These guys are really shady. They told me they would give me a call once my insurance coverage ended. They never did. And so i was charged 204 dollars subsequentlyI called them to ask about this. I told them that they had specifically told me they would call me once my coverage ended so i know when i would be charged. They themselves said this to me. But they never called. And when i confronted them about it all they said was oops. SorryYour Oops sorry cost me 204$.Really horrible customer serviceIf oops is the only thing you can do about your major mistake then this department is extremely incompetent. I dont want to hear your excuses as to how you had to calculate the days. Isnt that what your are paid to do? I do not recommend enterprise and especially stay away from this location. Read the reviews and heed their warnings
Made a reservation. They either changed the documents you need to provide, accepted documents they werent suppose to accept or each enterprise is different🤔🤷🏽but whatever it was they need to get it together. Big inconvenience. POST YOUR APPROVED DOCUMENTS ON THE DOOR next to the must wear a mask sign, before we ENTER! So we dont waste our time!Oh, thats not possible because if you did that it wouldnt be possible for you all to discriminate on different levels because then people would be able to prove who be lying. oh well.....My advice to viewers. Go to budget if you want to rent a car without ALL the confusion.All i know is a manager at one enterprise allowed me to rent a vehicle on May of 2021 this year (thank you) with a reservation using my declaration page of my car insurance and my Verizon cell phone bill both were up to date current and active. With my debt card.This particular enterprise didnt 🤷🏽🤔 idk why.... Dont ask me, as a matter of fact, idc.I just went to Budget reserved online, while i was standing in line, picked up my car and left. When I first rented only need for 4 days but my own car was still in shop need more work so had to call twice for extension on rental and each time the employees at the Orlando North location was above and beyond kind fast friendly made tbe rental process great. I highly recommend this location for rental.
My Prius won’t be ready until Monday, 9/27/21.Called to verify - closed! You need to be in Bithlo. The car was smoked in previously, and except for Bradley, your employees should be picking trash on Colonial Drive. They know what trash is.
I’ve been renting at Enterprise for a few years now & as of yesterday….they had the audacity to charge me $250 for “smoke in the car”. I DO NOT SMOKE AT ALL! NOBODY SMOKED IN THE CAR…I tried to explain that to them, being it was very unfair and they were rude about it, to the point it was exaggerated that there was smoke. I had called the higher ups to set up a dispute. It was very unfair considering that it has never ever happened. Also there’s proof in every receipt (for the last few years) that I’ve never gotten a “vehicle clean charge”. This is the location near downtown Orlando, which I’ll never go to again for the foolishness. I’ve been patient with them, even when they had no cars available to rent at times (even when I had reservations)…but this isn’t how to treat loyal customers that ALWAYS followed the rules.
BEWARE!! If you ever decide to rent a car here CHECK ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING AND HAVE THEM WRITE DOWN EVERY DETAIL THAT YOU FIND ON THE CAR BEFORE YOU TAKE IT, NO MATTER HOW SMALL IT MAY SEEM. Vehicle came off the lot with a small chip on the windshield that I didn’t notice until afterwards and of course they blamed it on me and want me to pay for it. Even tried to get money out of me as “deductible” when Florida is a State where Windshield Replacement is free of deductible. If you ever decide to rent here, check absolutely everything and use a credit card that offers you a damage waiver for free. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU. I wasn’t the only one going through the same issue that day. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

I had the worst experience with Enterprise. To start, it was really difficult to even get a car because of them having no availability. If I wasn’t going through insurance I wouldn’t be able to get a car. I specifically asked for an economy car before I picked up and they said they had marked it down on my account. So when I picked up and asked again for the cheapest car they brought out a Mazda SUV. I took it because I assumed that was the cheapest car they had. A few days later I noticed there were bugs in the car, not just one or two but every time I opened the car there were bugs. I called and was told to bring the car in to get a new one. I get a new one and this one was significantly cheaper to which I said that that was more of what I wanted. Then I get a call two weeks later that my insurance was going to run out before my car was done in the shop. I complained that if they had given me the cheapest car to begin with I would be able to have the rental for longer. They responded that there was nothing they could do and that they wouldn’t even let me have the car for that long. On top of all of that with such a horrible experience, I got the toll bill charged to my card, no call or anything to confirm. Everyone I’ve spoken to has told me to never use Enterprise because they’re a horrible company, and I agree.

I booked an SUV about two weeks before needing it. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were notified that they didn’t have the size SUV that we booked. They were quick to accommodate us with a larger vehicle at the same price. Very easy to work with and all of the staff were friendly. We did the after hours drop off and the instructions were very clear on how to go about it! Great location right next to downtown Orlando!

We rented a car from downtown OrlandoFirst when we booked, we were informed we would get picked up from our location. That was changed the day before we rented the car and we had to pay $40 to take a cab there. Fast forward when we returned the car, we realized we were charged twice for our rental. I called the branch and they said there was a glitch in the system and yes we were charged twice but it had been refunded immediately ( didnt inform me that there was a system glitch and I had been charged twice). A day later the payment actually posted on my account again I called and was told nothing they could do because they had already issued a refund. I went one step further and contacted my bank, had a 3:way call with the branch and my bank told them no refund had been made or was pending, again she insisted they had refunded it and thats all she could offer so now Im in the dispute process with my bank, Lord knows how long it will take to get my money back.We have used enterprise ONLY for the last 18years, we have even turned down cheaper rentals in the past because of our loyalty to you all...NEVER AGAINNancy Smith

I cannot say enough good things about this location!!!! I was stuck because Thirfty closed...the two girls at Enterprise bent over backwards to accommodate me and my family....in more ways than one! They saved my vacation...and Im not sure what I would have done without them!!! This company and their employees are top rate! It is more expensive but from now on, I will pay the extra money and rent from Enterprise
I always use Enterprise when I need to rent a car. I always get a bigger or better car then what I put down for. Thing that I dislike is in the times we are in now they raise the deposit to $300 to rent a car. I know thats how they do for debit cards. Like in my case the car total was over $800 thats with the deposit. Then I had to wait 3 days to get it back. I think the deposit should go back too $200 or a lil lower til things and people get back on there feet good to spend money and wait to get it back.
It shouldn’t be enterprises fault for the pandemic or raising prices. Why rent a vehicle or try without enough money? Stop complaining and go back home this company has been ongoing for a lifetime. This is not a terrible place to rent!!

It was fair because I told about the reservations but not about $50.00 deposit, or the credit card or debit card. Did not like the vehicle, am not a Toyota person. Then they give me a car with 1/4 tank of petro. Who does that ? Is it because of Covid-19 or is it because my attitude stunk, or because I was of color. Will Never choose Orlando Downtown site ever again. It sucked. Plus I used to transport their vehicles to Miami. Every other rental car service gives you at least a full tank or a 1/2 tank of ⛽ I learned my lesson.

Enterprise saved my family vacation with 1 location being open on a Sunday and even though it wasn’t an sub they listened to what I needed and helped me find the mini van that was made for my family. The kids loved it! Thanks enterprise! Also pretty good prices the check in and check out system was simple and fast.

Very happy with their service.After a disappointing experience at their sister chain, Alamo at MCO, fortunately, this location had a car available on a Sunday morning. They even called ahead of time to let us know that our chosen car was not available but they had an alternative. They were very busy but they were very proffesional, polite and efficient. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. This location is a prime example of how every car-renting experience should be like. Thank you to all the people who helped us get on the way today.

I enjoyed every second of the 2020 Ford Fusion that I had rented from the ENTERPRISE store at 35 E. Colonial Drive, so much that I even extended my rental for an extra 30 days!The employees that I encountered there all treated me very professional and without a doubt I would HIGHLY recommend ENTERPRISE to any and all of my friends and family! This location has a chronic inventory problem. You would think a place that rents vehicles would try to, you know, actually have some vehicles. Received a call 30 minutes before the reservation, on the way out the door, to let me know not only was the vehicle I reserved not available but they only had one small pickup available, which was not an option for my trip. So what is the point of a confirmed reservation exactly? When I asked if the other location South of Downtown had any vehicles, they said they would check and call me back. Never got a call back and it turns out that location is ALWAYS closed on Sundays. Im done with this location.
This was one of the best rides yet that I received from Enterprise a small Mazda C5. That was comfortable clean the upgrade was wonderful and the power it drove like a dream with gas mileage that you wish every car had. My return was great I was very pleased with my first experience here in Orlando dealing with Enterprise and highly recommend them as your choice for rental cars and will be back again as a loyal Enterprise Exclusive member.
Rental reservation was done through car insurance due to car repair. Agent offered me a vehicle with less than 1/8 tank of gas. I rejected it. He continue to show me vehicles with little or no gas. The last one he said I could drive only about 5 miles but that the gas station was only a 1/4 of a mile away. Said he had no cars with fuel. He finally found one with gas. Wasnt the quality vehicle I was accustomed to from Enterprise. I am an Enterprise Plus member. Im seriously thinking of changing companies.

They have very little outdoor space for their services. You are waiting/talking to their personnel in the same small area that new customers try to park their cars, as well as vehicle returns occur. We delt with one gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. When you enter I suggest you pull up off colonial and park behind the building. This will allow you to leave at a 🚦 stoplight.

After being involved an a collision, while visiting an unfamiliar city, I decided to rent from Enterprise. I’d previously had only positive experiences, however, things are drastically different.The insurance company specified that I’d be entitled to a full size car, but the agent tried to put me in a smaller model. After commenting that I had coverage for a full size, he had to confer with the manager before putting me in a different car.The car was mostly fine when I first took possession, except for an unpleasant but tolerable odor. Eventually, we were caught in a heavy downpour and it was discovered that the windshield wipers were worn beyond their usable life. The weather forecast was clear, so I decided to keep the car despite this flaw, and proceeded about my daily errands.After stopping for gas, I discovered that the infotainment system in the car was no longer operating as intended and I was unable to safely obtain directions through the integrated GPS or CarPlay. I immediately contacted the location where I rented from and was informed that they had no other vehicles available and they were unable to help me.I contacted customer service, was hung up on multiple times and transferred to Enterprise locations no where near where I am staying.Eventually, I was able to get in touch with someone from customer service who found a smaller compact car for me at another location, and they swapped me into that car.I contacted customer service to see if they would be willing to give me a couple more days free as a courtesy for my trouble and they told me the manager from the location where I rented would be in touch.After not hearing anything, I returned the car at my originally scheduled drop off time. The agent asked if everything was alright, and I explained my dilemma. He was kind enough to offer a small credit, however, being insurance was paying for this, that does nothing to compensate me for my time and trouble.Needless to say, I will look to other options (Turo, Hertz, Avis) before ever considering Enterprise again.

UPDATE 12/27/20OK I am absolutely DONE with this location. Thinking Id give it another shot after the last debacle was a major mistake. My husband received a call 30 minutes before our reservation (on the way out the door!) to let us know they have no cars available except a pickup truck. Really? So WHY then were we able to reserve and confirm a car??? Get your act together, this location is absolute trash.Previous Review:I have rented here many times in the past with no issues. I will admit I did not know the reservation time is so strict here as I have picked up cars many hours after my reservation at other rental agencies (albeit, not this one) such as Sixt and the MCO Enterprise location. I will also admit I was nearly three hours past my reservation time when I arrived (again, something I have done many times at other rental agencies when I cant leave work right away). That said, I can understand if there would be no vehicles now available but to one, condescendingly act as if I should have known the reservation time is so strict and then two, not to so much as lift a finger to offer the even the companys main reservation phone line is just bizarre to me. So instead I sat in their parking lot and called around to other Enterprises myself and was easily accommodated by the Orange Ave location four miles away.Do you know if any other locations have vehicles available?Uhh I dont know.Thanks. Crazy unhelpful.

It took them 50 minutes to pick me up even though I had an appointment. They walked me around the outside but left quickly before I got in. The car smelled strongly of cigarettes and left me and all my clothes smelling. I was too busy to track down where they came from to swap it out. Easily the worst rental car experience Ive ever had. I will insist my insurance use another company next time.
My cars power steering died and had to be replaced. I called Enterprise from the repair shop and they delivered a car to me within about 30 minutes.I had expected to need the rental for a day but the repairs took longer. Enterprise extended my rental at the same favorable rate and, when I was ready to return the vehicle, they allowed me to leave it with the repair shop and they picked it up later.Couldnt be more pleased with the person who dropped off my rental or the entire experience!!
Very easy website navigation to reserve the car and pay in advance. Vehicle was available, clean and ready to go at the requested time on the day of pickup. Staff onsite worked quickly and adhered to all safety standards (masks, social distancing). Drop off was easy and flexible also, as I need to return prior to the branch opening on the day of the return. I only wish the prior renter had adhered to the no-smoking policy in the vehicles...otherwise, a nearly perfect renting experience. When the need to rent in the future comes up, Ill be calling Enterprise.
I have done business with Enterprise for about 10yrs. NEVER have I experienced such rude staff. I reserved a car Online for one day, upon my arrival, I was not greeted professionally. I was charged a $200 deposit, always paid a $50 deposit in the past. Car was not ready. My overall experience was terrible and I have regret spending MY money with this organization. One young lady stay with me the whole time and understand my flustered situation she help me when I find out her name I wanna really thank her. This particular Enterprise routinely, as in every time, charges for the deposit when the car is returned, even though it was paid at the time of reservation. If you return the car on a Sunday when they are closed, they will charge you for Monday immediately after they open on Monday morning even though the reservation was through Sunday and you returned the car on time. Then, don’t have one spouse reserve the car and have the second spouse pick it up, which is allowed by Enterprise Corporate rules, or they will charge you (over charge you) twice!We were loyal renters in Atlanta. After repeated poor treatment and the mentioned systemic over charges we will rent from someone else in the future.

I always rent from Enterprise and theyre always super great and accommodating. The pickup process takes about 10 minutes and the return is even faster.For the first time we had an issue with our rental leaking oil on Christmas Day and there was a lot of confusion the next day when we went to pick up a new car. Thats the only reason this isnt 5 stars. But, rest assured, I will continue to use Enterprise.
I work for a company which allow me to get a discount rate from 3 different rental car companies. But no matter how much the others are saving me Enterprise is always my go to car rental choice. The staff is usually very pleasant and professional. My experience with the Colonial Drive location in Orlando was beyond pleasant. The staff was very accommodating and thoughtful beyond words, when they noticed I was travelling with 3 young children. I will never forget their thoughtfulness. The person I worked with Juno was new but she was very professional and outstanding in every way. This is the location I will always choose whenever I visit Orlando. Thanks for helping to make my stay in Orlando a pleasant one.

I really love Enterprise and this location on colonial drive in Orlando. I always use them . But my last experience was a little disheartening. I had a blow out on route 95 and put the spare on myself and when i got to my destination i called them right away and informed them what had happened. They said the only option was to go to the airport and they would switch out the car. But then a friend told me that enterprise partners with Firestone and that if i bring it to a firestone location they will put a new tire on at no charge to me.So i called the enterprise off ice i deal with and the girl that answered said oh right i forgot about that. So after almost 3 days of me waiting for enterprise to ok the new tire- I return the car, they make me wait almost 45 minutes for the manager to come outside to go over my situation and then the manager goes, well i can only give $39 for your troubles. I feel that because i am a member of Enterprise and always rent from them that i would at least get my rental for free or more than $39- Since the rental cost me over $200.00. The manager of that location treated me like i was just nuisance and they didnt want to deal with it. I am still surprised that i was treated that way- Thank you.

Positive experience every time, every location and recently the staff truly went the extra mile for my girlfriend when her insurance company let her down after an accident and she needed a rental longer than her repairs were supposed to take. I have been disrespected by the supposedly manager and I have had it I plan reporting this location as well as to the BBB they will be contacted by my attorney they are rude and very disrespectful they lie about the cars they give they don’t check the card and then as soon as you tell them about the issue they don’t want to be held accountable.To all future and existing customer don’t use this location your loyalty doesn’t matter. The corporate number is faulty you have to go above them in order to seek proper compensation

I recently just started to go to this location. I probably rented a vehicle from them 3 or 4 times so far. Each time was a different person helping me, but I got the same great service everytime!!!
So I had a bit of a rough start. Let me preface this. I have tremendously enjoyed the service enterprise has given me over the last three years never had a bad experience. Unfortunately my last visit didn’t go as planned. The location that I had reserved my rental was closed due to COVID-19 but I hadn’t been informed of that so I went to that location only to be turned away by their nearby car sales staff and had to go to another location to get my rental. Minor inconvenience but I was crunched for time and the location I was going to was 15 minutes from closing.
The service and car was great, problem I had was they only had two cars to choose from. One that smelled like mold or one that smelled of cigarettes. Considering that they both had no smoking stickers on the vehicles it shouldn’t have been like this.
Excellent customer service from Patrick. He took very good care of me with a last minute pick up that I needed and he truly made me feel that I was a priority.Would highly recommend this location.

I was visiting Orlando for business and wanted a rental car. I decided on using Enterprise and this location was the closest location to my hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Luna confirmed my location gave me a time frame for picking me up from my hotel and arrived early. She expeditiously completed my rental paperwork and had me in my rental. Luna answered my questions about shopping and stores in the area and built a positive rapport .This is a great location to obtain a rental car.
Since I have started renting from Enterprise, the experience has been good, Love the online reservation, and the pre-registration has saved loads of time. only down is my site runs out of vehicles (Popular location)..The staff is amazing, they are friendly and I like that they acknowledge you and repeatedly check on you while you wait. I had a good experience with the local office and with the people that I drop the car off with, but when I called the main corporate office I was on call for over an hour and a half and finally hung up and decided to drive to the local office. Also friends of mine had reserve the car in North Carolina when they flew into the airport the rental place was out of cars completely and got their deposit back but no place else had cards for them. Also note that when I did go to the local office literally within seconds of me driving in they gave my car to someone else because they were out of vehicles also. The actual customer service whats above average in fact fantastic Corporate management needs to step up their game and have more vehicles and more Personnel to assist this would have been a 5 star rating if Corporate management stepped up their game

We walked through downtown to pick up a 3-day rental/free upgrade that had been assigned to us for a great rate. John helped us get squared away. John was very personable and approachable. We appreciate his customer service. We were able to tap-to-pay on their mobile check out devices and were well on our way after a vehicle was prepped for us. We gassed it up the day before returning so that we brought it back with the same amount of gas we had received. Our return process was about as simple as pickup. We pulled into the airport and waited for an Enterprise staff member to tell us when we were good to go. Once our rental period was over, I also received a follow-up call about our experience from someone else in the downtown location. A good experience, and good overall customer service.

I normally rent from the Orlando airport location but thought I’d give this one a try since it’s closer to my house. Vehicle was clean but seems they don’t bother making sure it has a full tank. And of course they thank you for bringing it back with more than what it had. I’ll stick to the airport location.

Please dont waste your time with this location, as the management is incompetent and they HAD NO CARS the day of our reservation. I made a reservation for a mid-size SUV on 3/16/18-- almost a month out from our trip on 4/14. They called me on 4/13 to confirm the reservation and advise I would need a credit card to rent the car-- which was no problem. We flew in to Orlando and took an Uber to this Enterprise location just for them to advise THEY HAD NO CARS and they had NO IDEA when or if anyone would be returning a car for us to be able to rent. The assistant manager, Kori, had no solutions for us and couldnt explain why she didnt call and leave a message to let us know she had gone the entire day with no cars. Also, every location (with the exception of the airport) closes at 1 PM on Sunday. So we didnt even have enough time to try another location to get a car and they said they couldnt coordinate with the airport to secure a vehicle for us there. Kori then advised she could put us in a 15 PASSENGER VAN and that was the best she could do. I was livid and told her all of this was unacceptable. Then a CUSTOMER suggested we take the van for the day and then return it the next day to trade it for another car. Since Kori could provide no solution, another employee, Miranda, jumped in to assist and see if she could secure a car for us to trade the next day. I agreed (begrudgingly) because we had no other options. As we started moving our luggage into the van, a customer happened to return a jeep and we were lucky enough to get that. Kori then came outside to apologize and advised she would talk to the manager (who was off at the time) to discount our fees and take off a few days worth of charges. The next day, Miranda called me (not the manager, nor Kori) to tell me they would waive the drop-off fee and a tank of gas. I NEVER heard from management regarding this. When I returned the car, I ended up paying the entire fee that was estimated when I booked the reservation. The entire situation was absolutely unacceptable and well never use Enterprise again. We wasted hours of time on this and the incompetence displayed by their management was astounding. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and time and go somewhere else for your rental needs.
Picked a car up from these guys this afternoon and I was running late. They close at 4PM on Sundays, and traffic was horrendous on I4. I called to let them know and the Manager, Brandon, was super friendly and willing to help even if it meant staying late on a Sunday. They had the best price around, and going Downtown SO beats having to navigate trough all the tourists at the Airport. I got a much nicer rental than I expected - its brand new and has less than 500 miles on it (and has all the bells and whistles). Another employee, Carla, was also working and was equally friendly. I apologized for being late and they were both understanding and courteous. Brandon even held the door open when he saw us pull in outside. After bringing the rental out, he spent a few minutes telling me about the features and doing a thorough walk-around to mark down any damage. I will always give my business to companies that employ happy, kind people - and this Enterprise exceeded my expectations today (in general friendliness and in value). Exceptional service, exceptional vehicles, exceptional prices. Dont go anywhere else!
Gear service. Took minutes to go from making a reservation to driving away. The staff were friendly and overall a good experience.Important note: check the vehicle license plates. Make sure your registration is updated when you drive away. Its a $22 ticket from parking enforcement and God knows how much from a police officer.
Horrible customer service called to ask if they had the car available that I wanted and rep didn’t even give me the chance to tell him the car I was looking for and said they were sold out how can you been sold out when you don’t even give me the chance to say what I’m looking for rude and unprofessional.

So far I have had good experience with enterprise over all I like there web site it is easy to get true settings up your reservation and in general at ever enterprise that I have been to I always feel welcome they are on point smooth and fast as humanly possible on getting your info to get your a car and be on the road the at 35 E Colonial Dr Orlando is the closest on to Me the last time I was there if the attendance have some free time they will drop you home so it is convenient for Me the only Company that even come close to being like enterprise to Me is Hertz.

I ordered my car using a 3rd party website. They changed my pickup location and I didn’t notice before I booked it. Either way, the young man that helped me in Orlando was a pleasure. He was in college and could have had an attitude but my experience was exactly the opposite. He was warm and a pleasure to deal with. I then called customer service the day before I was supposed to return my car and asked about the fee if I returned it to the airport, not my original lot. They said it would be a small charge, $20. To save the time it was well worth it. When I turned in my car, the person that checked me out waived the fee without even asking. They couldn’t have been nicer. Would definitely use them again.

I was recently working out of state for several weeks and needed a vehicle to get around. I choose Enterprise for this service. I found the employees to be very kind and helpful. It is very difficult to experience true Customer Service now days. Every one is in a hurry or on their phones. However, Enterprise does a awesome job of training their employees on how to treat their customers. Keep it UP Enterprise, I will only rent from you !!!!!!
I switched to Enterprise after being a long-time, but lately disappointed customer of one of its competitors and this local Enterprise office has impressed me in many ways. First, the initial customer intake and reservation process was efficient and enthusiastic. Then they made the car pick up smooth and very customer friendly by showing interest, energy and top notch professionalism. GREAT JOB!
Awesome, fast courtesy service. Was in and out under 10 minutes. Randy was great, will choose the downtown location everytime(even though its not the closes). They should train the other locations.

My experience with Enterprise this time was great in the ending, however it didnt start that way! I originally reserved a compact, because I was going out of town and needed a car good on gas. The only vehicle available was a Nissan Frontier which was too big! I was able to swap it out for another vehicle after going to several other locations. Upon returning the vehicle I discovered I had been tricked into approving the insurance coverage even though I specifically said I was declining it! The adjustments was made and rescued my over all experience. I greatly appreciate all the work & effort given to me to meet my needs! Thank you and I will be back again!
Great fast service at this location. Always receive great quality cars. Only suggestion is to clean the inside of vehicles better before renting to next customer. It was a busy holiday weekend so it’s understandle the oversight. I will continue to use them. Keep up the great customer service.
