Our monthly Couch Surfing potluck was generously hosted by our friend Shiva who also celebrated a lively Birthday party. The facilities were pleasant and the amenities werent top-notch, but we easily managed. Guard came off brutish but was just doing a good job.

Well, I have been living here for over 10 years now and I could not be much happier. The complex is in the best location ever and after the renovation, it looks absolutely stunning. People complain about the rules, but that´s the reason why it is so nice and well-kept! I feel safe her and certainly do not move out - like ever!

I applied 5 days ago for an apartment there. They took $75 from me for application fee! Still waiting for an answer. Applied cause someone in the office told me to apply online. I called today and looks like they do not accept any payments nor applications online. What’s going on? I applied through REMAX. Expecting an answer. Thank you!

I have lived at this Condo for many years, love the place, feels very safe, love the gate guards, love the location.

Worst HOA I have ever lived in. The only good thing about this place is the location. I lived here for two years and not once did I have a working gate remote. I had to buzz myself in as a guests everyday. During construction, they removed my blinds and refused to put them back up afterwards. They also got paint on my bed framed and when I called to notify they did nothing. Sherma needs to find a new career.I felt like I lived in a prison and was being harassed with letters on my door all the time. My boyfriend wasn’t even allowed to visit after 14 times. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants to live with a peace of mind. I never wrote reviews but felt like people need to warned about this horrifically ran condo association.

Beautiful subdivision with plenty of amenities, safe and super well located.

I find it hilarious that people can actually say this place isn’t worth the rent. You can’t find anything this nice, in this part of Orlando, for this price. You’re 10 minutes to Doctor Phillips, 5 minutes to Millenia, and right by every freeway. Staff is friendly if you’re friendly to them. I agree the walls are thin, but if you don’t want to hear your neighbors you should be living in a house not a condo.

Honestly I have a great landlord. The community is nice but it’s not worth your money. Me being here for a couple of months have been ok but not the best and don’t plan on staying here in the future. The security guards are rude, it’s seems they get paid to harass you rather then help you. It’s creepy neighbors here and are extremely rude and noisy. Parking is not good if you have multiple cars. Front office quick to send something bad to you rather then good. They never call to see what’s the problem or even ask how is your stay but quick to put something on your door. I advise people not to live here, it’s not worth the money.

This place is terrible, most units are very old fashion. The security sucks, most terrible service ever received! Don’t let the outside fool you, apartments have roaches in them. Rent is too much for what they look like. Don’t move here

Clean and well kept

Quiet and secure. It takes a bit for some of the staff to warm up to you but it isnt too bad. Property is clean and well maintained. Ive been here for almost ten years and have no problems and no plans to leave.

I have been living here for over ten years now and I absolutely LOVE this place. It is close to everything, the theme parks, I-4, Florida Turnpike, close to shopping and dining. This location cannot be beat!Of course there are many rules but this is the reason why this place is so clean and safe. And I absolutely love the people in the office and the guards as well. It is nice to come home and have somebody wave Welcome! to you. People accuse the staff of being unfriendly and rude. Well, approach them in a nice and friendly way and they will respond in a nice and friendly way. If you like to live in a quiet, nice and well-kept place, then go for it. If you do not want to follow rules, this is not the place for you.

My husband was robbed of his car mirrors and the security officer was informed and said that could happen. strange people enter the condominium, it is not safe, the walls of the apartments are so thin that the cockroaches take it.The white and short stature guardian is a person who believes the owner of the condominium.the maintenance in the external areas is good .

Close to everything, easy access to Highways.No roach problems if you keep up with the HOA monthly treatment. Plus our unit is on level 3, so maybe that helps as well.Pools are great.Got new windows now and Electrical bill went down so much.We love it here, more affordable the nearby places at Millenia and offers same thing.

Not at all satisfied with service. staff wont come in right time I went three times but every time I need to wait out side office for them to come. They will mention 12 - 1 pm lunch time but they wont come on time. I rented new apartment even it is infected with roaches. I dont recommend this apartments with my experience.

WORST COMMUNITY! As my advice you should never consider living there. It is stressful, they make everything harder instead of bringing peace to the residents. Right now there is a major construction bothering all residents since December 2018 and the parking spots are horrible because many residents are parking on the grass!!!!! Kurtis, the security, is the most rude security Ive met.

Let me give you my detailed review. The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful! Two pools, the grounds are well kept, and the security guard, Curtis, is amazing and friendly. Parking is extremely limited. Depending on where your apartment is, people will park in your spot even though it does say resrved. That is definitely annoying to deal with. Children make a lot of noise by the pool area day and night. So if this annoys you, stay away from the apartments with the pool view. During the cold and wet season you will see frogs everywhere. If you have a debilating fear of frogs like I do, youll find this to be an issue for you. Girl at the front takes a long time to acknowledge you while she chit chats on the phone to her friends. The apartment manager does not care about your complaints. One of the maintainance men constantly flirts with women and thinks hes some sort of ladies man. Now on to actual apartments. They are very very small and over priced, the thin walls allows me to hear my next door neighbors sneeze or cough. So you know I hear EVERYTHING that happens next door. The buildings are infested with roaches. People are moving in and out constantly. My neighbors are constantly slamming their doors which causes the door to shake. This apartment complex is beautiful, but I think it is ridiculously overpriced for what you get on the inside. Rent a house instead.
