Ive been here 3 times already and this time I had Bebe. My nails came out better than I was expecting! I wanted a little design on my ring finger and Bebe took her time creating this beautiful stone design. I would definitely recommend coming here. I couldnt be happier with how my nails came out.

I had a basic pedicure and was very pleased. Amy did a great job!

Came in for a pedicure and the service was literally 15 minutes max 20. No cuticle oil, no cuticle/toe clipping, no foot massage, no leg massage!!! I received a polish change and a foot cleanse. I asked her to complete the service while was there and what was missing and she said no!!!! she then went around the entire salon and spoke badly of me!!! I asked them to even check the cameras!!!!! very very rude people who do not know how to operate a business! never ever again!

They took me right at my appointment time and bebe gave me excatly what I asked for.

This place is extremely beautiful. I love the vibe and the staff is really nice. Unfortunately, my nails did not come out the way I wanted. When I left, they were fine. But after a day, my nails started chipping and looking grotesque. I wasn’t being rough on them either so I’m confused. I’ve never had that happen with a gel manicure or pedicure. Pretty disappointed.

Based off of the photos and reviews I saw online, I really wanted to love it here! Theyre great at shaping and adding designs to your nails, but the overall quality is HORRIBLE! The first time I went for dipping powder my nails didnt even make it a week without breaking AND cracking! I decided to give it a second try to see if going shorter would make it any better. However, I got my nails done Thursday and today is Saturday -- TWO nails have already broken and need repairing. For a $75 pedicure/dipping powder, the quality is too bad and I cant give this salon another try! Not to mention, my second pedicure was with the first available and it was uncomfortably painful!

Every detail oriented. She took her time, asked questions and when it didnt work she found a solution. I would highly recommend.

Loveddddd my time here! I am visiting from out of town so scheduled ahead with John but a girl tech started with me and she was awesome! Felt like I was talking to a friend. Then a tech named Ben ended up finishing with me and my nails look great!

I’ve been a regular here for years. The last Time I came the lady took my gel off with a drill because they were rushing to close. So the next couple days my nails just started peeling off even with gel clear polish. I go back in there today May 23, 2021 it took them forever. They kept taking people before me. I finally get in the chair to get a manicure and gel again, my nails are clearly breaking while he’s painting them. I asked Nicely if he could’ve file past the breaking. He immediately got an attitude about my nails slamming things on the desk. I said just take it off. I went to the front and I said my nails were already breaking and you did not file them correctly. He basically told me he did not mess them up the time before. I can’t believe how unprofessional they are. You let people work in your business talking to customers like this? I would not recommend the place at all!

I have been coming to Metro West Nails and Spa for over a year now. I have never left disappointed. My nails are always well taken care of and the atmosphere is so relaxing. They usually will have music playing and will ask if you want something to drink. They know how to take care of their customers and are very creative. I love when I get a technician who can come up with a great design idea for me. Ive had nails that have been blinged out to some that are very simple and they always look great! Highly recommend

The worst dip nails I have ever had. She put clear gel on top of the dip and it has done nothing but peel off since day one. A horrible shortcut and she saw a bubble I asked her to fix so she put more gel on top. Will never return and I suggest you do not either.

They were quick in service when I went last month for a color change for my toes, however Im concerned with there safety precautions for COVID-19. The tech sat me in a chair that was recently in use as it still had a refreshment cup still in the holder. She asked me to be seated I then asked was this sanitized...she proceeded to only wash pedicure bowl....very unprofessional and unclean for a pandemic.

I just came in as a walk-in and right off the bat they were rude, so I just walked out.

Very nice ambiance, friendly staff. The pedicure was amazing. My full set was lack luster, you would’ve thought I️ went to two different salons. I️ was charged $55 for short French acrylic tips. Apparently it was extra for the gel top coat (right). Maybe I’ll come back just for the pedicure

The most lavish spot to get your nails done! I come here for pedicures and it is the only place ill go to in Orlando. Service is phenomenal and the ladies here are great! If you are looking for a place to get your nails done look no further! BEST SPOT IN ORLANDO!!!

I left my nail place I’ve been at for 2 years to try this place out, referred by a good friend that informed me they were so efficient and serene,& great quality. Nice atmosphere. But the QUALITY of my nails was not up to par ., .the lady was nice that I got a gel fill by they looked good at first but my nails look like I Need a fill, only after a week . Usually a gel fill being that it’s more EXPENSIVE I Always get jus because I know it lasts up to 3-4 weeks. Very unhappy . I may or may not go back . -Undecided. I also gave a tip to both techs for my pedi and nails .plus they charge extra for what my other salon includes .not a happy camper .

This has to be my favorite place to get my nails done. Ive had almost every nail tech and everyone one of them has done amazing job. Its a bit more than other places but the QUALITY of their work is worth it. Nails last 6 weeks no breakage whatsoever.

Owners are not afraid to fix nail techs mistakes to maintain a great customer service level .

Went for a dip fill & it was not worth the $50 All nails are bumpy, uneven, the nail tech cut me.I even expressed my concern and nail tech brushed over it.I wouldn’t go here unless I’m booking with the male I’ll tech.

At first, I called this nail salon because I’ve never been there before and they told me that I actually needed to make my appointment through Booksy, which was fine, but I obviously didn’t know that at first. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. I eventually made my appointment on Booksy, a WEEK in advance. They sent me several emails and texts confirming my appointment and then at 6:30pm, the night before my appointment, I get an email saying my appointment was cancelled. Apparently, the technician who accepted my appointment on Booksy (Bebe), could no longer make it during the time I booked and said I had to book a different appointment some other day. I was so mad because obviously I made this appointment a week before and the night before, Bebe now can’t make it?! It’s more annoying because I obviously said I received multiple emails or texts confirming my appointment. All in all, I will no longer be looking into this establishment.

I came to this nail salon and I wanted to get a gel manicure. I tried asking someone what gel colors do they offer. I was told to ask someone else, so I did just that, and then I was asked did I want to know the brands or colors and I responded with color. I was told to wait and I sat for a good few minutes and no one tended to me at all, so I decided to just leave.

Victor was really nice. I love thee service there. I havent been there in years and they have since redecorated and it is beautiful. I will be going back soon. I am extremely satisfied.

This place gave me square, nasty looking nails with ONE really round, my friend had really thick nails that were all really round and one really square and my friend a foot infection. Dont go here.

Min was awesome. My friend recommended him and he did not disappoint. Havent had my toes done in a while and he was very gentile and my feet feel amazing. Will be going back and asking for min on a regular basis.

Been a regular for years. The shop had been recently renovated and it is beautiful. Most recent visit was my last. My nails looked so awful and even as I expressed my concerns to the nail tech she did not listen. She was rushing and very sloppy. I expressed that I was very disappointed with my service to the owner and nothing happened. I am saddened to end on a sour note. But there are plenty of other shops in the area with way better customer service and prices.

I called and asked if I could come in because my nose is very sensible to the polish smell, they told me that I could be there in 15 minutes and someone would take care of me, but I got there after those 15 minutes and they still had me waiting for 15 minutes, had a lot of allergy because of the strong smell and had to leave without my nails done. Wont be back.

Everyone here is competent, but My very favorite technician is Kim. She is so efficient its crazy! What prompted me today to write this was even after a few months break Kim remembered me and my nail preferences as well as my eyelash extension preferences. She is quick accurate and patient! I change my mind like crazy but I can always count on Kim to work with it and make it work! Ill ask her to make them look pretty with the colors I chose and she always goes beyond my expectations, adding sparkles or rhinstones because she knows I like them❤️

The atmosphere of the shop is nice but the attitude of the owners is very poor. They are rude, arrogant and condescending people who treat their employees very poorly. It’s the closest shop to my house so I went quite frequently when I finally found a nail tech that was talented and provided great service consistently. The hostile environment that the owners have created ran her off and she’s no longer there. There are now 1 or 2 other techs that are decent —good luck getting an appointment with them. I’M OUT!!!

Personally, I find it therapeutic and more sanitary to do my own nails at home, especially during the weekends. However, once in a while I find myself needing that extra pampering that I, myself cannot attain; that is when I go only to Metrowest Nails and Spa.The service is exceptional and you are greeted with a genuine gesture, not as the typical nail salons that I have had experience with in and around the area, to include Dr. Phillips. Not only great artistry, but most importantly, a smile and a friendly welcome truly makes you want to return again and again! Hence, this review as we seldom take the time to write positive experiences and look forward to writing negative reviews!Thank you to all the staff at M.N.S. and especially to Thy, who was the first specialist that assisted me, and fell in love with her kind spirit! John and Tina truly know how to manage their business! Made an appointment for Saturday early morning. Was unhappy with my current set from another shop, so Wee took care of me. He removed the entire old set and started over fresh with a French ombré pink and white powder. I will definitely be returning loving my nails and have had so many compliments! One happy customer!

I loved that I came in 15 minutes till close, and they still didnt rush me. I was so afraid they wouldnt take their time but they did. It was about an hour and a half for a pedicure and gel manicure. My lady was friendly and the place was nice. I went here because my usual salon was booked. It was $55 for everything. My normal salon will run me $45. I tipped the woman $10 and thanked her for taking her time. She was very appreciative and everyone sent me on my way with a warm goodbye. BTW great place for a Mommy and Me day. They have two adorable, pink, child-sized chairs! Too cute.

Very nice place to have manicure and pedicure. False lashes, permanent make up, facials, etc. Tina and her husband John are great and they are running a very successful business for years. Many loyal customers, including myself, are coming to see Tina, John and their team since they opened years ago. Highly recommend.

Ive been to many nail salons in the Orlando an surrounding areas an this is the best. when it comes to shape, size, colors. They have it all. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I am never not satisfied. if you want a good nail tech see KIM!!!

I love this nail spa. Very welcoming and spa feel also everyone is very friendly. I love Tina and John I have been going to this nail spa for about 9 years now. Any and every nail design can be done here. If you name it or have a picture they can do it. You need to come here. Oh and to add to it you will be served drinks while getting you nails done. I recently moved in the area and came on here to read the reviews- my first time was great, as I expected. My daughters also got their nails painted and received cute hand designs.My nails have lasted a long time, still look as good as they did on day one. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been around Orlando trying to find a place the compares but no one can. They have a vast variety of gel powder and gel paint colors. They are very patient and accomidating to your vision. I always get a diff nail tech each time I go and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Male or female great nail techs! Great artistic ability. They care about their customers truly. 💗 reading reviews from angry customers I am astonished. I am very particular and take forever to decide on color but they are always helpful and patient in helping me.

I have been coming to Metro West Nails for a many years. I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 years and they have some of the best nail techs around. They quickly do not keep the ones that are not doing a great job and most have been there for years which shows the level of commitment of fairness to their employees and their customers. I love the atmosphere bc it is very calm, clean and pretty,. And they have great TV shows with closed caption that keeps my mind entertained while I’m in joying my time sitting. They often offer water or soda. A couple of years ago I was having a really terrible day, and I decided to go get my nails done to bring me some joy and all I did was cry in my chair while I was getting my pedicure and nail fill. But I was very comfortable just being in my space there. The owners Tyna and Jon are awesome.

They did my nails kind of thicker than I like but they can do just about any design you like. Just show a picture!!

I did my nails on a Tuesday by the next Tuesday I lost 2 nails an there all shaky. For 50 dollars I felt like this was a poor job an will not be returning to this establishment because twice Is too much to get bad work for my money.. what you ask for vs what you got, this hurt the most 😒🙃

The first time my nails were done, I loved them. The guy name Tony did my nails. However, yesterday was my second and last time I get my nails done here. I loved my toes but my nails are horrible. The young girl Holly was rude with her sarcastic comments and she called herself fixing what the last nail tech did wrong. I almost walked out but, my morals and standards are beyond what these people give out. Ugly attitudes and terrible customer service. Just imagine, $117 for terrible service. I dont like service where only some people have the art of class and skill...others didnt get it while being raised...horrible... dont waste your money or time. Also, I sat in there from 2 PM to 6:30 PM for them to fix bad work that they did, never got fixed. In addition, respecter of person, the reason I didnt tip along with the horrible manicure and attitude. I like to show my appreciation but its a hit or miss guys... Im telling the truth.

I went here twice for eyebrows waxing. The first time a lady did a really good job so I decided to come back and someone else took care of me this time, and it was AWFUL!!!. This lady made them uneven and thin when I told her in the beginning that I want to keep their thickness, and on top of it she didnt clean them when we finished. Im sorry but Im not coming back.

Had my pedicure done here and for my first time ever it was surprisingly good. I also have a couple friends that go here come to find out and they all have good things to say as i tell them about my first ever pedicure lol. Will go back.

Well I have been going to this shop for the last past 3 years, and I must say Im not the easiest person to please. But Tyna is the one that does my nails, I dont have to tell her the color or design I want. She automatic knows just what I want when i sit in her chair. She cares about her customers, and to me that definitely makes a difference.

I gave this salon two chances. The first time a guy did my nails. The nails were beautiful - but costly for such simplicity. He did a great job. My only complaint with him was that he had an attitude. He snapped at me a few times, because I didn’t understand what he said. He made me feel so bad - I apologized and said I’m sorry, but I wasn’t sure of what you said. I also got a pedicure. The lady for the pedicure was rough. The pedicure was painful. I was very uncomfortable. She was digging at my skin and literally ripping my skin off. In the middle of my service, the pedicure lady left and went home. She left without much warning or even speaking to me before disappearing. My pedicure felt rushed and I did not get a bang for my buck. My feet did not feel like they were even done and the polish job was sloppy and lackluster. I sat at the pedicure station for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to “finish” my service. I also was not offered the complimentary beverage advertised. Now, about 3 weeks later I’m back again for a fill and another pedicure. This time a female did my nails and I ended up with the same lady for another pedicure. The nail shaping wasn’t as crisp as I wanted. But, the nails were cute. I usually get the ballerina/coffin shape. She seemed a bit sarcastic and not too enthused about doing my nails. I decided to just stay quiet to not make matters any worse. I was very uncomfortable and just wanted it to be over. Next up, I went back to get my pedicure (same lady from my first visit). Again, she was rough with the pedicure. I don’t know if it was just my luck, but once again she had to “leave”. I was boiling inside. I gave them a second chance - because they may have just been having a bad day during my first visit. Unfortunately, I left dissatisfied. I don’t think I will be back. I did not feel welcomed or that they were happy to have my business. I read so many great reviews that led me here. But, I did not receive the warm and friendly service that everyone else experienced. On my way out, there was no “have a good day or come again soon” muttered from anyone in the shop. :-(

I stopped coming here because one of the nail technicians was EXTREMELY rude. I ask to get the water hotter and she told me that it couldnt get any hotter. I had to ask from something to drink and she acted as if I was bothering her.

I have been going to this salon for about 4 years now! The staff is amazing and always take their time, even if you walk in close to the closing time. The owners are really friendly and always greet me when I walk in! I always just walk in and I have NEVER once waited to get my nails done! The place is also very beautiful and clean which makes it very relaxing. You will be pleased by their talent and precision when getting anything done here ! Highly recommend ! Also, many have said it is overpriced but the qaulity matches up to the price. Sometimes you have to pay a bit more to get better qaulity in which they provide !

I had just gotten a new job in the area and I was looking for a new nail salon and a co-worker recommended me to Metrowest nails and it was really really great not only that they take very good care of me that understood my acrylic allergic reactions that I have but they did a very good job where I did not experience it and I would recommend that you come to this place Tony did a great job

I have been to this place a few times. Not my 1st choice of nail salon but my 2nd and closest to my house.I feel like the owner is bipolar, sometimes i felt she was nice and welcoming when i walked in, and other times I felt like she was bothered. I will not be returning again. Last time I went, I accidentally dropped a nail polish. I apologized like 5 times! At the end of my services the lady owner (Tina) charges me an additional $8 because of the broken nail polish. $8??? When I told her that was more than the price of a new bottle at retail price, she answered because of the cleaning. Are you serious?? You prefer loosing a customer to a broken bottle of nail polish, half used and that you purchase at wholesale price?????? I understand I broke the bottle and wouldve been ok with an upcharge of $3 to $4. But $8 is a little ridiculous!!!Not my second choice of salon anymore, and wont be returning. Since they dont really value their customers!By the way, I read some reviews stating about the treatment to the employers and I once did experienced it, and felt uncomfortable with how the owner treated the employee during my treatment.

Never getting my nails done here ever again. The girl is always on the phone while doing my nails. She messed my nail. I had a Horrible experience. They laughed because she messed up my nail design. Never get a design here at all. Never coming back.

Horrible experience. The guy who was assigned to me was completely unprofessional and lacked any skill. Didnt wanna file nor cut my own nails before placing a tip. On top of that when I tried to tell him about that he just walked off and pretty much cursed me out. I was in shock l. Dont recommend this place to anyone!
