Removal of my gel from another place was terrible. She used the edge of the drill file. Usually, my nails are healthy but when she took off the gel she scraped it with another tool that made my nails feel weak. I knew she was in a rush. The shape is okay. BUT I gave 2 stars because after only 4 days, they started breaking. My nails dont usually start breaking until 2 weeks after a gel manicure. Cuticles were coming up at 5 days. Not going back.

This is SNS 3 weeks after and my natural nails have grown in healthy and strong. Super impressed and definitely going to keep coming back. One of the best nail technician in Orlando! Can’t wait to go back!

I stumbled upon this place looking for facial waxing. First time in years since I usually thread and she was perfect with my eye brows great shape. They have really cute and clean studios. Ended up getting a gel manicure and pedicure because she had an opening and it was great. They did both services at the same time so I wasn’t there for hours. Family owned and they were the sweetest. Amazing cute simple gel nails! Hazel is anazing! The mani and pedi was soooo relaxing!! A very nice hand massage and at the pedicure, the massage chair helped take away my period cramps and helped my back feel like new. 10/10 recommend.

My friend got a pedicure and fill on her acrylics. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure. The prices were told to us up front, and you can also ask. They are very professional. We called ahead to make sure they weren’t too busy, and they gave us a call back later to confirm our appointment. They even gave directions to the place. When we came in everyone had masks on :) and they had the pedicure water and two price menus waiting for us at our seats with cold water bottles. The father did my pedicure while one of the daughters did my manicure, and the other daughter did my friend’s pedicure. The daughters are a bit better than the dad in skill, and they are all sweet. They make sure you are satisfied with everything, they ask questions, and they pay attention to cues (e.g. if the water is too hot). The place is very clean and the family-owned vibe is kind and welcoming. They offer very good service, and the price is expected for the extras (e.g. gel polish on the manicure is an extra $20, removing gel polish before they start your nails is $5, removing acrylics is $10, etc.)

I’ve never thought of getting a pedicure before I was brought here and I realized how much it actually made a difference. Great customer service and everything just looks so professional. I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve been highly satisfied with the experience. There’s no such thing as being too masculine to need to get a pedicure every now and then.

Lily and her dad did a fantastic job on my daughter and I . The experience was very pleasant and their customer service was great. I did dip on my nails and a pedicure with brow wax . My daughter is 6 and she did polish on hands and feet . Thanks lily especially since I called and she had availability for me same day .

Staff is friendly and helpful. My nails look great. But I was expecting to pay $70 that turned out to be $95! They charge too many unnecessary fees for a simple pedicure and sns polish. I have never in my life paid that much for nails and I always get the same thing everywhere I go. This was very disappointing that they overcharge and they do not inform you of these charges ahead of time. Their work was good but not good enough to be $95 for something so simple. I do not think I want to come back, especially because after paying all of that money, the nails came off in two weeks. Normally, they last much longer when I go to my usual place.

This place was great and it was my first time coming! I got a gel manicure and pedicure while also getting a lip and eyebrow wax. My nails were beautiful and my eyebrows were perfect. I also treated myself to individual lashes which looked elegant and all of it was for a good price. Wonderful family business and great/relaxing environment. I extremely would recommend.

Hello I would say Lily’s sister is very nice now lily did my nails and I would just like to say in the long run they were bad my right hand was thicker then my left they were bumpy the polish seemed old because it has tiny bumps my nails also didn’t polish the tips and my nails are crooked Also they kept begging for a good review and to review them right thin and there she also kept telling me don’t touch my phone and when I went to the bathroom dont bring my phone I think all this good reviews where forced I’m sorry but it’s my honest review

This place is pretty cool. Its family-run and high quality. I got a gel, acryllic fill, and green tea pedicure with gel toes. Lilys mom, Kathy, did my fill, shape and color and went above and beyond my expectations(going as far to help picking the perfect color for a natural look). For the pedicure, Lilys dad, Mr. G Nguyen, gave the best leg massage ever. My calf muscles are severely sensitive, but Mr. G listened to my needs, and made me feel valuable. I came with friends, so Lily did my friends nails, Im sure theyll praise it in another review. Highly recommend this personable, friendly family of nail technicians. Only complaint is the price, which I suppose when you treat yourself like this, will cost you $105.

First impression: The salon is very clean, the color options are very organized, and their whole client system is fluid and fast, especially for a weekend walk in. Then, I had my poorly done acrylic set from another place removed quickly and painlessly followed by a perfectly shaped, perfectly even SNS set. My girl was very thorough and even took the time to redo a few nails that weren’t to her satisfaction (most never take the time to do this). I am very happy and will continue to come back here even though I live all the way in Davenport. It’s worth it!!!

Truly the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The mother and daughter duo that work at the salon are so kind and generous and hysterical. Not to mention they do excellent work. It was such a warm and comforting environment and I will definitely be coming back as a regular from now on.

Went today with my husband for a Valentine’s Day treat. Appointments only, unbelievably safe practices used. We got a paraffin hot stone pedicure and for a beautiful time I was in heaven. Everyone is so friendly and attentive at this place. Will definitely be back.

The people were very friendly. The place was very clean and they were very attentive to social distancing. Prices were average. They did not massage feet or legs as part of pedicure, but hot towels were nice. The manicure did not include lotion or massage, some nails did not get full coverage of polish, but they were willing to fix that.

Wow they are all so nice! Every Time I come in and after I get my nails done they hand me a chocolate and water! Now let’s just talk about how pretty my nails are! I wanted to do a rainbow pastel and they helped me pick my colors! If I could rate more than 5 I WOULD!

I havent had my nails done in years. Im annoyed with how soft they always are so I decided to go in. I got SNS after discussing my issues and concerns from when I used to get gel and it left my nails so flaky and frail. LOVE LOVE LOVE them! The color choices are nice and the nails themselves are so natural feeling. I also love that they last up to 4 weeks. Anne was my technician and she was informative, friendly and detailed. I have zero complaints and am so happy I chose this location.

However, I’m rating it 2 stars because just 1 week ago I got my gel manicure done and the nail polish started chipping away just 4 days after. For their price being marked much higher than other local salons I figured I wouldn’t have this issue but unfortunately the manicure barely lasted a week. I was a first time customer and don’t think I will be returning.I’ve also added two photos to the google photo section for viewing. Light pink gel manicure where you’ll see chipping away at both hands.

Today was my first time visiting and I have to say, Im totally happy! I just moved here in the Orlando area and have been nervous about nail salons, the last 2 I visited wasnt a very good experience. I kept looking for salons and found Lilys Nguyen Nails, I got a Full set Pink and White, Pedicure and they did exactly what I asked for and beautiful work. The salon is very clean, the people were super nice and even helpful on a few recommendations in the area on a few things I asked about. First time there today. Cathy did a new set of acrylics. I originally scheduled my appointment with lily because that’s who I wanted. My mails are lumpy not smooth. 2 nails are crooked and on some nails the acrylic isn’t back as far as it should be, looks like I need a fill already!! Won’t be going back!!

They are inside iStudios and have a couple of suites. Really cute place very intimate and quiet. Everyone was super nice they offer you drinks and food and make your stay super comfortable. Nail service was excellent too, lily gave me recommendations on what I should do based on the health and length of my nails.
