This place first off is the best! Second I came in for a deluxe pedicure and they treated me like royalty! The lady had the most amazing touch and a level of skill close to a medical surgeon with her accuracy and precision.I wish I could give this place more stars. Honestly the chairs were so comfortable and everything they used was perfect and great products and techniques with the hot towels and lotions, I will be making more visits!

I absolutely love the way my Cat Eye nails came out. They exceeded my expectations!! I walked in and was treated as fair and someone with an appointment but appointments are definitely encouraged!!

Very disappointing, I’ve come to this salon on and off for years and the quality work is not there anymore and for the price it’s not worth it!! Waited over an hour sitting on the pedicure chair, felt ignored.. after over 2 hours later they finished my pedicure and the tech rushed the whole time smh! The last time I ever go here again!!

Poor customer service. Do not recommend! The manager is the rudest person I have ever met. Do not waste your time!

Love this place - Jennifer is awesome! From the COVID-19 protocols to the attention to detail when doing my dip powder nails & pedicure, everything is great. Very quick & efficient. I recommend making an appointment specially if you’d like to be seen with Jennifer. Once you go to her I doubt you’ll go anywhere else.

This place is OPEN on Mondays, unlike the other salon next to Publix. Good and quick service.

Ive been coming here for years and the people are very friendly, but the last three times Ive been they have rushed through my manicure and have clipped the side of my nail/skin so short I have bled. They really need to slow down and pay better attention.

Very sloppy, my index finger started to bleed from the nail file. they also gave themselves a tip i did not leave. there are a couple people there who are really good but the individual that did my nails was not. at all. the photo attached is only a couple days after getting my nails done

I have been going here for about a year and I love it! I would recommend making an appointment because they do get very busy. Brandon and Annie are amazing at what they do! Everyone has been very friendly also.

I went here yesterday on 11/13th for the first time before I caught a flight out of town. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and left with a burn mark under my eyebrows from the hot wax. The wax should’ve been checked before the employee put it in my face.

I’m still at the salon now. I am very unsatisfied with my experience here. I did a fill with an older Asian woman, who was rushing through the job and had an attitude when I made a complaint about the old thick nail polish she was using. I would not recommend this nail salon and I will not be returning!!! Also, I am sick of them muttering who knows what under their breath. This is America and customer service should be taken more seriously. They were completely unsympathetic and unprofessional.

I got an acrylic FILL and repaired 1 nail. I BROUGHT my OWN GEL polish and JEN the owner tried to charge me $35!! A acrylic fill is $12 nail repair $3 she tried to charge me an additional $13 for the lady painting my nails with MY OWN polish. UNHEARD OF NO WAY. I put $20 on the table and left. Don’t waste your time she didn’t even paint my nails right.

Dont get your nails done here!!! Owner or person in charge did my nails and my pedicure, came out so awful! My nails look fat and thick. She destroyed my new sandals because she spilled drops of acetone on them. She even tried to say that it wasnt her. That my sandals was like that. She hurt my thumb filling and it started to bleed. I cant. Good luck going there. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

Jennifer and her husband run an amazing, clean, friendly nail salon. They always do a great job! They update their colors often and have many dip/gel to choose from. They also keep their massage chairs updated and recently installed some new state of the art chairs. I have recommended many friends and family and all still go here because their service is one of a kind. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

I love this place, I won’t go anywhere else for my nails. They always do a perfect job. What was even more surprising, is this really young guy who was new (maybe 18 or so, filling in cause it was busy?) did my nails and they came out sooo good. I was actually really surprised for some reason. I trust they always provide the best services and nail techs.

Go see Julie! Shes the best my gel nails have lasted 3 weeks and still look amazing! By far the best gel mani around and only $25.00. They also have brand NEW massage pedicure chairs that are amazing!!! My husband even loves it!

Such a horrible place I feel sorry for the ladies that that are left at this place the best of them have left to work in a better place . Most of the ones that still work in the place are not experienced and they do a bad job I usually try to give them another chance because I understand that that’s their job. But today Was the worse, I feel bad for the lady she did such a bad job I give her the chance to fix it and she try but instead she ruin it more and the man (the monster) Starts screaming at the lady’s Ect and say that they’re not gonna fix anything to let us go And he was moving his arm like a crazy person I just look at him give the lady 10 $15 for her time I didn’t want her to end up with nothing but shame . And all they did was partially remove my daughters nails but they left it in horrible shape and I just left before my temper change and I end up calling the police or something. Please please this guy need to go down he needs to understand he’s not in his country were he mistreats women’s in the work place and he screams at customers .

I came in for a SNS dip powder manicure and it took over two hours to finish my services. I waited 20 minutes to have remover put on, then another 30 minutes before anyone came back to start removing my previous powder. Then the actual manicure itself took over an hour to complete. Is a good manicure? Yes. Was it worth the 2 hours of my day? Not really. Frustrated with the customer service- if it’s going to be a wait for somebody to be able to tend to me, I’d appreciate knowing that upfront.

My sister and I went her to get full sets and pedicures also she got her eyebrows done. It was really cool to see how they work they split up jobs based on who available is bet at that specific job. My nails turned out great my legs and feet are so soft and my sisters eyebrows look great even a professional hair salon that charged twice the price did not do my sisters eyebrows that well. Would love to visit again

My go to!!!, Even when I moved out of the area, I still travel to this spot for their treatment. The owner, and all the nail techs are amazing. Nancy, Annie or Hannah always say hello to me and my friends by name. Plan to spend more time here because the treatment is worth it. Im never rushed out, complimentary wine,soda, water, always! I feel like an Angel when I leave!

So incredibly rude; came in for a full set and pedicures for two people and their lack of customer service had me walk out. There were five women working and no other customers yet they continued to talk to each other instead of answering my questions about the polish options, when I asked about a specific color they said I don’t know, go check the wall. At that point I was done.

I come here probably every 2 weeks for a pedicure. The entire staff is super friendly and everyone is consistently good at pedicures and manicures. It means a lot when the owners say hi on every visit. I now send all of my friends here even if they live on the other side of town!

Dont waist your time and money at this place. I was really disappointed. Made an appointment for a full set days before, got to the location 10 minutes early, Jennifer started to do my nails 42 min after my appointment. I attempted 3 time to have a conversation with my Jennifer, she will give me short answered and kept talking in her language all the time.At one point she was filing my nails with step 1 on my left hand, she stopped to talk on the phone and when she came back, she started to do my left hand with step 2 and then continue to right hand with step 2. I asked if she was going do the set 1 on my right hand. She argued back saying, I did them, I remember.Jennifer send me to wash my hands and started to put the polish, and I seen all the extra acrylic under all my nails that she didnt file off. I asked about the extra acrylic. Jennifer toke all my nail polish off, filed the extra acrylic off and re-filed my right hand again (doing the steps 1 and 2). Send me to wash my hands one more time. When I was looking at my right hand she filed my nails so low that it seemed like I needed a new fill. When she finished with the polish she switched me to another station for my nail to dry. She sat another customer at her station and offered her something to drink, half way down the salon she turned around and asked me. She was super nice to the customer who she sat down right after me. Talking and laughing.I also asked for coffin shape. My nails still looked square. Clearly she is not nice to people who arent her customers.My boyfriend got me a 30$ gift card for this place thinking thats the place I mentioned to him about, that I wanted to go.I wanted to go to Central Nails (same plaza, next to Publix). I didnt argue about my nails, I payed and left.This place was crowded and no one was friendly. Dont waist your time or money in this place.Just walk down to Central nails and you will not regret it. I had my nails done by a guy, super friendly and funny. Also hes a great nail tech, amazing job. I added a picture of my nails done at Central nails on the google reviews.

Very poor service even though the bails did come out nice. Just didnt feel welcoming - I had my 2 teens and my adult niece and no one really talked to us or welcomed us. We also kept getting upsold....

Dang I had to cut down my nails and I figured I would try some place different... my go to place made sure my sns was smooth and perfect on every nail... I questioned about the top coat and she had a little sass in her answer but as she was explaining I was just staring at my nails trying not to laugh bc of how AWFUL they turned out. She told me verbatim “that place doesn’t know what they’re doing we do” again holding in my laughter. Maybe they do other services well but I would not recommend them for sns. They were lumpy as heck! I will show pictures of my nails before and after.

I came here today to get a nail repair. I had a gel manicure last week at a salon out of town, otherwise I would have gone back to the original place. Anyway, I explained that I just wanted a repair for the two fingers that the polish had peeled off. After matching the color almost perfectly, the tech started to file one of the nails that was fine. I explained again that I only needed two done. She called the man, whom I assume is the owner, to come speak to me. He said they would not do that because I would just come back with more issues throughout the week. I explained again that I just wanted to get through the week with an even looking manicure and do another full set another time. After a pointless back and forth and attempting to explain and reason with this person, he told me I will make it easy for you, we are not doing that. He wanted me to pay for a full set. The dollar is the bottom line, not customer relationships at this salon. What he fails to realize is that customer relationships is what generates business and income.Luckily, on the other side of the Publix plaza, is CENTRAL NAILS with an outstanding and talented staff. My color was matched AND the technicIan did not charge me. This is the salon that will earn my business and loyalty in the future.

First and last time here. The chairs are old, peeling and cracked. The place is not organized. When I arrived I waited a while for a tech to start which is fine however when finally a guy came and started on my pedi, I had to wait for another nail tech to free up to do my cuticles/paint my toes. Then I had to wait around yet again for a while for someone else to do my nails. I didnt like all the waiting/switching around. It irritated me to have to keep waiting around, honestly I would have left but I had already started and I wanted my hands/feet to match. The staff was not friendly, I will not be back.

We are new to the area and I have tried two other local nail salons; I felt that the others rushed me through the service and were anxious to move on to the next person. The owner and staff were courteous, helpful, and did a good job. The salon was clean and the tools they used came from an autoclave. There was a wait for walk-ins on a Saturday, but that is to be expected. It is not upscale or super posh... not a luxury spa by any means, but the massage chairs were new and worked well and the services were good. If I had one criticism, the polish selection was not geared to my tastes (more neutral OPI and Essie colors); however, next time, I will just bring colors from home. There is another salon right around the corner (Central Nails) in the Publix plaza, which I intended on trying, but I am not sure I will bother.
