I have gone to Topline nails the past three times I’ve gotten my nails done and I must say I have been very happy with them! Tammy did my fingernails the last two times, both times she spent a long time making sure they were perfect. She gave me exactly what I asked for. She did my eyebrows as well, which looked great. Not super thin or anything. Overall, great services I’ll be back for sure.

My did a wonderful job of pampering me! I love how my nails came out and my feet feel great! My daughter loves her nails too!

I just moved to Florida a year ago. Finally found a Nail Salon!! These ladies are wonderful! I made an appointment on their website for a gel polish manicure and they happen to have an opening in 15 minutes. They confirmed my appointment! I live very close.. once I got there I decided I would also get a pedicure...not a problem! They did an amazing job.. but once I got home I accidentally smudged my polish on a few of my toes..☹️ I called them and they said please come back we will fix it I couldn’t at that time but I made an appointment for the next day. I came in and she fixed it! This is my new salon!!

Best to make an appointment for Friday or Saturday. They have taken great steps to help prevent Covid, which I appreciate. The ladies are professional and they have great variety of products.

I had a pink and white powder on my nails and a polish change on my toenails. I paid 62.00 and my nails chipped when I got in the parking lot. Additionally, the girl was extremely rough. I will never go back.

It was my first time getting acrylic nails. The technician was good but on some nails she did not apply the gel properly. The shape is uneven. But its is not bad!I also got threading done. It was a wonderful experience with the threading lady!!

It was my first time and its been 12 days since I got them done. I got exactly what I asked for and they still look good. Im going back for a refill! My helped me and she was great!

This place is trash. Every time I come in theres 2-3 ppl working, I’m never greeted and have to approach a nail tech to ask for service. I’m local and grateful for many new nail options in the area . Never coming back

Worst manicure i have ever received. It took the nail tech 5 min to do my manicure and she only put one coat of nail polish. She charged 18.00 and on their website says 15.00 never paid that much before for a manicure. I wouldnt have cared for the price if the sevice was better. So dissapointed and will NEVER GO BACK.

Honestly the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten and this is AFTER they tried to “fix” it. I’ve tried this place multiple times and have never been happy with how they turned out. Now I’ve learned my lesson and get to pay someone else to have these redone.

If you ever go here, don’t go to Yen, she does a sloppy job compared to all the other technicians and is very harsh with pedicures and any type of service. I gave her multiple chances. I even took friends of mine and they had a bad experience with her. All the other technicians do a wonderful job. If you ever go, ask for Tammy or Tina.

Visiting family in the area for a couple of weeks. Kelly was absolutely wonderful! She did a great job with gel nail service, very attentive and detailed with any flaws that she saw. Highly recommend this location, see if Kelly is available!

Perhaps there have been some serious improvements because I completely disagree with the reviews above. The people here are always friendly and accommodating. The work they do on my nails ALWAYS gets complimented. I live in this area as well and will continue to tell my friends about the awesome Topline Nails!!

I just moved here and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience at a different salon in the area 2.5 weeks ago... I was feeling a bit down about trying to find a good local place again.BUT then I found Topline! I was running into Publix when I saw the Open sign and popped in only to realize it was 7:00pm, right when they close :/ but Tammy kindly offered to do my gel manicure anyways (which I desperately needed for work). She was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and took her time with my nails even though it was past business hours. Not only that, but my nails look AMAZING! The best they ever have. She took great care of them, carefully filing and shaping and my nails look unreal.The interior is very clean, and the people are great. A+ customer service, and a big thank you to Tammy! Highly recommended, I will be back soon.

I absolutely love this place! The tech working on my spa pedicure did such a great job pampering me. Professional and friendly lady. Did a fine job with my pedicure.

My favorite nail place in Lake Nona, Orlando. Tami is who I use the most and she is always friendly and helpful. The hours are very helpful since they stay open late till 7pm. They are closed on sundays but, since they stay open late it’s never a problem. They do acrylics and gel and they have spa pedicures.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service, Rude employees. I went in asking for an ombré, I had to chance what I wanted 3 times because they didn’t want to work to hard. Never again.

Ive been going to Topline Nails for a year. I get gel fills. Tammy does a great job. I definitely recommend using them.

Pedicure was great. Had the charcoal blackhead nose remover done-after me seeing and showing them that it did nothing they still charged me for it. Their claim is that it works after its done many times.

Tiffany does my SNS. Ive been going to her for months now. I only go to her but everyone else seems very nice. Yes they speak vietnamese amongst each other...i think prices are comparable to other places...its in a convenient location and they have great hours.

I live on Moss Park and wanted to give this place a try since its nearby. Not only are the prices higher because its located in Lake Nona but the service was not good. I was highly disappointed. The way they shaped my nails and painted a second coat was horrible. Brandon nails is the place to go if you want a professional job done!

I was a walk in, I was taken care of quickly and my fill was done fast.

Four days into a no chip manicure and 3 of my nails are already chipped. Over priced for service provided. Id go back to have it fixed if I was from here. Also charges $1 for tiny little water bottle.

I got a full set today from this place. My lady that did mine was rude and she was in a hurry even though there was no people waiting. I wanted my nails longer and b4 I could even tell her where to cut she had cut and it was too late they are short!!! I do not like them! I have unusually wide nails so I asked if she could file them in to re shape them more narrow and she just acted like she didnt understand me! I should have asked for the manager, but they usually all stick together and your the bad guy just because you want your nails to be beautiful, straight, a nice polish job, and the right length!! We should get what we want if were PAYING for it. I definitely will try a different Nail Salon for my fill in & hopefully they can fix these square chicklets on my fingers!!!

Came in for my bi-weekly pedi and gel fills. Was told they had a wait but if I went around the corner by Outback they could take me right away so I went over to their other salon. When I got there they told me no they had a wait. I went back and gold Tammy and she told me no. She then told me to sit and she would be right with me. I left after 15 mins and will never return. Rude people.

Went in for an eyebrow waxing and pedi. Way overpriced and didn’t provide the services in the pedicure package I selected. My eyebrows came out uneven. (I’ve been growing them out for months!!!). That’s my fault. I should have known better and went to a professional esthetician.

I had a really bad experience here today. Paid $78 for a gel pedicure and a regular manicure. Overpriced and not good service. Would definitely not recommend

Came here to check this place out cause I had a bad experience somewhere else and I chose to try it I did a Delux pedi and a full set the pedi states 40 mins and it was only 15 mins she did a horrible job on my toes and was very disappointed she barley scrubbed and didnt even trim my toes correctly and as far as my nails they over priced me and she also did a very bad job she made them so square that it look horrible wont come back again here guess its time to find another place

Do not under any circumstances go to this salon. I have never had such a horrible experience. They do not use the standard acrylic nail process we are all use to. They use a system called Tip&Dip. An unskilled technician puts on a nail tip,paints on a substance resembling clear polish and then dips your finger into a container of powder used by all previous clients. Unsanitary and required the technician to have little to no skill. If they would have disclosed this when i booked my appointment I would be more understanding, however they do not tell you untill you are over 1/2 way into the process and then your commited or you walk out with 1/2 done nails. I will never be back and living in the area for 20+ years I will make sure I tell everyone who will listen.

Horrible customer service arrived and was told to come back in 30 minutes gave them 45 minutes came back and instead of keeping my place in line I was behind everybody else who came in after me. Why wouldnt you keep my place in line considering you told me to come back? Sat in the waiting room for at least an hour before I was helped mind u as I was sitting people came in and were help before me. Its a shame cause this is the closest one to my house but I will be traveling further just to avoid this place. HORRIBLE

My acrylic nails were un even and came out after 4 days of having them on! Hate the way they do acrylic nails. And they don’t have a variety of different colored nail polish! Don’t go to this Salon!!
