Rude as heck, they honestly act as if they prefer that you only request basic designs… I suggest they may need to change their name.

I started using g this business because of my mother and uncle who frequent and love it . I returned today because my acrylic overlay and gel polish came off as a whole on my toenail. Upon arrival I was told to come back at 1pm to have it repaired. I returned to have to wait while 8 pedicures were being serviced. After waiting 40 mins I was told I had to wait because I i service was not performed at there. My thing is how do I have a receipt of service then.i am beyond appauld and will never return. My family will also not be returning.

So I was excited to have a pedicure and manicure done. I thought I had found the perfect place but it turned out not to be. I like the gentleman that had done my nail last time because he was very nice. I came in and wanted to have my nails done by him again and he was not there. The gentleman that answered me was very rude. How he was busy today and you will need to make an appointment and it will not be today. Im like that is fine. The gentleman came in and I informed him what happened and how I want to make an appointment with him but he doesnt seem to phase him. Why do we think is ok to be rude especially to your customer? I think now the thinking process is that losing one customer will not make a difference to them.

This nail parlor is a gem I came across by accident, great prices for all the service you get! The staff is friendly, gracious, and they do an excellent job. If I could Id rate this place 10 stars!!! You dont get long waiting times if you walk in, and you can also make reservations in advance. Been mindful of staff and patrons, I decided not to take pictures directly, but its an spacious salon, plenty of chairs. Located right next to Panera! Inside the Fashion Square Mall. Great job guys! 💜

I came here for the first time due to Facebook reviews and the pictures I saw on their page of their work. I just recently moved to Apopka and went to a place that I wasn’t a fan of so I was looking for a new place to call my nail home. On Mother’s Day I made my appointment. From the beginning Ha did my toes and she was very detailed. Her massage was amazing and almost put me to sleep, very relaxing. Next I went to Bao for an ombré acrylic and he did a fantastic job! He took his time. What I liked the most was that everyone was so nice and polite. I have to tell you about the price!!! Very affordable and reasonable! I couldn’t ask for a better place! I found my nail home!!!

The guy in the corner as soon as you walk in always does my nails I prefer him because he takes his time and he charges for his work and I’m fines with paying it, I got a REFILL and it was 50 dollars I should of just gotten my nails done again ....never again

Quality of service at this location has change. I have been going to this nail salon for about two years. Last week I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. I dont know if its because I was there at the end of the day, but everything was rushed. My gel manicure was so bad, it started chipping and peeling in just two days. Time to find a new nail salon.

This is my favorite nail salon for pedicures! Their deluxe pedicure is very fairly priced and you get a wonderful and long massage with scrub, mask and lotion!The staff is always so nice and you rarely need to wait long! Tammy is my favorite but they are all good!

Looking inside the Salon they have some eye catching decorations, I felt comfortable waiting inside. The employees were all very nice, helping us with smiles! I took two girls there to get manicures and they made the girls feel so special! Thank you Fancy Nails!

I had MANY issues with my experience at “Fancy Nails” I’ll highlight on the worst 3. The first was lack of communication. Had someone told me when I walked in, I would have been sitting with my feet in water waiting for 30 minutes, I would have rescheduled. Secondly, inconsist prices for the same service! A gel pedicure was quoted $42, $47, & $62. Lastly, the guy providing the service forced my feet down flat even after realizing what some call a “birth defect” and l seem frustrated and aggravated over things I cannot control nor chose! My imperfections are embraced,not shamed!Learn some customer service etiquette. OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON! Leaving this review in hopes I save someone else from wasting time and money.

Best nail salon in all Orlando! I have been going to this nail salon for the last 5 years and I love love going there! They treat every costumer like there a prince or a princess and the prize is very fair. For our last day of vacation I took my daughters and they also loved it :)

Walked in to fix 3 nails.. man said oh you need to fix 3 nails.. and then points and tells me to sit as if there weren’t 10+ stations. I ask him where would you like me to sit proceeds to say “over there.” I then stop and let him walk in front of me. He sits me with a lady who was cleaning and had no desire to assist me. I wait a few minutes then say “I’m kind of in a hurry..” She says “Oh you’re in a hurry? 5 minutes.” I tell her “Yes, I’m in a hurry I need to go to work.” She says “5 minutes. You can wait 5 minutes.” And then continues to clean. I got up and left and no one said a word to me. Now I’m left with going to work with 3 broken nails. Terrible customer service. I would have paid as much as getting a new set for the service. (I also tip very well) instead you lost what could have been a very loyal customer. Thank you for wasting my time! Do better.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for over a year I simply wanted my nails fixed which I always spend minimum 90 on my nails. 2 different appt was made and still had to wait an hour each appt I made .As he started to do my nails a customer came back and complained about her nails that she had just gotten done. He then left me to fix her nails and had me go to someone else when I was specifically waiting for him. The lady that continued my nails was rushing through the whole process which resulted to very thick mishaps nails which was a obviously noticeable she didnt ombre effect my nails like I wanted the nail color wasnt matching with with the design I choose and worst of all she cut me with 3 times and once she was done with clear coat she proceeded to file my nails again causing the edges to be all scratched. At the end he tell me if I wanted to fix my nail I would have to pay thats almost 200 on my nails since they cant properly do my nails. Im never coming back

The man that asked me if I wanted long or short nails, made my nails short eventhough I asked for long (last time I went there and asked for long nails, I got a good inch and a half of nail alone, this guy gave me a quarter of an inch) and STILL charged me for the long nail price! They switched to another manicure stylists in the middle of my full set because some other woman that came in just for a pedicure that took 20 min! (Why couldnt he finish my nails while someone else took care of the 20 min pedicure?) I say that because the second man that took over, filed the acrylic nail down so much and so thin, that two nails broke in 4 days, but its supposed to last at the least ONE week. I am definitely not coming back! If you do end up going here ask for a female!

I always try to not go by ratings (see for myself) and try new places. I was disappointed in the service. I actually paid for a pedicure that was less than 17mins and they had time to give a decent one. I even chose the middle priced one not the cheapest but should have went cheap...I still was nice and tipped them though. Will not be going back and bummed because its the closer to my home....

I was treated like a King, after she cut my toe nails she gave me a fantastic leg and toe massage therapy that today is still tingling, I recommend Fancy Nails to all my friends and family members.

This is the worst nail place I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff there is very rude I called twice in advance to schedule an appointment with a nail technician named Lisa. The first time when I arrived at 5 they had closed. The second time I scheduled the appointment with her when I arrived at 5:30 they told me that she was not in for the day so I asked is there anyone else who could do my nails and they said yes and told me to pick out a color and sit which I did. Another person walked in and they automatically seated them in a chair and started doing their nails. I honestly believe that this establishment is racist against black people because there were five other black people sitting there with me and they all said they had appointments as well and the person that walked in I asked him did he have an appointment and he was a white male and he said no. Never again will I spend my money at a horrible Place such as this.Mon

So I went on a Thursday and the people working there were very rude. They had no intention of talking to me and my friend. The nails I had messed up and the lady I had blamed it on me. Overall I think that the nails turned out fine but they need to have better employees.....

Got my nails done yesterday and it broke today while doing the dishes I called this morning while on my break and ask to speak to a manager and they are telling me the manager is not there. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the guy said the manager is not here so why am I still on the phone I went off I spent my hard earned money and thats the customer service I get do not get your nails done here I hope they get shut down !!!!!!!

Cons: This was My FIRST and LAST time coming here ...I see why their rating is 3 stars on google...took over an hour to complete a pedicure, they talked about their customers in their native language and it was sooo obvious, the tech they sat me with is inexperienced and needs more practice before expecting payment for service, I didn’t feel comfortable at all, the attempt to massage was horrible again inexperienced 😩Pros: they are open until 9pm and they use the plastic protectant for pedi tub unfortunately nothing else good to say

I went there and got my nails done during spring break this year. It was nice when I first walked inside, look cleaned and all. So I was sat down on the lady that tended to me at first was rough and also I noticed what I believe to blood on her hands but I later concluded that it might have been nail polish. So once she was done setting my up another person came and this time it was a dude. He was rough as well, pricked me a couple of times with the shaver thing idk what its actually called. He did my nails and blah blah blah. They looked great but an hour later one of the nails tips ended up bending which might have been my fault since I was pulling up my socks. So fast forward 2 weeks later one of the nails break off, then the few days after another bites the dust and then another gone that was all on my left hand. So once I finally got tired of these nails I went to go get them taken off at another salon and omg it was horrible. My nails were literally so thin and brittle and for the first time in my life I had ridges in my nails from going to this salon (fancy nails). It has taken 3months for my nails to start recovering but I am still dealing with these ridges in some of my nails. Moral of the story dont come to this nail salon. Do not spend your money here GO TO ANOTHER NAIL SALON DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

The nail i had replaced 5 days b4 along with my fill was loose again(i paid 70$plus 10$tip). I walked in and told them I needed a repair. All techs were busy so i sat n waited. 20 mins later 1 was available but continued to play on her phone. 10mins. After I watched her doing nothing I asked if she could do my repair since she obvi wasnt busy. She told me no, then proceeded to talk to the women owner in their language n said she was goin to do it. I said well how much longer do u think. She then statesI dont know but long. So they proceeded to let me sit there for 25 mins. When they couldve told me as soon as i walked in that I would be a long wait. Owner/staff is so rude and does a half ass job! Never again!

This was the most disappointing visit to a nail salon Ive ever experienced. I went to Fancy Nails to get a full set of nails before going on a trip. Not only was there a language barrier, hindering communication, but they seemed more focused on upsells than giving me what I requested.The nail never filed the nails after clipping them, leaving sharp points on the corners of the nails. She also didnt paint far enough down with the white polish, leaving my own nail tip visible.Sharp nails, bad paint job, too many upsells and not enough focus on service. Im giving this one star because I cant give it zero stars.

The service was AWFUL, I was there yesterday and I will have to now go pay someone else to redo my nails as they look worse than they did yesterday before they did them. I came here and asked to get my nails painted with shellac and they had me sit down and pick my color. Then th lady told me I NEEDED a manicure for it to look right and I said no but she did it anyways and charged me for that. Then on top of that she cut the skin around my nails so bad that I was bleeding when I walked out. I watched the lady right next to me get the exact same thing and they massaged her hands and did multiple coats and fixed hers up, and her nails and hands came out beautiful. I on the ther hand got charger for a manicure and all she did was cut my fingers up! On top of all of this I had them on for not even a week and they completely came off just from me washing dishes. I go back to the nail salon and ask them what can they do since I paid $35 for my nails less than a week before they completely came off, and the manager tells me its going to be a 2 hour wait, meanwhile seating other customers and telling them to pick their colors. I used to go here all the time but i wont go back again. Its over priced, theyre rude, and my nails dont come out looking good at all.

The manicurist who did my nails, cut my finger while doing a basic manicure didnt apologize and kept going on with the manicure. I had a very uncomfortable conversation with her, due to her insensitive nature. I dont wanna go into it, but it was not the kind of conversation that was acceptable to have with a customer in a professional environment. In general, they were rude. They also scammed us, by charging us for a gel, when we told them twice that we only needed a acrylic fill in. Just dont go here, VY VY nails is way better.

I got my lip waxed here yesterday it was fine she did was she was supposed to do she wasnt rough or miss any hairs, but I woke up this morning with red spots all over my lip...this has happened to me only once before and that was at a dirty salon they are not clean here I didnt see her use a new stick for the wax(my fault) and thats disgusting I will never ever ever go here again and I really want my money back.
