This review is about one person. Andre. I walked in and asked for a pedicure & gel manicure. The young man upfront says “ acrylics?” And I said no. He told me to wait an hour. After an hour I get my manicure done. I then go ask about my pedicure and he says “ you never asked for one ”. I was obviously confused since I had asked for one but mostly shocked at his attitude towards me. I reminded him of the exact words that we exchanged to which he responds “ you never asked for a pedicure, if you’d said it I’d remember”. I was absolutely flabbergasted at his tone and his rudeness. I still managed to remain calm and settled for a polish change since I at least wanted my nails to match. He escorts me to the back with an attitude where the same lady does my polish change. As I walk out into the bright lights I immediately notice my nails are not the same color. I have red orange toenails and neon pink finger nails. I showed him and asked how that was possible. He said if I really wanted to I could have them re done but at that point I was so frustrated I wanted to leave thinking I would eventually not notice. Upon coming home and looking at them I notice my fingernails have now started to develop white and black spots. That was it. I called and the same arrogant guy picks up. I told him it had been an awful experience from start to end and my nails looked awful and were completely different colors. He seemed like he could care less and said “ so what do you want a refund?” Then I asked him for his name and he panicked. He said “ why do you want my name ?!” I explained that usually people ask for names to know who it was handled by. He reluctantly said his name was Andre. I thought it was over until He called me back!!!! He actually called me back to ask if I was planning on writing a review saying he offered me a refund hoping I wouldn’t write a review! Then he said if I was planning on writing a review he wouldn’t refund me. He then proceeds to ARGUE with me about what he said and what he meant and by then I was done, I repeated verbatim all that had happened that day and told him it was way to late for apologies and was not interested in arguing with him any longer. Fun fact, apparently he was the manager that day. I have come here many many times over a span of many years and this is the first time anyone has been anything less then absolutely courteous and kind. This boy needs an attitude adjustment and apparently needs to be told that calling back customers to threaten them is probably not protocol. Andre, please learn some manners and go get a job elsewhere where your condescending arrogant attitude is more suited. Turns out after sharing my experience with other people I’m not the only one who mi longer comes here because of him.

I scheduled an appointment for my 2 daughters and after 1 waiting for nearly 25min next to the other getting her pedicure, I check in on here and the front desk guy changes her time because he said he didn’t have anyone to do her toe nail sculpting but he didn’t tell me that right away. I’d been their previously but this will be my last visit. Don’t waste your time. Their just in a high end area of town, definitely not a lot of experienced nail techs there.

I have been using this place for years, I like their services a lot. This is why Im giving 5 stars. But today I couldnt do my pedicure there because the staff were not using face masks and I didnt want my self to be exposed to corona virus. I understand now in Florida it is not mandatory. But the virus still here and even more contagious then before. I wish if the owner will consider using masks at least for the customers will request it.

I got my first gel from them three weeks ago. Today I had three nails with fungus. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years Ans never got fungus. The owners son when I told him didn’t even apologize, he said, “LET ME SEE”. Like I would lie about something so visible. And took a whopping 10$ off the bill.Poor service recovery, I would not recommend this place of business at all, especially if you don’t want a fungal infection!!!!!

OK Ive had some great services before but Arielle (Ariel) has been one of my favorite human beings. It had been quite a while since my last pedicure and typically stretch out time in between when Im really stressed and deserve that me time. Ive tried a couple of salons around Orlando and always end up back here, this time with Arielle. Shes super professional, courteous, attentive, most importantly she anticipates needs and truly exhibits service excellence (its no secret the level of service will keep a customer or break an experience). Shes also skilled in the services I received and was really happy when I left. If unsure about a color or style, shell consult what would be best for you individually. The experience felt personalized, even for a regular ol patron like myself. Will definitely be requesting her from now on...and honestly, may make me start returning more frequently than before.

Maria is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever experienced. She does an awesome full body massage and stretches your lower back as well. Highly recommend making an appointment with Maria for stress or tension relief!

The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They do great gel French pedicures and massages. I always love it there! :)

Let me start off by saying that I am a VERY picky person. With that being said, Tori was by far the best of the best! Between the way she massages and how much of a perfectionist she is, I would not go back to someone else! This is the perfect spa atmosphere. Super relaxing you can easily fall asleep!

I got the pedi flex today and it was incredible! The spa is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is friendly. It’s clean and COVID standards were put in place. Love the water fountain feature.I highly recommend this spa. All the pricing is straight forward on their website.

Our first time at M.C. Spa & Nails on Sand Lake and it was fantastic! Ariel and Sandra were absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend their service!

The location is very peaceful and quiet, the chairs are very comfortable and the room is dimly lit which helps to relax. I got the 75 min pedicure that came with the massage. Maria performed my massage and did an incredible job, she really focused in on my neck, scalp and my tired feet from walking around Universal for 3 days. I got my nails done after by another woman who was very quick, and did an excellent job detailing my feet. Will be back very soon!

I scheduled a PediBliss Pedicure and absolutely loved it. Ruth did the best shoulder, neck and foot massage! I will definitely be back to see her. Mary did an excellent job on my pedicure and my toes look fabulous. I look forward to another visit in the future.

I hadn’t had a pedicure in about 2.5 years and a pro massage in 4. I chose the PediBliss which included a shoulder/neck and calf/foot massage. It was AMAZING!!! I found a really cute color too for my toes (due to my job I can’t have nail color). The massage therapist was a miracle worker! The staff was all friendly, calm voiced, and efficient with each other. Highly recommend and will go back!

The massage was excellent.Tyson is a great therapist but I had the worse manicure and pedicure . I had been coming to this place for years I love the place but specifically the one that did my nails today needs a lot of improvement. I wish I could send pictures of how my nails look . Please talk to the person and let her learn to do nails better .

I have been coming to M.C. Spa for 3 years, and I had a terrible experience in 2019 that kept me from returning. One day I was in desperate need, so I came back to the place that I new. Requested someone different and let me tell you what a wonderful turnaround from that 1 disappointing experience. I called the girls the perfect trifecta. Maria came in for my massage and her hands are like angel hands. Perfect pressure, attacking my knots and directly going to the pin points to release stress and pressure. Sahars facial left my skin feeling flawless! (I have also done pedicures with Sahar and she is such a perfectionist) Ambiance was perfect and to finish, Jenny, for my pedicure. A simple pedicure with a 15 minute reflexology, left my feet feeling renewed! Maria, Jenny & Sahar will always be my go-to girls!

Enjoyed the atmosphere and Nina was very professional and did a great job with my manicure and pedicure.

I’ve been going to MC Spa for pedicures for a few years now. I get the Happy Feet pedicure which includes a 25 minute massage on your back/neck/legs/feet. It’s a great deal at $45! The place is very clean and the nail technicians and massage therapists have always done a great job.

I really love getting my pedicures here! As your feet soak you get a nice back and neck massage from a massage therapist 😎 I’m a local and returning guest! Jose the LMT is amazing and such a sweet soul and hard worker!

I have had multiple services with her to include anti-Aging & Restore facial, full body massage and reflexology massage therapy for my feet!. Far exceeded my expectations! I still love the ambiance of this spa, very tranquil and relaxing while still being invited. Sahar also does facials which Im looking forward to experiencing. I cant recommend this location enough and I highly recommend asking for Sahar.Original:I wanted to love this place. Ambiance is nice and most of the staff seems ok. However my nail tech is glued to her phone. She literally was rubbing my feet with one hand while texting with the other. I took a video because I just couldnt believe it. She asked me not to video so I wont post it out of respect for her privacy but Im still blown away.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Mary did my nails and they are amazing and she was so sweet! She didn’t pressure me but helped me in doing a full pedicure instead of a polish change and I’m so happy I listened to her because the pedicure was amazing!! George did my massage and he was so friendly and did an awesome job! This is my new go-to place 100% and will be dragging my friends here with me so they can experience it as well! The prices are extremely fair, not too expensive and a great value!!

It got a gel manicure and a toe polish change it was very nice. The only thing is that the chair was quite uncomfortable especially while she was doing the polish change on my toes.

It is always a pleasure. However I felt the service was with an attitude. She was pleasant but I felt she had an attitude! Like I was doing her a favor for being there! I did not feel at peace! I felt uncomfortable and Like I was a bother. It’s unfortunate because I am a repeat customer and brought 2 other new customers with me.

This was my first time visiting Mc Spa and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the atmosphere to how dark and quiet the back area is along with soft music in the background. TORI did my massage & pedi. Hands down by far the BEST massage and pedi I’ve received in a while!!! She massages BETTER than the actual licensed massage therapist. Shes very strong and will get ever bump or lump you have out! She was very friendly and VERY meticulous!!! She cut my cuticles perfectly(usually every time I get a pedi the nail tech always cuts me or pushes back the cuticle too far) and the paint job was above and beyond! I was extremely happy with my visit. Will be coming back and bringing friends!

I’ve gone to this salon for about 15 years, back when it was called magic nails. Vincent is my favorite nail tech. He’s so talented and professional. He’s been employed there for 15-20 years and is just great all around :) The salon is always very clean and they keep up with the latest and greatest in their industry, so they offer new services frequently which is refreshing. The owner is a sweetheart too!

BEST DIP!!! When ever I come home to Orlando I get my nails done here. I just looked down at my unchipped perfect dipped nails and realized that I was home 5 weeks ago!! Literally longest lasting dip.

I am very disappointed. I was going to have brunch today next door and decided to come in to MC Spa for some info. I was told no walk ins. But, was told they had openings for a pedi and gel mani for today, 2 and 1 half hours later. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a Happy Feet pedi. Which included a 25min massage. I agreed. Came back at appointment time. Was told they would start with mani. Ok by me. After mani by Vincent, I was called to another room (pedis) by Jorge/George, the masseuse and he gave me the 25min massage included in the Happy Feet service. When done with massage, he let me know a tech would be coming to preform the pedi. Well, few minutes later, receptionist came into room, saw me waiting, left and came back to ask me my name and to inform me a tech would be with me soon. Also asked if i wanted a drink. I said no thanks, Jorge had already brought me one. I started seeing the reaction of other techs (who were working on other clients) as they saw me waiting! I knew I could be in trouble. 15 min later, I see a new tech come in with a new client for a pedi! I got up, went to reception. Of course they knew exactly why I was there. The male receptionist apologized. Let me know that the tech Susan/Susanna was supposed to be there but wasnt and proceeded to tell me I owed $55 ($30 for mani and $25 for 25 min massage-part of pedi). Then he asks me....everything else was ok, right?Unbelievable!! Then i get home and one of my nails is all messed up! Very disappointed.Jorge/George so sorry, but MC Spa cost you a client!Very disappointed,Kim L.

Really great for the typical spa-like experience for manicures and pedicures. not my favorite for eyebrow waxing- went 2x in the past year for eyebrow waxing and they messed up both times (changed my brow shape + made them too thin). good aside from that.

My leg and back massage was exquisite...I still feel relaxed three hours later. When I go back in two weeks, I hope to get the same guy...Thank you 💋 My Happy feet Pedicure was great and my feet are feeling splendid.

Oh my gosh! I randomly wandered in here one day on the way home from work and Im so glad I did. First of all, the ambiance is phenomenal and just what I needed after a long day of work. I got the neck and shoulder massage along with my pedicure and that was so incredibly relaxing.I will definitely be back to try their other services, especially a massage!

I made a last minute appointment for my birthday. The girl Tori who did my nails cut my cuticle back so much on 2 fingers bled and now my finger is looking infected. The other girl that did my pedicure kept answering her phone and responding to texts. Her paint job was not great on my toes either. Overall VERY disappointed. This use to be my favorite place to go but not sure I will be back after this experience.

On 4/1, I presented a gift card I got for Christmas and was told it expired on 3/31. There was no expiration date anywhere on the card, and I pointed that out. The manager simply said we told our customers when they purchased the card that it was only good until 3/31. Even if that were the case, that is very poor management. My family of 5 are regular customers and even if the card expired on 3/31, management should error on the side of the customer being right, especially since management did not properly document the policy. This was very disappointing and poor customer service.

I have been getting my nails done by Jennifer for over 15 years. She is the absolute best in every way. I recommend her to everyone. She is always cheerful, on time, thorough and meticulous and I always get compliments on my nails. My elderly parents recently moved here so I’ve been bringing my cute Mom to MC Spa. Jennifer is so careful, thoughtful, patient and caring toward my mother it makes me appreciate her even more. I’ll never go anywhere else.
