First bad experience wa si checked in online and it told me an hour wait, so i took the scenic route there but then 10 min later it said i was on deck, i flipped around and booked it took me about 10-15 min to get there so i was bumped, i had to wait 30 min for the next available cutter.Second was i showed up for my online check in and was next on the list but she took the guy below me and said he was bumped so she needed to take him ahead of me......WHAT? That happened twice and that last time being cut off when im next cause there boyfriend or friend was Bumped made me NEVER wanna get a haircut from them again, i had to wait when i was bumped.

Usually very reliable, but last time... not so much. One time wont stop us from going back.

Ive never walked out of here being upset with a haircut or desiring more. From all interactions, all their staff appear to be great stylists and are incredibly friendly. Came here a few months ago after having been a patron at Great Clips - Ive never looked back.

So I rate this location with 1 star because a couple things. 1. First rule of any customer service interaction and or life, if you don’t know ask. 2. Constructive feedback is helpful and should be received as helpful not as an insult. 3. Listen to your customer, sounds simple, if a customer asks for example in my situation I wanted a low blend to allow the blend to not take away length from my particular haircut and I leave with a high hair cut that resembles more of a bowl haircut than a blend that’s a huge issue. If I were paying for a $14 haircut I guess I would expect $14 results but I’m paying $22 plus shampoo + some times I purchase products add $10 tip into that and the end result being a Botched haircut. The quality and training is clearly lacking. I will not be returning to this location.

I showed a picture and can’t understand how myhair, that I said I was growing out, got cut so short that it won’t even lay down. My hair is a solid inch shorter than the photograph I showed. I HAD more than enough length to get what I asked for. So disappointed. If a stylist can not cut fine, straight hair they should make that known and not cut and cut and hope that whatever they have messed up gets blended. It will take me 2 months to get back to where I was.

Horrible.Wouldnt let me check in on the app - it failed to go through. So I checked in on the website. The place supposedly had a 0 min wait time. 15 mins later no call. This is the second time this has happened with Sport Clips. Ended up calling a place just across the street and was able to get a haircut there immediately.With 2 bad experiences like this I will never go to Sport Clips again.

Great place to get a quick haircut during Covid-19. They check temperature, ask questions, uses masks and everything is cleaned. Well spaced out

I always bring my 5 year old son to this sports clips for a hair cut. Weve been coming here for 2 years now and he gets a great cut every time. The last two times he had Tobi cut his hair and she does an excellent job. I highly recommend Tobi.

Walked into get my hair cut 5 minutes after them opening the door. No one was in there, so I entered my name and took a seat thinking someone would come out to greet me, no such luck. I could hear a couple of associates talking in the back room about personal things, so I guess customer service is not a priority to them. Shouldnt you be at the front counter to greet your customers? 15 minutes go by and finally one comes out and says, You been waiting long?, to which I replied yes. I was about ready to leave and go somewhere else, since they obviously dont need business to keep the doors open. Worst experience ever at a Sport Clips.

My boyfriend has been going here recently and thank goodness he has! Vanessa is amazing and does a great job cutting his hair. His hair grows so many ways it’s hard for people to cut, but coming here he finally found someone he can count on!

After a horrible experience at CJ’s Barber, I took my son to this Sport Clips. Tobi cut my sons hair and did a wonderful job! I was so happy that they had availability for us to come in on short notice (I called at 4:15 and they close at 5). Thank you Arvada Sport Clips team! And a special thank you to Tobi. 😁

Kind of a good place for men to get a cut. Still prefer local barber shops because they are more personal and usually do a better job.

I bring my 6 and 8 year old sons.They keep a record of what blade guide was used at the last haircut and ask if you want the same again.Im the paying customer so they ask *me* what length I want or dont want for my kids and then they spend the entire cut treating my boys like little men. My boys love the attention. They also discuss good grooming habits for hair and skin (which I LOVE because boys never believe that stuff when *mom* says it).If you pay for the MVP haircut ($25 instead of $17) you can come back for a free bang trim, sideburn trim or a neck trim in between cuts. This comes in *really handy* the evening before school picture day.

Came in with free first time coupon, Im a deaf guy, I wasnt treated like everyone, treated me like low deaf n dumb, cashier told stylist Im freebee. Its trim an released, the guys got full service, back message, test products offers, they themselves got free offer coupon like I did. What they didnt know, I recorded their conversation on my smart phone and friend interpret what being said. Stylists take so much time on customer and gets behind. Couple guys left. Wouldnt go back but, sure friendly staff but focus on money.

My boyfriend came in 16 min before they were closing and he was turned away. No one was ahead of him. No one. What a horrible customer service experience. If you are going to turn customers away, 16 min. before you close, you should have a sign up stating that you don’t take customers after “such and such time”. I can understand if it was 5 min. before closing... You had enough time to cut his hair..

What a frustrating experience! I tried to check in online and the website said unfortunately this location is not accepting online check in, please call or try again later...so I call and the person who answered said well we dont take check in calls over the phone (like they were annoyed by my call) when I told her the website directed me to call, she said she would take our names, but only this once! Ugh...So then, I get there and see our names on the board, 2 kid appointments, the first is on deck and the 2nd is 15 minutes wait time, perfect! Until the receptionist, who is also the only stylist in the building, calls the 3rd name on the list and all of the sudden I have a 25 and 51 minute wait time!!! What is the point of call ahead/online check in, if you get bumped?!?! I told the stylist if she was going to bump us, she could take our names off the list and instead I went to Floyds 99. I was going to try this place out because I had a coupon, but I definitely wont be back.

The ladies were nice enough. However, I had to come home and buzz my whole head. I asked for a fade and she didnt fade at all. Worst haircut Ive ever had. Then, my son that was with me got a hair cut at the same time and it was even worse. Id be ashamed as an owner of the people representing my business. I wouldnt reccomend this place to an enemy.

I have been going to Flyods for over 10 years and tried Sport Clips during their grand opening free haircut promotion. I have been back 3 times since and I will never go back to Flyods again. The service is stellar at this Sport Clips location. The stylists are professional, detailed and personable....plus I love the MVP treatment with shampoo and massage.

Wont mention any names but she looked stoned as her eyes were as red as can be. She was told make it all the same length then fade the sides to a 1. Proceeds to butcher my sons head and chop off his cowlick. Now one side looks good and the other has a irreparable bald spot that can only be fixed by buzzing his head. When I hear the stylist giving my son pointers on how to do his hair to make it look good then proceed to put product in his hair and manipulate it for 5 mins to cover up her mess I know I came to the wrong place. We got tired of paying $30 for a mediocre barber and tried this place a few times. The only good stylist is the tall manager. Wont be back to this location unless shes their.

Checked in, sat for 20 minutes and watched 1 person and a family of 3 go before me...hair cuts previous to that have been mediocre at best. Never going back to another sportclips again

We visited this location on Sunday, July 30 about 1:00 and received the worst service. Came in to get my husbands haircut. A hairstylist in a snotty tone yelled across the salon and told my husband to take a seat. Finally after 20 minutes another stylist comes to the counter area and makes no eye contact and starts talking, it appeared she was talking to herself but apparently she was talking to my husband, as she asks in a rude tone if he was coming? My husband sits in the stylists chair and hears another stylist say in a loud voice, woo-hoo I am out of here. His stylist is having a conversation with stylist who was leaving, my husband finally gets frustrated from the whole experience and walks out. This was his third visit and each time he has been disappointed. My husband has used Sportsclip regularly for years but will not be back to this location😔
