I have been going to Kelly for over a year because she does the best nails around! My daughter went to her first and loved her work. Any design I bring a photo of Kelly recreates it even better! My nails never break. Kelly is quick but does quality work. I highly recommend her 👍🏼👍🏼

Glad theyve had a refurb, new pedicure chairs are a great improvement with plastic bag/ liners in water bowl. Pedicure was not the best. I dont know any names but boss lady, her sister and darker skinned tech have done a great job in the past. Pedicure with gel polish, solid one color, no designs $42. Extra dollar to pay by card. I Could have got same service at a store closer to home for $30 hence the 3 stars

I waited 1.5 hrs before getting a pedicure. They took literally 4 full nail sets walk-ins clients before taking me although I was there first. They didn’t not apologize for the wait or offer any explanation of why the full set clients were serviced first. The person who did my pedicure did a decent job but not good enough to ever go back. Guess the more money clients is more important and that’s unacceptable.

I am very picky about my nails but I am really beyond satisfied with my experience. I will definitely return when Im in town again.

Tammy has been doing my nails for over 10 years and I will always speak highly of her. All you have to do is show her a picture and shell take it from there.

These people are very rude! Don’t waste your time and money. They charged me $25 just to paint my toes regular not even gel and I did eyebrow tinting and I came out looking like Cruella de vil!!! I paid just to avoid any confrontation plus I had some where to go.

This place have new management and it is rotton they raised the prices on everything and dont post it outside nor inside the building., and the services is bad is non professional. when the almost end of the service then they will informed you of price changes, and new owner. well the have new furnishing big deal and all the old staffs is gone i guess they fired them these are new and means peoples everyone can tell. Weve been on COVID lockdown for months. They were the only ones allowing same day appts. I simply wanted the remaining gel removed from my nails (only 4 outta 10 to be exact). They charged me $15 and this is the end result.... no filing and both pinkies still have gel on them! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

Went here back in 2017 to get a pedicure. They sat me down and left me with my feet in the water to go start someone else’s nails. I threatened to leave after about 10-15 mins. Then she came back then finished. They do not use correct tools to clean. They only use file and automatic files.I tried to give them another chance today. I went in and there were only 3 workers and 2 customers. One lady was on the phone sitting in the pedicure chair asked me what I wanted and pointed in the direction of the pedicure chairs for me to sit. I walk over and another lady ask me what I wanted. Then the phone lady gets up out of her chair and sits at the manicure stations points for me to come over. She took all of 8 mins to do my color change on my toes and did a terrible job. Like last time. I do not recommend. Look at these toes man.

First time here and I had the worst experience, they rushed through my nails, they kept debating on who to do my nails. I’m highly disappointed at their customer service. When I came in I said that I needa a full set and my toes, at the end of them finishing my hand, they said to come back tomorrow they can’t do my toes cuz they closed ??? Like huh I’m already in here and I already told you what I need. Chy never again .

I really enjoyed my salon experience. I got a nude glitter gel acrylic suggested by one of the ladies.

I waited an hour and a half only to get skipped by 3 people because they CLAIM the others only had simple things to do. And another employee got upset with me because I told her she doing my nails wrong and she told me to get out her chair and wait for someone else. That was so unprofessional and uncalled for.

I came to wax my eyebrows, chin, and apply lashes. First of all, the wax booth was dirty. The personnel that did my wax rushed, left my eyebrows asymmetrical, and didn’t even allow me to review her work before she left. Secondly, the lash technician was on the phone the whole time and didn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her. Will not go there ever again!

First time at the place and they are not sanitizing or have sort of protection for Covid, the girl that did my nails was in a rush she did not removed the S&S from my nails completely and did not file my nails smoothly, there were nail colors all around my nails let just say my nail looks like a 6 year did it. when I mentioned to her about fixing my nails she said when I take a shower it will come off. Side of my nails are missing colors I cried when I got in my car. I called the manager and she asked if I can send pictures after doing so she said I can fix for you hell no. It was the worst nail job ever in my life. I dont recommend this place unless you want a poor nail job and Covid

They are nice and do amazing nails. I’ve been a loyal customer since September 2018. I recently noticed that my big toenails are infected. I don’t remember hurting them and they’re the only ones that touched my feet. I will gladly say that I’m not going to that place anymore. In fact, I’m doing my own nails now. This could’ve been anything. They don’t clean their tools properly. If you just want great nail designs, go to them. But, be aware that you can catch any infection or disease.

I went for fill, pedicure and eyebrows when I got my eyebrows done they was burning and 3 days later I had brown marks on both my eyes and worst part they still didn’t even look done‼️ My fill was worse my nails broke 2 days later they are super thin and what ever they filled it in with messed up my real nails never again in life

Price reasonable. The quality of work not too good. Looks good from downtown. But close up polish not smoothly done. Prep work not done well hang nails and cuticules a mess. But at least didnt cut me.

FL NAILS ON COLONIAL BY Checkers has been the worst experience for me as well as my family. THEY ARE RUDE AND NASTY PEOPLE. The two times I have been there were both horrible experiences in which I shared with my family to not go there despite my objections their experiences were far worse . My grandmother recently went there for the first time and got a pedicure manicure as well as her eyebrows waxed. She informed them she was a diabetic and to be careful although a chunk was taken out of her toe and they informed her she would be fine . By the time she reached home her eyebrows had swollen up in an inflamed rash and her toe was oozing out a nasty puss. When she went back up to the salon the next day to show them they informed her that she would be fine once again and even the manager was no help and told her suggest use alcohol there was a lady in the salon who was also complaining of the same nasty rash on her face as well. Wow leaving this unhelpful facility there was a lady that walked out with my grandmother and the other lady who said she stopped getting her eyebrows wax there because she had that same rash on her face a couple weeks ago. My experience was not as severe when I went it was almost 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to me . Then because I did not want acrylic I had an extremely hard time having someone to do my nails and they kept pushing me off two different people because I was not getting acrylic, figuring I would not spend that much money so my services were not needed. I spoke to the manager and he politely explain to me that it was hard to find someone to do my nails because the tip may not be that much for what I was getting . I was extremely appalled and obviously left to go somewhere else. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THEY DO NOT CLEAN THERE UTENSILS!! The entire facility is disgusting. From the webbed ceilings to the dirt packed sinks with dirty soap pumps to the roaches that crawl on floor and the dead roaches in the corners. NOT TO MENTION TOE AND NAIL FUNGUS they are giving people. DO NOT GO TO THIS NASTY & DESPICABLE NAIL SALON!!

Its VERY clear that the nail technicians dont particularly care to do a regular manicure. You walk in and on a good day you are acknowledged immediately. You tell them you want a regular manicure and the visual argument starts among them as to who wants to do a regular manicure cause that means less money for them. The nail technician sits down and automatically pushes to sell me on a gel manicure. No thank you, just a regular manicure. Then they proceed to talk to each other as if Im interrupting their conversation. Ive done the tips, gel manicure and other things before that have ruined my nail bed and it took a long time to get them healthy again. If you dont want to do the original base job then dont offer it. I will take my money elsewhere

Poor work. I paid $30 for a pedi with gel polish. She did not do a good pedi at all. The Polish was sloppyAnd rushed. Never going back there. I will go to Florida Mall for same price and way better service.

The towels are dirty the chairs are torn up. I guess because it’s mostly a minority client base the shop and customer service could below par and it will be acceptable. I understand that they may not speak English but they way they man handle your feet, hands and merchandise without attempting to communicate is troublesome....and they are constantly speaking in their native language with themselves no attempt to communicate and build rapport with their clients....last time I gave them a second chance no more

At first I was already scared as hell because Ive only had one person do my nails for a year now she had surgery so I decided to come to a different shop. Came here and I was very disappointed. The color I got I thought it was solid after one hand was done. I was livid it was the ugliest color Ive ever seen. I let her know that I didnt like the color and it seemed as if she had an attitude. Im entitled to have an opinion for what I pay for. I usually pay $100 for my nails .I guess I got what I paid for. If you do come here I guess just know exactly what you want and stick to your OPINION BECAUSE YOU ARE THE ONE SPENDING YOUR MONEY. NEVER AGAIN. So its been a week and my Gel nail is already broken.

Great job. Got basic pedi and mani done. Great service and detailed. I ended up messing up the paint for my pedicure and she redid it with no questions asked... both times, both designs were fabulous. Definitely reccomend and I personally will go back.Update. I went back and she ripped the skin off the side of my toe. Im really confused on how to rate it. Besides the fact I messed up the design AGAIN and she fixed it again... and the design is absolutely gorgeous and the way she did my toes were freaking fabulous... the cut is huge, painful, and noticeable. Debating if I should go back and give it another shot or not... 😔

They charged me 40 for a pedicure and it does not look very nice not to mention that it took them a hour to service me 😐

After only one week my gel nails and my moms acrylics look like a hot mess. They are lifting at the corners and cracking. The only service I was satisfied with was my eyebrows and thats something I can do at home myself. I will never return to this business again.

Bad customer service if you want to walk out of there mad then go or else go somewhere else. They sucks they can’t do nails at all and when you ask them to fix it they get mad.

Worst nail salon in Orlando literally, they arent very friendly they stop to talk to each other and go help other customers when they arent even finished or started on you, I went to go get my lashes done and they were to thick and clumpy looked unprofessional she didnt place them properly so they irritated my eye the entire time when I went to get it fixed basically told me its cause its fake lashes which isnt true never had the problem before and they rush the work and dont follow directions well. Would never go back again tried giving them second chance never again! Thick uneven ass nails

To do your lashes they use hair bonding glue I never knew this so when my lashes fell off I they where trying so hard to remove my lashes they where not coming off at all I came there at 9 left at 10:40 the invindualy I went off to purchase adhesive remover because they didn’t have any when I ask them about a discount this one lady starting screaming and yelling for no reason it’s your fault it’s your fault I explain to her what happened 2 of the other ladies said she is right but the lady kept screaming I just left it and told the girl to finish so I can go then when I went to check out she charged me more and told me 1.00 for credit I told her this is debit she said same thing I told her no it is not I have always gotten my nails done here tip 20 or sometimes 40 dollars for my nails Iam beyond disappointed
