If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a SCAM. Do not waste your time or money. It’s been 1 month and I’m still waiting on my refund from a cancelled reservation. I had to call 3 times to make sure it was cancelled and of course it wasn’t. I asked for an email confirmation that it has been cancelled. I received the email called and asked when the refund would be processed and they told me I didn’t cancel the reservation so no refund. I sent them the SAME EXACT EMAIL they sent me with the cancellation confirmation and they still did not refund me. They said Dollar Rental car company wouldn’t refund the money... I didn’t pay dollar I paid them and I cancelled in time. These people are crooks. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. They tried to charge my card a second time....

I wish I could give 0 stars! Do not reserve from this corrupt company! We reserved a minivan 2 months before we were to arrive in Orlando on a holiday weekend. The day we arrived in Orlando we learned they gave our reservation to someone else (probably because they could get more money for a last minute reservation on a holiday weekend) and then claimed I cancelled the reservation outside of the 48 hour notice (which is completely false). So they fully charged me for the reservation, gave the minivan to someone else, left me and the 6 others in my party without transportation during our vacation, and they have yet to provide me with a copy of the cancellation I supposedly did. Be aware, they’re crooks!

We had a small van rented and when in airport in Minneapolis heading to Orlando they sent us an email stating the rental was cancelled. They said per our wishes however no one I’m our group cancelled and they wouldn’t send a copy of the said email from us cancelling the rental. They also said they didn’t have another vehicle we could rent implying they’re rented out the vehicle to someone else for a higher price. So to rent from another agency on short notice we had to pay 4 times as much. We will never use them again.

Do not rent from them, You see good prices but they are working with unknown companies and they are not responsible for the service. very rude customer services. They wasted my time on a important business trip.

I WOULDNT RENT for here again! Great price online but once you get to the office they have so many add on fees. Scam!! Definitely stick with the big name known car rental companies.

Best Customer Service at very good reasonable price as well .
