I went to get my eyebrows done. I warned the technician that I have very sensitive skin and that Ive been burned before. She preped my skin to prevent burns but I left with horrible noticeable burn marks. A few days later and I have scabs and scars on my face. The technician told me that next time I should get my eyebrows threaded. This was horrible and painful experience. I will be finding a new place to get my eyebrows done.

I’ve been doing my nails with them for over a year, Victor is very kind and funny lol professional he take the time to make my hands and nails looks amazing and elegant!!

The man completely cut me when he was filing my nails. He didn’t know how to paint or shape nails. I kept having to stop him so he could re shape them into a simple square. He was rude and was rushing for no reason. I had to go to another salon so they could re do everything.

The male nail tech in the front desk does not know how to paint nails, no cleaned, no removed good old color and ver hurry👎 Ana is the best in eyebrow 👍

RANT: First off the wax was too hot and I now have a blister on my upper lip. To top it off my eyebrows are uneven. When I brought up my eyebrows being even the lady said they were already like that and she couldnt fix them. They are lucky they got paid. I will not be going back!

Today was my first time here. Sitting in the parking lot as i write this. I’m leaving 2 stars because victor was very sweet. But my nails are horrible. They’re uneven, they flare out at the end, fat. I asked for long and square. I’m so disappointed. I’m on my way to another nail salon to ask someone to fix them. What a waste of money :(

Very friendly service and beautiful technique. Kim is phenomenal although these are experienced techs! Ive been going to them for years as well as most of my family. Very pleased with their heartfelt service; almost like family.

If I could give it zero stars I would, this was my first time here and it was the worst experience ever. I asked to have my acrylic nails taken off and I walked out of there with 7 nails cut skin deep and with acrylics still on my nails. One of my nails bled so much they had to put an antibiotic ointment. I literally could’ve done a better job. This was extremely disappointing! Please do not give this place business they do not know what they are doing!

This is the WORST place I’ve ever been to do my nails in my life, I tried this place out just because it is the closest nail place near me but I rather keep traveling 30 min to get my nails done that to go to this place ever again. If I could do LOWER THAN 1 STAR I would.I had men to this place one week before mother’s day, an Asian lady started taking care of me, after I showed her the design I wanted she moved me to a different table for this Colombian blonde girl to take care of me. I showed her the design and told her that if she didn’t know how to make it look just like in the picture I would just choose a solid color. She assured me it was easy and she could make it (it was simple cheetah print)When she started painting my nails and I saw the first hand I told her I did not like it, it looked like my 2 year old doodled on my finger nails. I chose a color and she painted them. When I paid she still charged me the extra $5.00 for the design, and I tried letting the manager know what happened they still charged it.  When I went home I was washing my hair and the nails were so thin 2 of them broke. Then I noticed she had made them so thin almost every nail was bending. I went back showed the manager and demanded a refund, he told me they would fix it, of course I had no time for them to fox them that day, I had to come back on mother’s day weekend to get them fixed.The lady did the even worse this time. ones were shorter than other, then she did the shellac, and it looked like my nails were melting, she did not apply it correctly, all my cuticles were filled with the nail polish and on top of that she charged me an extra $15.00!! I do not recommend this place, horrible experience; I charged back the money with my bank I’m just waiting to get it back!

Some people were rude

I would not recommend this place for several reasons! 1) they couldn’t find the color I was looking for. She kept getting colors similar to the color I choose.2) they kept arguing out loud! And couldn’t figure out who will do the nails.3) the water was dirty. Seems like they didn’t clean the bowl. She moved me to a different one and never told me why.4) she painted the clear coat very uneven! When the light hits the nail you can see lines. It’s bad when other people can notice.5) gel peeled off on day3.6) she was asking me how much tip she’s receiving.

Got my eyebrows done by Ana, who was very friendly. There was kind of a long wait because of the holiday weekend, but they squeezed me in. The front desk guy was nice too.

I got my nails done last week and the gel peeled. I told the lady Kim while I was getting it done that it was too thick but she said it was fine. I came back today only a week after to get a fill because one nail chipped and the others were looking bad. I told the guy in the front I want him to do it to see if i like him. I am looking for a long time nail tech since mine of 5 years moved. I was the FIRST customer yet he rushed me. He got gel all on my skin and under my cuticle on 2 nails so I had him do it over. Of course he was bothered. I also told him I want my cuticle cut because I know my nails and they will look bad tomorrow if I dont cut. He did the gel over and when I went to wash my hands I was picking at the skin to get the gel off instead of asking him AGAIN to do it over. When i was walking back to him for him to cut the cuticle he literally handed me my bag in my lap and said if Im not happy I dont pay. Ok thats fine thanks but I still need to cut my cuticle and repaint my toes. He said someone else will do it. Horrible customer service. The fact that he handed me my bag in my lap as I sat down was so rude. He literally kicked me out my chair! I will go to another place. Sad because the workers here are nice. I just wanted to find someone that wouldnt rush, mess up and then be bothered to fix THEIR mess up smh. Nails are expensive! Dont rush! I am paying u and had no problem paying! TO ADD TO IT ALL A DAMN POLISH CHANGE REGULAR POLISH NO GEL IS $10 FOR MY TOES! I AM SITTING HERE DRYING SO LIVID

Rude service. I’m heavily pregnant and guess I was too slow moving for her because she huffed and rolled her eyes. She pinched me several times and made me bleed once. Very unprofessional and left me to go eat something. When I tipped her 15% she actually smirked. I went here because it is close to home but I won’t skip good service for convenience ever again. Wow! Never will come back here again.

I waited 30 min to do eyelash extensions. Anna (the lady who sings) convinced me to do eyebrow tint. FIRST AND MY LAST TIME THERE. IT WAS A WASTE OF $50. MY LASHES WERE FALLING OFF ON MY WAY HOME. MY EYEBROW TINT LOOKED HIDEOUS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!

This place advertises tanning; its in their name! But, this place doesnt offer tanning.

Horrible from the moment I walked in. Spanish lady who did my nails is terrible. She was doing her own nails while trying to do mine. She was on the phone for awhile too. She must’ve got up 20 times to go get something. She didn’t take off my sns nails properly... worst nail place i’ve ever been to!

The girl who did my toes and fingers was very nice however the loud mouth guy in the front is greedy and has no sense of how to treat his customers. I wanted the jell color on my nails and polish on my toes to match however through an error the two bottles with the same # on them were actually different colors. I did not notice it until I walked out of the store in the light of the day. I went back into the store immediately. the guy in the front tried to blame everybody else including the nail polish company and refused to take responsibility. there are too many of these salons around to put up with bad service. I will not be going back there.

Clean and friendly environment . Its not very comfortable or professional when the constantly speak across the salon in their native language, its actually quite rude, but Kevin is my favorite ! Hes gentle, humble and takes pride in his work. He executes efficiently everytime and is definitely the kind of professional that keeps my business coming.

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. I got gel nail polish on my hands and it chipped 3 days later because it wasn’t done correctly. My nails were filed very poorly and left with sharp edges. The paint was also globbed together in certain areas. I will never go back there again.

Unprofessional! Horrible service, they torn my lip and I was bleeding a lot. The lady waxed a chunk of my bottom lip off trying to rush through the process. To top it off the Asian man was rude and said that they have insurance so I can do whatever I want. They deserve 0 stars, I would never go back again.

Everyone was very nice and the place was calm and very clean but my daughters $40 full set of gel nails had all come off in less than a week.

I wish i could give this place NO STARS, the woman that did my nails didnt even file my nails down, they were all shapes and sizes. The gel was all over my skin and she kept telling me no dont worry it is fine dont worry, and they all started peeling and chipping the same day. it hasnt even been a week and four entire nail gel coat peeled off. going back to get them redone for free i refuse to pay or go back here ever again

You pay for what get!!so sad smh, I use gel in my natrual nails nice and oval looking,the old man sitting right next to the door as soon as you go in the nail salon did my nails, I waited 30mins at his cubicle in which they sat me there to wait until he ate his dinner, then he came back rushing to do my nails because he had to leave mind you it was 5pm not closing time ok then I look at my nails they are looking funny and crooked something like the funny video that is on YouTube like Really,Im annoyed at this point, I had to Stop him right there i just went somewhere else, spent $$$$ and got exactly what I asked for.Never going to this place again 1st and last time.
