I feel sorry for Javier and Fernanda for dealing with a BUNCH OF TIRE CHANGER TRYING TO BE MECHANICS, they dont know what theyre doing. In my case it was a simple rack and pinion swap, first it took them 3 DAYS to do the job, when I got my car back found out the alignment was bad and their was missing and broken parts on the car and grease hand prints everywhere and footprints. They got to it a second time and is been 4 DAYS. Yesterday I went to check it out and found they dismantle the lower dashboard completely for no reason, what does the dashboard had to do with anything, they didnt do that the first time, this what I mean by saying they dont know what theyre doing, I could of do it myself if I had a lyft to put my car on it but I dont. Never again will I take my car here. Sorry Javier youre a decent guy but youre working with amateurs at best I mean tire changers.

The staff was very courteous and helpful! They were the only tire shop I could even find that carried the size tires I needed. They went above and beyond to help me, not to mention how great their prices are! If not for them I still would be without my car. I highly recommend this business.

Second time at Rubens, It is my neighborhood place to go. Fast, Respectful and has a homestyle feeling. I am always in and out fast. The Counter ladies are the best and the young man who plugged my tire was great/ Hey dont forget you can always add on a tip for the service tech if you feel like it. They never ever ask but to me it is the right thing to do. Thank you Rubens for all you do.

I had a concrete screw in one of my tires. Ruben was willing to do a patch but recommended I get a new tire. After looking at his inventory, he offered me a one time deal of $130 per tire. I got all four new tires for $520. That’s an amazing deal for a pick up truck. Not only that but his guys worked extremely fast. I’m totally coming back with all my trucks needs.

Went in to get my car diagnosed. They charge me $25 to diagnose which was gonna be added to the main bill but never was, they said it was my struts and springs. They told me to buy new ones and come back. I spend $1,100 in parts and labor and my car is still broken. I even called a day before to book a time to bring my car and they told me they didn’t have enough people to work on my car after RUBEN told me to come. After 12 years of coming here, I will never come back. My car was misdiagnosed, they lost a valve cover for my tire, they broke my dipstick, my car is still broke and I am down over $1,100. Terrible way to do business.

I was in need of a plug for my tire and wasnt in a position to plug it myself. I was driving around for my errands and got a nail in my tire. Actually finding a place that will plug tires isnt easy when you search the companies that are well known. The last place I checked was a Jiffy Lube and the person working there advised me going to Rubens. Service was fast and the work was done well. The shop appears a little raggedy but dont judge a book by its cover. Growing up in Miami I was accustomed shops like Rubens. Although the work done was simple, finding a place to do well (not shoddy) and priced fairly is worth a great review.

Came here 2 daya ago to figure out what was wrong with my tire making a moise. The guy told me the inspection was $25. That was on the weekend. Now today, the inspection from another guy is $35. I rather go to Tire Kingdom amd spend for more money, as long as they are honest.

The service mechanics where also on awesome and amazing. Knowledgeable, willing to answer My questions. Explain clearly what the process and procedure was going to be. Estimated time, as long as there where no issues and/or problems. As I was waiting for my service being performed on my vehicle I was updated periodically. I mean I was only there for about... less than an hour. Im not saying everyone will receive what I received, but you never know. I definitely received one of, if not the best service in years. ***RIPOFF ALERT***This being said,I drove over one hour to Orlando Fl to meet a guy to buy his Rims. We called Rubens tires#3 i was quoted $80 to mount rims on to tires and transfer the tire pressure sensors. We got there and Now its $100? I explained i was quoted $80 in English and in Spanish? The ownerRuben basically said take it or leave it! He told me my acorn bolts wouldnt fit my rims I brought 3 sets of 20 bolts. He wanted 2 of my sets (new of 20) so I chose to give them to him i really wasnt happy! Wheels were finally installed, I paid with my credit card he told me he wouid save me $10 if I paid cash without a receipt. IM GLAD I PAID WITH MY CARD! Heres the best part,My tire pressure sensor light was on they told me they swapped them out,the original sensors were still on the old wheels. They wanted to charge me $150 Additional, I REFUSED . THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE CLOSED AND I WAS TOLD IF I TIP THE WORKERS $40 THEY WOULD DO WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO? OR DRIVE OVER AN HOUR EACH WAY AND THEY WOULD DO IT?? THIS IS A GHETTO BUSINESS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!****RIP OFF******* I had my New tire pressure sensors done at Discount tire in Rockledge florida. I wish I had my rims done there from the beginning. They were great to deal with. I was in and out in about an hour. The best part is the tire pressure sensors are under warranty for 6 years,Parts and labor! Quick service, good prices - yet theres still room for improvement. SPECIFICALLY around the parking lot — it is LONG DUE of a deep cleaning sweep, it has too MUCH trash and debris EVERYWHERE.

They changed my tire yes fair enough but the mechanic that was in my car took my AirPods . The manager did nothing but tell me he looked at the camera and didn’t see anything then turned around and said the video wasn’t clear . I tracked my AirPods to the location and they didn’t even try to help me by matching a address he just kept insisting it wasn’t his people . I went for a tire and left with no AirPods. He didn’t even say let me refund you or anything. Very poor customer service and yes I’m pressing charges

This is the WORST experience I ever had with a mechanic. These people DON’T KNOW what they are doing. I bring my car to this place because I hit a sidewalk with the two right wheels. The problem was not easy, but if you can’t deal with the problem then DO NOT DO IT. I spent $2,200 in my car, wait for the job almost a month and they told me: I ASSURE YOU THE CAR IS GONNA BE LIKE NEW. Guess what? I still having alignment problems with my car after all; i drove the car and at the first time it was “decent”, but 1 hr after I picked the car up from the mechanic the steering wheel is not straight and it doesn’t feel safe. After all the money I paid? Come on... And let’s not talk about the customer service, I mean they don’t even know what that means for sure. They will never call you, you always need to call them to know what’s going on with your car. MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!! Thank you for NOTHING.

Had an emergency situation where I needed a new car battery and tires on short notice. I was able to get a tow on short notice. I purchased both battery and 2 tires at a reasonable price. Was kept abreast of status. Very friendly environment. Would definitely refer them.

So I went to a chrysler dealership and they were charging me 386 for way bar links, $1189 to do the valve cover gaskets, 1054 for engine mounts, but these ppl only charged me way less than these phony dealership that are after your hard earn money. Ive been with Rubens tires for more than a decade now Im I only have good things to talk about this folks, for starters fair prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Simple put i recommend them to anyone.

I took my daughters car there because the breaks were bad so I thought only to for themTo say it was the break master cylinder they had my car for 4 days and I had to call to find out what is going on . I was given an estimate of $350 and then received a call and was told $530 I then said it was too much but because I did not want my daughter to drive a car with no breaks. After I spoke to my mechanic I was told I’m being charged to much so I called and had them not do the job I was told that the car is almost done . Which they had my car for 4 days and all of a sudden it’s almost done . The call me again to say the part they ordered was not on its way. I I went after work to go pick up my car at this point I was done I was told that they were trying to call me because the part that they ordered was from coming different office so they put all the pieces back. I took the car to Mazda and was told Rubens mechanic broke my break line and stripped my break pipes. Which now is gonna cost me more money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR there .

DO NOT GO HERE. They stole my money and left me with a broken down car. All of the employees don’t care to help you. They just want your money. And the owner is always on vacation spending the money they steal from people. I had my car towed there and the owner told me her would check it out for me and ended up charging 85 dollars just to plug in the machine and get the codes to what was wrong with the car. SOMETHING THEY DO FOR FREE AT AUTOZONE. Then when i told them i was going to pick up my car, i saw them mount my car so that i would not be able to take my car back. You are better off going somewhere else. Their website says 100% customer satisfaction and they are really anything BUT customer service oriented. If you want your work done honestly and correctly, this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

These guys donot know what they are doing. Spent over $800 on labor plus parts. My truck spent over a month at the shop. Milton the shop manager kept giving me different diagnosis making me spend more and more money. I picked up my truck and took to another shop and fixed for under $80 . if you donot know about electric mechanic you should not advertise as you do. Horrible experience

My experience was the worst. I towedMy car there and supposedly they fixed with a tune up after $400 later . The car still does turn on after taking it home . Towed it back and said it was an electrical problem And then said it was fine to take home. Take it home. Exit day doesn’t start . I’m so frustrated . I just hope people read the reviews before going there . They are the worst .

Super mechanics that I have in my area here in Orlando, Florida. This is my go to mechanic when visiting Rubens Tire and Rim. They have long time mechanics with 25+ years experience. Today they Removed and Replaced my 1992 Camrys tired Rack & Pinion. After 532,651 original miles without rebuilt history, the original Rack & Pinion still worked but, it developed a major leak and had observations of strange issues about a week ago. Previously, I had a new Power Steering Pump installed plus inlet supply hose and a new Power Steering reservoir tank. Twice this same PRO SHOP replaced my Power Steering pump under warranty so, instead of ruining another pump on a suspect RACK & PINION, I bit the bullet and had them replace the RACK. Excellent Family Operated!

1st time here for wheel alignment.Upon inspection was recommended some camber bolts for a proper alignment.Very happy with the end results. They even replaced a missing hubcap. RUBEN AND HIS TEAM ARE AWESOME!!!! will be coming back again soon. THANK YOU RUBENS TIRES ENTIRE STAFF.

Rubens Tires is fast, friendly, and economical! They diagnosed my car problem quickly, fixed it, and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of car service.

They do pretty good work, but they overcharge and pretend they are giving a “good price.” Do some research on parts before you come. I paid 39 dollars for two air filters that cost 7 bucks total at Walmart and AutoZone. Engine light came on 5 minutes after I left there too.Edit: Thanks for your response, they were the same brand of filter though. I looked at the box he used.

Friendly, reasonably priced and fairly fast. You can definitely do much worse when getting your car worked on, but I dont know if you can do a whole lot better. Good people. Give them a chance and I think you will be glad you did.

Always like to support local business, walked in and was greeted told them what tire I needed and was told the price and they could do it right away! Super friendly people and for a great price! I was leaving work one day when I noticed I had a flat tire. So I changed it, and went to Rubens to see if they can patch the tire, or if I may need a new one. First, o got there at around 645 PM and they close at 630, but Ruben was nice enough to check the tire out. The tire was completely done so he sold me a used one for a great price, just like new and put it on right then and there. Awesome service and I definitely recommend going there for your tire or car needs. They treat you like family.

I thought I had finally found a good place I could count on to take care of my cars... took my car there last week and loved the service provided by one of the guys (I wish I knew his name, he is the reason for the 1 star and I would give HIM 5), he listened to the issues I was having and was able to identify, explain and fix them! I was so happy I decided to take my husband’s car there this week, but my guy was busy and I wasn’t very pleased with the service provided by other staff members. They disconsidered the problem I was saying I was having besides the one they were seeing, I even asked for my guy there to give his opinion and he agreed with me - and we ended up being right and I had to leave the car longer to fix both issues. My husband picked up the car at the end of the day and drove home, which is close by. The next day he noticed something was loose under the car, we looked at it and it was just a cap that might have gone loose when they were fixing it, right? It happens... So I took it back since they were the last ones to touch it and I did not have the tools to do it myself. I got there, saw one of the guys that worked on my car, told him that the cap was loose and he asked me to park and go to the office, so I did it. I’m sure it would have taken him less than 5 minutes to help me, but no biggie, let’s follow the procedure... After waiting for almost 20 minutes (the office was full, 3 people in front of me in line, business is good, great for them...) when it was my turn they told me I would have to pay the minimum fee of $16something to look at it! I explained the car was there for a service and the part was loose when I got it back, why would I have to pay anything? They still tried to argue and say they hadn’t even touched under the car... I thought it was just so weird that something coincidentally got loose under the same side they worked on, but since they were reaching from the hood, nothing could have been pushed down and made that cap loose... anyway, I left and ended up going to another place I HAD NEVER BEEN before and in less than 5 minutes they put it back in place without charging me ANYTHING! Do you see why I got upset? It was not because of the $16, but because of the complete lack of customer service! I spent almost $800 in a week with them and they are not able to put a cap back in place for a customer when that happened immediately after the service they did??? Thanks Ruben 👍🏻
