I’ve been coming to Brandon Nails for around 7 years and they don’t disappoint. I’ve tried other places from time to time because I like to try new trendy styles that I can’t get here, but I always come back. I’ve always kept natural long nails, so I’ve done gel manicure and acrylic nails, sometimes the eyebrows and lip wax. The most important thing to me is for my set to last long; their product and work is so good, my sets last 3-5 weeks. Out of all the nail salons I’ve been in Orlando, I can say Brandon Nail Salon is the place I trust to take care of my nails. They should teach it too. :)

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years now. I’ve always gone to Kathy who is friendly and welcoming. She does an amazing job at doing my nails and for a reasonable price. 10/10 everytime!! 🤍

Nice staff. Pedicure was great, but came down to the nails, um no! The tech cut my nails down which was fine, but she cut two of them down to the meat. They where bleeding and she tried to file them when nothing was there! I could’ve did a better paint job! First and last! It was not worth $65.

This is the quality of a 4.4 star place when you tell them they should do a better job and not rush they give you attitude and cut you in their reckless ness asked to speak to the owner knowing she was there and she didn’t want to own up to her position. This was the worst customer service experience of my LIFE. The worst nail job of my LIFE. period. I repeatedly Had to coach the nail tech to file my nails correctly and even to cut the cuticles the correct way. The toe came out awful !!! She had to repaint them for me and they still looked unprofessional and not neat.I ended up not finishing my gel manicure because my cuticles were bleeding so muchThe owner did not address the issue at allAnd she ignored me .. when I asked To get my nails fixed again.So I walked Out .. don’t come here.

Update: came here for a Mother’s Day deluxe pedicure $36 🤯 (worth every penny) And they weren’t busy like the other places near by and they are always so detail oriented and gives such calming vibes. Jenni took care of me and was very good a massaging! Again, I cannot stress how great of a gem this place is.Mai was so fast, and precise. She gave me exactly what I wanted! I got a medium length acrylic full set done in less than an hour for $25!!! This is the place to go! I will update in 2 weeks with a pic of how long they last. But so far I am a VERY satisfied woman.

First time coming here; the staff was friendly, and the salon was clean. I made an appointment and was attended right away. I got a full set with dried flowers for $55 + tip. Amy did an amazing job!!

I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and I still love it! They’re always professional, always respectful and will make sure you leave out with what you want or better! You will always leave satisfied and happy no matter what service you’re getting! I went from a customer to a client of 6 plus years and I will continue coming!

Not only does this place overcharge, but they also dont like speaking to the guardian of children before just doing as they please. One of the nail techs asked my 10 year old sister if she wanted gel on her toes. She is not old enough to decide that on her own and my mother said she wasnt allowed. This tech saw me because she asked my if the length of my sisters nails were okay, so why couldnt she ask me about her toes? My sister has been complaining about her nails hurting and she has a bruise on her big toe. I want my money back, seriously. $100 for a 10 year old.

This was my second and last time at the nail salon. The first time was pretty decent experience aside from the fact the nail tech decided to add $5 gratuity to my total without my consent because she thought I wasnt going to tip her. Last Friday, I decided to try them again for a dip mani and reg pedi. Well, as you can see my nails lasted exactly a week. Yesterday, I noticed a few were lifting on the side, which Ive never experienced with dip (SNS) nails. This morning three of them popped off, which led me to believe this was not dip however acrylic overlay. I decided to soak them off usually Ill dip the cotton in acetone, place it on my nail and wrap it with foil (and it takes forever to come off). This time I soak them in a bowl and they just came off in 20 minutes (dip nails DO NOT come off that easily). This is very disappointing to spend $70, 2hrs of my time and the quality of work is not even mediocre. I had high hopes for this salon, but they failed the test. So, future patrons I suggest you find somewhere else to spend your money and time because this shop isnt it!

I went in recently to get a basic dip powder manicure done. The first 10-15 minutes, the girl doing my nails looked like she didn’t know what she was doing and called over another lady for help and was asking her which bottles to use for dip powder. The dip powder she did on my nails was okay, but she didn’t even shape all of my nails evenly. The worst thing for me and the reason why I’ll never go back: none of the utensils she used on me were sanitized. None of the utensils were taken out of a sanitized package and all of them looked dirty. No telling when it was the last time they were cleaned! I suggest you find somewhere to get your nails done. There are plenty of options nearby.

This was my place to go to get my nails done. And a place I would recommend to everyone. I will not go back again after a girl wouldn’t put up her mask and the nail techs not doing anything to enforce the rules that are prominently displayed on their front door. They don’t care about your safety at all.

They work pretty good. I recommend it. I have gone more than 5 times and definitely I will come back again.

I have been going here for years to get my nails done. Amy is the best!!! She is super knowledgeable and very creative. I can tell that she is very passionate about her craft. Shes also really quick and punctual. Whenever she has an appointment scheduled, shes on time, and not to mention her quality. Her quality is worth all the money and all the tips shes AMAZING!!

Its really hard to find a Good nail tech But my search is over!! I had my nails done by Amy and she was amazing...her nail art is next level!!! So professional & completely satisfied with the service I was given! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them❣❣

Service was okay in terms of friendliness but I was hurt multiple times even after complaining. The UV machine got so hot it burned my hands multiple times. Not happy with the final product at all, these are SNS and they ended up looking so thick and unnatural. Would not recommend this place and I will definitely not be returning.

This has been my go-to salon for waxing for over a year now, but I finally got my nails done here and I am in love! My third time getting the dip powder on my natural nails and my experience here has been the best.

I only and always schedule with Tracy. She’s a dedicated and hardworking nail technician who handles my family and I. I never have issues with scheduling appointments or receiving the utmost care by her. I highly recommend their services. Brandon Nails is also incredibly affordable to me, with pedicures only being $25.

Brandon Nails is very nice, bright ckean salon. Amy is my favorite nail tech!!! She takes her time to make sure your nails look great, but is also very efficient. This is second time getting a gel manicure. They tell you gel manicure last two weeks, regular two daysWell I paid extra for gel and lasted two days 3 of my nails chipped 3rd day, 4th day one wholeNail (gel) came off. Poor quality. Will not be going here again.

Tracy has been doing my manicures and pedicures for the last 13 years. She’s is timely, thorough and professional. My entire family now goes to her (husband, sons, brother-in-laws, sisters, guest visitors-everyone!) LizThe salon itself is very clean and the entire staff is very nice and professional.

No better or worse than your average nail salon except that they work as a team to ensure your customer satisfaction. The only reason Im not rating it five stars is because my main technician cut me several times and filed over the cuts so that I had to hold back tears. There was no relaxation involved because a noisy live beyonce concert was being played. The noise invaded all peace I sought. But the staff was so kind and worked very hard and complimented me on my choices. I would like to go back.

My nails are done by Jenny. She makes sure her work area is clean at all times and in between customers. Her work is amazing. My nails do not fall off in between fill ins like they would with others. My eyebrows are always on point! Relaxed with a nice pedi all the time! I will not stop coming here!

Jenny is incredible at what she does! I love that she takes her time to make sure everything is perfect about my nails. She proved to me that dip powder is truly the best way to go! I pick my nails normally so I didnt know how well dip powder would work (I always chose acrylic) but it truly lasts the longest and outlasts acrylic! I havent broken a dip nail once versus I used to always come with at least one acyrlic nail off. Tracy is also very skilled and talented at what she does! This place is seriously great!

Mai was a great nail technician. She was quick and very friendly. I was able to show her a picture and she did a fabulous recreation. I will recommend her to everyone I know.

I am overjoyed! I was anxiously looking for a nail salon that provided a true spa experience after just a couple of weeks back the one I went to in Downtown was not great, especially once compared to the excelling service provided at Brandon’s. I am happy to say I have found my go-to! This is what a nail salon experience should be. The nail tech was kind, attentive to detail and, I can honestly say, provided the Best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever received. I left already looking forward to next time.

They are very prepared and organized services on reopening after COVID-19 lockdown. Today, for the first time that I go to to this nail salon to get a manicure and pedicure after almost two months of lockdown in Orlando area, I am very satisfied with the service there, the nail technician was very kind, pleasant, and professional. At the nail salon, they take all the precaution including let me to hand sanitizer to disinfect and measure temperate. In addition, all the table and every spot have been carefully separated by the secure separator to help minimize the risk of spreading of the pandemic. Furthermore, all the staffs are very professionally train to handle the services with glove, mask, gauge, and even a face shield. All in all, I am really satisfied with the services and felt super safe at this nail salon during the ongoing pandemic. I would recommend friend, family and everything to go there to get their nail services. 10/10!!!!!

Ive been coming to this place since it opened. From my first time the owner was so caring and nice and the staff was so thorough. I now live in Texas and came back in town and I have to say that I just wanted to go out of my way even as a busy person to say that this was the best pedicure I have ever had. Love it!

Cathy was my nail tech and she did a marvelous job. I wanted the natural look and she did just that. Everyone complimented on the fact they looked like my real nails. Cathy was very nice. We talked the whole entire time. I love great customer service!!!

I’ve never been the type to consistently go to the same place. I always bounce around between different nail salons or hair salons but I’ve been going to them for two months now, almost once a week. The service is always great and my nails always look amazing!

I’ve been to this place a couple of times and every time it took 15 minutes to do gel manicure.I’ve never heard anything like that before. How can you do gel manicure in 15 minutes? Last time I went there 2 weeks ago and again it took the girl 15 minutes and she wasn’t even pushing and cutting the cuticles. I had to tell her to do it. After a couple of days the gel polish started pilling off on the sides.I will not go to this place. They always in a rush to do the job and don’t really care about the quality.

Had my pedicure done here for the first time today. I made an appointment but its doesnt seem like you need one here. My technician was great, they took time on my pedicure just right. Ive never had anyone take such time to make sure my toes are perfect. I will definitely be back!

The nail salon techs gave every attention to detail possible. I got the lavender oil pedicure and was so relaxed after the hot stone massage. The nail color options were good and my feet look even more lovely. I will be returning!

Came here with a friend and the lady who did my friend was nice, but I got a gentleman who was rough on my feet, didnt even greet me and was talking back at me with attitude if I made a couple of suggestions cause he was not gentle on my feet. He was so rough he left line marks on the sides of my feet from the pedicure. My skin was bumpy after and felt dry. Ive been coming here for years and will not come back.
