Reasonable prices. Convenient location. Most nail techs are friendly. One bad experience last month with a popular female nail tech there who added an extra tip to my receipt without my consent. When called back to ask about it, was told that she would research it and get back to me. I never got a call back. Make sure you double check your receipt before you leave and check your bank account.

I was there on November 9th! Dealing with e terrible nail fungus! I have had my nails done professionally done for 35 years, never had any problems! I will be reporting to the health Departmentz

I love my nails! She did a million coats to make sure there were no spots and shaped them just how I wanted!

DO NOT GO!!!!!!! Trisha got my nail so hard & it fell off!!!! I also caught an infection and had yellow stuff coming out of my nails!!! I asked for a refund or atleast something & they said no!! That they can put another nail on top of my broken/ infected nails!!!!!!! Worst place ever !!!!! I will be suing

Great service. The staff was very kind and very accommodating. We came as a group of five and they allowed us all to be serviced at the same time. They did a great job.

Keep raising their prices. 40.00 for powder dipping which is normally 32.00. Charged 10.00 for changing g nail colors. Won’t be back there.You guys do realize there are nail salons all over the place? Might want to rethink your prices.

Finally getting a pedicure after all the Covid closures and they were extremely detailed and keen to keep the place clean. They wiped everything before and after the service.

All I asked for was powder gel, nothing else. The lady proceeded to cut my nails down to stubs, ASSUMING that I wanted tips, when I clearly did not ask for tips. I thought she was only trimming my nails to even them out with the 4 nails that were shorter, and since she was holding my hand down, I could not see how much nail she cut. After asking why she cut them so short she continued to say she would place tips on my nails. After explaining to her that I did not want tips, she proceeded to take the tips box and put it on the table to try and put tips on me. After explaining again a few times to another associate, it still was not clear. I felt I had no choice but to get up and walk out. Clearly I was not going to have a relaxing experience. Now I have stubby nails and have to find another salon. I will never go there again. They play stupid like they dont understand what you are saying.

I had my nails done here tonight and when Nancy was done I couldn’t stop smiling. She didn’t absolutely beautiful job on my nails!!!! I can’t wait to tell all my friends and come back to see her again in a few weeks

If I could give 0 stars I would, went to this salon and while after waiting 10 minutes an older lady walks in waits shortly and then is squeezed in to get her nails done. Don’t waste your time go somewhere where you are respected and your dollar holds value.

I always get my brows here done by mimi, she is my favorite person there. She always there and treats me with kindness when I come to do my eyebrows. She helped immediately today and she’s very professional. I want to say Thank you for providing me with GREAT customer service.

I was only lucky in this place the first time I visited. The 2nd time, they ruined my nails 💅 but I blamed a little bit on the fact that I was rushing. The most recent time I didnt get what I asked for, but I was so tired and stressed out that day that I didnt want to struggle, and the lady who did my nails was pregnant and very talkative and didnt want to make her feel bad. I will give this place one more chance. Then so, I will update my review.

Just left PC nails for a repair. Diane decided to make the broken nail SUPER THICK (to keep it from breaking- the reason why it broke was because of my mistake which I told her not that it wasnt thick). If you have to go to such extreme measures to fix a nail you do not need to work there... hire better nail techs! I have given her and PC nails three chances. I am officially done

Nice people, but their work is awful, I paid 80 bucks for the worst acryllic nails Ive ever had (pedicure was alright), my nails not even close to uniform, and when I asked for coffin nails they gave me this awful rounded oval shapes with no definition and gave me a french tip that is almost the entire nail. I was in a hurry so I couldnt dispute, but save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I ended up having to soak my fingers in warm water with vinegar and tea tree oil for a few days because of the infection I got. I know mistakes happen, but this shouldnt had happened. I rarely write negative reviews but this is my second time here and I still got a bad experience. I came here the second time around hoping things would have changed.

Live near by and randomly tried this place and was so disappointed.I told the girl who did my nails that I wanted to keep the length of my nail and wanted to make them more narrow. Funny enough she made it wider and shorter.She also used cuticle Remover in the place of acetone and it made my nails to weak and brittle. She even told me to be careful because they might break.She also stopped ever 30 seconds to talk to her friend next to her or to turn around and watch tv when she was in the middle of doing something. Wouldn’t recommend or ever return

SO TERRIBLE. More expensive than places around and horrible service. The lady dropped the exfoliating scrubber on the floor midway through then proceeded to pick it up and continue slapping it against my foot using no effort or skill. I was uncomfortable the entire time and I’ve never felt more rushed out of a service. All she did was talk to her coworker instead of paying attention to what she was doing. She also snapped at me when she lost my nail polish like I was somehow the one who misplaced it??? Regardless, it was terrible and I didn’t even want to tip. Not coming back.

Terrible! I walked in started with the owner doing my nails and another lady walks in she leaves me with my nails undone to do another client. I had to wait for 40 minutes until someone else takes over. Owner don’t know how to run a business

$5 more for using a grater during pedicule? No thanks. Not coming back.

My nails ended up looking fantastic, which is the only reason why this place is getting 2 stars. When it comes to their job, they are great at what they do. Been here 3 times before for acrylics and they are beautiful every time. However, there are many problems with some of the nail techs. First time was perfect, however the second and third time I got this one girl and I really wish I remembered her name, but oh well. I sat down and she started off by talking to another worker there for about a minute or two, before actually starting my nails. Multiple times she was on her phone, and every time the person on the other line would say something, she would completely pause and stop doing my nails while she was talking. Meanwhile, her son is running around the place, and all she does is aiden, stop that. multiple times she had to stop what she was doing to control her son, who was playing with nail equipment. At one point she completely stopped working on my nails for around 5-8 minutes to make an appointment with someone because there was NO one at the desk! Which is not only unprofessional but just disrespectful!! Not to mention most are really quiet, which I understand is because most of them only or mostly speak Chinese. However, my nail tech and many others can speak both fluently and still do not speak at all. Sometimes during a pedi, they will talk amongst themselves and laugh, it almost a seems they are talking about you and it is very rude. shame because this place is really cute but unprofessional.

Keys to stay in business. Open on time, used to go here for years. Finally gave up. Always made an appt for first thing in the morning and owners never opened on time, always 10-15 mins late. People have lives, dont promise and not deliver. Often times I was asked to come 15mins after opening, yeah sounds about right since thats when it was convenient to open shop. Ridiculous. Even nearby businesss would walk by and laugh and say theyre late again. Poor practice of business. Even when I would have an appt I often had to wait for my nail tech to be finished with a previous client which is beyond frustrating. Failure to open on time and over promising is what stopped me from coming here.

Below average services, pedicure was not a good experience would not recommend, acrylic nail broke on 2nd day.

The service is terrible, the products they use are of poor quality and they sell you the service as if it were the best.
