First time there and walked in. No appointment and seated quickly.I think his name Chan did it.Took his time and im in love wit my nails..

I have come here multiple times and every time is better then the last. My nail tech didn’t rush doing my nails and gave me exactly what I asked for. Nails were high quality and the staff was friendly. Would 10/10 recommend coming here.

New to the city and I needed a place to get a good pedi...I got a new salon.the wait wasnt that long,the guy I had was amazing and my toes were too cute.i will definitely be back

Not worth the money I got a full set and rhinestones had to come back and get the rhinestones finished because the lady forgot my nail! Things like this make me wanna never get service by this salon again I recommend this place maybe if your ina hurry and want a simple set hopefully itll last...

They really do great pedicures

Worst experience ever. They lied to me about how busy they were when I specifically called them before I came to make sure that they would be able to take me. I had a wedding to go to and needed to be done by a certain time and they reassured me that they would be able to take me. Instead - I WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES!!! And they took a different customer before me!! They have favorites in there and if they have one of their regulars come before you then they get treated first - which I guess I understand but then don’t tell me that you can see me?? LIEESSSSAS

I liked this place. After having to leave TipTop because of bad service (never go here and waste your money) I was taken care thank you youre my new nail salon.

Overall the service is ok. My favorite worker is Nancy. Shes professional, helpful and a overall great person. The other staff memebers must know this, because when you call for her, they have an attitude and hang up. She should get her own shop.

Didnt get my nails how I wanted them. Super packed place. What asked for and what I got are 2 diff things but it turned out ok

I am a local guide and I usually have 5 star reviews but this place is nothing but a bunch of Rude workers. Everyone is lazy, took an hour before being seen and the place was basically empty. Told me about 5-10 minutes and they will be with me, I never even asked for a time. Yet they took 40 minutes after telling me 5-10 minutes. This place is lacking badly not worth it and nothing that you get done even last. Save yourself a trip and money and take your money to somewhere that you wont be treated like your invisible.

First time coming to this place and I can honestly say... I love it.... Customer service is wonderful and Ms Julie is amazing... She take her time and have great conversation with you... I will be back

The service was horrible.They are so unprofessional. The employees were rude . The lady that did my gel nails & toes messed up my set. In the process of doing my set she was cutting my skin. My picky toe is stilling bleeding & my fingers are sore & it happened on Thursday. The lady was evening trying to argue me down cause she messed up my nails . Just ridiculous. Never again would I go back.

My favorite nail tech sits at table #2 go check her out. She is great and fast but yet very thorough. Always making sure your happy and liking what she is doing.

The ladies were nice but there was only one person working when I first got there. Things ran very slow. Place was ok. When the girl was done with my nails I sat down at the fast dryer for at least 20 minutes. I asked the lady if they were done and she said “yes.” 2 hours later my nails STILL weren’t dry. Overall my nails are chipped, there is polish on my toe, and my nails are uneven and different lengths. Never going there again.

The owner jay or what ever is name is, is so unprofessional this is my first time ever writing a review for anything and this shop deserves it if it wasn’t for Nancy (eyebrow tech) I would never come to this place the owner curse at the customers and thinks him being entertaining and not doing his job is funny I’ve been going here for years (for eyebrows) the nails they do sucks but Nancy is wonderful with my eyebrows and lashes and she is very nice and sweet but I HATE Orlando nails I wish nancy just find her own shop or even go to one with a professional environment because she is to professional to be there

Ive been using this salon for over 5years but since Miami (nail tech from Miami) was there I stopped she did my nails and completely messed them up now that she is gone its peaceful again! Nancy does the best eyebrows I love her!

Will never go back paid for a gel nail polish, the polish chipped in 3 days.My daughter and I lashes came off 2 hours after leaving the shop.My daughter 3-D eyebrows was done horrible

I went to get my nails done for my birthday on the 18th and they didnt last at all they started coming off on the 22nd never again

I always go here for my eyebrows and am never disappointed

I tried this place for the first time the customer service is really bad the lady in the front has a really bad attitude my nail started to chip the same day and another nail came off the next morning there was no wait in this facility and I understand why after I receive my services and the owner was upset because I didn’t not want to get ombre nails

Over all I liked the service, Wasnt crazy about the Polish job on my manicure, my pedicure was amazing!But, I was rushing and didnt check the work on my fingernails. It wasnt bad enough not to give them another try.

They have a few people there who carelessly pretend to do your nails I tip everyone but now I am sceptical because my lashes was done with hair glue & came off after a week for 25 when normally they hold up for a month with nail glue & the one on the far left soon as you walk in first desk get mad AF when you dont spend 50 or more an mess up your nail they was uneven an took a hour to dry which I had to get them redone twice after her mess up. She put 3 coatings on making it take 3 hours to dry. Smh and the owner begged me not to tell everyone about her but a few people already knew about her as they did not want her upon arrival.

Love getting my eyelashes here...you get what you pay for...sorry not telling you my queen of lashes😍

Just came from this dumb place I sat at table 8 a short bald guy was rude told my daughter Im scary when I went to wash my hands . He was squeezing my fingers n twisting them n I have fibromyalgia n lupus n rheumatoid arthritis very rough I came first time n had Tommy do my nails very polite n nice n not rude n never hurt me. Will not be back unless he does my nails. He was in a hurry for me to pay so thats why he didnt get no tip.

I walked in and no one greeted me. The workers are very rude and ignore you. No one talks and just walk by you without asking what you need. The WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. I only wanted my eyebrows done and waited 30 mins without anyone ever speaking to me. I wish I just left at that point. Someone finally did my eyebrows. I wanted to cry when I saw them. One is higher than the other, super thin, they don’t look the same on both sides and just horrible. Left the wax on my face and didn’t put any oil or anything. I will never return to this place. Should be shut down. This place is a disgrace!

I had a horrible experience with the nail tech in the second seat to the left. My nails looked horrible. He did not try to correct and fix the issue. He did not shape the nails, drill or form properly. I would not recommend this shop. The owner told me I had to let the same tech redue my nails or I would have to pay again. Never pay before they paint

I started going here a year ago and Ive been in love every since then. They are so nice and always does a excellent job to my feet and nails and eyebrows and lashes... I tell people about them anytime someone asked about whats a great nailshop to go to.. I just moved to Sandford and I travel all the way to Orlando just to get the good service... Im from NY and Im very picky. You all made me feel like I was back at home.

Last month was my first time going there they did my eyebrows perfect and I had got my lashes done also but one lash wasnt on right but. But other then that I think I am going to stick with only the eyebrows from them .

Go on a weekday mon-thurs u will get in and out for all services.

They are rude but the old man with the glasses he take his time and my nails were really cute

I just went today in got me a pedicure and when i got home in look at my feet after i took my shoes off my polish was off my husband was madder than me they will never do my feet again

I went there to get my nails done and there was some miscommunication between the nail tech and I and she got an attitude. When she began putting my nails on they were crooked and i asked her to remove them so i could leave and she cut my finger in the process. I was not satisfied with thier service.

This place was terrible with their service!. I waited for 30 minutes to be seen and got skipped by someone who walked in the door after I was already seated waiting. I get that they were busy due to valentines day, my nail technician did a rush job on your nails and the nail polish was all over my skin when they finished and place my under the dyer. Not to mention that everytime there was a song that the nail technician didnt like, he would stop from doing my nails to go to the computer and look for another song. If that was bad enough, the very next day, the acrylic cracked on my thumb nail when trying to flip open a ketchup bottle top lid.Their service was extremely trash!!! We. Otherwise be back there again.
