What grabbed my attention about this place when Snellville has MANY car wash spots is that outside of its proximity to my house, they use microfiber everything, NO brushes

As a customer and a former employee I have always loved the services here! The wash is always great the management always professional and super friendly! As someone who used to work here I always hate how most customers do not realize the towels are washed thought the day and they are wet for a reason it actually helps absorb the water better then a fully dry towel! I cannot wait to bring my new truck here and get the Blast with the ceramic! If you have issue or concerns just be an adult and talk with them they will help you the best they can or will explain why things might be the way they are! Jayce

Excellent and by far the BEST automatic Car Wash that I have experienced...Even the Basic Wash is thorough. The vacuums are powerful and they even provide drying towels and spray car scent for that freshly washed car experience....

Tried out the top tier wash with all the options ($25). Very similar to what Ive paid at the other automated washes around. Wash itself appears good. Half of the vacuums were out of order and couldnt find a clean rag to use for cleaning out the inside (at least they dont charge for the rags and sprays to help you finish the inside). Its the closest to home so will probably be back. Just wont be getting the $25 wash again.

My hubby and I were there Sunday Sept 5 around 2:30 pm. I was ahead of him in line. The conveyer belt stopped and we sat inside for about 10 minutes. I was under the high pressure dryer and a piece of my weatherstripping came loose and scratched up the whole passenger side of door due to whipping around from air. My hubby went inside after we got out and the whole crew acted like they had no idea the belt stopped. So someone said he cant give us a refund but instead gave us a credit for another wash. Lol. Then one came out to us and handed us a trim piece and asked if it was ours. It wasnt. I understand things happen and pieces fly off of cars. But we were stuck inside for too long. I actually recorded from inside my car. Its just too risky to go back here. Also wondering if they are liable for damages since it was their system that malfunctioned.

I paid 15.00 for a wash. My car is white and after it was finished the whole thing was still dirty. So they told me to drive through again. After the second time thru it is still dirty Do not waste your money here.

Quick and easy! I did the $7 wash (basic). The attendant soaped up my windows before I went in. My truck came out shiny and pollen free. No complaints.

Recent first time visit. Fair price, good wash, vacuums worked well, and was provided free towels to wipe off the remaining water from the car.Ill be back.

This is one of the better car washes I have ever been to. They have a rug shampoo machine which got out all the spills in my rug which was amazing

Great car wash, well maintained, staff has been the same for a while therefore showing a good work environment. The buff and shine (optional) at the end of the car wash is overrated, not worth the extra money as its not consistent when buffing the car front to back. But a great business overall.

I love the way the car wash gets my trucks clean. I have the ceramic seal packages on both trucks. It gives my trucks that extra shine and protects my paint from the weather elements. The rain just beads up and rolls off my vehicles. There are no nicks or scratches from the cloth washers.The tire shine and ceramic seal lasts for at least a week or better. It depends on how often I am driving g the vehicle.The staff are friendly and accommodating. I just wish Dinoland offered discounts for customers like me that have multiple packages on my vehicles.

Did a decent job for spending $25, wish it had gotten a bit more grime off. Great vacuums and cleaning accessories.

Wash is ok, don’t waste your money paying for tire shine 😏. Mentioned to the attendant that I paid for this and is this how it’s supposed to be? His response, “guess so” 🤦🏾‍♂️. Gee thanks for the great service

The strongest vacuums and all detailing products are included. Towels are always available. I dont like having to pay extra for these things, like some places. Attendants give you a little pre-scrub too which helps.

Vacuum power is fantastic. All the supplies to help clean inside and out.

Pretty neat place. Kids loved it. Got some option with a bunch of dino names (blast?) and I have no idea what any of it did but there were lots of fun neon lights and stuff.More practically, the wash was good and the vacuums are very good value tacked on with two vacuums per car and complimentary rags and sprays to do windows. Very happy with this place.

The inside is cool but it came out horrible I got the 20$ doller wash dont waste youre money in the tire shine it didnt do anything all the towels where so dirty the bottles where empty and a lot of the vacuum wasnt working and when I called in and told them I asked for the manager and the guy responded with hes doing something right now sorry 😒 will not come back

Paid $25 to have my vehicle washed and coated. Thankfully they provided towels and cleaner. I had to rewash my hood, the back and all 4 wheels. The “wash” couldn’t even take care of brake dust on the wheels. I would have been better off saving my money and washing it myself... seeing as how I basically had to do that anyway... employees walking by watching me rewash my car and no one said a thing. Have no intentions of coming back. Definitely wasted my money. Save yours if you are reading this.

We took the kids here. Not for the actual car wash itself but for the short washing-lighting effect. Wish it couldve lasted a bit longer. They loved it!

First time there. Nice touch they provide microfiber towels and window cleaner. Would have been nice if they would have attached a piece of tape to back windshield to keep in in place during washing and drying. It was flipping all around. Surprised it didnt get torn off. No attendant on duty spoke a word. All in all nice for a new place.

Customer service sucks and this comes from the owner Hanna. My credit card was charged a fraudulant fee of $29.00. The service was cancelled and the owner did not honor the cancellation. The owner Hanna was very rude and disrespectful in handling this situation. This is a great way to open a new business in the community. Remember customer service should always be 1st in any business. Do not sign up for any promotions Dinoland Car Wash will charge you thr full price and not honor the cancellation.

Overall had a great car wash! My car came out looking clean and sparkly! My only complaint would be that there were no clean towels, only dirty ones in the clean towel bin. Next time I would probably bring my own!

Best Car Wash I have ever been to!

Would have given 5 stars if the vacuums werent so excessively powerful. They have such excessive suction, they rip your mats out of the floor instead of vacuuming up the dirt. Staff could also be friendlier.

Signed up for a monthly car wash subscription because the subscription only cost $3.99 for the first month. After that the subscription cost will shoot to $29.99. My car didnt come out extra clean but but my children enjoyed the neon light show on the inside.

I took my Audi through for the top of the line wash with the ceramic coating. Car came out 95% dry, tires were shiny, and car overall very clean. They provide air guns, all purpose/window cleaner, two styles of vacuum nozzles so you can get in all the hard to hit areas, and towels readily available. Couldn’t ask for a better wash

Awesome carwash. I thought the price was high until i realized all the stuff they let you use. Carpet mat shampooer, air compressor to get in the tight corners, towels, window cleaner and all purpose cleaner. The 10 dollar wash is well worth it. My car is cleaner and i dont have to keep my detailing supplies in my car anymore.

This place needs a true raincheck. I washed my truck...spent an hour there with vacuuming and interior cleaning. Then out of nowhere it rained hard.

9/22 UPDATE - went again to a more friendly payment system and got my car washed - great system and did a good job on the car.April 2020 - Tried to make my first visit and debit card didnt work, Amex didnt work, M/C didnt work - backed out and left. Fortunately, these services are available all around Snellville. You start a business to make money and the machine that collects it doesnt work? Best of luck.

I have never had any problems with the Dinoland I go there twice a week and my car stays clean

For a car wash to be new everything was broken including my vacuum cleaner and when I got out of the car wash for some reason I still had bubbles on my car will not be on here again

Every thing is good the car is clean and tires are shiny its just that the car comes out like 60% dry. the car comes out really wet. This would be the best car wash if they could fix how dry the car comes out.

Sign says open til 8pm. We arrived at 7:49pm and kid ran all the way across establishment to tell me it was too late to wash and vaccum. I asked why and he said I could wash but they were turning off vaccum. Very disappointed. I spend $25 once maybe twice a week to be told this?! I had to back up away from the gate and exit the car wash.

Cleanest my car has been in a while. The one down the street left the middle of my car dirty. Dinoland has enough steps and scrubbers to clean my entire car!

I WENT IN TO GET MY CAR WAS TODAY, AND AS ONE OF THE MANAGERS WAS DOING THE PRE- WAS HE BROKE MY TAG PLATE AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME ABOUT IT, WHEN I MENTIONED IT HE WAS JUST NONCHALANT ABOUT NO APOLOGY NOTHING, HE JUST SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT, IT WASNT ABOUT ME WANTING ANYTHING BUT THE FACT THAT HE DIDNT EVEN TELL ME, I THOUGHT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LIKE I WASNT LOOKING IN MY MIRROR . THEN HE JUST SIMPLY WALKED AWAY. THE CAR WAS IT SELF IS GREAT BUT THE STAFF SMH. IM GIVING THIS SCORE BECAUSE OF THE WAS NOT THE STAFF.

One of the staff members harassed me and told me to leave and started to swear at me and my friend for vacuuming our car he was so disrespectful and down right hatful not to mention rasist against me worst car wash in snellville I filled a complant to the manager and got no response honest to God one of the worst experiences of my life
