DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH 1800 FLOWERS. I mistakenly ordered here because of the recipient’s location. I called 10 times on my way to work. They DONOT pick up the phone. The other reviews are very accurate. The recipient received flowers but not like what was ordered.
Don’t order from here!! They might scam you like they did me.I ordered flowers (for around $100) for my mothers birthday to arrive on 9/18. They never arrived, I have been calling everyday since and there is no answer. I’ve emailed and have not received a reply. I live out of state so can’t go in physically. Can’t believe they will get away with this.
Amazing. So friendly and made my son truly feel part of the process from picking colors to wrapping the small arrangement. I was touched by such personal care. Thank you Marlow!
My husband ordered flowers for me for Mothers Day, he made me very happy but he was super upset when they delivered them. They look nothing like the photo, got 3 fading roses and 2 of what might bloom into lilies if it survives for another 2 weeks. They even embellished it with carnations- no carnations in the photo. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, grocery stores sell nicer flowers.
I ordered Mothers Day Flowers from 1800Flowers online. They were delivered from this location and they were absolutely horrible. Dead flowers and some of them were stems with broken off flowers and stems that look like the flowers were cut off of them! Youre better off going to 7-11!
Got sad flowers w a ripped ballon for mothers day called their phone # and they didnt pick up the worst delivery ever

I wish I could give these guys 0 stars. They should be embarrassed of their arrangements . Almost dead flowers with crumpled leaves that looked nothing like what I ordered. I Paid 80 dollars for a large arrangement and it was smaller than a 9 dollar bouquet from trader Joes. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
I gave 1 star because you cant give no stars or negative stars.. Received a beautiful basket arrangement Saturday, day before Mothers Day and here it is Wednesday and they are turning brown and drooping.I called the florist today, who immediately took a defensive attitude - I was told I was supposed to water them and I should put them in the refrigerator as they like cold.. IF I want to drive over - Ill give you some daisies. My reply - I shouldnt have to drive over for some daisies and this was an expensive arrangement - don talk to me like that was the reply as she hung up.. Inferior service from the start.
Went their on Saturday at 615 and the place was closed. Supposed to be open until 7. What a joke
Needed to quickly get some flowers for an event with short notice. Stopped here and the staff was able to help me out with exactely what I was looking for. They will design custom bouquets for a good price. Friendly staff and great selection. Highly recommended!!!
Horrible example of a florist. Was in the middle of the panic so i Ordered 3 specific beautiful mothers day arrangements from their website since they were not open to public but still taking internet orders and doing no contact deliveries. Well the 3 pieces they delivered were not only not what i ordered but were 3 identical made vase boquets that were thrown together. They were not answering the phone and only hung up immediately when they did.i called the delivery person and told her to please come pick up the flowers as they were not what i ordered.she daid she would tell the manager when she returns to the store. Needless to say i never heard from any of them after multiple attempts to contact them. Finally I got through and they told me ther is no manager or owner, that the business runs itself. Maybe they should get a manager who handles customers properly .would never recommend!!!!! EVER!!!
Bought beautiful flowers that lasted long! The staff was kind in helping me pick out exactly what I wanted and how to take care of the flowers. They also offer a freshen up plan where I can bring them back to be refreshed for a low price! So happy !!
Horrible experience, horrible customer service. The arrangement sent for a special occasion was sent wilted and nothing like what was described. No response or resolution. Sent photos of the disaster sent. Embarrassed and disappointed. Will never use 1-800 flowers.
Yeah, this place is wretched. The staff look scuzzy, and its a big mess for such a small building. You can see made in China boxes stacked behind the cashier. Its the day before Valentines day and theyre distributing low quality ugly roses, clearly imported.Visit someplace else if you want a wholesome experience with a floral expert who prides in their work, you wont get it here, its clear they just want to sell overpriced & low quality flowers.
These losers charge an arm and a leg for flowers yet they CONSTANTLY choose to deliver the flowers earlier than the day I request. They literally have one job. To deliver flowers on the day I requested. What a joke.
Hands down, ruined mothers day. Put an order in 4 months ahead for delivery 2 days before mothers day. Not only did 1800flowers not deliver, but they didnt follow-up to state they didnt do anything. Im certain they would take my money for nothing delivered. Looked like a chump on mothers day. 3 calls later with customer support, they still made me pay to deliver. Zero compensation (unless you want $20 off using this garbage service again!) fat chance, horrible customer service. 1st 2 calls left me on permanent hold.
Only giving one star because I cant give zero! Placed an order for flowers yesterday. They were supposed to be delivered today and never were. Called store but you cannot leave a message. Spent a half hour trying to get 1-800 flowers customer service to do something, they just kept telling me to call the store. I am currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back! Extremely disapponinting
I would have given this store no stars if it was possible.My fiance is in there at least twice a month buying flowers for me.The employees are always nice ‘ let him pick the flowers he wants for me, which he happens to be really good at!lol .He spennds ALOT of $ there often!He went this morning,Mother’s Day to get me a nice bouquet & he requested his usual, Gerber Daisies which are my favorite & the employee who he isn’t familiar with kept trying to sell him pre made bouquets.She then went to ask if it was ok to make a bouquet of Gerbers & a man, who ended up being the owner agreed, rudely & said they were $6 each.My fiancé told him how often he is in there & usually pays $5 each .So the girl helping him said, it’s Mothers Day, they are more!He said oooooh so you are saying you jack up the price for a holiday & you are admitting it!He left.We will never give that man our business again & I will be sure to tell all my friends & family the same!The owner is a rude obnoxious man!
I am writing this review for the general 1800 flowers company, not this one particular branch. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have had two issues now with 1800 flowers. The first time was on Valentines Day. I paid extra to have my flowers delivered on Valentines Day and they were never sent. When I tried to call and complain and ask for a refund, the customer service rep was so fake and couldnt speak english well. She wouldnt even let me talk she just kept saying Oh Im so sorry over and over like a recording.The second issue was this week. For my mothers birthday I ordered flowers. They were delivered this time, but after one day almost all of the roses died. I wasted $100 on these roses when I could have went to my local florist and they would have lasted over a week. I will NEVER use 1800 flowers again. I will also not recommend them to any friends or family anymore. They have been a disappointment more than once.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Doreen claims to be the manager but comes up with multiple excuses when her shipments of flowers do not come in on time. Sent out my order missing half the flowers I ordered and not even a phone call to offer anything different. These people DO NOT CARE to make you happy her answer to me was IM NEW HERE when I asked what she can do for me. Go with your local flower shop and save yourself the headache from these women. At least the assistant manager was nice on the phone instead of giving excuses and no rectification from Doreen. SHE IS THE WORST.

The flowers were ordered for Valentines Day. I scheduled the delivery for 2/13 and the flowers that arrived were dried out and the chocolates had melted. I called customer service with my concerns and was promised that New flowers and chocolates would be shipped with a promised delivery today 2/14 Valentines Day. I was also promised a confirmation email. Neither the flowers and chocolates or the email arrived. As these were for Valentines Day, delivery after today does not help me.
