Although the new owner who took over 2 years ago drastically increased our rent, and we have been through many managers since, they are doing a great job! The property had become distressed in the past decade, they have done alot of improvements on the property with several ammmentities and much needed security devices added. The past few managers have been VERY pleasant and even give my pup treats when we come in the office...daily. Hes spoiled.

Mrs. Blanca Our new leasing manager is awesome, she is making and taking great steps to make our apartment community the best it can be . She is very good with making sure her residents are safe secure and happy to be in this community. Ive been here 7 years. The lease has been increased almost double. We have a ongoing problem with the AC. And can not get it fixed. We are older. And Ive had to take steps To keep my unit liveable. I will not be resigning the lease..cdiuble

The new management is awesome, Erica is always on top of everything.Our apartment is in very good shape, and small issues have been taken care of promptly...keep up.

I have lived in the complete for 4yrs. New m-ment resonly took over. I called the office manager (Erica ) To have my closet door repaired, with in 1hr. Closet door was repaired, New patio screen door, and get this, He even touched up my kitchen cabinets with paint, 2wks before Xmas Thank U soooooo very much Erica, I feel the Love, The staff at Marbella is awesome, living here is peaceful, Bless Life !!!

These apartments are a lot bigger then your average size! Great customer service from the manager! Look forward to applying and moving in when my lease is up!

Local mgmt (Conrad/Erica/Blanco) so nice; but when SNS purchased our property, telling me personally we wont do anything drastic, we went from a tight, safe-feeling, community to this weird psychological experience where neighbors stopped interacting, saw 32% rent increase (seems drastic), were told conversations in office were recorded, many car break-ins. My car SHOT in parking lot next to signage property under surveillance. Asked if police could see video, was told no cameras, no help with $250 deductible. I cleaned like a fiend upon move-out yet they tried to keep almost $200 to repaint. Take move-in and out pics. Trying to negotiate to re-sign stressful. Last offer $50 HIGHER than previous offer. Seem incapable of caring about others. Found out by accident they had photo of my bedroom on their new website and wouldnt take it down till I reminded them they posted before I signed their lease. Sorry I was nice to owners when I met them, they didnt deserve the kindness.

My sons have lived here for 4+ years and have never had any problems. Management stays on top of maintenance and residents are screened thoroughly before signing a lease.

Within the last few months we have had a change in management. We have lost 3 managers in the span of 2 months. They have done major updates without the concent of the tenents living here. They had painters on my back porch and she was peering into my home. They added paint to our stairs and when they get wet you fall. Didnt tell us they were painting or even ripping up our carpeting on our patios. They have trucks coming into the driveway and blocking so people cant get out. I was 30 minutes late to work because of a delivery and when I asked the manager to have the truck move he said to get bsck in my car. The old management was 100 times better than these people. They have made our homes unsafe and overpriced. I went from paying $750 to $1350. Thats a major increase. Dont waste your time moving here.

The new property management are SCAMMERS!! Undef Muchele I applied for an apartment last Wednesday gave her 200.00 I didnt get approved for the place and she kept trying to make me believe she was helping me..nothing but lois. She lied, please be careful renting from her document everything

Very nice looking Apartments. However if you are not white they look for a reason not to approve you for a place. I know a family (happens to be white) that has felonies and is selling weed in theses Apartments right now. And they got approved in one day. When I applied it took them 2 weeks to reject my application. They do not believe in equal opportunity housing.

I moved in to a 2-bedroom apartment a few weeks ago. My experience with management, maintenance, and neighbors have all been exceptionally good. Apartment size, price, location, layout, ground maintenance, amenities, and neighbors are all great.After seeing so many negative reviews online, I re-read many of them once more (after moving in) - youll notice that in most of the complaints the reviewer was breaking the rules of the complex (hanging out in the parking lot at night, taking too many people to the pool, trying to access the amenities after hours, playing loud music, etc.). Personally, I am happy that the manager is enforcing the rules to ensure safety and security for ALL of the residents. Anyone who feels they are above the rules is quickly stopped.These apartments are a nice, quiet oasis in the midst of a not-quite-as-nice area. They not only make rules to ensure a pleasant lifestyle, they also enforce those rules. I would definitely recommend (and have already recommended) Rosemont County Club to any friends who are looking to move.

Quiet complex. Nice neighbors. Management was horrible. Not nice to your visitors. Very rude and vulgar at times. Outside area has a high crime rate, leaves manager to keep property safe and rid of trespassers and ineligible candidates. Local to every major highway or main road. If it wasnt for management then it would be perfect place to live. Apartment was big on the inside. No new appliances or upgrades. Large floor plan. Outside screened in patio and back balcony.

Decent people and apts seem to be in good shape

Extremely outdated. Desperately need to renovate. Appliances dont work right and they are about as old as I am. They try to fix them and wont replace anything. Painted the exterior of the buildings and then charge an extra $300 a month!! Hope the owners rot in hell!EDITCheck the fake reviews! Lol. Owners create a fake account with a fake profile? Really? An account with only 1 lifetime review? And no profile picture!

I moved in here a year ago, the apartments are very nice and huge. The grounds are kept very clean. When I moved here it took me a couple of days to get approved the landlord does a very thorough job and vetting out Riff Raff she likes to keep the property safe for her tenants she has placed video cameras since this is a high crime area. I see in the reviews it says she is very racist and vulgar well Ive been here for a year she has not been vulgar towards me or my family as long as you do what youre supposed to do as an adult I have company come over all the time she has never bothered any of my company she only asked one of my companies where they were going and thats because they did not own a car and they were walking in the complex she has never recognized that person so she asked. If you are doing nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about. You must have good credit to be able to get in she wants to make sure that your rent is paid. I have had some issues in my apartment such as my roof leaked when I first moved in but her in the maintenance man did everything in their power to get my roof fixed in a timely manner. For only having one maintenance man with medical issues I believe Ron does an excellent job for his many apartments there is here.

Went to rental office to view the property and get details. However she was highly disrespectful and vulgar. As well upon having some car issues she was like push it off my property. She was threatening to call the police sure to the car breaking down. I was very upset do to this and felt as if this is not the way to Handel potential customers. If she having a bad day she needs to not be in customer service.

So there is NO WAY that the review from Jewelz Benjamin is legit. The other day we took my mother in law to view an apartment here because we heard that they took very good care of their tenants. In the middle for the visit the landlord or property manager ( an older white lady) starts yelling at an African-American elderly tenant stating that her grandson is a thief, he steals bikes from the neighborhood and someone saw him. The African American lady tried to explain that they had just got back from a vacation and her grandson doesnt live with her he was helping her inside but the property manager just kept on going and going and going. She even ended the argument with Its either you go or his BLACK ASS goes... We were so appalled that we didnt finish the tour we got in our vehicle and left. Im black, my husband is bi-racial. The property manager was extremely nice to my husbands mom who is Italian, but she snubbed myself and my husband and kept making nasty remarks under her breath. Just be careful living here.

Mr. Myles you have lived at this apartment for 10 years and only thought to create a review when you saw a negative one? Thats strange. You cant tell CharlesandDionisha how to think. I live here. Takes long to have anything fix, never been late on my rent and still have day to day issues.

I dont live here (thank God), but have you seen the way the management speaks back to their tenants and other potentials? I definitely took pictures just to warn friends not to look at this place.

Big Apartments, the grounds is clean free of trash.

I dont live here but I was considering this apartment complex as an option. However, reading the response from the management team and the way they address people who have written not so good reviews, is making me reconsider. I think I will keep looking elsewhere.
