I am very disappointed. After one day my nail broke and went back to have it fixed. While waiting a lady (of a lighter hue) sits next to me with a glass of wine. I asked about it and she said it was complimentary and asked if they offered me any. I told her No that i didnt know that was available and that the lady who was fixing my nail now is also the lady that did my nails on Saturday. I WILL NOT SPEND ANY MORE MONEY WITH THEM. Update: Nails broke easily had to go get them replaced twice. I will never go back. Its a waste of money.

I have been going to this salon since they opened in 2019. Amy is my nail tech who does a great gel manicure on me every time and takes her time to make sure your nails come out beautifully. The rest of the staff is also really great and friendly. They also give a complimentary beverage of choice in each service. Salon is new, clean, and has plenty of different colors in both gel and dip to choose from.

Its the 1st time I had powdered nails applied and the woman who did mine explained everything and took her time to get my summer pink nails looking gorgeous!!! I had sooo many compliments on my nails and told everyone to go to NINIS!!! Only downfall was my pedicure....The same woman starting doing my pedicure and, I guess he was the manager, came over to her and spoke their language and told the woman doing mine to go do another womans pedicure as she had been soaking her feet for quite awhile and themanager brought a very young (unhappy) girl over to finish mine.From my understanding this young girl was on her way out the door cause her shift was over for the day and he called her back in.So my pedicure, in my opinion was a quick go thru the motions and get me done and out the door so she could finally go home.No callous sanding on my rough heels, no leg or feet massage and the nail polish!!! 1 coat and a top coat! The young girl got up, said thank-you and something to the manager and was out the door. All within 20 mins. I timed her.My husband waited for me in one of the chairs up front and he even noticed the behaviour and asked me What the Hell??? I was more than happy to pay for my beautiful manicure but I refused to pay for the so called pedicure.My husband paid cash for the manicure and gave the woman who did it a $10.00 tip!!The manager followed us outside to try and collect the pedicure payment but my husband told him to go to Hell!!Its a shame cause NINIs is only a mile and a half from where we live.Guess Ill keep doing my own manicures and pedicures by myself....Debbie E.

I have been going to Ninis salon from the time they opened up. The husband and wife have always been very respectful and they properly greet and acknowledge all their customers. *A huge note to add on the side, they are very professional and handles issues in a professional manner.Once, I had Ombre nail service done at their location and the technician was new & worked very hard, however before I could complain or say anything about her services, the owner (husband) walked up and saw my nails and apologized on their half and offered to redo everything at no charge.The owners (Husband & Wife) along with their staff members have always been very courteous and the always make sure that their customers are satisfied. They let you know ahead of time about the wait-time, always courteous enough to apologize if they cant take walk-ins and create wonderful bond with their customers. This has been my only Nail salon that Ive been going too from past couple of years.Thank you to their team for all they do!!

The atmosphere was amazing and my foot care is a must, I am overweight and on my feet all the time, add in that I have thick calouses and nails that would make a velociraptor proud and I am a tough cookie to work on. Not only did they Nock my issue out of the park they repaired for some of the sensitivities I can exhibit. My feet feel better and look great.

I get dip powder for my hands and a gel pedicure. She takes her time and talks to you during your time there, allowing you to feel comfortable and welcomed. Also the way she does nails is amazing and can do anything you want or any picture you show her. Go check her out, you won’t regret it !!!!

Im a stay at home mom. I never get pedicurs. I hired a babysitter to get a pedicure because my birthday is on Saturday. I got the deluxe spa package it says it should be a 40 min spa session. It was literally 15 min and I left with paint on my skin. Very disappointed and will never go back.

I am highly impressed. I am from out of town and came in with my cousin who is a regular customer there. I got lucky and got placed with juju. She is one of the sweetest person and is so fun to talk too. To top it all off, she is a nail fairy! One of the best set I have ever gotten!!! She speaks fluent English so it was so easy for her to understand exactly what I wanted. Most times when you go to the nail salon, I find it rude to speak in another language in front of me or screaming across the room, but juju made me feel very comfortable. My old nail salon switched owners and went downhill. I was forced to find a new nail salon. Everything happens for a reason because now I have found Nini Nails and where have you been all my life? As soon as you walk in you are greeted and offered a drink from wine to water to soda. You are never ignored you feel like you are valued and they interact with you the entire time whether youre just sitting in the waiting area or getting your nails done. The salon is very clean and perfectly decorated. And they can do any nail design you ask them to do. There is a tech named Leah who is beyond phenomenal you cannot find a flaw in her work if you tried. They are very nice and as an added bonus they speak English, they dont sit there and speak that rude Vietnamese and you dont know what theyre talking about her if theyre talking about you. They are very respectful and truly love their customers. Not only do they have a point system to where every time you spend money you end up getting discounts that lead up to free pedicures and manicures and a special surprise on your birthday, but they also have customer appreciation days were you get an additional 10% off, just because. Their prices are great, they do a wonderful job and they make you feel valued as a customer. They really are the bar setter for other nail salons thats for sure.
