The only gym in Utah with genuine lifters. This gym has a bigger following than other local bodybuilding gyms and always has a friendly environment. The owner is extremely professional. I’ve been working out here for a little over 5 months and if you are looking to just train and lift weights? This is definitely the place to go!

Took my client to a powerlifting meet here and loved the vibe. If you are into a corporate clean fancy gym, this isnt for you. If you want to get under some iron, check it out

I call and talk this gentleman. I tell them I’m a Marine Veteran and just had back surgery. Since I can’t go to the, (COVID), VA for stretching and back Strengthening, he chuckles and says, “ No man where just a gym”. Not professional here, you laugh at me for a simple question.

This place is amazing! Love the old school gym feel and the coaches are 100! They truly care for your improvements and best of all the care about you as a person and you goals! Yohan and Luis are 2 amazing people and this gym I would recommend to anyone and everyone! Iron ground gym is legit! Love it!

Awesome gym, has a great environment if you are a serious lifter looking to train with some of Utah’s strongest athletes.Called their number, the guy got me all set up with the waiver and day pass. Had a great training session.

Ironground Gym is no doubt the best gym in Utah! Everyone is really supportive of one another and the gym has high quality and specialty equipment. Ironground has been my home for over a year and couldnt imagine being anywhere else. This is the place to be for anyone from powerlifters to a person wanted to get more fit.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! Atmosphere is great! Everything is always organized and in place. Equipment always clean and in great shape. Always feel welcomed and everyones attitude is positive, friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. Couldnt ask for a better place to work out and have a great time while doing it!

Detailed training knowledgeable trainers and awsome equipment

This place is an awesome gym! They have such cool equipment! It is definitely what you would call a hardcore gym.

You cant get a good workout if you go there between 5:00 pm.-9:00 pm. Not enough barbells and dumbells and they built a stupid team training area that no one uses where they could have put more barbells and dumbells there. So I go early in the morning when its empty and accessible.

They dont want you parking in Ironground Gym Space if you at this mall for other business but you can not notice on the ground where is sign saying ... Ironground Gym Exclusive Parking Space... Look the pics below.

Great gym and a great atmosphere.

This gym is a Powerlifter and strongman/womans dream. In the past years The gym has increased square footage, added tons of equipment (both lifting and sanitary equipment for health and cleanliness), and still has the best gym environment in Utah.

Clean, powerful, and a perfect place to lift heavy things and put them back down.
