Im writing my first ever Google review because of how amazing my experience at Kwicky Lube here in the Falls has been. The service people are consistently professional and kind. (no judgment that I dont know barely anything about my car!) If you dread going to get car repair done, come here; theyll take good care of you :)PS: Whoever pays Somogji, give him a raise!! His customer service is out of this world!!!

I have to write a stellar review for this place….Don’t usually write reviews but its a MUST!!! Thank you so much Kwiky Lube Menomonee Falls!!!! Every single staff member at this location went above and beyond for us today. I brought my 17 year old niece in today for an oil change. This is her first car and today she was taught the importance of maintaining her car thanks to KL knowledge and friendly staff. My niece had no idea how important it is to maintain her vehicle and I just couldn’t be more pleased that everyone took the time to not just tell her but teach her! She now has synthetic oil and all fluids are topped off! So happy with this place…thanks guys!!!!

Went for emissions check. Very impressed with speed, accuracy and the teamwork. Every job is double checked by a second employee.

2 times ina row i went there to get an oil change and they didnt tighten up the plug on the bottom enough and it completely ruined my new drive way. then I called em and they said they were gunna make it right and never called me back. wont ever return.

Very nice people, and efficient too! I was able to get my oil changed on the spot without an appointment, and it was so quick they had me stay in my car. They filled my tires with air also. I also got my emissions tested, renewal done, and they even put my sticker on my plate. I will absolutely be going back!

Fast and friendly. Quick emissions test. Also frequently get oil changed here. Never had any issues, they are quick, wait to get in is usually not very long.

Had to do a vehicle emissions test here. There was one car ahead of me at 12 noon on a monday. Waited for 55 minutes. Ridiculous.

Really clean and fast service. I wish I would have started coming here sooner. I was able to have my oil changed and an emissions test on the spot without an appointment. I think it only took about 15 minutes.

I needed to get an emission test and an oil change. They were able to both right away, and I was able to renew my plates there too. Talk about one stop shopping. The guys were really nice and friendly. I think that I was there for less than 30 minutes with everything they did. They told me about othere services they did but I never felt pressured into buying them. Ill be back in 3 months or 3000 miles.

The crew was very nice and quick so they live up to the name but prices are a little high

I stopped here and the customer service was above and beyond. Ed was exceptional! It was completely embarrassing, but my battery died and my car would not start when he asked me to turn it back on. He had a line of cars waiting behind me, but he stayed very kind and did what he could to help me out! I am grateful for the customer service he showed me today!

I came in for emissions testing about 30 minutes prior to close. They took me in right away, and were very friendly and polite. It appeared to be a neat and clean shop, and they were quite pleasant.
