Brought my Mercedes to Irish Mike’s after being quoted over $3k at the dealership. Irish Mike’s found a few items the dealership missed and my bill was still almost a thousand dollars cheaper than the dealership’s quote. They called me several time to give me updates on the progress of the repair and got my car back to really quick! Would not go to anyone else and never going back to the dealership!!

I went for oil change. They did very good job in that. Best part of the deal is, they gave 50 percent discount. Very good deal.

Went to them a few times due to a recommendation from a friend. Then they charged me $90 for a brake switch. Which costs less than $10. Go over their estimates closely.

I had an okay experience with them for a bit. But, after a while of potentially overpaying for repairs, I had a bad experience when it came to a simple fix that needed to be done. When I went to go retrieve my vehicle to send it to another shop I had to pay even though nothing had been done to the vehicle other than a visual inspection, that visual inspection costs way more than it should have. I will no longer be going to their shop, something just doesnt seem right. If you struggle with money do not go to their shop, if you could care less then yes they are competent enough to do repairs.

This place are the worst! They charge really expensive and they dont do anything to fix the problem. They do a cover up for you to keep going in. They kept all the parts I got them to be replaced. Dont!

I have been to dealerships and a few of the more generic vehicle maintenance businesses, but Irish Mikes is my favorite by far! They are honest and professional and I actually dont feel like Im getting ripped off (which is HUGE for me). I especially enjoy how they recommend what needs to be done but are never pushy and do not constantly try to up-sell. Ive been searching for that place to take my car and feel good about it and I finally found it!

Outstanding service from the entire team, great pricing, and very accommodating.My 2015 Ford Focus was in need of a new clutch and having recently moved to the Orlando area I was unsure of where to go. I normally do my own repairs but this time I couldnt afford to set aside the time and tool rentals, that said I am very cautious when leaving my cars at a shop.With a roommates recommendation I ended up at Irish Mikes and could not be more happy with the service. Irish Mike’s is the best. Reasonable pricing, reliable work, friendly service. I paid half what I would have paid at the dealership and my final invoice was even cheaper than the estimate. Warranty of their work was also better than the dealership’s. Was able to work remotely in a quiet, comfortable space with free internet and plenty of k-cups while I waited for work to be completed. Don’t go anywhere else!

I want safety to come first, and at a fair value. Once I find a place I trust, I don’t shop around. Yesterday, thanks to a recommendation from my son, I found Irish Mike’s. Gary, and the expert mechanics at Irish Mike’s, took good care of everything my van needed, without a sales pitch for unnecessary add-ons. We were treated to an excellent service experience, and we will be back. In addition, the waiting room was comfortable, and as a surprise bonus, the work was completed earlier than was estimated. I have had three auto body issues within the last couple years and I must say this staff is the best! they do does really nice auto body work! I also was just recently greatly helped by Mike in the body shop, as he went out of his way to make sure my rental issues were resolved with a difficult slow to pay insurance company, his care and professionalism went far beyond the extra mile. Mike knew how frustrated and disappointed I was with the situation and helped me calm down and get through it. Also Carol -Lina in the office is always very upbeat and helpful, I really appreciate these employees because they understand how exasperating it is when one needs ones car ASAP.Great customer service, excellent auto body work !

This was my first time going to Irish Mikes Auto Repair. I went for an oil change and some advice on my older car. I wasnt sure if they would have time, being a walk in, but Gary greeted me at the front warmly and was happy to help me get in and out. The service was fast, and the waiting area was nice. I had a lot of questions! Gary took the time to answer all of them thoroughly, even though he had a lot going on. This shop is professional with a friendly staff. I brought my car there to repair front left fender damage from an accident, i was told that that side of the car was taken apart to estimate the extent of the damage and see exactly what needed to repair. Later was informedbthat the car only had body damage, whoch i could agree with.As i was pickimg up my car i was. Asked to write a review. So heres my experience with irish mikes. I recieved a call saying my car was ready, when i showed up and the technician was going over the repairs done on my car we both noticed that the. Front left inner fender was still popping out, he told me the guy that was working on it must have forgotten to pop it back in. 20 to 25 minutes later it was put back into place. 15 minutes after leaving the shop i noticed that my horn wasnt working at all and my doors werent unlocking correctly, so i brought it back and had it fixed i was told it was a blown fuse. It was that or somebody just didnt reconnect something, thats what i was thinking. Ok no biggy, left and carried on with my day. Got to the mall opened my driver door and heard a pop sound. One of the seals between the door and the fender poped out, poped it back in myself didnt see the need to bring it back for them to do it. My car as a auto stop/start feature btw... Had to tell you that so you could understand this other mishap. The next day i was at a stop light and the engine cut of pike normal and is suppose to start back when i lift my foot off the brake but instead the car died. So i was stuck in the middle of the road and had to call roadside assistance., thinking that i need my car to be jumped. They showed up and we took a look at the batter and what do you know a simple nut wasnt fastened all the way, so thats why my car shorted out. I did call irish mike and told them i was going to bring it back but that was before i called roadside assistance. After discovering the mistake i just took it as a lesson learned. And the lesson learned was when your insurance ask you what bodyshop you want your car repaired at, just stay awaybfrombthese words ok google, body shop near me
