They are very unprofessional and not courteous to paying customers the owner is disrespectful & don’t treat you as a paying customer no matter how much money your spending in they’re establishment I would NOT RETURN SAVE YA SELF THE HEADACHE & Spend your money where it’s appreciated

#10 is awful his attitude and nail skills are the worst. You can’t tell him how you want your nails done without him catching an attitude. It’s like he is doing you a favor. All around unprofessional and unqualified to be a nail tech. I recommend you use the Techs in the front and their pedicures are wonderful. I had to end on a positive note.

They do amazing nails (depending on who you go to) I can’t really say much about the service since most of them don’t speak English but sometimes it does feel like they are speaking about their customers.

I would go here for tips, and eyebrows that’s about it. Any other service like a regular manicure, won’t last more than a day. The toes if not gel will peel. The female workers do a terrible job painting. They do not offer to redo it, if it chips or peels. I just feel as though, they can do a better job with regular polish! If it’s terrible and does not last, they should definitely take it off their shelves .

The worst place to get a pedicure. I just left and is so disappointed... I have never went anywhere for a pedicure and left with dirty feet before. I went there 5:00 for a pedicure and by 5:15 she is polishing my toes, she spends no time in taking care of my feet and didn’t even polish the toes properly. I will not be returning and I did not tip her because her job was done poorly. The girl who tint my eyebrows on the other hand did a good job

1-21-2020I just changed my 5-star rating to a 1-star due to their poor customer service. Ive been going to ET Nails for 4 years. Today was the first time I complained because the nail tech did my design 4 times today because each time he had to wipe off the design because it was not what I asked for. I went to the head tech (who sits closest to the front door) and tried to explain to him what the issue is. Instead of him trying to resolve the problem, he got loud and rude with me like it was my fault his tech was not following my simple instructions. I didnt ask for anything extravagant. Just a simple line design.So now I see. They just want to take OUR money, but when you complain, they treat you like garbage. I have always been polite and always tip my techs really good. Needless to say, ET nails just lost a long-time customer!

I went to E.T Nails last year with my Mom for eye brows waxing,the lady waxed my mom first and they usually use eyebrow razor to fix any small details and I noticed there were using the same razor for everyone which I think is gross and people can catch AIDS Just like that please do your research your next visit there,the same razor she usually to fix my moms eyebrows she wanted to use on me that’s when I call them off and tell me I don’t share razor with nobody and they lied and say they use each razor per one use which is a lie so I let the did my brows and I didn’t wanna make a huge deal out of it. On the 10/27/2018 I went back for my eye lashes and eye brows done and I was sitting to were I can see how they’re doing everyone’s eyebrows and these people literally do use the same damn razor for everyone and they don’t even use alcohol or anything after the use,so my turn came and the lady on number 4 it was around 2pm she look like she is on my 40s did my eyebrows and I had to lie that I get allergic reaction when I use razor so no razor for me so thankful she didn’t use a razor but she surely make me pay for it as you can see on the picture I uploaded after she did my eyebrows she used a lot of alcohol wipe on my brows and some one the alcohol went straight to my eyes and what she did she wasn’t wipe the alcohol she was scratching again my skin that she left a scratch on my upper right brows and the did the same thing after she waxed my mustache areas after she was done waxing my mouth areas she uses the alcohol wipe again which she was scratching against my mouth to the point that I told her your hurting me and that when she stopped and she did left another scar on my mustache area as you can see on the picture.this place is not worth it yes is cheaper but the service is horrible.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Arrived here 45 minutes before closing time and they turned me away saying they werent taking anymore customers when there were at least 4 people standing around doing nothing. They should change their sign and close an hour early so no one wastes their time taking the drive over there only to be turned away. The place is very nasty and the people there are rude as hell. They really need to close this place down.

I just went in to the my eyebrows to start off they were extremely busy and had no type of system of knowing who arrived first. I waited for about twenty minutes when I finally got my eyebrows done the lady made them way too small after I had specificly asked her to leave them the same size and just clean it up. So I get home and wipe off where she had filled in my eyebrows to see PATCHES of my eyebrows missing!!! Not only that I had a cut right under my brow bone. I will definitely not be going back there any time soon.

I really wish they cared about their customers. Some of the conversations I have overheard the workers have with customers are so inappropriate I have to remind myself Im actually in a business establishment. They do nails at a very cheap price but I do not like the way they treat the customers. I am actively looking for another nail salon who will provide better customer service and professionalism.

Today I went to get my brows tinted. I was referred to Nina. She did my brows, I didn’t like them, I asked her to redo them and she refused. She was rude and I informed her that the customer is always right. I was speaking to another customer in regards to my brows and Nina kept saying have a nice day ma’am. I will be speaking to the owner in person about her attitude and her refusal to redo my eyebrows.

They do a awesome job with eyebrows and eyelashes, but have to be more cautious and aware of black people health..please sanitize your razors and also use different sticks when waxing or eyebrows and dont be cheap when using cottons ball to wipe around our face it takes more than just 1 cotton ball...

I call it the House of Crack! There is never a time when they are not busy. From open to close the place is always packed. What I do love about this place is that there are only male nail technicians that do great work.

Just came from there the owners wife rude n nasty. They dont even greet you. She needs to get picked. Its dirty always n there all they care about us money. Always pushing u off to someone else. People that do nails there suck go to Orlando nails they are the best even better then tip top nails.

Nina does awesome lashes and brows,but razor is reused as well as other objects, pedicure was horrendous and quick ......I felt like my niece thats 10 was doing my nails. I liked my hands but the guy at 2 does an awesome job but his attitude an customer service is horrific . This was my birthday weekend and this salon ruined it, Ill never return, (no nail items are clean they need to be reported to the health inspection place !!!

Do Nor go here, I went here to get a full set and asked for a gel coat so they wouldn’t chip as I use my hands a lot. First as he is cutting them I compared the lengths between hands and the left and had to ask him to make the left match the right. After he laid the Acrylic the tech tells me that they won’t do gel on my nails. While he was shaping, I got the stilettos, and they are a complete mess: on half of them the point are crooked. I now have to get them re-shaped and re-painted.

I just came in to get my toes done and when the lady started doing them I noticed that her utensils were not cleaned they were used and not replaced. They use the same towel as the last person before me had, their brushes were old and used to the max, and they don’t even remove all of the left over nail polish that u had before when u first come in. The only thing new they probably have is the things that go in to toes to keep them apart.

I went to e.t. nail &spa yesterday to get mink eyelashes installed. When the lady finished my eyelashes I looked in the hand mirror they provide and I notice something was off. I politely asked the lady why does my eyelashes look different? she explained that they wont look the same every time. I paid, tipped and left, not believing a professional tec would do something like that. When I got in my car things just didnt sit right with me, so I decided to get one of my old eyelash strips and feel it and take them apart. My suspicion grew because I didnt have the same experience. I went back to the shop to ask the lady about it, she totally denied any wrong doings and if I were to have her take them off and reapply Id have to pay more. I said mam Im not paying for a service I should have received already, i dont know whats going on, but these arent double mink eyelashes i dont know if one of them are mink and the other one is different, but something is wrong. The lady instantly got an attitude with me and said she isnt gonna re do it unless I pay. I kept putting up my arguement when another lady jumped in and said okay let her take off the eyelashes and see if thats true. I said thats fine with me. The lady who installed the eyelashes said why dont I just accept the offer of her putting on another eyelash for me. I said no my eyes will look too heavy, so the lady took one of my eyelashes off and I took it apart because it was double strip, to verify my suspicion...she did in fact apply one mink and one false eyelash. She then tried to lie and say she told me that it came from a different pack, I said thats not the point, these are two different styles that I didnt choose, thats not what I paid for. Can you please just give me the product I paid for... She had an attitude and re did my lashes, yet STILL did not give me the product I selected, I have a style of eyelashes on that I did not select, but I was tired of fighting for it. Id rather just report her to the state for false advertising. If you knew you were wrong, just correct it, its very simple. She did do a good job installing, but refused to give me the product I paid for. Be careful.

1st. time coming to this nail shop after driving over 50 miles to get here to get a pedicure & the service was horrible. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a full set on. Me: No!! not anymore. DO NOT let # 7 do your pedicure she rushes & your toes look just like before u walked in. I am very dissappointed & highly upset. I will not be returning & honestly dont think I will refer anyone.

I felt like the nail tech rushed through my entire service.. The end results were proof of that.. . And to top it off i dislike my nails. They kept on snagging on my clothing and other miscellaneous things... Sigh... I need to find a nail tech in atlanta thats about more than my money...

The nails here are great. The last time I got my nails done there. It lasted for 1 months and some weeks, but they nails nearly ripped of my nails during the fallling process. When they first opened I got my nails done for $19-$20 for any shaped with a little bit of rhinestones. Now they charge me extra $5. I mean what can I say their making money I would do the same. If you have a really good eye you could spot some errors, like crookedness. First couple times for me I had to tell them my index finger or middle is crooked, but theres no problem after thats all said and done. Overall the place only has 8 nails sections and 7 pedicure chairs due to the little space they have. When you walk in theres a desk on your right and right in front of you is were you do your typical waxing or eyebrows arched, but it is a beautiful set up nice and elagant with the hottest music out.

Always busy, have all the updates on styles mood colors, chrome,glow in the dark, jewelry, colors, sometimes they rush to keep people moving because it gets packed.

Very rude people !!!! My first visit I walked in and stood at the booth for 10 mins without anyone greeting me or asking me what did I need. I asked 1 guy that walked by what to do because their were different areas to go to. He pointed to a chair and rolled his eyes, and kept on going. They almost treat customers like their annoyed or bothered. Their was a customer in the middle of the floor yelling about how they cant run a business and how things or out of order because for each service that was rendered to her she had to pay separately. Listen, if you have the power to go somewhere else please do. I did not have that advantage and desperately needed my nails done for easter weekend. A guy named Steven did my nails he was very sarcastic and each time I told him the way I wanted my nails he would smirk and then speak to the guy doing nails next to him in their language. They have lack of respect and the service is not that great. Sooo much more to say, bottom line go somewhere else........

I only give 1 star because the man on the chair number 1 today after I waiting almost 1 hour after he told the lady to do me eyebrows firts when I ready to do my nails refill he told me no because they close @ 8:00pm I explain to him that I live in Kisseemme and he just don’t care even that I have with them almost 5 years so now I time to change me to another nails salon he just don’t care about the costumer loyarlty.

The eyelashes are great there but the glue usually rips off some of your lashes when youre taking them off... And I will never go there for a manicure ever again. They do it quick, they dont care for precision or neatness, they just get it done im enough time to get you out the chair. Their pedicures are pretty good for a cheap price.

Hands down worst salon in Orlando. Very disorganized establishment, they do not accept appointments but there is no type of system when you walk in they tell you to have a sit meanwhile they have twenty other people waiting for services. When you ask how long they say 10 mins after you’ve waited 45 mins and they still aren’t even ready after 10 mins. Their pedicures are trash. The woman who did mine didn’t speak English so when I explained I have an ingrown toe nail she smiled and said ok and did nothing about it when you tell someone else to translate they must not translate well because she still didn’t take out my ingrown nail. I would never recommend this nor does it deserve even one star.
