Had excellent service in the beginning, but that quickly turned bad. I left my car for 2 days with no response as to what the problem was. I saw my car parked in the same spot for those 2 days and when I just stopped on my own to check he said it would take more time. I thought I had found a great mechanic who was going to be reliable! Ill keep looking!

If you had to pick any mechanic in orlando, i would advise you to avoid this one at all absolute costs. I had so much hope for this mechanic, they seemed friendly, reliable, trustworthy and were referred to me by my boyfriend. I had an issue with my Nissan which they “fixed” and three days later I couldn’t drive the car for over 2 mins without it overheating. No problem, things happen. So I then called the mechanic to see when I could bring it in again and they said that that Saturday would work fine with them. I called on the Saturday we agreed on and had ordered the tow truck to head to the mechanic. The mechanic then informs me that he can’t take the car in and he’s closing for the day. Which is fine, I can wait another day. He then offers to park the car ACROSS the street where it could get impounded which was strange but still hopeful to get the problem fixed. At this point I declined and decided to set up another day. I show up another day to get the car fixed and they had successfully finally fixed it. This is where things go wrong... they spray my engine bay (where electrical components were) with a hose and water goes EVERYWHERE. The mechanic then says “don’t video tape me doing this”... um?? he then dries off what he can and provides me the car to take home. I then speak to the mechanic and asked if some of the parts could have been effected due to the chemical we put in the radiator and just asking for his general knowledge. He then got completely personal, said he was not going to charge me and then told me to never come back as if I had blamed him. To make matters worse, he then proceeded to tell my boyfriend to never return even though they had no problems between themselves prior. This is not how a business man should run. I then asked for a copy of my receipt and service transactions for what was done for the car for my personal records and he said he would not do so because he has to put that under his taxes.. please avoid this place and find someone who takes care of their customers and does things the right way.

Well is a long story i got a off road truck and went trough a mud hole and a few days after i found a oil in my drive way went to the truck dealership and they said that is not cover under warranty because the mud damaged the rear main seal of the engine and the price was extremely ridiculous, i know Luigie for years and give him a call next ting i know he is dropping my transmission change the seal clean the under carriage along with the engine and transmission what and amazing work he performed and the best price can’t complain he is the best no more leaks and you know how they said happy truck happy life

Great place it was my 1st time there Today.Took my girlfriends car there because she needed an oil change, brake pads were squealing and I had hooked up a code reader and seen a code about her 4th piston/cylinder.The oil change was $10 less than the place she normally takes it. The pads were fine, probably just dust getting into them. The diagnostics code wasnt bad, we went over it and he showed me how to troubleshoot it myself if need be.Luigi was a real nice guy I definitely recommend taking your car to his shop.

The first time my car broke down, the engine misfired, with broken valves and one compressor that was completely not working (no idea what that meant until then). I dont know much about cars but I could tell it was serious. Luigies shop was recommended to me by a good friend and when I went there, the service was simply amazing. They made me feel reassured about the condition of my car, gave me options, a fare estimate, and an expedited services. When I was told by other places that my car would need at least one week to be fixed, Luigies gave me back my car at a 100% within 3 days.In summary, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Excellent service, friendly people, great prices and safe environment.

Luigi is honest, nice, and very humble. Anytime I call, he takes care of me right away! My pocket is taken advantage of anywhere else because Im a female. Here he actually shows you the damage, not just tells.

Not only did the guy quote me a super low price and beat everyone else to get the job but he also go me in and out the same day! Within an hour and Im on my way with a new starter! Service with a smile! Very pleased with the service here and will definitely be back for any future repairs!

Luigies really took care of me! I came to them with prebought calipers and rotors and got my brakes replaced. Because of my limited knowledge I had got the wrong front rotors, and also needed another new caliper. Luigies worked with me, ordered the needed parts and had them delivered same day. Gave me advice and explained everything. They are very understanding and helpful, you can tell they are good people. Definitely my first choice when I need repairs in the future!

This guy was awesome! My wife broke down far away from home in the early morning and Luigie got her taken care of as soon as AAA got our vehicle there. He pushed aside other vehicles that were not a rush to make room for her. She felt like this business really cares about the people that come in. Plus he was a lot cheaper than others in the area. I highly recommend Luigies auto service. I was going to another place for 5 years but seem like lately the place was pushing to replace than repair and on top of that OEM parts which are more expensive. I was told the part costs $320 plus $100 labor. It was not an essential part so I decided to delay it. I came across Luigies while driving home from the other place. Stopped by and wanted to see what Luigie would charge. He found the same part for the same price BUT decided to help me find a used part. My car was 2014 so no used part available but ended up finding an aftermarket part for $120 online. The thing that really irritated me about the previous place was I was told theres no aftermarket part. Luigie did a simple internet search and found it.Secondly, Luigie offers auto detailing for less price than other places I have tried. My spouse was not happy with the last auto detailing place that I paid more for so I decided to go for the $90 Plus package which includes: hand wash and wax, wipe down of all interior (door jams, dash, leather seats, floors, etc. plus engine wash). My spouse was really happy with the detailing that Nelson did. Appointment is needed since the detailing takes 3 hours.Last, Luigie is an upfront and honest person who will do his best to save you money and still get the job done. He also does auto sales and provides service to go to the auto auction to help you find cars. I only buy pre-owned cars but not in need of one at this point. However, will definitely get Luigie to help when the need comes.For the record, I do not know Luigie or any of his associates before this encounter. However, honest mechanics are hard to find so I decided to write this review in that it may help someone in the future. I rarely write reviews unless its a scam or exceptional service. In this case, its the latter meaning exceptional service.

They took my car to fix the a / c and it turned out worse than I took it! They charged me $ 500.00 and left the air damaged because it cools for a moment and then freezes and stops cooling! I had to take it twice to fix and each time it was for the worse! I do not recommend
