Worst company Ive ever worked with - and I am not meaning just for car rentals. They add on charges for everything when you show up, so expect to pay 200-300 more than you expected (charges for their specific liability/coverage, charges to use sun pass for tolls without giving you an option to pay for your own tolls, charges to leave the state, etc). The front door doesnt work, the customer service is terrible, and they shuttle you back to the airport only when its convenient for them. I would definitely avoid them unless you absolutely have to and your back is up against a wall. I usually go with whoever has the best deal, but never again after this trip. Avoid Zezgo unless you want to start your vacation off terribly!

Expensive. Unethical, scam you into every fee. Choose a reputable business instead. We signed up for one thing and ended up paying wayyyyy higher with tons of hidden fees. Previously we used green motion for a budget friendly car and they treated us so well, and they are just across the street. Save yourself a headache and choose another company.

Here’s my advice: if you can rent something else and even willing to pay a little more do it. This business is something I find interesting. They charge you fee after fee, even when you show proof of coverage (total loss) on your personal car insurance policy and American Express credit card. If I didn’t already pre-pay I would of definitely rented somewhere else. This was a mistake I made, but know better next time. Too whomever reads this review, just be cautious and DON’T prepay, so you have an out to renting a car elsewhere.

I rented the car through Expedia. When I picked up the car, they came up with new charges. They wouldnt give me the car unless I bought a Partial Damage Wavier. It cost 14 dollars a day and it isnt even insurance. Total ripoff.

DO NOT RENT from here. Deposit is from $250 to $1000. Hidden fees, they will try and charge you liability and say you don’t have it so make sure you have your policy handy. Most states require liability. Also loss of use insurance. They shuttle you industrial area to a small run down office. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I stick with the major rental companies, you end up paying more or the same. The car was new and clean. Same problem with a customer picking up and the car they were given had dents and ran poorly, and the attendant told them it was normal and that’s the way small cars sound. They declined that car and waited fir them to clean the car I had. At least mine was new.

This is the worst experience ever i travel a lot and rent cars from everywhere, first the lady on the counter wanted to give me a standard sedan car instead of the one i booked which is a full size Sedan and after that she asked if i wanna insurance but i have my own full coverage insurance and i provided my American Express Platinum Business card to cover the collagen and she wanted to to charge me $1000 for security deposit but i usually pay $250 and she charge the people before me $250 and when i asked her she said because I didn’t buy the insurance from them and when i asked to talk to a manager the manager had an attitude and was so rude. If i can rate with a zero start i would do that. I don’t recommend anybody to go there

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Pay the extra couple of dollars and use a real company. The “General Manager” charged my card $35, 10 days after dropped off the card stating that they had to repair a nail in the tire that may have been caused by anyone in the past 10 days. I will be contacting the better business bureau this place is GHETTO, their door doesn’t even work. I had to pry open the door as if I was breaking into the place.

Claimed we didn’t have coverage because our policy doesn’t state that it covers “loss of use”. They wanted an additional $14/day for that! Canceled our reservation and left us scrambling. Total rip off.

This company is a compete fraud. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. pay the extra $30 to save thousands. They charged my wife 1500 for damages they noted in the pre rental paper work. The mgr would not give me his name and hung up on me 3 times. The sheriffs office couldnt do anything because its a civil situation. The mgr told me just file a claim. Youll get paid, we will get paid, its all good. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will do everything I can to put them out of business. Spend the extra couple of dollars to avoid this plague of a business. Civil litigation pending.

They have terrible service and lie telling you that your full coverage Policy does not have a certain Coverage when you do. In order to avoid the extra $63 I called my insurance company to add that feature which is less than what I had. They will do everything in their power to take your money. If you have full coverage do not fall for the extra charges that theyre saying your insurance does not have I suggest that you call your insurance company and discuss it with them either get it added edit added or to confirm that you have coverage so they dont charge you More.They will also put a $1000 deposit on your card even when you have Full coverage and Ive never Seen that happen before.Also for the sun pass they will charge you $15 A-day for the sun pass if you choose not to take it they will charge you $25 every time you pass a toll even if you pay the toll yourself. Other car rental companies charge you $15 for the entire time that you have the car for the sunpass.

I would give this company no stars. Total bait and switch..Rented the vehicle through Expedia and paid for the additional insurance, and used my own . When we arrived we were required to pay for TWO other mandatory coverages.. when we questioned why, they just said “ because. “ The additional coverages were bogus.. In addition to all the bogus charges, two weeks later I noticed a NEW charge on my account form them??? When I called to inquire what this charge was, I was put on hold, then hung up on. I called back, and was hung up on again. Total scam!!!

If you are on the fence about booking this company - DON’T. Booked through Expedia. This place is AWFUL! All the hidden fees were ridiculous. Paid for the rental prior to the trip, thought I was good. Get to the counter and learn of all these additional fees… ended up having to pay additional $320. Would have been more, but I had proof of insurance - they tried to say I didn’t have enough! It was a nightmare!!

Would leave a negative 5 if they allowed it. They charged over 100 dollars in extra fees that they didnt say anything about until I arrived in Florida. The car was dirty and the trunk had to be toyed with whenever I had to close it. I went threw Expedia to get the car and didnt look at the reviews so thats on me. I rent a lot of cars for work and this is the first time I ever left a review. Please pay the extra money and use a better rental place because they will get the money off you that you think you saved

Loved Zezgo. They were helpfuland the car was clean and gased up! Perfect experience. Please note: Deposit was based on credit. Also being from California and leasing my car I have high limits as required by my creditor. Zezgo requires the same type of limits.

After already paying for my rental for the week they asked for an additional 500 for insurance and a down payment (which was not disclosed at time of purchase) customer service is terrible and they refused to refund money after I no longer needed their service. They refused to do anything about the situation and the customer service was terrible. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT book with this company!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Run away from these crooks. Many people have suggested you take pictures yourself, of the vehicle and communicate anything you see wrong with the car. Our experience was TERRIBLE. We rented a small compact car that was in deplorable condition to begin with, many scratches and dents. As I sat in the drivers seat, ready to drive off, I noticed a crack going across the very bottom of the windshield. When we returned the car in the exact condition we received it in, the intake person said everything looked fine and we would get our deposit back in 2 to 3 business days. They decided to keep our deposit and claim we made the crack in the windshield. We asked for before and after pictures, they sent pics of a different color car!! They are lying thieving people Please dont do ANY business with this terrible company.

If i could give them zero stars i would. The car had a low air tire pressure light because they said the tpms monitor sensor was not replaced. The vehicle did not have power windows or power locks. The car’s horn did not work which is an extreme safety issue. The rental car place told me i could not use my own toll pass because the car’s pass could not be deactivated so they basically force you to use their toll system or not take tolls. They would not work with me to change the reservation times. I was held up at the air port waiting for checked baggage and picked the car up 2 hrs later than my reservation time and wanted to begin the rental at the time i reserved for instead of the time i picked it up. Considering the company is out of England i can only imagine what customer service is like.

I have rented cars many times and in other countries and renting from Zezgo in Orlando was the worst experience ever. First of all Zezgo in Orlando is not at the airport, you have to take a shuttle from the airport and its like a 15 min ride. The person that attended us was not nice at all, she had an attitude and seemed miserable. Be careful because online they bait you with very cheap prices but those prices dont include any sort of liability coverage which is required by law in the state of Florida. They also try and force you to get the prepaid sunpass, you can opt out but you will have to avoid tolls because even if you pass a toll both and pay with cash, Zezgo will charge you almost $40.00 per toll you pass through if you dont purchase the prepaid sunpass. The prepaid sunpass is like 15 bucks a day and there is no pay with cash option. Safe to say that your cheap rental doesnt come out to be as cheap as you thought, you pay almost as much as you would with a hertz or an avis but the customer service and rental experience is terrible. Moral of the story, STAY AWAY from Zezgo!!!

Absolutely terrible service. First, our pick up time was for 6:00 at the airport. We sat for over an hour. We would have been fine with this if others were waiting even 5 minutes for their shuttles, but nope. Everyone came and went fast, while we waited.Second, we noticed our deposit was for $2,000...as we were in the shuttle to Zezgo. Yea, $2,000??? This was actually our fault that we didn’t catch that earlier. But still, I’m not sure how they can expect anyone to front that money.Third, we got there and literally every single worker had an attitude, especially the two girls working the front desk. They were insanely rude and extremely unhelpful.Forth, they told us we would have to purchase their insurance even though we already purchase insurance through Kayak???? Couldn’t really even give us a reason why.Pretty much, if you’re thinking about using this company, DON’T. I hope anyone trying to book a car through them reads reviews before they’re in the shuttle from the airport, like us, and you save yourself the $50 non refundable deposit like us, and the long unnecessary hassle.

Basically, same as others on here--long wait time for shuttle at airport, charged insurance when covered fully plus using VISA, no way out of being charged for tolls--cannot pay on your own or use your own pass, and charged for supposed damages AFTER returning the car and all parties signed off no damages. I read through the reviews for this agency and was terrified to rent through them, but my experience was OK. Not great, not bad, but OK. I booked through Expedia with a surprise agency. Once I got to MCO, I looked them up and was so concerned with the awful one star reviews, most of them in the last couple months, I almost didn’t pick up the car and booked through a different agency. I’m glad I didn’t. I went to pick up the car completely on the offensive. The agency is off site. Shuttle service took about 30 minutes to get picked up at the airport. The actual agency is rough looking. Electronic sliding doors that don’t work and have to be pulled open. I had lots of questions for the lady at the front desk, and she was kind and helpful. They did accept our car insurance and did not require us to pay for any of theirs. We did not have paper proof of insurance, it was on our phone. We did have to pay an additional $50 for tolls for our trip. It seemed there was no way getting around that. Not sure if that’s standard amongst all agencies. The security deposit was $250, not the $1000 that is written on their policy posted at the front desk. The car itself was nice. It did have small dings but I documented them as did the agency. When we returned the car, they did a quick once over and drove us to the airport. Shuttle to the airport was immediate. Time will tell if we have any issues pop up in the coming weeks, but as of now it is OK. I would not book here again just because of the stress of wondering if I was going to get hassled or scammed.

Not very friendly, and they started inspection of the car before we got out of the vehicle. He said there is a small stain on the floor it was a small piece of candy that my granddaughter picked up what he finger. When we were pickup at the airport the person was looking at his cellphone and driving. All in all will not do business with this company again.

The absolute worst experience I have had with a business. I am a single mom and was traveling alone with my young daughters and was completely taken advantage of. I got a flat tire on the second day of our trip, a police officer was nice enough to change for me, I called the zezgo to let them know and they assured me that I would be fine with the spare for the remainder of my trip. Upon returning the car, while my daughters were waiting in the shuttle to get to the airport, the representative asked me to come inside. He informed me I would have to leave a charge of $500 as they didn’t have time to check the condition of the tire. I hesitantly agreed because I was afraid to miss my flight, he assured me it would be refunded and that it was protocol. Three weeks later I still haven’t been refunded my money and today was informed by the manager that they would not be returning any of my money because the tire was destroyed. Also I purchased their insurance for $270, but that didn’t cover the tire repair. I have consulted an attorney, although it is the last thing I wanted to do. But due to being discriminated against for being a single, trusting mom, I am left with no choice. The manager was rude and disrespectful to me, hanging up on me several times and even laughing at me a few times. DO NOT use this company. They are sketchy at best, not to mention a dirty, shady location.

When we arrived to pick up the car we were told they I did not have any cars available. We had the option to wait 2-3 hours for a car to arrive or pay $375.00 more and he could call a friend to see if he had any cars available. We decided we had no other choose but to wait. We had to sit on a curb outside as the rental place was small with no chairs. We sat for almost three hours with two kids outside in the heat on a curb without them even offering us at least water. Then when the car arrived I was told my insurance did not have loss of service on the policy for the rental car. I had to pay an additional $60. I called my insurance the next day and they said that was not something they even offer on rental cars and it was a scam. There were also three other customers waiting as they were also told they had no cars for them either. They did have cars in the lot but refused to upgrade any of us. Don’t waste your time!

Beware the Reviews are true, I rented a rental car from a third-party wisecar which ZEZGO was the provider upon returning the vehicle in clean condition inside& outside I waited 20+ minutes for someone to come inspect the car cause he was with a c/s when the manager at the time inspected the vehicle he reach in with his hand & rub on a spot I ask him when would I get my Deposit back he said 3 or 5 days afterwards an employee went out to the vehicle & was cleaning the area where the manager Rub I Ask was there anything wrong he stated it had damage I look & said that was not there, he said youre the only 1 who has Driven the car since it was only 9miles .I told him the car was Dirty when I picked it up maybe from the Rain. Before I brought thecar back I had washed the car & didnt notice any mark & told him that mark was not there he told me either forfeit my 250dollar deposit or pay a 1000 dollar deductible. I ask him to view. The video footage of them doing the walk around he said if I make him do that much work & it shows that it was not there that I would have to pay the 1000 deductible after viewing the video footage the video didnt even cover the front or back door of the driver side of the car he said it doesnt matter I sign a paper stating no damage the mark was so small you would have to be up close & wouldnt have even seen it if youre a foot away from it especially if it had rain dirt on it. I then took a picture cause I couldnt Believe I was getting scam & I bought their insurance Sun pass window coverage to avoid any Shenanigans not knowing also about a 1000 deductible, A cpl days Later I called to speak to the operation manager He than told me he is also the general mgr and after talking with hiM. in regards to the situation he said I was going be charged 420dollars I ask for the estimate & why I wasnt given 1 He said cause I didnt release my 250dollar deposit. My Theory is why you wouldnt have complete Video of your brand new rental unless the mark was knowingly there or the Employees made an attempt to fraudulent keep my 250 Deposit Now Im disputing the charge to my credit card very disappointed with their service. PLEASE READI made an error and did not read the reviews before renting. That being said off the bat they want a HUGE deposit (mine was 500) then you have the EZ pass Fee which is 14.95 a day and YOU CANNOT use your own. I set my google for no Tolls because of this and I they tried to charge me for two tolls I did not pass. STAY AWAY from this company seriously the other companies are much better. They want your vehicle insurance to have loss of usage coverage which doesn’t really exist for vehicles. I used my home policy and my car policy to not pay. Make sure you take photos and videos of your vehicle before you drive off.The staff was nice but the company sucks.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. First of all, they rented me a POS car that was damaged and scratched up when I picked it up. Not a big deal - it was cheap, so I didnt expect a super nice car. Upon arrival, they told me that my insurance wasnt good enough, so I had to purchase their insurance. Also, not a big deal, even though my Capital One credit card & Hanover insurance usually are sufficient when I rent from other companies. I got a flat tire on vacation, and returned the vehicle with the spare on it. I called them to let them know that it would have the spare on it when I came in in the morning, because we had to be on the first shuttle to the airport at 8:05am. They took our things off of the shuttle because they needed to inspect the car, and I told them we HAD to get on this one or we would miss our flight. After he argues with me, he put our stuff back in. The guy tells me that I will have to pay $25 for the repair of the tire because I didnt purchase the tire insurance - which was NOT offered to me in the first place. They refused to give me an invoice copy & contract & theyre telling me that I didnt purchase the insurance. TWO WEEKS LATER, I check my credit card statement ant they charged me $260 for damages. Total nightmare!

Read the reviews! I will spend a little extra to go with Enterprise next time. Deposit was $250 plus they charged me $263 for insurance so right off the bat I spent an extra $500 on my vacation that was VERY unexpected. The vehicle they put me in ended telling me it needed an oil change and more washer fluid only after the first day. On top of that it definitely needed an alignment since it kept pulling left. The courtesy drivers are absolutely terrible! Using their phones while driving. The one actually started swerving because she was paying more attention to her phone than she was the road. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company.

This place is the worst. Total scam job. They force you to pay additional bogus fees for “liability”, force you to pay for their insurance regardless of whether you have your own. After paying $259 in bogus fees, they also told me they needed a $250 deposit until car was returned. While my receipt states $250, bank statement reads $300.Please do your research and find a different rental car company. Avoid the frustration of going with these scammers.

I booked through Expedia got a great deal, until you get to the rental center.Thats when you find out about the loss of use insurance at a cost of $70, then we have the optional $7 a day for toll use, per day.word to the wise theres a better value at pay less or any other major chain. Hidden fees. They took $1000 on hold incase something happens to the car. Workers constantly taking off their mask or not wearing any at all. Terrible service. By the way they ask for toll payments. The office looks run down and unprofessional. The shuttle YOU have to call for and wait for 30 minutes after they tell you they will be there in 15 minutes. Dont let the low prices fool you, I rather pay a reasonable price and have great service with no hidden fees. Im surprised they are still in business. They are very misleading. TERRIBLE!!!!

ULTIMATE SCAM!!!Beware they have so much hidden fees. If you don’t want to be a VICTIM, stay away from this company! I learned my lesson and would read the review first. I booked my car online and paid in full. When I get to their MIAMI office, I was asked if it was my first time in Florida, how familiar I was on the toll road in Florida, if I wanted to avail the Sunpass and threatened me that I would have to pay $25 every time I pass by a toll road. I know how Sunpass works and it doesn’t charge that much so I arguably declined it. Failed to get more money from me, their next target is the car insurance.I showed them my car insurance on my phone with full coverage for rental car but they insisted that a physical paper copy is required which isn’t stated on their confirmation email and doesn’t make any sense as all companies are going paperless. They gave me no option and forced me to avail the car insurance as the only way to get the car which I fully paid in advance.On top of that, the rental car has low tire pressure even before they handed it to me. I thought it would be resolved by just adding air to the tires but one of the tires has a small hole. I had to fill air twice a day everyday on my own expense which was very inconvenient and I didn’t feel at ease all the time!!! The rubber seal on the driver’s side windshield was loosely hanging, I could hear it flopping on the freeway. Luckily, it didn’t fall off.

They told us we were more than an hour late, so they gave our car to someone else, even though 45 minutes of that hour was waiting for the shuttle or in line because there was only one agent. They left us stranded with no car and their only solution was to bring us back to the airport. Luckily 2 doors down, NICO had a car available and saved our vacation.

I did carefully read the reviews of this place before i booked here so i knew what to expect… But my experience was the opposite.. i had excellent customer service from Franko and was very impressed on how easy it was. i’ve used many car rentals as i do travel often and this place is on the top of my list. Franko helped me understand everything that i had questions with… A lot of these reviews are confusing because EVERYWHERE you rent from has a deposit held on your credit card.. if you don’t understand that, then renting a car isn’t for you and you should probably just walk or uber everywhere. I had a great experience and will be back to rent again!🚗

One of the worst experiences with this company. I rented through orbitz since these were the best prices. After arrival at the airport, the shuttle picked us up. We got to the place and the guy who drove us was the one taking care of the booking. I had paid for the car and full coverage insurance online before arrival. I then come to find out they want $250 for another kind of insurance that was mandatory and refused to accept my insurance policy that covers rented cars. They then wanted a $1000 deposit through a credit card. I only had cash and a debit card and they refused for me to show them a picture of my dads credit card for them to enter the number. I was not told about this deposit or the extra insurance. They then wanted me to pay for tolls that I was also not aware of before. I was about to pay almost $500 extra without the deposit even included. This was absolutely ridiculous to me because I had rented a car from the airport before and it was a convertible mustang with half the price I was going to be paying with them with only a $200 deposit. I asked for them to cancel and called to get a refund. I then had to walk in the hot sun and try to find another car rental place. I found one where they accepted my insurance policy, charged me half what they were asking for tolls, gave me a brand new 2021 car, and took only $100 deposit. All this added up was half of what they were asking. I was not the only one that left, another couple that arrived with us also left without renting a car for the same reasons. Save yourself time and rent from another place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their insurance that they make you pay for doesn’t cover anything and they put a $1000 dollar hold on your credit card.The tire blew out on the highway and we called the shop and they told us “that’s okay we’ll make a note of it” little did we know that meant money in the bank for them. When we get back to the shop one of the kids come out and inspect the car and tell us we are going to have to pay for the tire that blew out of the high way. After laughing at us we got to talk to the manager that clearly leads by example. Proceeds to tell us tough you have to pay for the tire. Don’t waste your time or money here. We are filing a complaint to the BB.

Horn didnt work, almost crashed, went off highway! They ignored my concern, didnt care, asked manager for his name, he said no, asked for proof horn didnt work, they ignored me. I paid nearly $500 for 4 days, they charged $68 for tolls, and you have to prove you have top insurance... youve prob never heard of ZEZGO now you know why. worst service EVER. And driver/agent was on social media while driving shuttle!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We paid Expedia $590 to rent the car with insurance. When we went to pick up the car, they charged us another $447 for different sorts of fees. We spoke with Expedia and it said they should not have charged us for any of it. So they are scamming anyone who rents from this company. If this happened to you, I suggest you call Expedia so they do not work with this company any longer.

Read other reviews. Dont waste your time. Have rented from dozens of other car rental places without issues. We wanted to rent a car for a day while our car would get repaired - simple, right? Nope.They lure you in with false low prices then tack on hidden fee after hidden fee. On top of our full coverage insurance and CDW, they claimed we needed an extra PDW regardless of our insurance AND credit card coverage.Said we could not use toll roads unless we paid $14/day extra for their transponder, plus the toll costs. We couldnt take theirs out or deactivate it, since we already have our own. We couldnt use cash only lanes either.After wasting 30min, we decided to leave.We saw another couple experiencing great difficulty as well. They were charged $110 and $250 more than they expected, but, they didnt have another option.The staff was friendly but the policies are horrible.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The worst experience ever. If you are thinking to rent a car with this company, please don’t do it. My husband and I rented a car because we had our weekend anniversary celebration. Our flight had a delay and we were unable to pick up the car because they closed at 8:00. When we called them to pick up the next day they cancelled our vehicle and keep the money. Also, they were very rude and didn’t help or give us as a client any solution. Totally disappointed !!!

THE MOST TERRIBLE COMPANY TO RENT A CAR!! STAY AWAY....I give this company O stars, I made my reservation through EXPIDIA 3 months before with full cover insurance when we arrived at the office the person who attended me apart from the insurance I had asked me for my personal car insurance, he wanted to charge me 16 dollars a day for tolls when tolls in Florida are 50 cents each on average! plus $ 9 a day for an extra driver. And a $ 1,000 credit card deposit. When he proceeded to make the card transaction he told me that my card had not been declined. I give him another card and he did not want to pass it on, saying that he could not enter it in the system, I called my bank and they told me that they did not have any transaction from that company that would pass it on again. The girl from zezgo told me that I could only swipe the card 2 times that if I did not pass my reservation it would be canceled when supposedly I passed it, you told me that it was rejected again and that she could no longer give me the car that I had to go and call to the website to change my reservation. I had to rent the car at another company at the last minute paying much more money and the incredible thing that the card that they told me did not pass was the one I used 15 minutes later at the other company. Please, before making a reservation at this company, think very carefully about the truth that they are scammers and liars who play with customers time and money.

Misleading info. Booked a low price for 5 days with unlimited miles for injured soldiers to use while in Orlando getting treatment then they tell me that local residents only get 50 miles and nit unlimited. When I disagreed and told them I would report misleading info they kept my prepaid charges and refused to rent car to me. Fine print is very confusing but does say 100 miles not 50 for local residents. So they were wrong about 50 miles and I learned a lesson. Do not rent from these guys.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had, multiple hidden fees that they lied about, such as a $250 hold on our card that they said would fall off after 1 to 2 days, but after 4 days it was still on there and after calling and complaining to an extremely rude person they said it would be 7 to 10 more business days. The worst rental experience I’ve ever had, spend the extra $10 and book a car through a reputable company. I’ll make sure that I can get anyone I know who rents a car in Orlando or anywhere else will never use this company and will help spread the word to avoid them at all costs.

Would give zero if I could. They refuse to be helpful at all. They charged $170 when we booked online. Then charged us $220 for their insurence. They also charge $25 dollars per toll you go through even if you pay the toll. And then $250 for a deposit even though we had full insurence and everything else they charged. On top of that the staff was constantly speaking in spanish in front of us clearly talking about us. Worst rude staff Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering.

I arrived at the airport at 2:30 pm and the shuttle did not pick us up to bring us to get a rental until 4:00 then they said my reservation was cancelled because I was late even though it was there fault. I had put 70$ down and they told me I have to put a 2500$ deposit down on the car on a major credit card I told them my credit line is not that high & he handed me my card and said ok the owner was extremely rude! They left my family and I outside with no rental waiting our time! We took a shuttle back the airport & I never got my 70$ back! Dont book with this place they should be shut down!!! DO NOT WAIAT YOUR TIME! I booked with action later that night and they were great and only a 200$ deposit and are open until 11pm

Very deceitful company. They offer a cheap price for the car rental on line or thru different travel platforms, (thats the trick)(if you dont read the terms and conditions of the booking (like I didnt do it), when you get to the place to pick up your car (I paid when booking on Travelocity) if you are American or Canadian citizen, they ask you to show proof of insurance in the amount of $300 000 of coverage, or they force you to buy theirs (otherwise I couldnt get my car at 9.00pm and far from the airport after a long flight.) within a range of prices, they charged me $252 on top of my week rental of $109, but I read in other comments people were charged higher amounts than me.They also push very hard for you to buy their sunpass service which is higher than average companies in the area, almost threatening you not to use any toll when you waive theirs,(very awfull practice).I tried thru Travelocity to obtain a refund of the insurance coverage I was forced to buy, with no success, they said is in the terms and conditions of the booking with the company, but I have rented cars in many other occasions with very different companies and Never Ever was forced to buy extra insurance coverage, I was always covered under my insurance company and credit card policies.Really believe is a very dishonest practice, and they were even giving another customer a different reason than mine, for them to buy it.Also believe Travelocity should give customers a better advice when dealing with this company, (like read all the term and conditions, especially insurance coverage), otherwise I wouldnt rent with them at all.The location is a little far from the airport too.On the other hand I have to say the service was courteous and fast, the car was new and clean, and the Shuttle was efficient.But was a very unpleasant experience for me and I will never rent with them again, NEVER!!!!!Attached is 2 extracts from the terms and conditions for the public to be better informed when dealing with Zezgo Car Rental.

READ THE FINE PRINT!What look like a good deal is definitely not. I have always traveled for years with my own SunPass, it saves hassle and money when renting cars throughout Florida. They charged me $250 for using my own toll pass! We were 6 minutes outside of our grace period and they charged us another $45 for being late. I asked to then keep the car for another hour since I was being charged anyway, they said no you are here, it is checked in. Then when dropping us at the airport he purposely dropped us furthest from our gate as possible. Never trust a good deal.

This review has 1 star only because I cant post it without giving it at least one. Otherwise, no stars! Made arrangements to rent a car from Zezgo. Shuttle never showed up at the airport to pick us up. We called before their close time of 9 pm. Call went to a voicemail box that was not setup. Additional calls simply rang numerous times until the call dropped. Arranged through Travelocity. Attempted to contact them to no avail. Hours later after waiting at the airport, took a taxi to the destination. Called the rental agency the next day and they attempted to tell us the shuttle van showed up twice to the airport and we werent there. Not true. We waited where we were told to and continuously scanned the area for the white can with the Zezgo company marking. And, we call the company before they closed to find out where the pick up shuttle was and why it was taking so long. They refused to refund the money and placed the blame squarely on the shoulders of Travelocity. Travelocity has also been horrendous and unhelpful - actually telling us to just rent another car. Stay away from Zezgo and Travelocity.

Honestly it’s a scam. It seems cheap but they’re expensive. They don’t take your own personal insurance. Not only that they try and tell you that you need the sun pass( which is 50 to active and $13 every day after), but you don’t. They also tell you that if you use your own sun pass they’re going to charge you an additional $25 per toll (even though you purchased your own sun pass). Honestly try any other car rental place.

Be sure to read all reviews carefully. Booked through Expedia and what everyone else is saying is true. Get there after a long day of travel only to be told about all these other things I’ll need to pay for on top of the 250 through Expedia. I only have debit cards and that would cost extra due to me not having a credit card for said fees. Staff wasn’t to friendly. We walked out of there and had to wait in the cold for a Lyft driver to come pick us up. It’s a scam. Don’t use these people!!!!!!!

Of course your credit card insurance or personal insurance will not meet their insurance requirements and they will make you purchase additional insurance coverage which of course they make money on. I reserved a car for 2 days for 35.56. Unpon arrival at the counter I was told I had to pay for an additional $25 for PDW Insurance ( I have no idea what that is). I pulled up my insurance policy that has full coverage including rental car coverage and the rep was unable to show me where this PDW coverage was that I didnt have. My credit card also has rental car coverage which she said doesnt count. The rep also lied about having to pay for daily toll Epass of $7.00 a day, telling me I couldnt;t use the cash lanes or my own transponder or one I purchased. This is a lie. Do Not USE This Company. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY to Zezgo! This car rental is the worse in the world. I booked a car on expedia for $172.72 with them. They charged my credit card $305.30 and other $50.92 for insurance even if I have full coverage. They dont want to refund even if you show them prove of what they did. Check the photos to see. They are stealing people money. You can wait at the airport forever before they come pick you up and you can wait other hour at the desk with them. Very slow service.

There was no long lines, no delays, no nagging up sell, no harried manner or speech. They actually had the car I requested and seemed like they enjoyed their job.
