They were nice & everything but my gems fell out right after I payed. I came on a girls trip from naples, fl & these nails only lasted 1/2 days. ONE OF THEM FELL OFF ON THE SECOND DAY. I wouldn’t come back. :/

Love this place! Have had the same nail tech for 14 years! Would not change her for the world! Tina is awesome!! This place is open 7 days a week, their prices are fair and reasonable,and the service is extraordinary! Highly recommend this nail salon!

Was trying to get a full set using just acrylic powder, however they couldn’t get it together and give me what I wanted. Ended up just soaking everything off and leaving. Maybe they were having an off day .

Don’t waste your time in this place. I walked in thinking it closed at 7:30, by mistake (completely my fault), but I was told they could take care of my nails. When I sat down the nail tech put his phone in my face to show me they closed at 7. I said “it’s ok I can come tomorrow”. He insisted me staying. Thorough the whole process he was rushing, throwing things around and barely looking at how the nails were looking. When I pointed out that the mails weren’t done correctly I was told that how nails look and if I didn’t like it I could come tomorrow. I said before he started that I could come another day if it’s going to be an issue or if it’s was going to be rushed. He then pulled my hand and very roughly filed my nails until they at least looked decent. Never again. I work around this place and I will never walk in again here or recommend it. Worst experience. The guy was very rude. Not worth your time or money.

This salon is very clean, they are practicing social distancing and everyone wears masks/ enforces them. Mahn took care of me and left my sns looking flawless!

My normal salon is closed, so I found this place on Google reviews and was very disappointed. First off, they barely had any covid procedures. They never had me wash my hands, the nail tech didn’t wear gloves, and they had every customer use the same pen to sign for credit cards. My dip powder manicure is terrible. There’s color all over my skin, ripples in the polish, and one nail has already cracked. This was a bad experience altogether and hope they make the necessary changes to better serve the community.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of salon. All were masked and wore gloves. Even other clients wore masks. Felt very comfortable getting my first pedicure in months. Mai was great.

Tina has been doing my nails for years and she is amazing. I highly recommend Ellen nails it is clean, calming, and the service is always wonderful. I read the last review and I am Appalled Someone would try to use social media to destroy the reputation of such a wonderful business. Our words on social media affect people more than we think. This is a new owner of Ellen nails. Please support your neighbor hood nail salon. I promise you will have very happy hands and toes. :)

Very clean!! What an amazing salon. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I had a hilarious conversation with John, the owner, who did my pedicure. He was very good and I was impressed with his attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back as often as possible and I HIGHLY recommend you see for yourself.

Every time I come here I am guilted into getting a more expensive pedicure than I would like. I always feel bad and go ahead and get it. Not that the pedicures are bad. I just don’t like being pressured into doing things. I come here to relax and unwind and always leave upset. The nail technicians always complain about the color I want to do and always convince me to do a different color. It’s the same price no matter that color I do and I never do French so it’s never extra work. I’m always pressured to do a different color and I’m tired of it. Never coming back. Not relaxing at all.

If you are looking for a great Manicure & Pedicure spot I highly recommend Elan Nails next to Fresh Market (used to be Tammy’s Nails) Tina does my nails and is the owner. They also do eyelash extensions and have the best price I have seen in town! Tulip did my lashes and they look fantastic and lasted 3 weeks until my fill. Highly recommend

They very clean new guy Ming did an amazing job and his wife Cindy love how she did my toes I will be back for more of their awesome service and the manager as soon as you walk-in she offers you something to drink and she just as wonderful love the service comfortably and relaxation is just amazing

My teenage daughter just went to Elan Nails to have her acrylics (which were applied elsewhere) removed. Rather than soak and remove them as usual (and even called an “Acrylic Soak Off” on their website), they very painfully cut them as low as they can and then pried them off of her fingernails practically loosening her natural nails off of their nail beds. Seeing as they so carelessly went about this, I have no doubt that they are lazy in other areas of their practice. Please use caution when visiting them. We only decided to visit this place because the location was convenient to where we were at the time, but we will never return.

Went for a pedicure today. Very nice, clean environment. They use plastic coverings for their pedicure soakers which is more hygienic. Also had a special advertised for a free wax with deluxe pedicure. She did a amazing job. Give them a try you wont regret it. The deluxe came with hot stone massage. It was amazing. To the owner: * I was the one with the heavy bookbag. *

Staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Andy did an amazing job on my nails and was very personable and polite! Highly recommend!

BEST NAIL SALON IN ORLANDO!!! Tulip was not only extremely talented but she was hilarious and so much fun!!! I have been going to MC SPA in dr Phillips for 15 years and when I received a gift certificate last February to what used to be Tammys spa I decided to go use it before it probably would soon expire. When I arrived there I saw that it had changed to ELAN NAILS and I didn’t think they would take the gift certificate since it wasn’t the same salon. I told them how I had received it almost a year ago so I didn’t know that they had closed and before I could even ask they let me use the certificate anyways at full value!!!!! I was so impressed with the hospitality and then after getting the best pink and white dip nails I will never go anywhere else again! Everyone needs to go check this salon out! It is beautiful and they are all very talented especially TULIP!! I would give 10 stars if possible!! Thank you ELAN NAILS AND TULIP!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
