I have an emergency going on so I had to change the times of my appointment twice, they clearly do not understand my situation and they are keeping my $10 deposit fee when no one had informed me that they don’t give your money back to you if you are planning to cancel. But, I have a legitimate reason going on and when I called them, they didn’t want to give me my $10 back when someone else could just take the time that I wouldn’t be available to come in. But I guess they care more about profit over kindness so I’m never going here again.

Decided to try this place based on all the great reviews. Walked in on a Wednesday morning around 11:00 am. Was hoping to get a full set with design. I was told if you want a full set you need to have an appointment. There was one girl getting her nails done, the tech doing her nails, and another woman who got up when I walked in which Im assuming wouldve done a pedi had I been there for one. Dont know how you run a business like this. Dont have a sign that says walk ins are welcome when theyre clearly not

Chloe and Kim always make me feel at home. I was never a person who liked designs because I could never trust anyone with executing. And Chloe ALWAYS executes. Shell never say she cant do it. She is always a student of her craft. I am never waiting to get my nails done and it always feels like Im visiting my sisters house! Music is always amazing, the vibe is great. Theyre so professional and always a fair price for the effort. Best nail salon in Orlando, PERIOD.

Chloe did an AMAZING job, she took her time on my nails which I appreciate a lot. She tries her best to do what you want on your nails.Will be coming back for her, I highly recommend.

I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and this was the first time I came to this salon. I looked up and see that Cloie was the one to see. She did not disappoint. The salon is clean and everyone was so friendly, it was like hanging with friends and my nails look great. I will be back.

Went with my daughter Got 42.00 deluxe pedicures both with gel and I got a manicure with no polish bill was 150.00 They charged us 69.00 for my daughter alone which is an extra 27.00 for gel absolutely absurd I was charged 18 just for a less then 10 minute manicure I give them three stars because they did good work but their fees are outrageous too much competition in this area to charge so much

Came here after a very embarrassing full set from a different nail tech. Chloe was fantastic and completely fixed the botched nail set I walked in with. I recommend her & this establishment to everyone.

Love the girls at Secret Nails! They are always so friendly and so accommodating. It doesn’t matter what nail design I show them a picture of, or describe to them they’re always able to do it!! They are very talented!

I really liked chloe she did an amazing job on my nails, perfect shape made sure I liked everything in each step and corrected any imperfections I noticed or didnt like without a problem. Great job on eye brows as well! My new favorite spot!!!

Everyone’s nice and friendly, comfortable atmosphere. They actually care about your experience and make sure you leave happy with their service. First time getting coffin nails and they came out great. Really appreciate even strokes when painting and it’s not bulky. Had a pedicure and it came out nice as well.

Chloe did my nails perfectly. Exactly like the picture I showed her, I’ve never had them shaped so nicely and even. Would definitelyyyy recommend

The place is not all that clean. Chloe does the best work but she was booked. The girl that did my nails was not trying at all, she just wanted to get me out of there. I constantly had to show her where she messed up and to fix it.

I had a full set of acrylics with Gel and rhinestones put on and also a luxury pedicure all for under $90 including tips. They do a great job and the place is clean. Can’t ask for more.

Kim did my nails today and they turned out beautiful! It was my first time getting acrylics and she was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Ill definitely be heading back soon!

Love This Place. The owner is the best. Also the rest of the Secret Nail Salon are wonderful .They are the Best. Have visit a lot of other nails salon But nothing like Secret Nail Salon. They make u feel like family. Also they are wonderful doing nails, love them, would never change them .

Chloe, does my nails! Im very pickey.Ive search 5 different salons til I found her. She just knows how the natural shape of a nail should be. She makes the Acrylic nail look natural. I wont go to anyone else.

This was my first time getting acrylics, but the service here was great. They shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them and listened to every request. My only complaint would be that there are some bare patches on the sides of the nails that weren’t painted, but they will fix that if you ask.

My favorite place to hang out, get my nails done, and feel at home.

Joann is normally the lady I request but this last visit, I wasnt impressed at all. I may find somewhere else to go from now on. I was over charged by 10 dollars and the polish job that was done this time was unsatisfactory for as much as I was charged. I used to be happy with this place but not now.

They did such an amazing job here!!! Great gel polish colors and they stayed on perfectly for over 2 weeks.

I went here to get my nails done for prom. I told her my dress was dark blue and that I wanted gold nails to compliment it. I showed her the design I wanted and found the colors for it. She proceeded to tell me that I didn’t know how to pick colours, and my choice was ugly. And kept insisting that i put a dark forest green on my nails. After refusing several times, the nail tech gave in and rushed my nails, despite there being no one else in the salon but my best friend and I. Within a day, my nails peeled off. Overall, a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this rude service to anyone.

I have been going to this nail salon and haven’t had an issue, until today. Apparently there’s a new owner that has raised all of the prices, even though new prices are not posted or communicated until it’s time to pay. Horrible customer service and I guarantee you will be losing lots of customers if that’s how you are going to run your business!
