they did good work. I reached out on Instagram about the design I wanted before I arrived. As I was getting my nails done I went from super excited to completely disappointed. I was told I needed a new set because my nails were too thick. No problem. The new set was not the shape I wanted, the acrylic was so thick and uneven. Acrylic did not cover the sides of the nail completely. On top of that the nail person was unable to do the design as I really wanted. I had to adjust it to work as half my nails were already painted. The nail polish was poorly applied. Nail polish missing on sides of my nails and once she sense I was unhappy her whole attitude changed. I did ask her to address things I was unhappy but overall I just need another technician to come fix my whole set. While getting my pedicure I took a nail filer to try to fix my own nails so that I could at least wear it for a few weeks until I can research for another place. My pedicure was great but I will never try this place again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I was asked twice if I liked it and I said no. I was there for 3.5 hour.

Ive been going to Lisa at Flexi for over a year! I used to drive an hour just to see her. Shes always so careful about ingrowns which i have and she always takes her time to make each and every appointment relaxing and perfect! My. nails always look amazing. Literally Pinterest nails.

I started going to Flex-I about a year ago after I heard how great it was from my coworkers and I was not disappointed! I just went back recently after businesses were permitted to re-open due to COVID and was so relieved to see the safety procedures Flex-I took to take care of their customers and their employees. You can tell they truly value you there and took the time and effort to safely re-open. Hands down the best nail salon in Orlando!

A fantastic, relaxing and friendly spot. Very professional and welcoming! Everyone was very kind and made me feel right at home. I’m 9 months pregnant and they were extremely accommodating; also there was a huge lack in fumes which is very important to me. I got a powder dip mani and a classic pedi. I am currently in Chicago writing this review with my BOSS A** NAILS done by the one and only Jennifer!!!Anyways, this nail spa is the best in Orlando. I am extremely picky with my nails, but I always leave happy. Everyone there is skilled and has their unique style and set of artist expertise, however, I have my nail tech Jennifer. She is my woman, the love of my life, and blesses me when my nails are in crisis. PLEASE COME HERE you and your cuticles will be happy you did!

Had one appointment with Tina as a walk-in. 3 weeks later, I try to make an appointment with her and after ignoring my first message, I get a response saying she is only taking regular clients. So I called your salon asking for a gelx appointment from whoever is qualified to do that, and nobody asked if I’m a regular. They just said “Tina is available let me put her on the phone”. I asked again about an appointment and Tina says she can take me that afternoon at 4pm... but she had literally just lied and told me she is only accepting regulars. BEFORE agreeing to take a client, STATE THAT YOU ARE ONLY ACCEPTING REGULARS IF THAT IS TRULY YOUR POLICY. Otherwise, telling a client you have an opening and need them to DM you to confirm, but can’t take the client once you see they’re not a regular, sounds confusing and backwards. You either have an opening for any random person calling the salon and asking, or you are ONLY accepting regulars. Whatever the reasoning is, I understand techs can refuse business for anyone rude or causing problems, but I didn’t do anything wrong in this situation so I have no idea why I’d be refused service. At our first appointment. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t complain, I didn’t ask for any crazy designs or work to be done, so I truly have no idea why she would lie like this. Once I mentioned that it was me she was talking to, her tone changed from nice to rude, plainly saying “ohh yea I am saving my 4pm for regulars only”. So I said “but you were just going to give me your 4pm without knowing if I’m a regular...”. And she just kept repeating herself because I guess she was caught in a lie and didn’t know what else to say. There’s no excuse for this, it was handled completely wrong and I don’t appreciate being treated this way after spending good money AND generously tipping. The work itself was decent, but honestly for the cost I expected a lot better. In the light, you can clearly see all of the lines and uneven color in the black from how it was painted.

Flexi Nails is hands down the best nail salon around the UCF area. Lily, my nail tech there, always takes the best care of me. She is so hospitable and can do any nail style a girl could ask for! Highly recommend!

By far one of the best salons I’ve ever been to, if not thee best. Their attention to detail is immaculate and I never leave unhappy, I’m very picky and meticulous about everything from beginning to end they exceed all expectations. I always look forward to going to Flex-I, especially my nail tech Van! Before and during the pandemic they’ve alway kept a high standard of cleanliness and continue to do so! I LOVE FLEXI!!!! I’ve been coming for about a year now and all I can say is that this salon is the most fun salon I’ve ever been too. All the workers are so sweet and kind. VAN IS MY FAVE PERSON EVER!!! If you want bomb nails that never disappoint go to her!!

This has to be the best nail salon in Orlando. For years I had been trying different places and was never fully satisfied with the experience but since the first time I went to Flex-i, I haven’t gone anywhere else!!! Every nail tech is AMAZING!!! You will always leave Flex-i happy. I wouldn’t suggest anywhere else!

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to. They are a little too rowdy for me, if you like a ratchet environment they are ideal for you, They did not do a good job on my toes, the guy they had do them did not take his time and did not clip my toes in squares evenly actually they look crooked and he clipped to low now my toes nail skin is aching, he also kept telling me to not get certain colors and toes nail polish designs because I personally feel he didnt know how to do them! I usually get my feet done in Dr Phillips at Cecil nails they are wayyyy better! I was just seeing what was a good nail place on the east side of orlando being that I just moved over there the guy who did my toes was condescending and ignored me when I tried to spark a convo and last but not least! they waxed me in front of everyone in a barber chair! when I requested to go to a room she stated the wax machine was outside but really she couldve moved that machine to the room I have an at home wax machine so I know! Then she gone say we are all woman its okay! how do you know if someone is comfortable being waxed in front of everyone idc if it is my brows! or mustache thats just ghetto. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! this a low no class having nail shop! I dont get why they have good reviews must be fake or young college UCF students.. For sure! I am sticking to my 30 minute drive to the west side to Cecil nails instead they are worth it! and btw at the end she asked me to tip! you should not ask a person to tip! it is upon the person whether or not they want to! I will never go back there!Ps: Don’t be fooled by they instagram that good lighting and editing!

Van is the best of the very best!! They are doing all they can to keep customers safe, and I will never go to anyone else for my nails!! It has taken me forever to find a nail salon that offers high quality work and an environment where I feel welcomed. Tina is my favorite and she is so genuine. The first time I got to experience her work I fell in love with it 🤍 her attention to detail and patience with me to pick the perfect color, shape, and nail art stood out to me. I appreciate Flexi Nail Spa so much for also having a precautionary approach during COVID-19. Excellent nail salon! 10/10

Flex-I is the best! They have taken thorough precautions with the current COVID circumstances and really care about providing the best quality of services for their clients. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. I never want to get my nails done anywhere else.

All of the techs are really pleasant to interact with. I always have an easy time making an appointment, but I wouldn’t recommend showing up without one. They are normally pretty busy, but that just means people enjoy coming. My nails always turn out just how I want them to. Plus they play The Office and Friends on the TVs!

They did a terrible job on my nails. Instead of cutting off my cuticles, he pulled and yanked them off (manicure 101 - what not to do). This resulted in me having hang nails about 4 days later. Also, he never cut and evened out my nails. I left the salon with some nails longer than others and went home and filed them down myself. On top of all of that, they charge a $5 fee because they now have to clean off each station after every use. Ummmm you should have always been doing that, so why should we have to pay extra for it? And by clean off, they mean spray something on the chair. Thats it. Two squirts. Not nearly worth an extra $5.

Flexi has been my number one nail spa for for 2 years now. No matter who your tech is, even the most complex sets always come out absolutely beautiful. Tina, Lily, Jen, and Francine are just a few of the friendly faces I look forward to seeing every few weeks. Flexi is fast, great quality, a good price, and fun. Just make sure you book an appointment because they are so amazing and busy that walking in isnt always an option.

I have been coming here for a year and even before Covid this place is clean. As we speak it is clean and I felt they took every precaution to give the best service!! They have the splash guard (I think that’s what it is called) all the staff have the copper mask (which they sale for customers too ) and I love how they also ask customers to follow rules or no service. For sure will be going back ! My nails are always on point with this salon, a must visit.

The best nail salon I have ever been to. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. They are all amazing nail techs. My nails come out perfect every single time I go here. My nails never break and the nail techs know exactly what theyre doing in order to give you healthy, beautiful nails. The vibes in this place are so good and chill. Everyone is so funny and treats you as if youre a part of their family. I would highly recommend coming here. Definitely not overpriced, I have been to other nail places prior to Flex-I and their prices are extremely fair.

Super friendly people and great work. I was initially doing gel nails, but the techs told me about the dip powder and once I tried it I’m never going back to gel. All the techs are very nice and do great work, but Vince is my go to now. He’s so incredibly gentle and quick yet so detailed. The pricing here is very reasonable as well. As long as I have the funds to get my nails done, I will always come here. It’s the best.

They are the most skilled nail artists in Orlando. So friendly so professional so awesome. love all the guys and girls. I feel comfortable with any of them taking care of me. This place truly is full service.

This place is mediocre. When I walked in, the place was packed and the wait was long. 1 hour long. But I I waited because I heard great things. The woman that did my nails was sloppy and I’m not satisfied with the job. I asked for a gel manicure and didn’t get my cuticles cut or a hand massage. She told me I was finished with my hands covered in oil and dust. I left because I had already spent two hours there. Will not go back.

I have tried MANY nail salons in Orlando and I can tell you that Flex-i is the BEST! Always welcoming, clean, professional, efficient and relaxing atmosphere everything I look for in a salon. What I love the most is that the staff are ALL talented there’s isn’t just one person that can do designs or just one that specializes in acrylic, dip powder or gel-x they have all been trained well and are true artist! They have several pedicure options and always take their time and are detailed. I do recommend making an appointment they have a large staff but are always busy with walk-ins.

Got a full set. By the third day, more than 4 nails were broken. I returned to the nail shop unhappy and requesting a different tech and for my set to be redone. They told me I’d have to pay per nail to get them fixed. I explained that I just got them done and her response was “we don’t guarantee our work” what business doesn’t guarantee their own work? Laughable.Don’t waste your time. Many better nail salons options available than here.

I have lived in Orlando for about 6 months and I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon, well I finally found them! Snow did my mails today and she was such a perfectionist! She tried so hard to make my nails look good with how short they are. The environment in the nail salon is also amazing. I usually feel uncomfortable in certain nail salons but not this one. Thank you for the great service and I will definitely be coming back!

Flex-I is absolutely amazing. I came in last year with a bad set of acrylics I got from another salon, and they gave me a beautiful set of dip nails for $35! Ive been coming back ever since. Their prices are amazing and I absolutely love getting my nails done by Jen, she knows exactly what shape and colors I like. The color lasts for weeks, has never chipped on me and always look clean and well done every time. LOVE!!

I love this place and they would do such a great job with my nails, however I will not be returning to them. I went back in September and I wanted acrylic and not dip powder because its cheaper and I could get fill ins, but the lady at the front desk told me they dont do acrylic and confirmed this with a technician, so I paid for dip. I went again a few weeks later because I was happy with their work and as I was getting dip, I heard a nail technician ask a person sitting near me if they wanted acrylic! I was very disappointed that I was lied to. As much as I love this nail salon, I dont like being deceived into spending more money so I will not return.

Ive gone to multiple nail techs At Flexi and its always a fantastic experience. Most recently had Tina and she gave me the prettiest post-lockdown nails ever! I appreciate all the precautions taken to make sure everyone has a safe and comfortable experience. 10/10.

I went to this nail salon today to do a reshaping and to add a pattern to my nails because another salon did not de the job right and the nail tech I had did an AMAZING job! I will not be going to another salon to get my nails done ever again! The staff was super friendly and in the salon they even have shows or music on to make the experience even better. My friend and I both went in today for a spur of the moment manicure with full sets of acrylic with gel and the quality of this salon is amazing! They take their time to make everything perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing and the customer service was incredible! Everyone was extremely friendly and sweet to us. I highly suggest this wonderful salon. Flex-i Nails is hands down the best nail salon in Orlando.They worked hard to keep clients updated on salon details and information while they navigated Covid-19 closure policies.Flex-i staff also developed thorough policies for safety and awareness for their reopening while also offering options for mask purchasing.I applaud them for their use of social media to keep everyone updated while also being committed to their clients health and well-being. They’ve put up plexi glass at each of the stations, are conducting temperature checks, and have a waiver to be signed upon entry.Not to mention, I am never disappointed with my service leaving Flex-i. I’ve worked with Minh, Cindy and Jen and am always satisfied after each visit. I’ve gotten regular manicures, dip powder, and pedicures and have always left more than pleased.Highly recommend!

I have been living in Orlando going on 4 years and Ive been searching for a good nail salon as well as in a tech. I heard about this place from multiple people so I decided to try it out. The atmosphere is so welcoming and just filled with joy. The moment you walk in you are greeted and its is beyond clean. Tina is awesome she really put time and effort in my nails. She doesnt rush just AWESOME:) Im pretty sure every nail tech there is good as well . I would definitely be back and its so convent. Prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this place!!
