Tracy replaced a couple of tires on my car. I had purchased some used tires and these guys did the installation for me, at an extremely reasonable price. They also rotated my tires for a very reasonable price. Tracy was very nice, we had a nice conversation which made the experience even more pleasant. Ill be back any time I need tire work.

Called to find tires for our nonprofit truck.I was quoted different price for service and check out price even higher. When asked about price they said labor added for truck takes more time, service fee and credit card fee. Seriously How? They charged less to replace our inside tire on a previous visit. I did get in and out less than an hour. Bring cash to avoid the mysteriously added fees . NOT 1 EMPLOYEE WEARING A MASK WHILE ASSISTING CUSTOMERS.

This place is very chaotic. There is a lot going on at once. Everyone was fairly friendly, however when I got home, I noticed that they scratched one of my rims pretty bad when they put it on the lift. I know for a fact that the rim was NOT scratched before I took it here because I had my car inspected by the dealer the day before and they clearly stated my rims had no curb rash or damages. I didn’t notice this until I had already left. The only reason I am not making a big fuss is because I am turning the car in at the end of my lease anyway and they will likely deny they damaged it since I already left the shop. However I would be very careful about going here if you are concerned about the condition you get your car back in. Lesson learned!

My husband and I have brought my car (twice) and his truck (twice) to this repair facility in the last 2-3 years. They always do their best with time frames, if they need to do a diagnostic, they will take what they usually charge for it out of the cost of whatever repairs you end up needing, and most importantly, they are always honest. My husbands truck has had multiple things going off on his dashboard for months, maybe even over a year. We could kind of tell there wasnt anything actually wrong with his brakes, or tire pressure like it would say though. We thought it might be some sensors needing replaced. He also needed a tire rotation. Well, it turns out that it wasnt individual sensors that could be replaced, it is the whole ABS system, which is something they said they cannot replace. They were honest about this, and instead of charging us for the entire cost of the diagnostic even (as they would usually need to), they only charged us for the tire rotation (which was a lesser amount). We originally came to this shop because they were one of the only ones we could find we good weekend hours. We kept going back because of their honest and very well priced service. We are moving back to the West Coast in a week, otherwise this would continue to be our shop.

As much as I would love to give a positive review because the people are nice, extensive damage was done to my vehicle after it was serviced at this location.Instead of using the lift you drive up onto, they decided to use their two post lift. The arms of the lift wouldnt fit under the car unless forced. They forced the arms under my vehicle to get them to the lifting points and severely scratched my paint on both sides of my car.Also, I was advised that mounting and balancing two rear tires was to be $15 each and I was charged $40.17 ($7 and change over).Lastly, my car is now out of alignment. It pulls to the left and right randomly which it did not do before. Unless Im mistaken, this shouldnt have been affected by servicing the rear tires.Unfortunately, I must caution to stay away from this place. I only used them because Im unfamiliar with the area and had and emergency tire situation.

My sister in law found a screw in her tire and needed a quick fix because i had a flight to catch the next morning. We showed up thirty minutes before they closed and they got us patched up in fifteen minutes for only $20. Five stars for coming in clutch!

Well I usually go there for service, but today despite charging me a arm a leg $20,00 for a tire repair a (nail), the guy was pretty rude and very persuasive for a tip on well over priced service, and to make things worse he seemed like one of the owners. Well I won’t be going back there for service anymore!!

They are very busy at this place but the workmanship and quality is worth it. Plus they are very nice and respectful. The waiting room is kind of small when u get 6 or more people in it and not as cool.as I would like it, but all in all great experience there.

This is always busy and they could treat you a bit nicer. Ive never been shown where the waiting room is and always sit outside waiting for my tires to get patched or replaced. Its near my house so I still use them. But I elsewhere to buy 4 new tires.

I have to say. These guys work quick. After waiting for more than 15 minutes at Royal 1 Tires without being acknowledge for service, I decided to stop here to get my new tires onto my new wheels and transfer over some TPMS sensors from the old wheels to the new wheels. The moment I walked up to the shop I was greeted and asked what I could be helped with. I showed them the wheels and told them what needs to be done. He gave me a quote right away and told me it would be about an hour. I agreed and right then and there they got me in the shop and started work on my car. Within an hour they had all four wheels replaced, wiped down and made sure all tires were at the right pressure. The price was reasonable and they even offered me a drink while I waited and watched the great job these guys did. I would definitely return to them for tire services.

First of all any bad review on this place is absurd this place is great, negotiable on pricing, and will help you as much as possible, much better than some cheap OBT tires for $10 that will blow on you and give you a flat, I love the fact that I could walk around and look while they work this ain’t no name brand shop it’s a mom and pop shop this is how a business works and after today getting two used tires I’m goin back tomorrow for an alignment and bet I’ll be even more blown away since I have a death wobble on my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they will not shun me away like Pep Boys (previous favorite) did. Drove my truck to FL from New Hampshire. Brakes needed to be replaced very bad. I finally got to FL on Sunday morning. I called around to shops to see if anyone could get my truck in that day and had no luck. I found two guys tire shop and they told me to bring it right on down (Sunday afternoon)... I was skeptical about bringing my 2018 GMC Sierra Duramax Denali (50k Miles Towing a large gooseneck trailer) anywhere but a dealer but I needed the brakes done the same day as I had to head out first thing Monday morning. Two guys tire shop didn’t an excellent job and took well care of my brand new $75,000 truck. I bought the parts at the local auto zone and brought them with me to speed up the process. They completed my front brakes in a timely manner and did a great job. 5 stars! Highly recommend. Joe was the one that did the work himself and i am more than happy how it all worked out. If you’re ever in the area and need any automotive service, give these guys a call!!! 10/10

I had to vacuum my ac and replaced i, i went to this place the guy who took my car to do the job gave me a price and after he fenished with it the guy who brought the car to me tried to charged me more.The other thing is that the guy to my car and went straight to lunch and did not even tell me. So i had to wait for him to lunch first so he can work on the car. My problem is not the fact that he went to lunch but at he he could have told me. Cause business is no longer about trying to take the money out of the customer it ia also about adding value and understand that the customer has choices. If we was to tell me that he had to go to lunch i could have left or decide to wait for him to do the job. At that time that would have not be an issue worth talking about cause i took the decision to wait for him. But taking the car without telling me what my options are is no longer the way to go. Other than that the job was done
