I would first like to say that the only reason I am giving A 5 star rating is because Eddy deserves it. I have been living here for two years and Eddy has been nothing but professional and helpful. He always takes care of any needs and concerns we may have. I would have to say though that if it wasn’t for him we would’ve left already. The gates are always broken and malfunctioned for weeks to months at a time. We pay for reserved parking but guests and other residents are constantly parking in our spots. The company on call parking seems to never do there job by removing or even patrolling the parking lots. It seems that they come maybe once a week at most. So if you want security and to be gated this is not the place for you. Like I said the only reason this review is getting a 5 star is because of Eddy. You will probably never find someone who is true and passionate about his work and he treats every guest and resident with respect. I saw him even helping a resident move what looked to be a king size mattress up a flight of stairs. He is always doing what he can to make everyone’s stay as comfortable as he can. If Eddy ever leaves all I can say is good luck because Hanover will never be the same and will go down hill.

Toured with Eddie and loved the location. Close to work and to the parks so I can bring my family! Eddie makes sure that every resident here enjoys the friendly environment Hanover offers. He pays attention to the need of everyone to make an unforgettable experience. Thanks Eddie.

Amazing apartment complex, beautiful amenities, well kept and maintained. Location is great for restaurants/bars/I drive fun!Eddie the leasing consultant has been nothing but amazing since moving in! He is always helpful and answers any questions you could possibly have, a true professional in his career. Coming from an apartment complex where the staff dismissed the needs of residents, this is a breath of fresh air. Hanover and the staff are truly a gem of an apartment complex in the Dr. Phillips area.

We just moved into a one-bedroom apartment at Hanover Dr. Phillips and are extremely impressed with the quality of the apartment and the community is stunning. The pool is truly resort-style and the resident amenities provide many options. Eddie was very helpful in getting us moved in and has been fantastic to work with. Hanover Dr. Phillips is a hidden gem that I highly recommended.

I absolutely love my new place! I looked at about 10 other properties in the Orlando area and I was impressed with this community and my agent Eddie. I was moving from out of state and the leasing agent, Eddie, was so understanding, flexible, and exceeded my expectations with his communication skills. It’s stressful enough to move your whole life over from another state, but the staff made it much easier. Everyone has been so welcoming and my dog also love it!

Hanover DP is an amazing place to live. The property, apartments, surroundings are beautiful and the amenities great. Most important Eddie from the office could not be more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; Management is always responsive to the questions and needs of the residents . Living at Hanover Dr Phillips has been really great. Eddie in the office has done a great job taking care of us from the application process through getting things situated these first few weeks. Grounds are well kept, neighbors are friendly and the property is beautiful especially at night. Lots of dogs on property but they seem to be well behaved so far. People seem to be generally respectful of quiet hours. Noise proofing between rooms is solid if unspectacular. Great location, especially if you work for any of the major hospitality companies in the area. What’s really nice about the location is that it’s right in the middle of the Dr Phillips action but it’s situated back in a wooded area so it still feels restful. Very accommodating and quick to respond for our situation moving across the country. Thanks again to Eddie and the team for making us feel at home!

I do not live at Hanover Dr. Phillips but I had a positive experience on my tour. Eddy a representative who works there was extremely courteous, attentive, respectful, and kind to our family. He was very detailed and informative in explaining the rental. The property itself is gorgeous, definitely on the top of our list of places we are considering living.

I loved living here until they sold to the new management company. The new management company could honestly careless about resident relations and charging ridiculous fees when moving out even when leaving an apartment spotless. Save your time and money this place is no longer worth it. Only good people left working there are Eddie (sales) and the maintenance team.

Amazing spot! I worked with the whole staff throughout my moving process, and I was given get assistance from Carly. With Orlando being such a resort destination with all the amusement parks displaced fits in perfectly. I couldn’t be happier here and loving the amazing pool everyday. SHADY, MISLEADING & RUDE.If you come to a place and want to pay off the whole lease would you ask for anything more?No criminal record no issues no hassles ready to apply and pay off the whole lease. And with every question you ask the answer is No, unfortunately we cant with ruddiest attitude ever. Not even trying to help for a solution just being lazy.The tour personal told me, s/he didnt know something because they changed management 3 weeks ago yet the same person is on their Facebook picture from 3 years ago.CAREFUL! to pay the 75 app fee and 250 admin fee and applying, they would surprise you with additional fees and while you apply you would sign many documents to guarantee that you dont get your money back. They wont tell you about the premium fee for short term, its a surprise gift even through their website does not show it at all not even in the terms and condition page. On their tour there were bugs in their model ask about that. SHADY, MISLEADING & RUDE!

I recently relocated from Omaha, NE to Orlando, FL for work. I was looking at places to stay in Baldwin Park, Downtown Orlando, and Dr. Phillips. After spending a weekend traveling into town to view numerous properties, I chose the Hanover Dr. Phillips because of the proximity to everything you would need from grocery stores to shopping malls. The Hanover is a well maintained and secluded community that offers a lot of amenities to those who live here. With the pros, there are cons, so below is my story…….I applied and was approved on August 30th with the phenomenal leasing agent Eddie for a 4th floor 2bd 2ba unit with a breathtaking view. I also leased a garage space to accompany my parking concerns. Everything was going great until I received a phone call from the assistant property manager on September 2nd stating that the individuals currently in the unit retracted their 60-day notice and opted to extend their lease. That unit was the last available on the 4th floor. Only other units available were in that floor plan were on the 1st floor which was a big problem for me. After expressing my concerns, she offered a 3bd 2ba unit but my price would increase by $200 a month for that particular unit. She also offered the opportunity to transfer units if one were to come available. I unfortunately had to opt for a 1st floor unit because the other complexes I toured had already leased those units to other people. The unit I was assigned was in another building with no garage spaces available in which I was promised priority for being “accommodating” of their circumstances.I was slated to move in September 19th in which everything was going well. As I walked through and inspected the 1st floor unit I was assigned, I was becoming optimistic to the circumstances that I were placed in. As I was moving my items in, I noticed a loud thumping noise from above, in which I thought nothing of it because it could have been the stairs or the unit above and it was noon on a Saturday. Well I was wrong, the unit above have children that run and scream nonstop from 9am-11pm at night. I had recorded numerous videos as well as attempted to address it with the leasing office, but yet I am still having these issues. When I went to the office to inquire about a 4th floor unit opening up in November on their website, I was informed that they have no such unit available. I also inquired about a garage space that has been vacant for almost a week, the garage door is open and the door to the garage is unlocked. I was informed that they would look into the matter, but they believe that it was recently leased to an individual that just moved in.Due to the circumstances of them not having a garage available, I inquired about the 2nd unreserved parking space that I was promised with my 2bd unit in which I was informed that it is not based on the unit but based on the number of people on the lease. One of the reasons, I moved here was because I was supposed to have gated accommodations for my personal vehicle and my work vehicle as well, but since I am the only one on the lease, I have to pay an extra $20 for an unreserved parking spot.I have lived here a month and all the things I have “accommodated” them for has in return gotten me nothing but empty promises.Circumstances like these do not happen all the time, but I thought I should share my experiences especially since I received an email asking about leaving a review of my experiences.

Because of this, I naturally look for amazing interactions when doing business with others.Hanover @ Dr. Phillips Has gone ABOVE and beyond to host and help us at every turn.6 months ago my wife Tess and I moved to Florida after just getting married, and found out the day that we got here that we were pregnant.My wife got extremely sick through the pregnancy so she had to leave work resulting in my being the only one working.Everyone at Hanover has been so GRACIOUS, understanding, inviting, compassionate, and full of love for their people! You can see it in all that they do!They made multiple accomodations for us and at times, I felt guilty because Im pretty sure everyone could see that I was a mess due to being a first time father lol 😂.However, they did not budge in their love and truly won over our hearts and utmost respect because how much they have all served us!Shout out to ALL of the staff at Hanover! You all are amazing!Disregard any negative review that has been said.No one is perfect, and no one has it all together, so of course we all will make mistakes.Hanover deserves a glowing review and a pay raise! 10/10 recommend moving here!You will not regret it!

My family and I moved on August 5th, 2021, under a very stressful situation we are going through and to add to that losing 3 family members and getting ready for a funeral that week. The vendor that was looking for a place for us along with an additional vendor told us about Hanover Dr. Phillips I came and did a tour with Paul and looked at a 2 bedroom. Paul was professional and courteous, a 3-bedroom unit was not going to be available until September 13th, 2021. I initially requested a 3-bedroom.I took the 2-bedroom unit for me and my family with the hopes a 3-bedroom would become available sooner. This property is a secluded and peaceful hidden away from the hustle and bustle yet easy access and proximity to everything, you would never know. If you did not know any better you would think you are at a resort based on the outdoors areas and space.It was a hectic week and late that night August 3rd, 2021, I signed the lease agreement document I got in my email late that evening and sent it back via email.I was surprised when I received another document to sign and clicked on the link which took me to Hanover Dr Phillips and surprisingly showed a 3-bedroom unit available now. Immediately I notified my vendor via email to let them know and I called Hanover Dr. Phillips and got Eddie. It was available and I wanted to go and see it I was excited that a 3-bedroom became available and that was what we needed.Long story short it was one thing after another the 3-bedroom it’s available – not available – pending approval but it was available when it popped up on my screen and when I called to verify it. First time experiences are important and going over and beyond. Experiences are something else and a lasting impression.Corporate Hanover Dr. Phillips per the vendor because I had just already signed the lease, they could not switch it but wait it was just signed on the 3rd to move on August 5th not even to say let’s see what we can do to meet your needs.It amazes me I have been told conflicting stories.The reason I write this review upon meeting Eddie August 5th, he was courteous, listened to my frustration and friendly. This is my 6th night here and I do not know what the people upstairs do but PLEASE try and have consideration for others that live below you especially after 11pm at night I have an elderly mother trying to sleep.

I have to say that this community is one if the best. The staff is attentive and very resident friendly. They take pride in giving a top rating customer service experience, if you are looking for a new place to live Hanover Dr. Phillips is the place to be!!!!

We were the first residents at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Management is so kind and responsive. Maintenance orders get taken care of quickly. On top of that the property is gorgeous. Great amenities—gym, pool table, movie room, office, entertainment space, outdoor games, resort-styled pool. Theres also a huge path on the inside of the property that you can walk around which is nice for evening strolls. The only reason we are leaving is because we wanted to go somewhere with a patio so we can test out our green thumbs and hopefully not murder too many plants! Thank you to Carly and Hanover for making the last 15 months so great.

When i moved in here was fantastic, but Since they sold the management to the new one, everything is worse.1. Halls are always dirty now, the carpet really dirty, smells bad on all buildings2. I have requested Twice a thing on my apartament… 2 weeks and nothing solved3. The sidewalks inside the complex are always dirty4. Hey if you guys are pricing up Leasings for renew at least improve things here, because im not going to pay more for less satisfaction.5. In front of builing 2 there is a MiniCart using a parking slot, its been there a month.6. PLEASE Fix this complex, you still have time, dont ruin it New management.7. Fix the lights at the pool.

This apartment complex truly is a luxurious residential One of the nicest apartments in the Dr. Phillips area and for a great price. The staff at the front office are super nice and very helpful. They’re attentive, energetic, and super devoted to their residents and property. I went on a tour with Lani, who was sooooo much fun!! She’s so funny and very down to earth. Everyone there was very pleasant and personable, but Lani demonstrated such passion and knowledge about the complex, and was very informative in response to my questions and concerns. If you go on a tour— ask for Lani, because it’ll sure be quite the special experience!

I have been living in a 3 bedroom for about four months now. So far my roommates and I have really loved Hanover! The only big issue we had was a lot of bugs in the beginning. For some strange reason, the sliding door for our Juliet balcony had little holes at the bottom that kept letting bugs in (we were told the door was designed this way - very weird). We did not plan on ever opening this door, so we had maintenance seal the holes, and ever since the issue has been resolved! If you are the kind of person that likes windows open, you may take issue with this, though, as there arent any window screens either.Other than that one issue, we have loved the property. It is in an amazing location and really makes you feel like youre living at a resort! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful community. I have been living here for about a year now and I’m coming up on my renewal. We are hoping to upgrade to a larger apartment due to our family expanding. The office team has been so helpful and friendly throughout my stay here. Maintenance is also very friendly and quick to respond. My favorite feature is the large dog park and bathing area outside. We are excited to stay another year

Not only does the property have great amenities with fantastic views, but Carly M. and the staff do a great job of being attentive and making your apartment feel like home. Its a great area to stay in, and I highly recommend anyone to lease an apartment here.

Hanover Dr. Phillips really is the place to live in Orlando. The complex is tucked away privately and super quiet. The best part is that when you exit the complex, every store and restaurant you can think of is closeby. It really is in the best location. Leasing staff are amazing and answered all our questions. We had a deadline to move in quickly and they were super helpful and made sure everything was ready for us. As far as our apartment goes, it is super spacious and very modern yet still has a home-y feeling to it. The only negative thing I would say is that the elevator should have been a bit larger to accommodate larger furniture pieces. We ended up having to take a couch up the stairs (which was a huge pain). Amenities are AMAZING, pool is very private with the trees surrounding it. The landscaping is gorgeous. I also love, love, love that the gate is closed at all times. It feels very secure.Overall, Hanover Dr. Phillips is a great place to live if you’re looking for privacy, location, and helpful staff!

I came for a tour looking for a 1 bedroom and everything looked so well kept and seriously a beautiful property. I normally dont write a review but the staff here was so personable and friendly. Out of all my tours, they definitely were the only ones to make me feel important and like they really cared. Very professional leasing staff and modern apartment. What is better than that. Thank you Hanover for all of your tremendous help.

Sure the apartments and the facilities look nice- but that‘s about all this apartment complex has going for it. I‘ve been living here for about a year, and when I moved in, management was great. But now they‘ve pretty much disappeared. The family that lives above thinks it‘s appropriate to stomp around the apartment at all hours of the day- I have repeatedly asked for management‘s help, and despite claims that they‘ve spoken to my neighbors, literally nothing has changed. The apartments were just built so poorly that there is basically no soundproofing in between units, so if you get stuck living under a herd of elephants that must be drinking gallons of coffee to have the energy they do to stampede around all day like they do, you‘re pretty much screwed, because management isn‘t going to do anything about it. Also, all of those security features they mention to you on your tour- don‘t believe it for a second. The security gates are always down, and it always seems to take WEEKS to repair it. They pretty much never work. So make sure you lock up your stuff- fortunately and expect to see some shady cars driving around at night. Other things that never seem to work- the package room- also plan on getting a package or two stolen from there- and the elevators, which also seem to take forever to fix when they‘re down. Which I‘m sure is ADA compliant, right? My lease is up next month and I would be moving out immediately if it wasn‘t such a hassle due to COVID. It pains me to have to pay money for „features“ that never work and management that doesn‘t seem to care about the people that live there. I do want to say, though, the maintenance staff is very nice and helpful if you need them. But that‘s pretty much the only redeeming quality.

My hubby and I just recently moved from out of state. We weren’t able to come tour in person due to our schedules and moving from across the country... Carly and the team were so helpful in accommodating a virtual tour and making it a quick turn around to have the apartment ready for us to move in. we chose the three bedroom layout that faces the pool and couldn’t be happier. The apartments have gorgeous granite counter tops and walk in showers. we are so pleased with our experience so far!

This property is everything I was looking for. The amazing landscaping clothes you away as soon as you walk up to the community. If you have a pet this is the perfect place for you do you have an amazing dog park and pet Bath. I really enjoyed my tour with Carly the property manager. If you are looking for a new apartment I suggest you ask for her she knows every detail of the property. When walking by we met a very friendly maintenance team member who introduced himself. I am looking to move next year and counting the days till I can move into this property. I toured several in the area and never received customer service as great as hanover. You won’t regret taking a tour

We just moved in on September 1st, and we have been so impressed by the property upkeep and the apartment design itself. Everything is beautiful, it’s quiet and spacious, and it definitely feels like you’re at a resort! I’ve also noticed cleaning crew wiping down common areas like the elevators in an effort to prevent COVID and wearing masks.The only issue we had was that both of our keys didn’t work for the first two days, so we had to make sure one of us was in the apartment at any given time since both of us couldn’t leave without getting locked out. While it took quite some time to get it resolved after several calls, thankfully Nicole from the call center specifically called maintenance for us and handled it so well — she did a great job listening to us, getting us the help we needed, and was very personable. Alex from maintenance also stayed to make sure both of our keys worked and was overall super helpful and nice!We’re having a wonderful time so far and finally enjoying our new place. Our dog is loving the walkway around the pond outside, and the windows are huge for him to look out of. All in all, we’re happy to call Hanover home now :)

I am in absolute awe of Hanover Dr.Phillips. I toured with Carly back in April and have been a happy resident since May! This has been nothing short of an amazing place to live! The resort style pool is beautiful! Our events have been so great! Thank you truly to the Dr.Phillips team for making my home perfect!

Hanover Dr. Phillips is unlike anything else in this area! The amenities and POOL are unreal. The Property Manager, Carly is so helpful and found me the perfect apartment. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire leasing process. Thank you Carly! I can’t wait to move in!!!!

UPDATE!!!I spoke with Carly and she addressed my concerns I had regarding the incidents in the review. She has been a great help with making things right and even compensated me for my experience!Not worth the money! Been living here since January and for the most part it’s okay. On call services is a real pain. They really need to figure out a better parking situation for residents here. I have received two green stickers on my car to date which are nearly impossible to get off your car and I feel they enjoy putting them on there too because they’re so tough. The second sticker I received I shouldn’t have gotten really but I was held accountable. When I brought it to their attention they told me I should be parking inside the gate. Residents that live in the main building have been parking in front of it because there is barely any parking for the main building inside the gate. They told me they’ve never had a complaint about it and it was the first time they heard of it even though I’ve encountered that problem many times. I was then told I should be parking inside the gate anyway where my car is safe but the gate has been down twice at least since living here which is kind of contradicting what they told me. Was charged 5 dollars for a lightbulb that went out when at the time I only had been living in the apartment for two weeks and I feel that’s just ridiculous they actually made me pay for it. I’ve come across roaches, ants, and some other type of long bug with antennas throughout my apartment. They only have pest control every Monday so if you have any bugs you will be sitting with them till then. I shouldn’t have to call pest control about bugs at all. I pay nearly 2000/month for a “luxury” apartment so I DONT have to worry about bugs!! And then there’s the trash. Valet is subpar. The trash will sometimes sit in the halls all night even till the next day. Sometimes hasn’t come at all. They say it’s supposed to come between 8pm and 2am but I’ve been up past those hours and the trash is still there which also is contradicting because they say there isn’t supposed to be anything obstructing the hall walkways. Also, expect to get some hidden fees added to your bill every month as well. I remember when I first toured I asked specifically if there were any other fees I would be paying for. I was told about the water sewer trash and parking. Nothing was mentioned about this resident fee for 35 dollars. They really try to squeeze you dry for every penny here. I thought I was going to get a clean, pleasant experience living here but I’ve been kind of disappointed signing my lease. It seems they don’t want to be accountable for anything so I probably won’t be renewing my lease next year.

I give 5 stars to the maintenance team at this apartment complex, I would give more if I could. Alex was very courteous, polite, & explained the issue to me. The times I have had issues & interacted with this maintenance team they have stood out from any other maintenance team I have ever had. I have traveled alot so I have been in alot of places. They stand out as the best ever.

This place is so beautiful! The landscaping is amazing and the staff just makes it better. Everyone was so nice during my tour. Even the maintenance guy said hi while we were touring the property. Everyone here seems so friendly. I am not looking to move until next year but I am so excited to make this place my new home!

Ive been living here for about 2 months now. I only have great things to say about Hanover. Starting with Jackie Miller, my leasing consultant, she was amazing and super patient. Everybody else in the office are also super nice and very welcoming.The amenities are great. The pool is perfect to go and chill there for a little bit and enjoy the nice views. They also have a beautiful reflection pond where you can walk around and exercise. I dont exercise much but I really enjoy the view from my yard every day. I love it here.

I could not ask for a better and more beautiful community to live in! I feel like Im on vacation when Im on the property. The staff is amazing and will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. And the location is perfect! I am very happy with the choice I made!

We lived at Hanover for one year from August 2019 - August 2020. Cant say enough about how amazing of a home it was. Putting aside the units with great layouts and finishes, the vacation-like pool, our favorite part of our experience had to be the staff. From the office folks to the handymen, we loved how much of a family and community feel was built during our time here. Its one thing to have staff who get your packages or who help replace a lightbulb, but these guys go the extra mile. Were talking knowing your names, family, and guests. Times are different now sure with the Pandemic, so of courseI am referring to PreCovid. It is a perfect place for pet owners as they have a big dog park and large open courtyard. We are moving because our home is done with renovations but we highly Recommended making Hanover your home!

I just moved to this place and Im already so happy with it.I had one minor maintenance issue and Alex fixed it immediately with zero problems. Hes always super friendly and helpful, as is the rest of the staff.The only hiccup that Ive seen is it seems to be hard to order UberEats or DoorDash here. I havent quite figured that part out yet.I just moved back to the area after being gone for four years and this place popped up out of nowhere while I was gone. Im so glad to have found it when I did. You cant beat the location and the house is so open with a ton of storage. I highly recommend this spot.

Everything has been great. They have been both reactive to my needs and request and proactive. The staff was amazing, the move in process was easy and apartment was beautiful. I am in love with the view from my apartment.

Be advised before you decide to move in. No window screens ! That’s not it, you aren’t allowed to install your own window screens even if you wanted to! Meaning you literally can NOT open any window due to the TONS of all kind of bugs including hard shells bugs! Something with their design violated firework codes which prevented ANY window screen to be installed! Unless you plan to wake up to bugs crawling your beds I urge you to consider somewhere else. Bugs will be a huge issue without window screens.Second issue, no smoking anywhere inside or outside not even in parking lot or garden open space or anywhere so you must drive your car out side of the entire complex.Third issue, if you have guest coming in they can not park inside, they must park outside and walk may be 5-7 minutes to get to your apartment that if you were successful giving them directions. A easy, efficient transition to move here. Carly Merritt is the property manager and she is amazing! She made our process easy and Leidy was amazing as well in assisting us in anyway she can. I love it here and this place is like a 5 star resort. Community is beautiful with a nice lake and pool. If you’re moving to Orlando, this is the place you want to move to! Carly and her team will definitely take care of you!

This has been the best choice that I have made in terms of moving. Eddie made the whole process smooth and easy, whatever questions I had he always responded in a timely manner. Couldnt be more happy living here now, truly feels like a vacation!

Typically don’t write reviews but this one was due for my great experience with Carly. I was just stopping by because I was curious about the new community. If I didn’t already own a house I would definitely be moving in. The whole staff was nice and brighten my day.

We moved in a month ago and absolutely love it here! The area is close to my work and all of restaurant row but tucked away in its own secluded community. The staff at Hanover is very professional and respectful of their future residents and residents, especially Eddie, hes great! If youre looking to move, ask for Eddie!

Hanover has been a great place to live! I always say that management and maintenance are the two most important things, and both of them are fantastic. Management is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond and repair! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are great.

The absolute best move in experience I’ve ever had. Carly the community manager is great! She helped me through the process with ease. This is my first apartment, I just moved in 2 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. She has a great personality and was willing to answer all my concerns and questions. This property is a really great clean community to live in. I plan on living here for a while!

Beautiful property, I moved here from Miami and the process was very quick and easy. The amenities are great and they keep it nice and clean. I love the ambiance and everything is close by, the apartments are beautiful too.

Recently viewed the property and was amazed at the amenity spaces that Hanover has to offer. The staff was superb and everyone I came in contact with was super helpful. The online pricing is a little different than the actual price which was a little disappointing but we were able to find an apartment within our price range. Im excited to call Hanover home in a few months.

Beautiful place! So happy I found this property. I have a beagle pup and finding a pet friendly home was extremely important to me. This community has a huge dog park and so much green space around.

I wouldn’t say everyone within the offices here responds well. Everyone responds right away when they have something they want from you, but if you have a question then they are not quick to help you or get the answers aside from Eddie. Eddie is the best person I have talked to through out my whole process here. He took the time time to understand my situation and help me get everything i needed to be a resident, as well ad answered all my questions in a timely manner. Honestly if it was not for Eddie’s help i most likely would have ended up going some place else. I look forward to my time at Hanover, the amenities are amazing and although not everyone is timely everyone I spoke to have always been very nice! ☺️

I moved into Hanover Dr. Phillips last month and it has been amazing! Luis Hernandez is hands down the best leasing professional in Orlando. He takes his time and hears your wants and desires and then tries to figure out what apartment would best fit what you are looking for without ever pressuring you into something that you don’t need or want. Luis always greets everyone with a smile and by name, no matter how many people he sees in one day, he always remembers his neighbors. It’s so welcoming to be in a community where they treat you like a person, and not just a number.Hanover has all the newest and best amenities with all the best people! Check this community out!

When we first moved in everything seemed great and I will say the amenities are beautiful BUT essentially stops at that. I pay a lot of money for a luxury apartment yet 4 months into my lease the blinds broke and they still have yet to fix them (almost 2 months later- they keep saying theyre on back order but this is getting ridiculous) which makes it a huge pain to use the sliding door to let my dog outside. My next door neighbors sliding door has been shattered for months (due to the landscapers hitting it with material from the lawnmower). The sound from the above apartment is awful, I can constantly hear the people and their dogs howling above us. The security gates rarely work and the mail and package room were completely unlocked for months. Ive also had numerous concerns about people using the gym who do not live here which have yet to be addressed.I will say the maintenance guys are super friendly and helpful!

I got transferred to Orlando back in January and my realtor brought me to Hanover, I fell in love right away! it looks like a little resort, it has a beautiful pool, games, and the location is great. I have read some of the recent reviews and I can understand that some people might have bad experiences, thats normal. So far I have had an amazing experience, of course things will break here and there but the office staff does their best to report these things, we are going though a Global Pandemic so I can understand if things take longer than expected. I am planning on staying here for another year before I buy a home so we will see what happens. Thank you Hanover for being so proactive during this pandemic!

I want to leave a comment about my Leasing Consultant Eddie Yeomans. Although I just received the keys to my new apartment and Im not living in it yet. I want to leave a comment about Eddie, he was so professional, efficient, and super patient, and even though I made him work extra to get me two apartments ready in record time. He made the process so easy.Everybody else in the office that answers my call was super nice!

The staff is always so nice and helpful. The amenities make you feel like you are living in a resort! Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful! We absolutely love living here.

Top notch experience and top notch property! Everyone in the office was so kind and Akayla gave us such a detailed tour. We came ready with tons of questions but she never made is feel like she was bothered by it...unlike some other experiences we’ve had in the area. They are also the only ones really doing real tours right now instead of virtually so we got a great feel for the place! Loved it!

Hanover is amazing! My apartment is modern and very spacious. I dont understand some of the bad reviews. Things break down at times but the staff is very proactive and they do the best they can to get it fixed asap. I couldnt be happier!

I’ve never seen such a beautiful and well kept apartment community. It truly feels like a resort with all the amenities both outdoor and indoor. Akayla was so helpful and really took a good amount of time to ensure we got all the information we needed. Definitely feel like we will be taken care of her and will be applying tonight! Highly recommend!

Eddie gave my husband and I a tour of the property a few days ago. We loved what we saw and are hoping to lease a unit soon. The property was so clean, and the pool area was awesome. The staff are all so nice and loved Eddie’s sense of humour. He was very positive and informative. He answered all of our questions and we felt very comfortable with the property and knowing that the staff that take care of property are all very dedicated employees. Thanks Eddie for taking the time to tell us all about the property!

Very nice place and staff, however their website prices are way off from what the real prices are. There was no good explanation for the discrepancies. I believe the reason is because they offer move in specials and at the end get those $$$ back by giving you a higher monthly payment and longer terms. False advertisement😞. I was looking forward to moving there.

Hanover Dr.Phillips is a must see community!!! Eddie was my leasing agent! He immediately greeted me with a smile! I honestly forgot that I was touring an apartment rather than a vacation resort. Eddie was awesome to work with and truly made me feel like I was already home! Huge shout out to Eddie for helping me make my decision to move to Hanover Dr.Phillips just that much easier!

Stay away from this place! SCAM! Poor professionalism! Theyre the shadiest management I have ever dealt with.I was excited to live here and thought the prices were reasonable considering the location and how nice the apartments are. I was obviously wrong. I was interested in apartment #6417 and the price was $1474 for 12 months lease. There is NO 4 weeks free included in the 12 month price therefore, THAT IS THE PRICE. They include the 4 weeks free pro-rated in to the 13-15 month lease prices, which I also feel is a shady marketing strategy.I asked the manager, Carly, if she could honor the 4 weeks free since I will be starting my internship next year and will not know where I will be assigned. She agreed to honor the four weeks. So I applied and paid all the fees. Fast forward, I am supposed to move in Dec 29th and I get a call Dec 27th from Leidy, basically trying to convince me to give up my apartment to someone else (a resident) who wanted to do an internal transfer. If this was true... why didnt they take it off the website?? This specific apartment had been on the website for weeks.Next, the BIGGEST issue: the price. Leidy let me know the 4 weeks is up front, and from there I will be paying $1587 A MONTH. Umm. What?? No, I corrected her and said when I applied it was $1474. She goes on and LAUGHS and says that type of price is UNHEARD OF. I ask them to pull reports and they said they did and there was no such thing as $1474. So then they have the audacity to ask if I want to rent a smaller apartment. These people are seriously unprofessional and need to keep their prices set.The funniest part is I went into the website TODAY. 12/31/2020, out of curiosity, since they said another resident wanted the apartment. And it is still there... FUNNIER part.. 12 months is AT $1474, meanwhile I was laughed at when i mentioned it. OH, and you know what is at $1587, the 13 and 14 month lease. So they were trying to charge me 13/14 month lease prices (because they were honoring the 4 weeks) when I was only leasing for 12 months.S H A M E ON YOU!!! Dont lease from this place until corporate and management gets better. Theres nicer apartments in Orlando that dont try to scam you for higher prices.

Recently joined the Hanover family as a resident. This place checked all the boxes off for me. Super clean, friendly staff, perfect amenities and great location in Orlando- center to all the action. The sales staff were not pushy and gave you your time and space. I personally used Eddie and thought it was just great. It also helps that he is easy on the eyes! All the reviews are exactly what you get here.

Amazing community! The amenities are beautiful and so are the units. We had such a pleasant experience with the staff, including our leasing rep Eddie. Eddie went above and beyond with helping us throughout the entire process. From showing us the property, answering our many questions, and making sure we were all settled in and the place felt like home. The rest of the staff is also amazing. Alex has also been a huge help whenever we need any maintenance with our condo. He is always friendly and ready to help. Thank you to Hanover for such a great experience.

Since Luis left The management team is extremely unprofessional. They are inexperienced and only concerned about power and enforcing rules. They are unhelpful and confrontational. I am a successful, professional woman and enjoy social community and peaceful weekends. The gates dont work in my car because it is too nice. They do not respond when there are true issues. They generally dont answer emails or pick up phone calls. In luxury apartment living it is all about the management team. The apartments themselves are really nice and its a great location.

This place is the place to be. It’s very peaceful yet everyone in the main office is so nice and yet so helpful. I had a few things that I needed in my apartment and my maintenance guys, Alex and Andy were very responsive, professionals and hard workers. I’m so glad that I found a place where I know I’ll be taken care of. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thanks Hanover!!

I am going on my second year here at Hanover and I love it! I was very lucky to find this place, the grounds are beautiful and the apartments have everything you need, it really feels like a resort, I totally recommend this place, you will love it!

I want to start by saying that my husband and I moved in without touring in person. We were moving from California and didnt have time to fly out and see the property, so we did a facetime tour with a member of the staff. We signed a lease and when we arrived...it was even BETTER than what we could have ever imagined. These past six months have had a lot of unexpected turns, and I cannot say enough how wonderful it has been to be in such a resort-like, luxurious property. Do yourself a favor and ignore those one star reviews- honestly people can get bitter so quickly about the smallest things. The maintenance staff here is the best, most dedicated and friendly staff I have ever encountered. The leasing staff is SO happy and kind as well, and they really do make this place feel like home. Im so grateful to be able to wake up every morning in such a bright, pristine and glowing environment. The pool is better than most resorts, the grounds are impeccable and there is ample room for walking and running around the property. It is VERY safe and very pleasant. I have only positive things to say. I cant imagine living anywhere else. They have frequent community events, food truck fridays, and they even decorate for the holidays. Also the landscaping they use, City Beautiful, is phenomenal. Furthermore, the gym is amazing! They have TWO peloton bikes! If you have any idea of how much those cost, you know that those alone make the gym more than worth it. There is also tons of natural lighting in the gym that makes it feel happy & energetic. Lots of good energy & positivity here. I feel blessed and grateful to live here.

I really want to talk about my experience here at Hanover. This was my first time moving out on my own and with Covid-19 I had plenty of time to research.I finally narrowed everything down to 3 places and made my appointment to do a walk through.Eddie was the apartment leasing agent that was taking care of me. Before I arrived, I already did my research and knew what I could afford and wanted.Eddie was AMAZING!!! Lets start with personality then professionalism. He was very inviting and relatable. He never pressured me, and was very honest. For my first impression here I already felt super comfortable.Professionally he knew his stuff. I had a list of questions and was very direct with him and he, from start to finish not only could answer but had recommendations.After my visit with Eddie I canceled my other visits and immediately applied.I just moved in and I couldnt be happier.Highly recommend not only living here, but to also ask for Eddie.

I toured the apartments with Carly a few months ago and she has been very informative and helpful! Unfortunately my job transfer did not go through so i will not be moving to Orlando at this moment. However this property is absolutely breath taking. The pool is breath taking... they even have little yards for each apartment which would have been ideal for my two yorkies. When i am able to make the transfer to Orlando i will defiantly be moving into this building.

This is one of the most upscale and reputable luxury apartments I have ever known. The atmosphere is classy, tasteful, and spacious. The views are unlike any other. Everyone has either visited or lived in beautiful apartment communities before, however, what truly sets Hanover Dr. Phillips apart is the incredible staff. Carly was professional and attentive to all my needs. She has continued to maintain this standard of excellence even after I moved in. I highly recommend you see Carly to introduce you to your new home!

Just renewed my lease! I have been so pleased with my experience at Hanover. The whole team has been a pleasure to work with since day 1. The amenities are top notch and I have a view of the Orlando Eye from my home.

The pricing is confusing but dont let that turn you off. they are running great promotions that put the rent in my budget. I went with the studio layout due to pricing but honestly the amenities here sold me. The out door space is unheard of in apartments

Hanover did an amazing job designing and constructing this property. After 1 month I cannot be more pleased with the apartment itself, the amenities, and the perfect location. First class all the way and special commendation to Eddie - he made the contract/move-in process simple and has been there at every step as I settle in to my new home. I would recommend Hanover Dr Phillips to anyone looking for a first rate apartment home experience.

I had a great experience with Hanover at Doctor Phillips. The apartments are new, well equipped and have amazing views. The property has excellent amenities as well. Eddie was super patient with me and showed me several apartments that met my criteria. He gave me an excellent tour of property and guided me through the application process. I am looking forward to moving there very soon.

I have been living at Hanover Dr. Phillips now since they opened in July. I love my home. Carly helped me with my application and finding the right home. I have a studio, it is very cute with upgraded finishes. I have become friends with neighbors and enjoy how close I am to all of the theme parks. My dogs love all of the open green spaces and are excited for the dog park to open.
