This place really surprised me! I was so nervous at first but now I’m really glad that I chose them. I have a lot experience in nail salons because I would get acrylic nails done every 2 weeks for 6+ years. They are not the first nail salon that I’ve been to in this area but they definitely blew it out of the park. I called in advance because I hate waiting. I got in and automatically was taken care of. Granted there weren’t many people there. I went on a Thursday. I got a full set of white acrylic and this lady did amazing. She kept asking me if her work was good before she proceeded. She asked me how the length was, how the shape was, how the acrylic looked, how the clear coat was. I pointed out one mistake and she took care of it automatically no arguments or anything. She also did my eyebrows and did them perfectly. She was very good at what she did. I’m someone who likes to just go in and get it done. I don’t like to talk and be there for hours and this place was perfect for that. She didn’t force a conversation with me and she was done within the hour. I am very impressed. I will definitely be returning for the fill. The price is a little steep, for my full set, the length and white acrylic and my eyebrows, I was charged $63 which is more than I wanted to pay but for the job done here I was very satisfied with their work. Totally recommend if you have the money to spend!

Such an awesome experience. I came in at around two in the afternoon on a Wednesday and was taken care of right away. I got a manicure and pedicure. They were very gentle and kind to me. I decided to get the gel because it is more of a brilliant color and last much longer. This location is very clean and does not smell like chemicals! Staff is helpful in making decisions about what you want for your nails! I cant wait to come back!

Last night at 5:30 I requested an ombré as usual but this lady did not know what the hell she was doing it looks something a 10 yr old would do on their nails. Last time I’ll ever go there.

Everytime I go in they always make time for me. I have been going there for several years and they are so friendly.

Got a manicure and pedicure. Both techs did a great job and pricing is good.

Well I was completely disappointed. I could have done my own pedicure. The one i walked out with looks like a 4 year old did it. I have a toe that i have to buld up with acryllic due having part of it removed. The acryllic on it is very old and discolored asked them to remove and redo .. They argue. No just fill! .. I am a paying customer .. I dont understand. Then the tech didnt bother to shape the nails .. And put so much polish that i couldnt wear my shoes out. ... In the end charged me 15 dollars extra for something ..and had the nerve to ask for tip!!!!

My nail tec was not very friendly, they were talking about me because i was undecided with doing a manicure. I went in for a pedi, the gentleman tec that my cosuin had he was very polite and very friendly. I also had to tell her that she did not remove all the nail polish of my toenails, when she saw that i took a pic of it, she said, why you took a pic? I said just to have. And after she was finishing up my pedi with lotion she went on and removed the nail polish from my nail. Not knowing that i was gonna be asked, what was your expirence with royal nails. Well here you go.. fealt uncomfortable becasue i knew they were talking about me and laughing. Price is good but didnt feel welcome, and very accord. Overall nice place just choose your tech wisely, overall happy with my color.

Great great salon. I never had any issues with them. My nail tech is awesome for example a week ago we tried the dip system and it wasn’t the same as traditional acrylic nails so they r going to fix them for free. I’ve been going here for two years and only have to go once a month that’s how long they last. They r so polite and great here and if u find a picture online they come close to it for you!!! Love u guys

Ive been a regular customer here for the past year. I enjoy coming because the staff (Tina, Kim, Tony, Teddy) are very friendly and welcoming, the service is fast, and my nails come out looking great. Everyone there works as a team. On more than one occasion, Ive had a manicure and pedicure done at the same time, which obviously saves you time. I usually prefer Tony or Teddy to do my nails. They do a good job and take pride in their work. Also, the price for a manicure and pedicure are reasonable. I highly recommend this nail salon. Try to make an appointment if you can.

Lisa gave wonderful pedicure, I walked in and got the royal chocolate pedicure she takes her time :) most places rush pedicures this place takes there sweet time and really pay attention to every little detail, she took her time to massage my feet and create conversation and made me feel comfy, very nice place ! I will definitely come back to Lisa at this place in the future ! Thank you

I gave it 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Never ever come here! Extremely overpriced for horrible quality nails. Literally no attention to detail AT ALL. Got cut 4 times while getting a full set. I wasted $60 and ended up having to fix the nails myself. No one in here knows how to do nails. Don’t waste your money!

My name is karina and i came here with my boyfriend he got a manicure and i got a pedicure. I use to go to lee nails by the loop BUT THIS PLACE IS WAY BETTER!! they are so sweet and take there time. I would like to say that this spa does not follow the legal guidelines and has dirty equipments as my mom was injured due to their negligence. They used extreme force with tools to scrap the bottom of her foot and then scraped the back of her foot which lead to an infection. We are very disappointed and will never come to this salon. After I contacted the salon and asked for a manager to receive a refund for the service, they clearly stated that it is non refundable and we should seek medical treatment to resolve the issue. Therefore, they show how less they care about their customers. I will be reporting this to the department of health.

I always receive excellent service from them. Tina is my favorite. Always on point and she gives the best leg and feet massage.

My GF and I went here and really enjoyed our time.I got a mani pediAnd my GF the sameShe wasnt too thrilled with the choices of the Polish colors but overall the place was clean and the staff seemed pretty nice.I would go back again when I am in Orlando.

Great salon experience. I walked in and because they weren’t busy I got my pedicure and gel manicure at the same time. They took great care with my nails and did a wonderful job with my ingrown toenails. The staff was very friendly.

Second time I’ve come here and they messed up my nails. I like to grow out my nails so that they look nice naturally and they cut off so much after I told them not to. From the shape of my nails to the length and color, this nail salon does a horrible job. I do not recommend it at all.

Went for the first time today and it was great. Did not feel rushed at all. Toni took his time with the pedicure and everyone is really nice. They new regular costumers very well from the conversations I heard. Will be coming back. Very please !

I came in and I was ignored because there was a white customer that came in after me, that was strike one. Then once i selected my color and sat down, they used my station to set their materials up for the white customer that came in after me. I felt i welcomed the entire time I was there. It was like they saw I was black and gave me the bear minimum for service. The tools did not look like they were sterilized, the young man doing my feet never had gloves on. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and received mediocre service. He rushed to paint my toes, and did a poor job off that as well.Anyone else would have walked out, but I paid for my services but i will never come back. The customers were more friendly than the employees.

This salon truly is awesome. If you don’t leave feeling like royalty you must not know that you have a right to pamper yourself. The owner and technician who provided my mani, pedi and foot massage couldn’t have been friendlier and the salon was calming and peaceful👍🏼. I highly recommend this salon to visitors in the area. I was not rushed out for another customer which is rare in this business! Definitely two thumbs up.

Ive been coming here for about 1 year referred all my family which is alot. But last few times I was there they have this older male now doing nails who is rude AF did a horrible job and my nails. I go there to relax and its not cheap so Id rather go somewhere else and pay the same for better experience and better nail products and selection. They have really dropped the ball. Used to love going there and seeing their youngest dtr and her dad doing nails together so sweet. But now they straight up Suck!!!!

I wish I can give negative star. LOL. My mom and I came in here, and they were all literally just yelling at us every time we spoke. We JUST wanted to get acyrlic done. The guy was being rough on my mom nails, almost like he was about to slap someone. No one wanted to look at us. They can never communicate or understand a thing... We get our nails done all the time, this experience was so terrible, I cant understand how the business is running.They could make a comedy show out of this place.

Very rude and over charged me just because of my appearance and age. A women came in asking for the same thing done and was charged a lesser price. Left as soon as I heard this. Also, when speaking to the employee I was given a lot of attitude and she was very short with me. Would give negative stars if I could!

I was a customer at this Salon for about 2 yrs and I usually brought all my visitors from Europe to this salon. The quality of the service depends on who you get. I actually was happy with my pedicure lady May. Unfortunately the good Manicure-Lady Lisa is no longer there.As always I went to the salon at opening in the morning which is 9.30 am. So did I today and I was the only customer there together with 4 employees. May suddenly startet the pedicure, and usually the filling on my fingers is done at the same time by somebody else. Today nobody startet to work on my hands. Even when the other employees werent busy (no customers). Then other customers came and the hand nail people startet to work on them. At 10.15 am my pedicure was done and I was told to sit and wait, what I did. After a while I asked who am I waiting for and how long it takes. Nobody could give me a reliable answer to this question. Instead the boss told me, she has 2 other customers with appointment before me.Really?At 9.30 am when I was there and the only customer, they would have time to do my nails. But they didnt. And then at almost 10.30 am I am told I still have to wait (while EVERY other customer which came AFTER me (without appointment)) was served.I always thought its (if you dont have an appointment) first come - first served.And then the boss, who was not even there at 9.30 am tells me (not really in a nice tone) there are 2 other customers with appointment before me.Thank you - but no thank you for the future.I wish May and Tina all the best. They both do a great job.An advice for the boss (lady): Get all information before you deal with customer. Probably you could keep your customers this way!!!It was not about 2 people with appointment after 10.15 am. it was about everybody was served who came AFTER me, but not me. And then telling me there are 2 other customers with appointment (while I already waited for almost 1 hour on my service) is just inappropriate and ridiculous.

Its ok. Ive done my nails there a few times. This last time, I was a bit disappointed. Nails were too short, and it was far from coffin style. I need to find a new nail salon.

Usually go to Lisa, or the man with the tattoos but Lisa is no longer there and the man was busy so ended up with a lady that didnt listen to what shape i wanted. I ended up with the complete opposite of what I wanted. It was almost embarrassing to walk out of the salon with these nails. Went to another salon to fix my nails and even they told me it was done terribly!

The female owner did my toe nails and did an alright job. But whichever lady did my hands was rude and did horrible she cut two of my fingers open with the nail file! Over all, I wont be going back.

Bad service I did regular pedicure,she literally painted my toe nails,and not even 1 minute of massage or hot towels or anything,and it was very fast,I did not complain at all,when I was paying she asked me if I wanted to add a tip.when I told her for what?she started to yell and say I sould off get the more expensive pedicure.she said with $20 You get nothing,nothingVery greedy and no Manors at all

Terrible service, the tech just rushed the entire time. 2 people that were there before me was still getting worked on when i was under the dryer. Very careless and unprofessional. Will not be back
