It took me a bit to find a good nail place but Ava Nails is great! The staff is super friendly and they always do an amazing job. They can recreate pretty much any picture you bring in for your nails and their products are very good quality!

I have been seeing Gwen for lash extensions since I moved to Orlando! Gwen always does an amazing job with my eyelash extensions... I can go in and not say anything, and she transforms my lashes into something I couldnt even imagine. She is always so polite, prompt, and offers the best quality lashes/glue with maximum retention. I have been getting eyelash extensions for over 3 years now, and she keeps my lashes healthy and beautiful with no damage!Aside from the eyelash extension services, I have seen other employees for different services such as gel manicures, dip nails, gel-x nails and pedicures! More recently I got the gel-X nails with a design (as seen in pictures below) for vacation (David took care of me), and little to my knowledge I got engaged while on vacation. My gel-x nails helped my hands pop in the pictures during the engagement, and were so light and easy to remove when you are ready! They take their time doing the designs you request, and will ensure you are completely satisfied before walking out of the door!If you are wanting any kind of pampering or beauty services, LOOK NO FURTHER, Ava is the place to go! They offer a variety of services, with great technicians to get the job done right and have you looking beautiful! I recommend the Zesty pedicure, I get one once a month! The staff is kind, makes you feel very welcome, and keeps you comfy by offering complimentary drinks (including mimosas). 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

I have been looking for a new nail salon near my house for a very long time. I’m super picky about where I go and want the best quality. I found Ava nail salon on google and read the reviews and was quite impressed. I thought let me give it a try. I went in with my expectations blown awayyyyy! From the front reception to the staff including the manager we’re AMAZING! I got my nails and toes done with Mike and he’s the sweetest! Made me feel comfortable my entire time there. They actually conversant with you unlike most places. They made me feel like I’ve known them for years. I finally found my nail salon and I’m not leaving anytime soon! I’m definitely coming back! 😁 If you’re like me and debating whether you should schedule just do it you honestly will not regret it! Thanks to all the staff for being so awesome! ❤️❤️

I had been coming to this salon and overall was pretty happy with it after several visits - One time my paint chipped the next day, but no big deal was not to upset by this and they fixed it . Here’s where things went downhill I went for a pedicure yesterday and this time the women randomly cut my nail extremely short very quickly without even asking what length or the standard cutting question - I didn’t even have time to say not short until it was to late . Not only that but when I said oh whoa why did you just cut my nail that short she didn’t respond and continued to cut my other nails very short. I now have severe pain in my big toe and she literally cut it rounded to where now I have to make sure I don’t get an ingrown toe nail and have been up all night because it hurts so bad . I am not trying to bash this place in any way as I do think they are clean and some working there are good at their job but I got unlucky that day . Basically I don’t want this to happen to someone else so be sure you quickly tell them not to short that’s all I can say .

Gwen is amazing at lashes and Kenny killed it with my nails. I have super high expectations and they always exceed them. Ava salon puts the effort into making sure all of their staff is trained to do exceptional work. 100% recommend.

The staffs and salon follow covid guidelines, friendly service and quality work. Great selection for gel polish and dip colors. They offer full body wax and lash extension, lash lift, eyebrows lamination and tinting services as well. This has been the best nail salon I have found in the Orlando area! They are so sweet and our all family. They also treat you like family the second you walk in the door. Everytime I have gotten my nails there, I have walked out having a new favorite nail look every time! They can do every design or picture you throw at them. I’m so happy I found them. The best part of the place is the front desk lady she’s very nice and professional. There was a dead bug next to my chair. During the pedicure, the water for my feet was cold. At the end of my pedicure, the lady put my shoes on for me and left. She didn’t say anything like wait 15 min or I’ll be back to tell you when it’s dry, nothing she just left and I never saw her again. So I gave it some time and headed out. Now my toe is already ruined.

I got my nails done by Kenny this evening. I LOOOOOOVE them. Everyone was/is super nice and they are putting the safety of their clients and staff first. I will be back!

The services Ive recieved are eyebrow wax, classic pedicure and acrylic full set with design. I had gel polish on my toes prior to and the salon charges for removal if you dont get gel back on. The fee is small. The word part of that the salon also charges for shaping the nail and I think that stinks. The service from all employees is great. When offered refreshments they even provide a mimosa. It tasted great. Id recommend doing an online appointment because with walk in you never know if their fully booked. I came in a Tuesday morning and booked my time on their webpage. My tech Mike was really friendly and consulted my design from their webpage. I would definitely return as they have lots of staff, provide excellent work and have a nice ambiance.

I’ve been searching for a nail place that I can go to that’s reasonable priced, and can do anything Instagram worthy and FINALLY I found them!!! I also got pairs aight Tiffany and I LOVE her!! I showed her pics and ideas and she instantly gotmy vibe. Also, my acrylic fill with designs on every nail was ONE hour! Bless!!! So happy with my nails and I’m already scheduled for my next appointment.

I love this place! They are so friendly, professional and do an amazing job. I’ve recently started going to David Le for my acrylic with gel polish and he does beautiful work!

7-24-21 I paid for a Classic pedicure and I was VERY disappointed. I paid a total of $56 because I also asked for gel polish. I had to keep asking if callus remover was used because my feet still had skin all over it. I had to ask for the hot towel. My cuticles weren’t all the way cleaned, lotion and sugar was still all over my legs, I had to rub in and dust off. I kept telling the lady about my callus and she kept telling me to soak it in coconut oil when I get home. I mean, I was paying for my feet to be done right there. That was my purpose of getting it done “professionally “! I’m so disappointed!

This salon is not only professional but very friendly and has always made me feel very welcome. The work that I have received from them has always been of the highest quality and I have never left unsatisfied. From start to finish I enjoyed my experience and almost didn’t want to go! The salon is very clean and I noticed they do take their covid precautions seriously as everything is sanitized and wiped down after each use making me very safe. I can’t wait to come back!

The nail tech didnt understand what I asked for. She had to get a 2nd person & a 3rd person before they could tell me they were not equipped to replace only 1 gel overlay. I might get an infection. However, they would do 10 & no mention of infections if I would like a whole set. I took a chance going there as they are new to the area, support local businesses & all that. Ill be driving to the Loop to see my nail tech of 10 years. I was looking for something closer to home when I went to Ava Nails & Lash. Learning from my mistakes.

My Lash Tech Gwen was PHENOMENAL. She gave me awesome service, she placed lashes so well I fell asleep and woke up with fluffy beautiful lashes. The location was clean and relaxing. The staff was attentive and kind from reception to the very end. Do yourself a favor and run to Ava Nails for your lash and nail needs.

I get my lashes done by Gwen and she’s so amazing. The is under new ownership and it’s so nice. So happy with my nails!!! They usually last 3 weeks and I still get compliments on the 3rd week. Great color selection for gel. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was very nice and peaceful. I cannot recommend a better place to get your lashes and nails done at. The staff here are the most friendly people that make you feel soooo comfortable every time you come in. They are interactive and really listen to what you want. Liem, Gwen, and David have all done my services there and they are such perfectionists that will make sure that I leave with exactly what I want each time. They have gone above and beyond for me and my mom every single time we go. I live 45 minutes away from this place but still take the trip to go here over anywhere else because they are that good. Apparently, this business do not take walk ins..Went for a pedicure and manicure and was turned away but online their was open appointments hmm anyway other establishments would be happy to take my money..on to the next!

This place was recommended by the aesthetician at EWC down the street. Im disappointed. I went in for a very basic full set and basic pedi. During the pedicure the tech shoved the trimmers into my toe claiming I had an ingrown nail. It was extremely painful and i pulled my foot away. She did this not once but twice. My toe was infected and inflamed for a week afterwards. Never have i had an ingrown nail issue, and never have i seen ingrown nails handled that way. Now on to my full set. it was fast. the color selection was limited and by the end of it all my thumb nails were different lengths, and heres the kicker. $72 for this fiasco. there was a $5 charge for tips, which I have NEVER seen in the industry unless it was extended lengths. I cant justify paying $5 for 10 tips when the whole supply probably costs less than that. also a $4 charge for shaping. I had very short nails and she attempted coffin shape. the icing on the cake is that the set didnt even last a week. the foundation for both ring fingers was faulty and they both broke less than a week after application. I wish i could make this up, but i cannot. this was price gouging at its best. i do NOT recommend this place.it is clean and pretty and new, but definitely not worth almost $100 for the most basic offerings of their services.i see the work of other techs, it looks lovely. this was my first experience, unfortunately it was terrible.
